No help

A guest asked for a oneshot of Snow being angry because she gets a call from the hospital saying Emma is there (with nothing serious) but when she arrives nobody gives her any information. Charming arrives and helps her calm down.

I'm afraid I haven't seen that show!

Snow burst through the doors and marched straight up to the reception desk. She groaned internally when she saw Nurse Ratched was on reception. That woman didn't have a nursing bone in her body and Snow wasn't in the mood for her coldness today.

"Excuse me, could you please tell me which room my daughter is in? I got a phone call informing me she'd stepped through a nail?" Snow asked quickly. The nurse looked up from the book she was reading.

"Her name?" Nurse Ratched said, clearly uninterested. Snow's eyes nearly popped out her head.

"Various members of this family have been rushed into this hospital on numerous occasions. My husband was a patient here for nearly three decades under the curse in a coma. I gave birth to my son here less than a year ago. My grandson nearly died here after being poisoned. My daughter broke the whole damn curse and restored all our memories and you really don't know who we are?" Snow asked, exasperated. The nurse shrugged. Snow wanted to reach across the desk, take her book, and whack her across the head with it. The only thing stopping her being that wouldn't get her the information she needed any quicker. "Fine." Snow growled. "My daughter's name is Emma Swan. I am Snow White. Now can you please tell me where I can find my daughter?" Snow requested again. The nurse sighed, typing something into the computer. Snow tapped her foot impatiently as she waited for it to respond.

"Her ward number isn't on the system." She replied. Snow felt like she was going to explode. It wasn't exactly a big town. How many patients could possibly have been admitted this morning?!

"Well can you call someone and find out?" Snow hissed.

"Not really. You'll have to sit and wait." Nurse Ratched said, seemingly oblivious to Snow's rising temper.

"Oh will I now?" Snow growled. "How about instead I walk right through those doors and find my daughter my damn self?" Snow suggested.

"If you go through those doors I will have to call security and have you escorted from the premises." The nurse answered her. Snow did not like being threatened.

"Oh, you're gonna need security alright. You're gonna need it when…"

"Ok, let's take a walk." Someone said, steering Snow away from the desk. Snow was about to take the person and have them on their ass when they spoke again.

"Snow, cool it or they'll not let us in at all. Sorry I'm late, I had to drop Neal with Aurora." David whispered. Snow's tension marginally decreased. "I'm sure she's fine, Snow. She's tough, our girl."

"She still hates hospitals." Snow reminded him. David knew this of course, but thought it best to try and calm Snow down before the nurse needed a doctor.

"Your Highnesses?" Someone called from the doors. Snow and David turned immediately to see another nurse. "Emma's in ward three. Please come with me and I'll take you to her." She announced. Snow and David quickly followed her through, not before Snow through a very dirty look to Nurse Ratched.
