Chapter 47: "This Isn't A Trick"
"Uh, Tootie and I are going to give you and Vicky some privacy now," Chloe says, and then she and Tootie walk into Timmy's bedroom.
"Are you sure this isn't some kind of payback for what I did to you when I was your babysitter?" Vicky asks Timmy, after Chloe and Tootie left to his bedroom. "Do you think that I'm gullible enough to fall for this trick?" Vicky asks.
"This isn't a trick, Vicky. This is just how I feel," Timmy says.
Timmy thought that he was making some progress with her, but she went back to thinking that he's trying to trick her. "No, you don't. You love Missy, Chloe, and Trixie," Vicky says.
"Trixie will go back to New York City on December 25th, Vicky. She wants to spend Christmas Day with her parents in Dimmsdale. And are you seriously trying to tell me what my feelings are? I know them better than you do," Timmy says.
"Well, what about Chloe and Missy? You love them too, don't you? You asked Missy to marry you," Vicky says.
"Yes, I did ask Missy to marry me, and she turned me down, Vicky. Missy doesn't want to get married to me, or to anyone right now. She wants to wait. And Chloe might like me, but she doesn't want our friendship to be ruined. So, honestly, I thought that you would be the perfect choice," Timmy says.
Vicky sighs. "I'm sorry if I'm being difficult. It's just that the last time I trusted someone, he ended up stealing my money, and pretending to love me, and I really don't want to get hurt like that again," Vicky says.
"Ashley was just like Ricky, Vicky. Ashley also pretended to love me, and she pretended to like the same things that I like; comic books, action films, and video games," Timmy says.
"I honestly don't like her. She said that Tootie shouldn't love a girl, and I'm okay with Tootie having a former crush on Trixie," Vicky says.
"This really isn't a trick, Vicky. And I'm not trying to get back at you for all the things that you did to me by pretending to love you," Timmy says.
"Can you just… give me some time to think about it?" Vicky asks Timmy.
Timmy smiles at Vicky. "Sure. Do you want me to give you anything right now?" Timmy asks.
"A slice of pizza and a soda," Vicky says.
"Yeah, I'm starting to get hungry too. I'll be right back, Vicky," Timmy says, and then he stands up.
Timmy walks into his bedroom to check on his best friends. "Are you guys hungry too? Vicky and I are going to eat some pizza," Timmy says.
"You want to cook, Sport? I don't think you've ever tried to cook something before," Wanda says.
"Oh, right. I don't know what to do. I wish for a box of pepperoni pizza for everyone," Timmy says.
Wanda and Cosmo use their wands to grant Timmy's wish. A pizza box is now in Timmy's hands.
"Yeah, Tootie and I were just talking about what we want to eat, and a pizza would be great, Timmy! Thank you!" Chloe says.
Timmy, Chloe, and Tootie walk into the kitchen. Timmy sets the box down on the counter, and then he grabs four plates. Timmy puts a slice of pepperoni pizza on each plate, and then he gives a plate to Tootie and Chloe.
"Thank you, Timmy!" Tootie says.
"You're welcome, Chloe, and Tootie!" Timmy says.
"Does Chester want to go on a date with you tonight?" Timmy asks.
"No, it's late. He said that we can go on a date tomorrow night," Tootie says.
Tootie and Chloe start eating their pizza. Timmy holds onto the last two plates, and then he walks back to the living room where Vicky is sitting on the couch. Timmy places the plates on the coffee table, and then he realizes that he forgot their drinks. Timmy walks back to the kitchen where Chloe and Tootie still are standing. Timmy gives Tootie and Chloe a bottle of Pepsi, and then he grabs two bottles of Wild Cherry Pepsi for himself and Vicky. Timmy walks back to the living room. Timmy sets both drinks on the coffee table, and then he grabs his slice of pizza. Timmy starts eating his pizza, and he sees that Vicky is already eating her slice of pizza.
"Thank you, Timmy. You are so darn nice to everyone, even to me," Vicky says.
"You're welcome, Vicky," Timmy says.
Timmy, Chloe, Tootie, and Vicky continue eating their slice of pepperoni pizza.
He suddenly had a thought in his mind. "Do you think that my parents love me, Vicky?" Timmy asks.
"Well, I think that they love you. They just aren't good at showing it. Every Christmas Day morning, you get what seems like a million presents, while I get nothing," Vicky says.
"I'm sorry to hear that, Vicky. It isn't fair. Your parents said that they care about both you and Tootie, but they never gave you any presents on Christmas Day, which is also your birthday," Timmy says.
"Wait a sec, how did you know that my birthday is on December 25th?" Vicky asks Timmy, as she looks at him.
"Your, uh, counterpart told me that," Timmy says.
Timmy finishes eating his slice of pizza, and then he stands up. Timmy walks to his kitchen, and then he puts two more slices of pepperoni pizza on his plate. Timmy walks back to the living room, and then he sits down next to Vicky again. Timmy starts eating his second slice of pepperoni pizza.
"Oh, okay. And how old am I right now?" Vicky asks.
"You are twenty-five-years-old right now, Vicky," Timmy says, and then he continues eating his second slice of the pepperoni pizza.
Vicky continues eating too.
"So, are you two love birds a couple now?" Chloe asks Timmy and Vicky.
"Not at this time. Vicky needs some time to think about it," Timmy says.
Tootie puts another slice of pepperoni pizza on her plate, and then she and Chloe sit down on the other couch. Tootie, Chloe, Timmy, and Vicky continue eating their pizzas.
"Oh, that's fine. Take your time," Chloe says.
"And please don't break Timmy's heart, Vicky. His feelings for you aren't bullshit, Vicky," Tootie says.
"I wouldn't lie about something like that," Timmy says.
Vicky finishes eating her pizza, and then she starts drinking her Wild Cherry Pepsi.
"The pizza is really good, Timmy!" Tootie says.
"Thank you, Tootie! I love it too!" Timmy says, and then he finishes eating his second slice of the pepperoni pizza. He starts eating his third slice of the pepperoni pizza.
"You're welcome, Timmy!" Tootie says.
Timmy looks at the T.V. screen as he continues eating his third slice of the pepperoni pizza. Another episode of SpongeBob SquarePants is now playing.
"How much is your rent again, Timmy?" Tootie asks.
"$200.00 each month," Timmy says.
"That's why you couldn't afford that video game, huh? Next time, please tell me if you want to borrow one of my video games, okay, Timmy?" Tootie asks.
"Yes, and yes. I should have asked you first, but I was being a bit impulsive," Timmy says.
"Thank you, Timmy!" Tootie says.
Timmy, Tootie, and Chloe continue eating their slice of the pepperoni pizza.
Vicky continues drinking her bottle of the Wild Cherry Pepsi that Timmy had given to her.
"I'm not, uh, trying to make your decision even more difficult than it already is, but I think I like you too, Timmy," Chloe says.
Timmy finishes eating his third slice of the pepperoni pizza, and then he looks at Chloe. Timmy smiles at her. "I love you too, Chloe," Timmy says.
Timmy grabs his bottle of Wild Cherry Pepsi, and then he starts drinking it.
"So, you're leading Chloe on too?" Vicky asks.
"I'm not leading anyone on, Vicky. This is just impossible," Timmy says.
Timmy continues drinking his Wild Cherry Pepsi, and then Wanda and Cosmo use their wands to poof Timmy inside his bedroom. "What's going on?" Timmy asks Cosmo and Wanda.
"We think that you need to be clearer to Vicky that you love her. Loving so many other girls will make it harder for Vicky to believe that you love her," Wanda says.
Timmy sighs. "I know I can't have four girlfriends," Timmy says.
"Unless they are okay with that!" Cosmo says.
"Don't give Timmy any ideas, Cosmo," Wanda says.
"What? Are you still mad at me for using my wand to change Vicky's personality to being evil?" Cosmo asks.
"You keep getting tricked into doing bad things by them giving you a nickel!" Wanda says.
"I'm not mad at you, Cosmo. It's okay. It might be a little more difficult for Vicky to believe that I love her, but she's worth it," Timmy says.
"But it was such a shiny nickel, Wanda!" Cosmo says, as he holds his nickel that Anti-Cosmo had given to him.
"I bought Vicky red roses and I asked her to become my girlfriend. Is that not clear enough?" Timmy asks.
"Alright, just try not to think about Trixie, Chloe, or Missy when you are with Vicky," Wanda says.
Timmy grabs his cell phone, and then he calls Trixie's cell phone number.
"Hello?" Trixie asks.
"You're not silly for liking comic books. And are you going to be okay with me choosing Vicky as my girlfriend?" Timmy asks Trixie.
"Oh, thank you, Timmy. I will be okay. I can't switch schools, Timmy, so I will have to return to my classes in New York City next month," Trixie says.
"You're welcome. I'm really going to miss you, Trixie. And I had a great time with you on our date tonight," Timmy says.
"I had a great time with you too, Timmy. I still have until December 25th to be here," Trixie says.
"I still love you, but it will make it harder for Vicky to believe that I love her if I keep thinking about my feelings for you, Missy, and Chloe," Timmy says.
"You're right. She got hurt by Ricky, and you don't want to be like him," Trixie says.
"I'm not like Ricky. I even know what that is like to have a significant other pretend to love you," Timmy says.
"Did you buy Vicky roses?" Trixie asks.
"I did, and we kissed. Then I asked her if she would like to become my girlfriend, and she said that she needs some time to think about if she wants me as her boyfriend or not," Timmy says.
"If she kissed you back, then she definitely likes you," Trixie says.
"She did kiss me back," Timmy says.
"Well, then the only problem is that she wants to protect her heart. She doesn't want to have another boyfriend who lies to her," Trixie says.
"That's understandable. Alright, goodnight, Trixie. Thank you for the advice!" Timmy says.
"Goodnight to you too, Timmy. You're welcome! Sweet dreams to you, Timmy!" Trixie says.
Timmy ends the call, and then he opens the door to his bedroom. Timmy walks into the living room, and then he sits down on the couch next to Vicky.
"Is everything okay? You were gone for a long time," Vicky says.
"Yeah. I just needed to talk to Wanda, Cosmo, and Trixie," Timmy says.
"And what happened?" Vicky asks.
"Trixie told me that you just want to protect your heart, and you don't want another boyfriend who lies to you and pretends to love you. Wanda wants me to be clear with you, that I love you, and that my feelings for you are real," Timmy says.
"I'm sorry again for being so difficult. I'm not a very trusting person after Ricky dumped me and he called me Valerie," Vicky says.
"It's fine. I know what you went through, unfortunately. Ashley used me too," Timmy says.
Timmy finishes drinking his Wild Cherry Pepsi, and then he sets the bottle down on the coffee table.
"Would you be okay with me kissing you, Vicky?" Timmy asks, as he looks at her.
"Uh, okay, sure," Vicky says.
Timmy leans in towards Vicky, and then he kisses her on the lips passionately. Vicky kisses Timmy back. He continues kissing her. Chloe decides that she needs to go home, so she opens the door, and she walks out of Timmy's apartment. Tootie stands up, and then she walks towards the door. Timmy and Vicky continue kissing each other as Tootie locks the door. Tootie walks back to where her seat is, and then she sits down on the couch. "Vicky, I'm sleepy now," Tootie says.
Her sister doesn't respond to her.
Tootie smiles, and then she puts a blanket on top of her. Tootie lies down on the couch, and then she starts sleeping.
Timmy and Vicky continue kissing each other. Timmy suddenly pulls away from her, and then he looks at Tootie. "Oh, it must be really late now," Timmy says, and then he checks the time on his wristwatch. 3:02 A.M. right now.
"It's 3:02 A.M. right now, Vicky. Let's go to sleep now," Timmy says.
"Okay," Vicky says, and then she finishes drinking her Wild Cherry Pepsi. Vicky sets the bottle down on the coffee table, and then she follows Timmy into his bedroom.
Timmy pulls the sheets, and then he lies down on his bed. Timmy puts the sheets on top of him, and then he starts sleeping. Vicky changes her clothes into her pajamas, and then she lies down on the other side of the bed. Vicky puts the sheets on top of her, and then she closes her eyes. She starts sleeping now.
