"Augh!" Ruby was hit with solid punch to the stomach and with an equally solid grunt she collapsed to the ground.

"Come on, we've been training for a month, you should be better at taking hits by now." Kakashi brought his hand down to help Ruby up, she grabbed it and helped herself up.

"I know, it's just hand to hand isn't my thing you know that, and when I am able to hit you, you're like: 'Weak' and just walk it off like it's nothing. I'm just not that physically strong." As she stood up, her legs went weak on her, Yang caught her.

"Easy there."

Ever since Kakashi had helped Ruby train hand to hand, the team decided to watch and spar themselves.

"You don't lack physical strength, the fact that you're able to wield Crescent Rose with great ease shows that you are not lacking in physical strength."

"Yeah sis, that thing weighs like 50 pounds, most kids your age can't use weapons that heavy." Yang stopped helping Ruby up.

"You have physical strength, but you don't know how to use that strength. Though I have to admit, when it comes to pure skill, you have greatly improved since that very first sparring match." Kakashi drank a little from his water canteen and leaned on the arena wall.

"What Kakashi said is true, but you are still greatly in need of proper ability." Weiss told her partner with her arms crossed

"Like you could do better." Ruby said sarcastically

"As a matter of fact I can do better" Weiss quickly approached her partner

"Oh Yeah?!" Ruby brought her face closer.

Kakashi grabbed the two girls by the backs of their clothes and separated the two.

"Fine, let's see who is actually better. Ruby, Weiss, you two will spar, hand to hand combat, loser is determined by aura. To let Ruby's aura recover, I'll let you rest twenty minutes before we start."

Yang walked up to Kakashi and talked in a slightly quiet voice. "You sure about that? I mean look at her, she's a delicate little snowflake."

"Hey" Weiss said in the distance.

"I don't know, I have good feeling about her hand to hand combat skill."

"If you say so." Yang walked away.

Ever since they captured Torchwick two weeks ago, Kakashi had been putting an emphasis on training on his team.

He sparred with them individually and as a team and found their flaws.

Ruby is exceptional with Crescent Rose, but is lacking without it, which they were in the process of fixing. Ruby's fighting style also tended to be too uncontrollable, meaning in cases where she had to work with a team, the team was at risk of being hit by one of her attack.

Weiss is skillful but was prone to quick brute force attacks, and can be quickly overwhelmed once these attacks start stacking up.

Yang is strong and capable but due to her hot headedness, she lacks proper strategy in combat and thus her attacks and moves are rather predictable, making her over reliant on her strength and combat speed.

Blake is overall the most well rounded fighter of the bunch, but similar to Weiss, could easily be overwhelmed by opponents stronger or faster than her, she is a decent strategist but isn't quick enough on her thinking to properly formulate plans against those physically more powerful than her.

He addressed these flaws to his team in the past weeks and had begun working on all of them.

"While we wait for Ruby to recover, Blake, Yang, I want the two of you to spar with me, with your weapons and semblances involved. I want you both to observe proper teamwork." Kakashi looked to his two teammates.

Yang slammed her fists together. "Finally, it's been too long since I got to fight you."

Kakashi stopped leaning from the wall and tucked away his canteen. He walked to the left-hand side of the arena, while Blake and Yang walked to the opposite side of the Arena.

"Don't underestimate him, even if we outnumber him, he still has a lot of abilities that can catch us off guard." Blake whispered to her partner.

"Yeah, yeah I know"

Kakashi tapped on his scroll, the display on the side then showed Yang and Blake's aura bars and Kakashi's empty one.

"You might as well unlock your aura you know."

"I'll do it someday." Aura was something Kakashi was interested on, after all one extra power, especially one with no evident severe drawbacks, wouldn't hurt.

Kakashi didn't want to use the Rasengan, as even the smaller version he used on Yang during the Torchwick fight needed to be treated professionally, so he didn't want to damage her that much.

A countdown then displayed on the screen.

5…

Yang and Blake tensed up as they got in there combat stances

4…

Kakashi observed both their stances, Yang was in a traditional upright boxing stance. Blake dual wielded her sword and sheathe, she was semi crouched, with the blade held above her head and the sheathe in front of her torso.

3…

Kakashi took the mask affixed to the side of his head and put it on his face. He was going to use the sharingan but at the same time, he was planning on holding back severely as to not end the fight in seconds.

2…

He stood still, not making a single evident movement, he didn't even look tense, and he simply stared with that mask of his.

1

And as the count ended, the two sides ran at each other.

Kakashi jumped and flipped over Blake, spinning his body once to build up momentum for a strike. Blake blocked it with her own sword, but now Kakashi was behind them.

With lightning coming out of the blade, Kakashi swung the Katana at the two, intending to get the both of them in a single attack. But just before the blade could hit the two turned around and jumped back, the blade hit dead air.

Kakashi didn't mind the strike that missed and launched himself Blake, but before he could reach Blake, Yang stepped forward and released a powerful left hook, Kakashi slid under yang's arm, sliding to her left, he then swung at Yang's hip, the swing was powerful enough to send her flying to her left.

"Yang!" Blake yelled, but before she could properly react, Kakashi suddenly appeared in front of her with incredible speed.

Kakashi swung again.

Blake barely blocked the blade with her sheathe, but the force was powerful enough to make her skid backwards with her blade still at guard.

Kakashi ran forward and mercilessly swung his blade an incredible amount of times in short succession as he ran, causing Blake to back up as Kakashi rushed forward with his attacks. But before Blake could be backed up to wall, Yang came forward with her fist at the ready, Kakashi leaned his upper body to the left, evading the cross punch.

Yang attacked Kakashi with a combo of punches at kicks. Kakashi evaded every single punch and kick, and slowly observed with each dodge.

'Jab, jab, hook, kick, jab, jab, hook, kick.' Seeing an obvious pattern, Kakashi decided to take advantage of the pattern.

Kakashi dodged the first jab, then when yang attempted the second one, Kakashi caught the fist, then Yang lifted her knee up and extended her leg in an upward motion, attempting to kick Kakashi chin, but Kakashi arched his head backwards, and as Yang brought down her leg, Kakashi headbutt Yang causing her to stumble back but before she could bring herself to her senses Kakashi delivered a powerful straight punch to Yang's face, making her stumble back even further.

He could then sense something quickly approaching him to his right, he brought up his sword to block the hit from Blake.

Blake pulled herself back and used a series of cuts and slashes to try and hit Kakashi, but he simply parried each attack, Yang finally was brought to her senses and rushed at Kakashi, delivering multiple attempted blows once more.

Both of them were now attacking him at once

Kakashi dodged and evaded each punch from Yang, while also dodging and blocking all of Blake's strikes.

Both their attacks were getting predictable, they were planning on backing him against a wall, that wasn't going to happen.

He evaded a cross punch from Yang, then using the metal arm guard on his right arm to block a dual wielded strike from Blake.

He thrust kicked Yang, before pushing the two blades away from his Arm and kicking Blake as well, then he took his katana and did an upward slicing motion at Blake, but her form suddenly became transparent and deformed.

It was a shadow clone, Blake in reality was now a few feet back.

They both ran at him once again, Yang reared fist but before she could even attempt a punch Kakashi slammed the hilt of his Katana on the back of her head, causing her to fall to the ground. Blake brought her gun and pointed it at Kakashi's head, but as she took her shot, Kakashi turned around, grabbed her arm and lifted it up, causing the dust bullet to hit the roof, ricochet off it and hit Yang just as she was standing up.

He then threw a shovel hook aimed at Blake's liver, it hit. And then he readied his sword and sliced. Blake was launched backwards, she tumbled on the floor for a bit and came to stop.

Yang fired a shotgun blast at Kakashi, the multiple shots fired off from Ember Celica, but Kakashi simply leaned to the left causing all the shots to hit Blake instead. Her aura hit the red, putting her out of the fight, with a groan she stepped out of the arena.

He reared his sword and swung, Yang ducked under the sword. Then she stood straight, and as she did, she noticed something swaying in the air, it shone slightly in the light of the arena. A few golden strands of hair, her hair.

"Oh no." Ruby who had been watching until this point said.

Weiss looked to Ruby, curious as to why Ruby would be so worried of Yang losing a little bit of hair

"Why?"

"You'll see"

Blake watched with increased interest as Kakashi readied himself for whatever was to come.

Yang's eyes widened, Kakashi stood still, not knowing what had happened.

Yang's aura suddenly burned brightly, and her eyes turned red. She growled and launched herself at Kakashi, she was a lot faster than she usually was. This caught Kakashi off guard, but he continued to evade each punch even with the sudden and severe increase in strength and speed. He backed away with each attempted attack, eventually reaching a wall, Kakashi noticed this. A punch was then thrown his way, Kakashi jumped to the left, but saw the damage that single punch caused. A crater had formed on the concrete walls of the arena, around 5 meters in diameter. Chips of the once untouched wall began to fall from it. Kakashi knew that holding back or not, taking a punch like that would hurt.

Yang looked at Kakashi on her left, and ran at him, her anger only grew with each time Kakashi continued to dodge her strike. Kakashi knew that he had to end it now. But he couldn't easily predict patterns like earlier, all her attacks were different and random, it was as if her anger had taken full control of her.

But as Kakashi was lost in thought, a quick but powerful jab was thrown his way, not having time to dodge, Kakashi brought up a cross guard using both his arms, blocking the punch. He felt the pain go through his arms, the strength behind the jab caused him to skid far backwards. But now there was distance between him and Yang.

He formed five hand seals together. 'Raiton: Jibashi' (Lightning Release: Electromagnetic Murder)

Kakashi released a torrent of electricity from his hand aimed at Yang. The wave of electricity hit her, causing her to cry out in pain. She faltered for a second, but only for a second. She stood up and went into a mad dash at Kakashi with more anger than before.

She threw a right hook that almost got his ear, before attempting an upper cut, causing Kakashi to lean backward. She brought both her arms together in a hammer form and brought them down on Kakashi. Kakashi blocked the hammer fist with his sword, causing spark to fly as the blade of his Katana grinded with the metal of Ember Celica. Kakashi sliced with his sword, removing himself from the lock. Kakashi back flipped, using the momentum of the flip to kick Yang on the chin, as he was falling, he faced downwards, grabbing Yang by her jacket, he landed, he then lifted Yang up and slammed her onto the ground.

But even after this maneuver, Yang just wouldn't stop. She spun around on the ground and brought herself back up with incredible speed.

Kakashi jumped into the air, preparing a fire technique, Yang launched herself into the air with Ember Celica, she reached equal height as Kakashi and readied a straight punch aimed for his stomach.

'I might as well allow her to punch, as a reward for lasting this long, even if I was holding back, its impressive that she was able to hold her own, but after this I really am going to end it.' Kakashi readied himself for the punch he was about to take, he pumped chakra through his abdomen to lessen the damage of the incoming blow.

The punch hit, and it hurt. It sent Kakashi crashing to the ground at an angle, a crater formed on the area his body impacted, as he continued to slide backwards the ground caved with him, eventually hitting the wall with a very loud thud. Kakashi coughed and held his stomach.

"Kakashi!"

"Yang stop!"

"Yang!"

His team shouted. Yang rushed forward firing Ember Celica to speed herself up. Weiss brought Myrtenaster forward, about to fire ice dust to stop yang. Kakashi put his palm up signifying Weiss to stop.

"But…"

Kakashi wordlessly stood up, meeting Yang's charge. As Yang got close to him, he simply stepped to the side and sliced the sword at Yang's stomach. The sheer speed and strength of the attack caused a white light to form as Yang was sent flying back, she hit the wall. She was entrenched on the human sized crater that had formed on the wall. She fell to the ground.

But Kakashi crossed the distance between them so fast that it looked like he teleported. Kakashi's sword was sheathed behind his back, he kneed Yang before she could collect herself then he delivered a swift uppercut, strong enough to send Yang flying.

Kakashi ran up the wall and jumped to Yang's position. He kicked her higher and higher multiple times, causing the distance between them and the ground to increase, he then spun in the air and used the motion of the spin to carry his blade as he sliced at Yang's back.

Kakashi narrowed his arms and body to lessen drag and equaled Yang's descent speed and right before they reached the ground, Kakashi spun around one last time and delivered a devastating kick as he fell directed at Yang lower abdomen.

This attack was of course a modified version of the Lion's Barrage.

Yang crashed onto the ground, a few cracks spreading across it as she came into contact with the concrete floors of the arena.

Kakashi looked down at her, Yang's hair stopped glowing a fiery gold, and as she opened her eyes, Kakashi saw that they had returned to their usual lilac color.

"Jeez… Ever heard off controlling your strength, Kakashi?"

"I should be saying that to you." Yang laughed weakly at the comment.

Kakashi took the porcelain mask off. "Can you walk?"

"I think so." She attempted to stand up but fell to the ground as soon as she got up.

"Looks like I went a tad bit too far."

"Ya think." Ruby walked up to Kakashi, followed by Weiss and Blake.

Kakashi lifted up Yang and slung her arm over his shoulder.

"I'm taking you to the infirmary. Weiss, report the mess we caused to Goodwitch. We're moving Ruby's and Weiss' sparring match some other time."

An "Aw" was heard from Ruby as Kakashi began to carry Yang to the infirmary.

They eventually reached Beacon's main building.

"You did a lot better than the first time we fought"

"Yeah, but I still lost."

"At least you were able to actually land a hit." Yang chuckled 'Except I let her land that hit' Kakashi mused to himself

As she was being helped to walk by her leader, she thought about just how tough Kakashi was, he had no aura, yet he was still walking straight after a hit like that, most people WITH aura would have trouble even walking after taking punches like those from her. He was very tough and had absurd levels of pain resistance.

But whichever it was, she really needed to train harder if she wanted to beat this guy.

Kakashi sat on a bench eating a bean bun he had taken from the cafeteria, he didn't like eating inside the mess hall, it was loud and annoying, and sometimes he just took some food with him outside. Not only that, his Team was put in charge of the upcoming dance which would happen in two weeks. He had left that duty to Weiss and Yang since he couldn't be bothered to work on some school dance.

He pulled down his mask and took a bit, then he put back on, all in the blink of an eye, so fast that nobody could see his face. He did it again and again, until the bean bun was fully eaten. There had also been news of actual on field missions to be given to students after the dance, which would be interesting.

He pulled out his favorite piece of literature and began to read.

It had been four months since Kakashi began his life at Beacon, and so far it had been rather eventful, though he had not come a single step closer to finding or solving the problem the Rikudou Sennin spoke off. He couldn't help but feel that his life at Beacon was hindering him from making any actual progress. The fact that Hagoromo left him with nothing to work with didn't help at all as well.

As he was deep in thought, he heard footsteps, they got louder and louder, it became clear that whatever was causing those footsteps were approaching him. He pocketed the book and looked up.

Two women approached him. The first was a fair skinned girl in a beret and an outfit that definitely wasn't made for practicality, the other was a bunny faunus girl that looked rather familiar, in a very tight outfit that accentuated certain parts of her body.

"So we meet at last" The beret girl spoke first.

The bunny girl looked rather shy and for some reason looked intently at him, she was really familiar.

"You're the guy that helped Vel out."

"Excuse me but who are you two?" The beret girl frowned at this, while the bunny girl's ears seemed to droop a little.

"Oh come on, just look at her, how can you forget this?" She put her hands forward and showed the bunny girl off, who seemed to cower more at the sudden focus of attention from Kakashi, then it clicked.

"Ahhh, you're the girl that Cardin was messing with." Kakashi sat up from his relaxed pose.

"Y-yes." The girl shyly looked away.

"Nice to meet you, I'm Kakashi Hatake, I'm sure you've seen me around, what's your name."

Before 'Vel' could speak, Beret let out a single laugh. "Really? You haven't heard of us? Team CFVY. Ring any bells for ya?"

Kakashi shook his head.

"Well I guess we are in different years."

'Ah, so they're 2nd years.'

"Anyway, Vel here has been looking to you for you for months, but we never got the chance, you were either nowhere to be seen or busy with your team. Anyway, Coco Adel."

Kakashi then looked to the bunny girl. "I'm Velvet Scarlatina, it's nice to meet you."

Kakashi nodded.

"What exactly did you want to talk to me about? Past the little Cardin incident, we've never really interacted in the past."

Coco nudged Velvet with her arm, Kakashi raised an eyebrow at this.

"I just wanted to say…" She paused. "…thank you."

"Hm." Kakashi stood up.

"You're welcome, but I'm pretty sure any decent human being would've done that" Kakashi put his hand on her shoulder, making her face turn a little read. "You should really learn to look out for yourself.

"Oh trust me, she can, she just doesn't want to."

He pulled his arm back .

"I see, then you should really learn to fight back rather than accept the oppression."

Coco laughed again "I've been telling her that for months, but she doesn't listen."

Velvet's ears drooped at being the subject of the conversation.

"Anyway, Vel and I are going out to Vale, wanna come with?"

"Coco!"

"Come on, I know you've been waiting for the opportunity to pounce on the guy, here's your chance!" She teased

"Coco!" she yelled even louder, her face as red as a beet.

"You could even call it a date" Kakashi teased as well. "But no, I'm busy today."

Coco and even Velvet frowned, but the latter tried to hide it by turning away, her face redder than usual.

"Awww, come on."

"Maybe another day." Kakashi then slowly walked away, waving his hand for a second.

Sunday morning, Kakashi walked around campus, simply observing his surroundings, students having meaningless conversation about whatever it is teenagers spoke about, other students running as quickly as they could into the main building, late for class. He got inside the main campus when the intercom suddenly beeped.

"Will Kakashi Hatake please come to the Headmaster's Office."

Kakashi was surprised to hear this, Ozpin had already given him his 5000 lien less than a week ago and he didn't remember doing anything to cause any trouble. But he complied, he walked at a faster pace, eventually reaching the elevator.

He pressed the button and after a minute of waiting, the doors to the elevator opened, he pressed the button leading to the top floor.

He was greeted by the sight of Beacon's headmaster sitting on his a chair behind his desk.

"Please, come in."

Kakashi walked in. "Am I in trouble?"

"No. But there is something I would like to speak to you about."

"What is it?"

Ozpin abruptly stood up, and tapped on his desk a little, it displayed a hologram display Vale's insignia.

"As you know, in the days after the dance we will be having the first year students do missions shadowing a professional huntsmen."

Kakashi nodded

"Roman Torchwick's Arrest led to an increase in moreale, now this is good, as negativity attracts grimm, and this happiness has largely mitigated grimm attacks. But strange things have been happening in the villages and settlements east of Vale."

Kakashi raised an eyebrow at this, Kakashi had also noted Ozpin's strange demeanor, his tone and the look in his eyes which told him he was hiding something.

"Grimm attacks have in fact risen."

Now this caught his attention.

"We sent a huntsmen and huntresses to investigate this strange phenomenon and they have largely turned up nothing until today, when this video surfaced."

Ozpin tapped on his desk a few times again, it now displayed a video. It started to play.

Whoever was filming seemed to be I a village, in the middle of a road with houses surrounding that road. There were grimm everywhere, mostly beowolves and ursai with a few alphas sprinkled among them. Dead, mutilated bodies were strewn across the street, blood splattered around the walls of the many buildings. The person who was filming was frantic he was breathing rather heavily. Kakashi thought of how stupid this man was, why film? Run. Then Kakashi saw an extra detail, blood. The video was filmed from a low angle, as if whoever was filming was in a crouched or low position, on the floor below whoever was filming was blood.

The person filming, was bleeding heavily, then a few seconds later, on the corner of the video, a figure turned the corner into whatever street the man who was filming was on, the figure was in a dark robe, the figure was also hooded, obscuring his face using the shadow of the hood. The man filming then let out a horrific shriek, absolutely terrified of whatever was approaching him then, a low gurgle came, Kakashi couldn't see what caused it, but it was obvious what did. The video stopped.

"That was a video recovered from an almost completely destroyed scroll after investigating what remained of Florgan Village."

Kakashi already saw what Ozpin was trying to do, he was trying to get him and his team to take a mission, one outside of the confines of Vale at that. Ozpin was still hiding something though, he still kept that suspicious tone and demeanor.

"Why are you showing me this?"

"I would like to ask you something, what did you notice about the video I showed you? Anything peculiar?"

"The grimm didn't attack the robed figure, in fact, they didn't even attack the man who was filming. The man also didn't panic much at the sight of the grimm, he only started to scream in terror when the robed figure appeared."

"Precisely. It's as if this robed figure has some sort of effect on the grimm, they may possibly have a semblance that can control grimm, though to what scale is unknown."

Kakashi stared into space, lost in thought for a few seconds.

"I doubt they can control grimm on a very large scale."

"What makes you say that?"

"They are only attacking villages, if they can truly control armies upon armies of grimm, then they wouldn't settle for just villages on the outskirts of Vale's territory, they would instead attack Vale directly. He must have a limit to the number of grimm he can control."

"That's very observant of you Mr. Hatake

Kakashi still couldn't help but feel that there was something Ozpin was trying to lead on o by showing the video.

"Again, why are you showing me this? I don't think first year students are qualified to take missions of this caliber." Ozpin sat on his chair and crossed his fingers together

"But our huntsmen are stretched thin as is, grimm activity has been increasing near mountain glenn, these grimm have threatened the southern area of Vale, thus forcing the council to send more huntsmen to the frontlines."

"I see"

"Which is why…"

Ozpin tapped on his desk again, now revealing an icon of a small village on a map titled 'Riverwood'.

"This village is in need of great assistance and sadly we can't send out professional huntsmen. Riverwood is one of the neighboring settlements of Florgan village, and grimm activity has been increasing significantly, now this can be attributed to Florgan village being destroyed thus causing many negative emotions but…"

"It doesn't always hurt to be safe."

"Indeed. Which is why we are sending Team CFVY, the best team in terms of field performance among the second years there tomorrow."

'CFVY?' It looked like Coco wasn't lying about being the best team in the second year.

"And I also want you to come with them, since your team is the best performing in the first years. Though I can understand if you want to refuse, but do note if our suspicions are correct, then you will be saving thousands of lives if you are successful."

Kakashi was never one to turn down a mission especially from superiors so he only had one answer.

"I'll take the mission."

"Wonderful, you will be taken to Riverwood by a bullhead along with Team CFVY at exactly 10:00am. Be prepared. You will also be exempted from tomorrow's classes and be given a perfect score in any activities that are to transpire in class.:

Ozpin was still hiding something from him, that was for sure, but he simply nodded and walked to the elevator.

Ozpin watched as Kakashi went in the elevator, and waited till he heard the gears start turning. He then opened his scroll and pressed a few buttons on it, he called the headmistress.

"Yes sir?"

"I was able to get Mr. Hatake to take the mission. We should be able to observe him from there."

"How so?"

"I tasked Team CFVY to observe him, we should be able to know if uses the aura substitute."

Team White Knight was congregated within their room. Ruby was rather worried at the fact that Kakashi had not come back yet, they hadn't seen them all day, but when he disappeared like this he would usually leave message

"Kakashi hasn't come back yet."

Yang who was watching some video on her scroll brushed off her sister's worries.

"Don't worry, this won't be the first time he doesn't come back for the night."

"Yeah but he usually leaves a message."

They then heard a knock at the door.

"Speak of the devil." Blake looked up from her book.

Kakashi walked into the room with a rather tired look on his face. He looked at his team. "Sorry, I went out to buy dust."

A look of realization beset the girls

"Ozpin gave us mission, we're gonna go to the Riverwood village tomorrow morning along with team CFVY."

There was a silence then a cheer.

"Woooooo!" Ruby cheered with her arms up.

"Booyah! And with CFVY? They're like the coolest team!" Yang similarly cheered

Kakashi rolled his eyes, why was he only hearing about CFVY now? He'd been in this school for a little more than four months and he has never once heard of CFVY. Was he really that oblivious to the on goings of the school?

"Finally, a real mission" the resident ice queen looked excited for once.

Blake had a slight smirk.

"Now, this mission is in fact very dangerous, which is why I'm surprised Ozpin decided to send first years to help with it. I'll brief you on the details."

Kakashi tapped on his scroll, now displaying a hologram, the video Ozpin had showed him earlier played. A mix of shock and worry ran across the group.

"Whoa." Was all that Yang could say

"That was taken from Florgan village, it's theorized that the robed man in the video can control grimm, and grimm activity is increasing around Riverwood which is reason to believe that Riverwood is the man's next target."

"So what are we supposed to do? Capture the man? Protect the village?" Weiss asked

"Officially our job is to only investigate the sudden spike in grimm activity, but I'm pretty sure Ozpin wants us do more than just 'investigate'. Either way, I arranged a meeting with CFVY tomorrow morning, two hours before departure, meaning you all have to be awake by 6am."

They all groaned

Kakashi then laid out a map, it was a map of Riverwood. The team looked at the map as he began to explain the details of the mission.

"Riverwood is large village with a population of one thousand eight hundred residents." Kakashi grabbed a red marker. "It's separated into five distinct districts, the entire village itself is guard by a wall, District 3, suffered a breach on the wall, causing smaller grim to start flooding in, the guards currently stationed at the village have been doing a decent job at holding it off but asked for assistance. By my estimate, if we don't act within the next forty-eight hours, district 3 will soon be completely overrun by grimm and soon will the other districts after that.

Kakashi drew an 'x' on the area of the breach. "We can assume that the person with the ability to control the grimm hasn't made his move yet, and this breach is just a byproduct of the negative emotions caused by the destruction of the neighboring villages. My plan is for us to station ourselves at the breach site, which is likely where the man will stage the attack, as for team CFVY, I have some suggestions for them as well."

"This should be easy" Yang crossed her arms

Weiss shook her head and approached the map Kakashi was looking at.

"I don't think so, this isn't as simple as grimm extermination, this time, there's person involved."

"As much as I hate to say it, Weiss is correct."

"Hey!" Ruby chuckled at her partner's annoyed look

"Fighting grimm on their own is rather simple, but if we add into the equation the fact that a human being is controlling these grimm, it changes almost everything, the grimm will likely be more organized and whoever's controlling them will likely use them more strategically."

Weiss and Blake nodded in agreement, while yang frowned at being disproven.

The implications of this mission was huge, they were not only going to fight Grimm, but they were also fighting a human who can control those grimm. Kakashi was aware of the fact that this would make fighting the grimm all the more difficult. But for now he needed to sleep, he'd deal with the planning tomorrow, then maybe when the mission is finished, he could finally make Weiss and Ruby fight.

Yo! Sorry this took a lot longer than expected, I've just been really fucking busy, still am, but I'll try (emphasis on the try) to get a chapter out before the year ends.
