Godmother in disgrace- part 2
KarenDani4Ever asked for a oneshot of a sequel to Ch3140 "Godmother in disgrace" where Snowing make things right with Red.
Snow and David felt awful about their set to with Red. She was one of their oldest and dearest friends. She was almost as excited about Emma's arrival as they had been. When they asked her to be Emma's godmother…they had never seen her look prouder. It was only right that she wanted time to bond with Emma as they did. She was just going about it in a different way. They couldn't stand the fact that they had hurt her, or made her feel like she couldn't spend time with her own goddaughter. They had to make things right. So they arranged to meet with her at Granny's once more.
Red was less than pleased sitting across from them. She was clearly still very hurt.
"Red, we wanted to apologise for the way we dealt with things the other day." Snow lead the conversation. "We both trust you completely with Emma. We wouldn't have made you her godmother if we didn't." Snow pointed out. Red still didn't seem very pleased.
"We were wrong to tell you off about how you choose to get to know her. At the end of the day Emma is happy and safe under your wing. That's all we really care about." David chimed in. Red nodded slowly, looking down at the table.
"It really hurt me that you thought I'd be a bad influence over her." Red told them. "I really care about her. I would never do anything to put her in harm's way."
"We know that." Snow promised her best friend. "We were just being silly. Please, can you forgive us?" Snow asked, truly worried that she wouldn't be able to. Red smiled.
"Of course I can." Red told them. "I couldn't hold a grudge against you both. Not for long, anyway." Red promised them. Snow relaxed into the chair, relieved she had her best friend back, and that Emma had a (somewhat) sensible partner in crime on nights out.
