Chapter 1: An unfortunate end and an exciting new beginning.

You know life can really be great at times but at the same time cruel and sadistic. For me, it has been four years since I completed my computer engineering degree and later marrying my girlfriend whom I've been seeing for a while and, on top of that one of my favorite anime No Game No Life has finally had its second season released in 2026! This turn of good fortune however took an unfortunate turn real fast. As I was heading back home from work to watch the first released episode of No Game No Life season 2, I was hit with one of the most iconic and overused ways main characters get Isekaied with… Truck-Kun. Damn it this sucks and what the hell is this place a void? I wonder if this is the hell or maybe something in between but I swear if th-

Welcome! Rejoice and be grateful for you have been chosen as one of the lucky few to be granted the all-mighty ability The Gamer.

These last moments have been a rollercoaster of emotions even though I really should be really excited right now but I don't... but I think we all know the cause of that now do we?

Correct my new player

Your name has been pre-chosen deal with it.

Select your race! {Human}{?}{?){?}{?}

By the way, don't worry about getting a race like a bug or such they will be humanoid...ish but for all you know you could be turned into a goblin or an insectoid…

Eh… my mom raised no bitch SPIN THE WHEEL!

{Race Gained: Enhanced Human}

Hp = End x15

Sp = End x25

Mp = Int x10

[Flexible body](Passive) - Lvl: 1/25[0%]

Increases flexibility of the body

Increases Dex by 1%

Well… I suppose I spun well, but it's a good thing I didn't get something like house elf from Harry Potter…

Now then time to choose your class

[Fighter][Mage][Rogue][Support][?][Archer]

Now that is new from all the Gamer stories I've read never been a [?] type class

It can vary from special classes that you wouldn't gain till much later on in The Game or be something from a character's special class such as [Hamon User] or something like the starting support classes which is not all that good when starting.

Choosing random has been good to me so far so lets once again spin that wheel!

Class Gained

You will be given a list of 5 choices to choose from by those rolls.

{Rolling…..}

First Choice - Scary Monsters

Second Choice - Boy 2 Man

Third Choice - Cream Starter

Fourth Choice - Fun Fun Fun (Originally it was Golden Experience Requiem but that's far too op this early)

Fifth Choice - THE WORLD (Part 7)

Oh, those are some nice rolls excluding Boy 2 Man, Cream starter, and Fun fun fun. Even though B2M has a powerful ability, the need for luck on a game of RPS (Rock, paper, and scissors) isn't that great for combat… Along with both of the stands of a favorite character of mine in part 7, Diego Brando. I wish could've created my own stand but this will do I choose THE WORLD totally for the survivability it gives and not just to fuck with people in timestop no no no... maybe a little bit…

[Stand acquired - THE WORLD] Stand mastery 1/100[0%]

Stand Durability - 640

Stand Damage - 80

Well you know I always go for that gamble so let's roll for it!

Trait Gained

[Directionally Challenged]

Perk Gained

[Luck of the draw]

Luck in drops, Gacha, and certain events are increased considerably.

[Conqueror's Haki] Lvl - (0/10)

Make those who are weaker than your will know it, make your enemies freeze with fear or outright knock them out

Requires 50 Cha and 50 Wp per level

This is where I stop that [Shifty] and [Scared] trait is really gonna hurt in getting allies and such which really hurts, but that perk… Haki and stands? That's amazing! Anyway, let's get the show on the road...

Ok! Open The Game!

The starter world has been pre-chosen starting in 3… 2… 1…

My eyes shoot open as I sit up from what seems to be grass as I look around I see trees all around me. Getting up from the ground and looking at my clothes I have what seems to be similar to that of Time-Skip Zoro which is pretty neat, to be honest. Looking at my character avatar I see that I'm somewhat similar to Aizen Espada arc from bleach but with black hair, and azure eye color. Lastly, I summon my stand… THE WORLD, still the same color scheme that I love, though all that comes to mind after this is… where the fuck am I?

[Quest Initiated: Where the fuck am I?]

Difficulty: 0 - A fuckin joke.

Find out what world you reside in within five days.

Rewards: 100 Exp

Penalty: -5 Int and Wis, given the trait [Moron] and laughed at by The Game and ?

Accept?: Accept/Decline

Annoying but ok now then time to find out how to get out of this damn forest… I can only fear how bad this may go seeing how my [Directionally Challenged] trait is probably gonna screw me here. Oh well, might as well start with opening an ID and leveling up first as the sky and surrounding area grow darker I see something shambling towards me as I use [Observe] on it

[Shambling Zombie Lvl 5]

Hp - 160

Str - 13

End - 8

Dex - 4

Int - 1

Wis - 1

Cha - 1

Lck - 0 (None Its dead)

Seems easy enough to deal with.

Well might as well get some practice in using my stand as I use Heavy hit the zombies head.

"MUDA!"

Critical hit! X2.5 damage!

-500

[You have gained 400 Exp!]

[You have leveled up! x3]

Seems like The Game acknowledges areas that are vital as critical hits good to know. Looking at what the zombie dropped I see a small health potion and some strange currency on the ground… [Observe].

[Valis] - 300

The common currency used in Orario.

[Small health potion]

Heals 10% of your HP

It seems as though my first starting world is in Danmachi which is not that bad in comparison to all the other worlds I could have been dropped into first…

[Quest Completed: Where the fuck am I?]

Rewards: 100 Exp

Well, time to get my grind on before dealing with the troublesome situation that is getting out of this damn forest…

[Quest initiated: First steps to greatness]

Difficulty - 1 - Meh.

Objective - Get to level 20 before leaving the forest

Bonus Objective - Get to level 60 before leaving the forest

Rewards: 2500 exp

Bonus Rewards: 1500 exp ,? ,?

Looks like I have some work ahead of me as I see around nine zombies coming within the clearing all within the same level as the last, some being a bit higher or lower. Now then let us have some fun, shall we? As the first one approaches into my stand range THE WORLD punches it in the gut then while it's staggering caves its head in finishing it off. "I'm about to send you all on a one-way trip back to hell!" I yell as I rush the next closest zombie near me having my stand kick its leg in the side and chop its neck off with a hand quickly killing it and the rest following with my onslaught of stand attacks.

[For killing 9 zombies you have gained 3,700 exp!]

[You have leveled up! X9]

[Stand Users Endurance](Passive) 1/100[0%]

[Fleet Footed](Passive) - For reaching 50 dex

I wonder when I'll be able to use time stop though I guess that should be left for a later time. For now, I'll focus on increasing my level. Hearing a thundering crash to my right I see a new zombie type [Observe].

[Mini-boss: Hulking Zombie Lvl 37]

Hp - 4170

Str - 247

End - 278

Dex - 41

Int - 1

Wis - 1

Cha - 1

Lck - 0 (None Its dead)

Well shit… this is a problem I didn't think I'd see something like you for a while, and I can't have you ruining my fun so soon~. Still, I have the first level of armament and observation haki now on top of my stand so this should be a piece of cake… Murphy don't fuck me over yet please.

RAAAAAAAAGH!

The hulking zombie roars at me before it starts to charge me on all fours, though being a smart cookie and instead of taking it head on I sidestep it's charge completely and it hits the rock behind me full speed taking 570 damage in the process. While it's disoriented from the nasty crash from the rock I use my stand to chop its right arm off and kick it away dealing a bit over a fourth of its max hp and causing it to start bleeding off more.

RAA-

Dashing forward I cut off its roar using my stand to uppercut it in the jaw then proceeded to finish it off with a stand barrage.

MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA!

As my stand finishes barraging it the zombie flies back into a tree and for a moment it tries to get up before succumbing to it's wounds perishing.

[For defeating the Mini-boss you have gained 7,500 exp!]

[You have leveled up!x12]

Hmmmm yes let the power flow through me! Truly the greatest high! {Sin counter +1} - Jojo reference

It even dropped a Gacha token, 5,000 Valis and a medium health potion, hmmmm yes let the sweet loot flow within me! Anyways I really need to start grinding up towards that bonus reward for the quest. Cue training montage...

Chosen day - Friday

Pretty good new stats and skills if I don't say so myself! Though I wonder what my stats would look like if I were to join a familia…

[A single stat point on your sheet would look like 1 to 5 ratio so if you have for example 250 in Str it would convert to 1250 on their status, however, every 25 levels for you is 1 level for them]

What about my skills? How would they see that?

[It would keep things like Observe, Gamer's Mind/Body, and Create ID a secret but, for your Stand, your perks, some of your traits, and any passives you may gain from stat milestones will be shown.]

Wait like what type of traits?

[It would only show traits such as Arcane Ineptitude, Juggernaut, and Haki Practitioner ]

Troublesome, that Arcane Ineptitude may make things worse when I'm trying to join a familia.

[In addition Wis and Int will be converted to their representation to Mag stat however Cha/Lck will not show on it as well]

At least they won't see all of my bad traits… Now then on to the situation that is unlocking a new I.D type seeing how zombies aren't cutting it, because it took three days just to bloody get to this level which is strange because usually, the first 50 levels are easier to achieve why is that?

[Due to your class being a bit more advanced it'll take more exp to level up further into the class and the lower the level of the mob compared to your level will put a penalty on exp gain from it]

Well shit guess I can't just grind these easy mobs all day if I want to actually get to level 60 though in theory how many more zombies would I have to kill to get there right now?

[It would take around 2,578]

Yeah…. Fuck trying to kill all those zombies for level 60 guess it's time to level up my I.D more. Though another question is will getting rid of my Directionally challenged trait require points into wisdom or intelligence and how much in either? Well whatever it's time to level up my I.D so I can get those nice bonus rewards… also hope I'm not too far in the timeline in Danmachi... *sigh* how troublesome…

Authors Note: Not gonna lie I stared at this for a bit after I finished it, wondering if I should post or not until I decided and said fuck it and posted. I will warn you I will not be writing lemons for a while so don't expect it for a bit. As for the people who don't like DWS inspired fics, leave now… Or not depends on you entirely. With that said… Kisama... miteiru na?!
