A/N: I'm starting to change points of view in this one and finally getting to stray from the movie plot to my own plot!! Get ready, readers!
I smiled to myself as I walked down the halls towards Kam and Ani's room. We had to make sure everything was in place the coronation was the perfect cover. An opportunity like this only comes once every blue moon. Every single detail had been precisely planned and nothing could go amiss.
I knocked on their door only to be greeted by Quinn. "Hey, get in here quick!" He grabbed me by the wrist and pulled me into the room.
"Is everything ready?" I asked looking to where my brother was struggling to secure Ani's cuffs around his arms.
Kami scowled at me. "Almost," he growled, his eyes looking down at Ani's arms with distaste. "If only these stupid cuffs would go back on."
"So Dia, are you going to make the wishes?" Ani asked.
I nodded as the cuffs magically bound together around Ani's wrists. In the Kingdom of Auradon, the king and his pet fairy godmother had bound Ani's cosmic genie power but these cuffs were his father's they were bound only by the genie's original three rules: no wishing for more wishes, no raising the dead, and no making someone fall in love with someone else. It bound Ani as a slave, but it was only temporary. Nothing would stop me from getting those cuffs back off Ani.
"So, we get through the barrier while everyone is distracted then from there what?" Maddie asked making me notice that she is in the room.
"From there we spread out, we get the other gangs on our side," Kami said turning from the now cuffed Ani who couldn't tear his eyes away from the things binding him to the bidding of one person.
"We already have the south gang on our side from there we have to get the East, West, Underground, and anyone else we can convert to the cause," Sara explained.
"Who runs each gang?" Maise asked.
"The east is run by Ming Yu, daughter of Shan Yu. It's said that she and her right-hand man, Zhen Nan, are not only masters of hand to hand combat but can break into and out of anything. The East fears but respects the gang as not only can the fight without a weapon or with any weapon, but they have a soft spot for their people. They try to protect their own but are always pushing into new territory.
"The west is run by two actually, no one's sure who really calls the shots because the two are in constant squabbling over who is the true ruler, but one thing they know is that you don't mess with Jack and Lauren. Laurence of the West, the daughter of Theodora the Wicked Witch of the West and Jack of Hearts, the son of the Queen of Hearts."
"The rightful ruler of Wonderland," Maddie mumbled earning her a glare from Kamal.
"The two are exact opposites, one has no heart the other is the king of it." Kamal cracked a small smile at his stupid pun. "But seriously Jack is known as one of the heartthrobs of the Isle."
"Wait, they have a heartthrob list of the Isle?" I asked cracking a small smile. "I want to see this list. Who's on it?"
"We've already met one person on it," Kamal said.
"Really!?" Sara and I exclaimed.
"Let me guess it's Harry, the things I would let that boy do..." Quinn said before trailing off.
"I don't want to hear about it," snapped Kamal. "Anyways, Lauren and Jack may not know who is the true leader of their gang, but they know how to play off each other's strengths to gain whatever they want.
"Finally, the underground, the most elusive of the gangs on the isle ran by the child of Hades themself, Alexois. They are, to put it lightly, odd. They aren't quick to anger like their father. They love to make deals and play off what others would consider their strengths. Alex themself has been around for a long time. They remember life off the isle, but no one really knows where their head lies."
"What about the North? Who runs the North?" Maddie asked.
"Mal used to run the North, but considering her and her four highest ranking officers have left the North is open for the taking," Kamal smirked. "I say the 40 thieves move in on the Northern territory before we engage with any other gangs."
We nodded in understanding. "Okay," I said spreading a rough map of the isle out on the table that everyone now leaned into. "We'll be entering on the Southside of the Isle." I circled a place marked Ursula's Fish Chips. "This entire area is Uma's territory." I encircled the entire Southside of the Isle. "She's allowing us safe passage for now. In order to get to the Northern Territory, we have to pass through another gang's territory. I suggest we stay away from the East as they are known combatants and the most militarized gang. They'll notice outsiders immediately and attack."
"I know Jack, the West could be a good place to pass through," Maddie said.
"When was the last time you spoke to Jack?" asked Kamal accusingly.
"Before King Beast decided to invade our land remove our royals from their throne and throw them to an isle in the overland!" Maddie snapped.
"The west is a possibility, but I was thinking we cut straight through the middle," I said circling the middle area of the Isle. "That's underground territory, and they spend most of their time in the underworld anyways. Besides from what I've gathered Alex is the most friendly to outsiders. If we were to run into them it'd be easy to explain that we were just passing through."
Kamal shrugged. "Both are good options. We can ask Uma what the best route would be. She might have alliances with either gang."
Maddie turned to Quinn handing him a black compact mirror. "Ani and I have made this into a communication device. Dia will have a hand mirror that connects if you ever need us just check the mirror."
Quinn nodded taking the mirror and smiling at me. "Is this for Operation Cheat Code?"
I laughed. "If it has to be."
"Now," Kamal interrupted, "we should all get ready for the coronation before people start questioning us."
We all nodded heading our separate ways. I walked over and sat beside the unusually quiet Ani who was still staring at his new cuffs.
"Hey," I said nudging him with my shoulder. "You okay?"
"Dia!" He exclaimed. "I'm putting my life in your hands! Please don't let me continue to serve!"
"Ani," I said hugging him. "I would never leave those cuffs on you. I promise we'll get them off as soon as possible."
Ani smiled into the hug. "You ready to do this, girl?"
I smiled sadly. "Only if you are."
Ani disappeared into a cloud of smoke into his lamp. I took a deep breath and rubbed the lamp. In a large cinematic cloud of smoke, Anwar appeared. "I am the great and powerful genie at your service, Master." Ani paused. "Wow, what just came out of my mouth?"
We both laughed. "We're really doing this," I mumbled.

I found Carlos outside of the venue, I smiled happily upon seeing him before remembering that I won't see him for a long time more. I grabbed his jacket pulling him into a long lingering kiss.
"Whoa," Carlos said as we pulled away from each other. "What was that for?"
"For luck," I replied smiling.
Carlos's eyes widened in surprise before his face returned to normal. "Hey, I wanted to give you something before we went inside."
"Oh really? What did you want to give me?" I asked.
Carlos smiled. "Close your eyes." I obliged. I felt his lips meet mine as something was shoved into my hand. I opened my eyes to have a jade ring revealed.
"Oh my Allah! Carlos, it's beautiful." I exclaimed wrapping my arms around his neck.
"Do you really like it?" He asked.
"I love it!" I smiled slipping the ring on my right ring finger.
"Good," he said smiling, "because I made it, and I wasn't sure if you'd like it or not."
"You made it!?" I shrieked.
"Yep!" He smiled. I gave him a peck on the cheek.
"That's amazing, babe!" I smiled admiring the ring holding on to his arm.
Carlos smiled down at me giving me a kiss on the top of my head. "Never forget that I love you, Nadia."
I smiled. "The same to you, Carlos."
We walked into the venue arm in arm smiling like the couple of fools we were as if the world we had entered wasn't going to rip us apart.
As the coronation began, the four of us sat on the edge of our seats. Everything is set, as long as nothing goes wrong, we'll be on the isle in about twenty minutes. I looked at Carlos. I've spent so long lying to him. I squeezed his hand placing a kiss on his cheek hovering by his ear before saying, "Trusting me was a mistake."
Before he could react to anything my hand had slipped from his, and I had smoothly passed through the crowd to the back.
What? I had no time to contemplate Nadia's words because as soon as she slipped from my grasp the wand was out of the Fairy Godmother's hand. I rushed downstairs with Evie and Jay. It was now or never if we didn't go through with this plan who knew what our parents would do to us.
When we reached the ground floor, it wasn't Mal who had the wand but Jane. Well, today is full of surprises. My head is still reeling from what Nadia had just told me. "Trusting me was a mistake." What did she mean by that? Why did she accept the ring?
I was ripped from my thoughts by Mal, who now possessed the wand turning to us saying, "that we are NOT our parents." She turned towards Jay. "I mean stealing things doesn't make you happy. Tourney and victory pizza with the team makes you happy." She turns to me. "And you, scratching Dude's belly makes you happy who would've thought. And Nadia Ababwa makes you extremely happy." She turns to Evie last. "And Evie, you do NOT have to play dumb to get a guy. You are so smart. And I don't want to take over the world with evil. It doesn't make me happy. I want to go to school, and be with Ben because Ben makes me really happy." She turned to Ben and smiled for a second before turning back to us. "Us being friends makes me really happy, not destroying things. I choose good, you guys." She stuck her fist out.
Smiling Jay added his fist to hers. "I choose good too."
Evie smiled nodding adding her fist as well. "I choose good."
They all turned to me expectantly. "So, just to be clear, we don't have to be worried about how really mad our parents will be? 'Cause their gonna be really really mad." I added laughing.
"Your parents can't reach you here," Ben reassured.
I looked at him smiling. I glanced back at Aladdin and Jasmine. I could start a new family here. With Nadia. With Aladdin and Jasmine. With Kamal. I don't ever have to go back to my cruel family. I'm going to talk to Nadia as soon as the coronation is over. Smiling I added my fist to the others, "Okay then, good."
Mal invited Ben to join us, and he did eliciting much applause. I turned to invite Nadia too before remembering she had slipped away. Where did she go?
Maddie uncovered the mirror we had hidden underneath a sheet in one of the back rooms that is hardly ever used anymore. Maddie and Anwar combined their magic to reveal Ursula's Chip Shop. Uma and Harry both smiled upon seeing our faces.
I turned to Anwar. "I wish anyone that I allow can pass through the magical barrier of the Isle."
Anwar snapped his fingers.
I smiled. "I allow Anwar Kader, Kamal Isam'il Ababwa, Madison of Wonderland, and myself, Nadia Ranya Ababwa, to pass through the magical barrier." With that I tentatively stuck my hand through the mirror, it easily passed through the magical barrier I smiled continuing to walk through it.
"Welcome to the Isle of the Lost, Princess." Harry Hook smirked at me.
"That's Sultan to you, Pirate." I snapped.
Harry cracked another smirk. "I'm Pirate but you're Sultan? Nice dress, Princess."
"Hey!" Ani called catching my attention again. "Can you give Ali, Vitani, and Misa permission to crossover?"
I nodded obliging. I smiled as Ani sent Vitani through first. "Hey baby. You feel like seafood?" I asked her smirking at Harry who just gave me a smirk in return.
"She's a feisty lass. I like her." Harry said.
"You like anything that breathes, Harry." Uma snapped.
I laughed petting Vitani as my younger twin brother came through with Ali on his shoulder followed by Ani holding a bag full of clothes and finally Maddie with Misa climbing into the bun on top of her head.
We looked back at the mirror we had entered to see Quinn with a sledgehammer. "Have fun, guys. I have to get back to the coronation hall before they notice I'm gone. Nadia give me the signal if we need to implement Operation Cheat Code."
"Of course, Rider! Although it's doubtful," I replied. Quinn smiled before the portal shattered.
"Can we get out of these really expensive overland clothes yet?" Maddie asked moving Misa away from her diamond earrings.
Ani smiled holding up his bag. "I've got impeccable fashion taste. You guys won't believe what I've put together for you."
We ran off towards the back where Uma showed Maddie and I a place for the two of us to get changed while Harry did likewise with the boys.

"Ani next time, can the skirt not be so short?" I asked coming out turning around and around trying to see if the back of the skirt covered my ass.
"Stop doing that," Ani said grabbing both my arms ceasing my movement. "You look hotter than the Arabian Sun."
"I think you did amazing Ani!" Maddie exclaimed. "You can design for me anytime you like."
"Thank you, Mads." He said. "See at least one of you has taste."
"I hadn't complained Ani!" Kam yelled.
"Yeah, but you have no fashion sense. You're lucky you're hot because no one wants that mess." Ani said sassily causing the rest of us to laugh.
"Anyways, ignoring our fashion. Uma, Harry, do either of you have suggestions for the best route to travel north?" I asked laying our map of the isle out on the table. Harry and Uma joined me looking it over. "We're going to avoid the east, but we don't know if we should travel through the west or the middle."
"Do you have connections to either gang that controls those areas?" Kamal asked.
"We don't want to start conflict yet," Ani added.
"And we most definitely don't want to start it with the wrong people," Maddie said.
"Lauren and Jack are a bit of loose cannons. On a good day, you'll get a threat. On a bad day, you'll get a beheading." Uma said.
"Alex is even more unpredictable though," Harry added.
"The East might be your best bet," Uma replied. "But they have trained infantry and combat specialists."
"Is there a weakness we can exploit?" Kamal asked.
Uma and Harry shared a look smirking. "Alex can't resist a deal. You get them something they want, they give you the safe passage you need."
I smirked. "I bet I know what Alex wants. They want what every god wants. We can get them that."
"If you can provide Alex with something they want, then you're all set to take over the North," Uma said. "From there on, you proceed with your plan, and we'll proceed with ours."
"Until the moment they collide," Kamal said smirking.
It was during the afterparty of the coronation that I was approached by Carlos asking about Nadia and the others.
"I haven't seen her," I replied locking eyes with my sister, Sara and clasping my hand around the compact mirror. "I thought she was with you. I mean she's head over heels for you."
A light blush dusted Carlos's cheeks, as he began to speak. "She slipped away during the coronation." He paused seeming to argue with himself over something before continuing. "I haven't seen her since. I'm starting to get worried."
"She'll probably turn up. She might've ditched with her brother. The Ababwa twins were never really big on parties anyways." I replied placing a hand on Carlos's shoulder. "If you can't find her in the morning then we can start worrying, okay?"
Carlos gave me a weak smile. "Okay."
I watched Carlos walk away looking down to the compact mirror I had been given. I peeked at it seeing the ceiling of what I assume is the Chip Shop before closing it and returning to the party.
