Maleficent's boy- part 4
Anonymous asked for a oneshot of a 4th instalment following on from Ch2967 "Maleficent's boy- part 3" where Snowing have to save Emma from Maleficent. I know this wasn't exactly what you asked for but I hope it will do.
"Well this has been great." Emma said, getting up from the booth in Granny's and giving both her parents a hug. "I'm on the early shift tomorrow though, so I should really get heading."
"Want us to walk you home?" David suggested. Emma smiled and shook her head.
"Nah, you two stay with little bro and finish your drinks. I'll be fine." She promised him.
"Ok, see you tomorrow." David said, sitting back down and wrapping an arm around Snow. Emma smiled and gave one final wave before walking out into the crisp night air. The town was pretty much silent. It usually was come nightfall. Unless you were directly outside the Rabbit Hole, there weren't many sources of noise to be found. That's why Emma jumped halfway through her walk home when she heard a voice from behind her. Especially when there had been no footsteps to alert her to the presence of anybody else.
"It's rather late for mommy and daddy to be letting you walk home alone. You never know who might be lurking in the shadows." Emma whipped round and sighed.
"What do you want, Maleficent." She asked rather pointedly. She was now fed up with her apparent grandmother and wished she'd just leave her family alone.
"What I've wanted all along, dear. For my family to return home. Your father might be blinded by supposed true love…for now…but you are not so easily distracted. I wanted to talk with you one on one. Grandmother to granddaughter. Come home with me to my lair. Embrace your dragon heritage. You are so much more than a mere human 'Saviour'. Your power goes far beyond all of that. Let me show you how." Maleficent offered her. Emma wasn't even vaguely tempted.
"You tried to kill my mother too many times. Not interested. My dad was right to give up his dragon side. It's not worth it." Emma said. Maleficent's eyes narrowed dangerously.
"I will only let you away with such petulance because you know no better." She warned Emma. "Fine, walk away Emma. I will have my family back, one day. I'm no stranger to patience." Emma rolled her eyes.
"That's good, because you'll be waiting a Hell of a long time if you think for one second my dad, Neal or I will ever join you." Emma told her straight. "Do yourself a favour and leave town. We want nothing to do with you. Good night." Emma said, turning around and walking away. She wasn't scared of her grandmother. Even if she was stupid enough to try and take her again, it wouldn't take her parents long to work out where she was. Then they'd just come and rescue her again. Maleficent would never get the family she wanted.
