Chapter 19

Padme continued to be totally stunned by the thing that had just went down a few minutes ago, it was difficult for her to comprehend how this whole thing was possible and no matter in what way she looked at it: This would probably be the one thing that would stay beyond her comprehension forever. Luke could see the confusion on her mother's face and so he didn't hesitate too long to say: "I know how confusing this kind of experience must be for someone that isn't used to be around the almighty Force mother but it's absolutely clear that the force sensibility lays in the blood of the whole Skywalker Family."

As best as she could she tried to forget about this unusual experience that had just taken place a few minutes ago, because they were truly some things in this big universe that she would definitely always have a hard time to understand. Besides from that she was happy to know that her Anni had not only sacrificed himself to save his own son but turned back to the good side in the process, even if that meant that wouldn't be able to spent any time with his children personally. Deep down she also knew that he was definitely watching all over them and knowing that her husband was watching everything they did was kind of very soothing to her.

Meanwhile the five TIE Fighters were still on route to intercept the Millennium Falcon and from the cockpit of the leading fighter Captain Barnes said to his colleagues over the radio of his TIE Fighter: "Let's make sure that we sent a very clear message to this Rebel Scum, let them see that the Empire has finally been reborn to full strength thanks to the great Admiral Thrawn." One by one the other storm trooper acknowledged that message with a short: "Understood Sir."

Back in the command center of Imperial Station in the Trias System, the Commanding Officer had finally been put through to Admiral Thrawn to notify him of the newest developments in the Trias System. "Admiral our sensors have picked up a rebel ship that will most likely pass through the System with military goods on board, a group of TIE Fighters is on route to intercept and destroy it as we speak." Thrawn acknowledged that little shortly by saying: "Very good Captain, but I also want you to get hold off the supplies that this rebel scum tries to get through our territory before you set an end to their miserable existence." The man on the other side of the big screen just nodded and replied shortly: "Considered it done Admiral."

"It's good to see that I can fully count on you Captain, report to me immediately when you have the supplies from the rebel ship on board." Then the screen went black again and he then gave out the order to the man at the communications station to get the Admiral Thrawn's Order out to the leader of the TIE Fighter Squadron. Back in the cockpit of the Millennium Falcon, Han of course was happy to have not encountered any problems on the trip to the Corellia System so far but on the other side he couldn't help but think: Maybe this whole trip went all too well for now, I really can't explain why but deep down my gut says that somewhere on this ride some Imperials will surely be coming out of their hiding places and strike when you least expect them.

Meanwhile Leia had been really lost in her own thoughts as her mother and brother had been talking with each other and as Padme finally looked over to her suddenly really quite daughter, she really didn't need some Jedi Force Power to know that something was really bothering her right at this moment.

"Leia, is everything alright? Because it seems that something bothers you really much and you know that I want to do everything I can to help you." Leia took a few minutes to think about it and her mother certainly didn't want to rush her and finally said: "You're right Mother something is bothering me, it's about the man that I love that much like you loved our father when he was still alive: Han Solo. I know that he's one person who surely can take care of himself but I can't help but worry about his safety every time he goes on a mission for the New Republic." Padme exactly knew from experience how her daughter felt right now, because all the time Anakin had been on some far away planet fighting in a war that she had hoping to be able to avoid from the start of the threat of the Separatists against the Old Republic. From the start it had kind of seemed to her like a big majority had wanted to go to war with the Separatists Movement from the very beginning, not being interested in any way to solve this conflict with peaceful negotiations.

Of course she couldn't say anything that would permanently ease Leia's emotional pain about being separated this much from a loved one but she couldn't, but after doing a lot of thinking about what to say she finally answered:" I completely understand that you're worried about Han's safety, I went through the same emotional rollercoaster when your father fought during the Clone Wars on a lot of far-away planets and even if I knew like you that he could take care of himself, I couldn't help but think every time he went away what would be if he didn't come back from one of those missions.

I can only tell you to not lose faith in the fact that he will come back to you every time and trust me I know exactly how difficult it was to tell myself that everything would turn out alright in the end but don't forget that you don't need to carry this emotional burden alone because me and Luke are here to support you the best way we can." Luke just nodded in response, and then Leia couldn't help but let some tears flow down her cheeks because she was very touched by her mother's little speech. Padme then scooted a lot closer to her daughter, wrapped her arms around her body and softly whispered in her ear: "It's okay Leia, I'm here for you, no one will ever separate us again and I know deep down in my heart that Han will come back to you in one piece."

Of course she was really looking forward to meeting the man that Leia had fallen in love with, no matter what person he was like in the end only one thing truly mattered to her: That they were able to have a happy life with each other, maybe also soon get a family and she knew that Leia would definitely be a good mother to their future kids.
