NOTE TO Jason00: you know, what happens is, my brain is I'm "watching" what I am writing, and I tend not to either describe properly, or not describe at all what I'm seeing in my brain! So yes, more might be needed regarding Christopher and Adrianna's meeting, but at the same time, it's a sacred thing, something that should be shared in private. That's their personal business, not ours. And just to let you know, I did imagine them to walk hand-in-hand down back to the team, I don't think I described that, did I? So glad you enjoyed it, though!

NOTE TO roban05: Ooh, that's really good, but no. That isn't really a trick, but I do think Levi did sit at Sue's desk at some point in the show!

TRIVIA: When did Troy go to art school?

?-?

"ME HAVE FRIEND FROM WHERE? ART SCHOOL." Troy explained. "HE AMAZING ARTIST. YESTERDAY HE CALL ME, SAY SOMEONE IMPERSONATE HIM."

"HOW?" Sue asked.

"STRANGE PERSON HE SAY HE PAINT MY FRIEND PAINTING." Troy signed, then started signing so fast, with signs and classifiers Jack didn't know.

"Hold up, time out." Jack said, signing "STOP" as well. "Can you interpret? I'm not getting all the words."

Sue nodded at him, then turned to Troy. "My friend has a studio in the country where he goes on the weekends. It was broken into 3 months ago, and several paintings were stolen"

"Did he report it to the police?" Jack said and signed, interrupting.

Troy nodded in reply, then continued.

"Last week, he saw one of his stolen paintings, only it wasn't his name on the painting." Sue interpreted. "When he went to the police, they asked for proof that the painting was truly his, but he didn't have any. He had just finished those paintings, no one had seen them yet, not even his wife, so no one could corroborate his story. When the police wouldn't do anything, he came to me, and I told him I know the perfect people to help him. You two."

Jack chuckled. "Thank you, but I'm not sure if this is really a case for us." He said and signed.

"Come on, can't we at least try?" Sue pleaded, not signing.

Jack looked at her pleading face. "Oh, alright. We'll look into it on Monday.

"THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!" Troy signed, happy that someone was listening. "MY FRIEND PHONE NUMBER, ADDRESS, BOTH." He signed, handing the couple a card.

"THANK YOU." Sue signed, reading it.

"ME NEED LEAVE NOW, BUT HAPPY NEW YEAR!" Troy happily signed as he got up.

Sue smiled at him. "HAPPY NEW YEAR SAME."

"BYE!" Troy waved, the couple waved as he left.

"You did a good thing. Thank you." Sue said, leaning her head on Jack's shoulder.

He chuckled. "Of course. Now to figure out what's going on."

?-?

"I can't believe your trip is already over." Darcy sadly said as she watched Bobby pack up the next morning.

"I can't believe the season's already over. Back to monotonous days, and normal cookies." He replied.

"What, is there something special about Christmas cookies?" She asked.

Bobby nodded and smiled widely, taking a Christmas cookie from a plate that was on the dresser. They had baked a large batch together on Christmas Eve, and he was going to bring some back to DC to his friends. "They're magical."

Darcy laughed. "You're going to eat all the cookies before you even get on the plane!"

He shrugged. "If I do, then I guess I will have to stay and bake more with you."

"I'd like that." She quietly replied.

"Unfortunately, that won't happen." He said, zipping up his suitcase. "I have them all packed, and I don't think my boss would be too happy if I played hooky." He walked up to her and lowered his voice. "But I would do it for you in a second, darlin'."

She smiled widely at him. "Then, why don't you?" She whispered.

"Because I have a job to do." He said in a normal voice, walking to put his suitcase by the door.

"That's what I love about you, Special Agent Manning. Always doing things for other people, not yourself." Darcy replied.

He smiled at her. "Someone's gotta do it."

She nodded. "Alright, let's get you to that plane."

?-?

"Is there a reason why you're doing that?" Cathi asked, seeing Myles pocket his ringing phone again.

"Because you're more important than the caller." Myles replied.

"I'm more important than your parents?"

He looked at her in shock. "How did you know it was my parents?"

"I saw their name the last time they called, and figured they would again. Why don't you want to talk to them?"

He hesitated on his response. "We don't, don't always get along. It's hard to explain."

"When my Dad was calling and I wasn't answering, what did you tell me to do?" Cathi asked.

He embarrassedly looked at her. "Talk to him."

"And I am so grateful for that. I would've regretted it so much if he died, and we never got to speak again. Just call them, talk to them for one minute. It'll be alright, I will be right here."

Myles stared at her for a few seconds. "You know, you're right. I should call them. I would regret it if I didn't, and something happened."

"That's the spirit!" She happily exclaimed.

?-?

"Who wants Christmas cookies?" Bobby asked as he came into the bullpen Monday morning.

"Cookies?" Jack replied, his ears perking.

"Darcy and I made them on Christmas Eve. They're really good, if I do say so myself." He explained as he set a small container at every desk, starting with Mya, since she was the closest to the door.

"Mmm, thank you." She said, peering into the box.

"These ur reey ood!" Jack said, already divulging into the cookies as soon as Bobby set them on his desk.

"These are for Sue's crew, so when you see them next, you can give them to them." He replied, holding up the bag before setting it next to Jack's desk.

Jack nodded. "I know what they all will say," He replied. "THANK YOU."

"Well, you can tell them," Bobby replied. "YOUR WELCOME."

Jack smiled through his mask. "I will."

"So what'd I miss?" Bobby asked, settling into his desk.

"Well, we have a new case." Mya said.

"Ooh, what is it?" Bobby asked.

She smiled through her mask. "You'll have to wait and see."
