Brand new story idea that came into my head! Thinking of ideas for An Impactful Quirk brought me to this idea, so let's see how this one goes. MK x One Piece crossover! The first of its kind!

We all know that Blackbeard's Yami-Yami no Mi could negate devil fruit powers, but what actually happens when he tries to negate the Gura-Gura no Mi, the power to destroy the world?

"Teach…" Growled Edward Newgate, otherwise known as Whitebeard, the strongest man in the world as he looked upon his wayward son.

"Zehahaha! You look like you've seen better days pops! What happened? You have a bit of problem with your razor and shaved part of your mustache off?" Teach said with a laugh, a dark gleam in his eyes as he had just arrived from Impel Down with his new crew.

Whitebeard pointed Murakumogiri at him. "You'll pay for what has happened to Thatch and Ace Teach!"

Marshall D. Teach, taken the name of Kurohige, or Blackbeard, just flexed his hands and taunted him. "Bring it on pops! My power is far superior than yours now!"

Whitebeard clenched his fist, a white orb appearing around it as he channeled his devil fruit. He went for a punch, like he had just earlier done with Akainu. Teach, predicting that he would go for it, held out his hand, channeling his Yami-Yami no Mi to negate it. The two powers clashed violently, as the sounds of cracking was heard as well as the sound of vortex trying to absorb it.

Teach's eyes widened as everything around the two started to be swallowed up in darkness, towards him and Newgate. Newgate glared deathly at Teach.

"You don't think I know that Teach? Do you know what happens when it tries to absorb a devil fruit as strong as mine?" Teach looked shock as he tried to cancel it out, but couldn't as Newgate's attack got stronger, the wind whipping around them strongly.

"Pops, what the hell are you doing?!" Teach screamed, clearly terrified.

Newgate chuckled mirthlessly, "I may not be to kill you as I am now, but I can stop you from obtaining the one thing you truly desire, TEACH!" He roared, channeling his earth-shattering power into the black hole.

Teach panicked, trying to turn it off, but it acted against him. He looked past Whitebeard's shoulder and his eyes widened, seeing the spirits of Thatch and Ace over them, grinning victoriously. "No! NOOOOOO! Not you two! Only you two could've helped him win this! DAMN YOU THATCH AND ACE!"

Sengoku growled, "Aokiji! Ice wall around them now! We can't allow Marineford to get sucked up into that darkness!"

Aokiji, in a rare sense of seriousness, nodded and poured his energy into making a strong enough ice wall around the two as they started to get sucked into an actual black hole.

"I was supposed to be the pirate king damn it!" Teach yelled as him and Whitebeard got sucked into the portal. "Captain!" The members of the Blackbeard pirates yelled, unable to do anything to save him.

THE END

No seriously this is it. You people expected something else to happen? Really? Sigh, fine! There is more!

Outworld, roughly 500 years before Shao Kahn overthrows Onaga

Teach groaned, sitting up from the ground. He looked around, seeing that he was in a barren wasteland. "What the fuck happened? It feels like I just woke up from one of Pops' parties." He narrowed his eyes as he rubbed his head softly.

"Pops… he should've rolled over and died! How does a man survive two holes in his chest?! Damn him, damn Thatch and Ace for screwing up my plans, even in death!"

Teach stood up and flexed his hands. "The power of the Gura-Gura no Mi was at my fingertips! How could it have gone so wrong and so fast?! I was so close! With Pops out of the way, I could've easily taken his place as the Fourth Yonko and been so much closer to the One Piece!"

He growled, punching the ground. "I was so close to being unstoppable! Damn it all! I had the perfect crew, I had the perfect devil fruit, and I would've had two!" He shouted out at the top of his lungs as he expelled darkness out of his body, the coarse ground becoming pitch black from his fruit.

Meanwhile, at the Dragon King's Temple

The dragon king, the emperor of Outworld, Onaga opened his eyes from his slumber. "I sense a powerful presence." He growled lowly, a smirk crossing his face. "They would make a fine addition to my army, weaker than Kahn but with the potential to grow stronger. Interesting….." He rumbled softly.

"KAHN!" He roared loudly, calling for his trusted right hand. The future emperor of Outworld, Shao Kahn, arrived soon after and kneeled before him. "Yes, mighty Onaga?"

"Do you feel it? That power of darkness." Onaga murmured as Kahn nodded. "I do my lord, he is powerful. Stronger than any of my soldiers."

"I want you to find him and bring him here, I'd wish to speak to him. And hurry! If I have felt his presence, then the Elder Gods must have as well. I don't need their meddling, nor that of Shinnok's or Earthrealm's gods."

"Right away, mighty Onaga." Shao Kahn stood and bowed, before leaving him.

A week later, now in a forest.

Teach was frustrated, going over the calculations. Teach may have acted like a coward and a brain-dead moron half the time, but even he knew something happened that shouldn't have. He set the book down that he had hidden in his coat, the encyclopedia of Devil Fruits. He had been constantly rereading the powers of his fruit, the Yami-Yami no Mi.

"Damn it all, it doesn't make any sense! It should've negated it! It works for all of them, the only issue I should've had are with any of the Zoan fruits, and there's no way I was gonna fuck around with Kaido and his army of Zoans." He murmured softly, taking a bite of an apple.

"The only thing that makes sense is that Thatch and Ace, damn them both! Messed with my fruit or made Pops' attack stronger. Guess he was right in the fact that family bonds make people stronger. Damn it all, now I'm stuck on an island that I have no clue where I am. I could be in North Blue, East Blue, West Blue, South Blue, or some random ass island on the Grand Line!"

He tapped his chin softly. 'Should I keep up the guise of me being a spineless coward? It would make it easier for me to pass through until I can find my crew again. I did some foolish things back then as one though. I'm lucky Pops didn't use his naginata on me, that would've hurt like hell. Even Ace's fire bullets and that brat Strawhat's attacks hurt me. I should be more careful at the least, some of the wounds take longer than others to heal from.'

His musings were interrupted by the sound of someone walking up to him. He turned his head, "Hmm?"

Shao Kahn walked up to him. "You! Giant! Are you responsible for the traces of darkness around here?"

Teach stroked his beard. "Hmm, a giant? I didn't think I was that tall. As for the traces of darkness, I would have to say no, I am not responsible for them." He grinned softly.

Shao Kahn growled. "Do you take me for a fool?! I can sense your power! Its oozing off of you! Are you a threat to the Dragon King Onaga? ANSWER ME!"

Teach waved his hand, but internally frowned. 'Didn't think there were any Haki users here, so I have to be on the Grand Line.' "Ahh calm down there hothead. I'm no threat to this "Dragon King" or anything. I'm just trying to figure out how to get off this island so I can obtain the One Piece and become pirate king."

Kahn gripped his hammer tightly. "You dare mock the Dragon King?! What is this "One Piece?" And pirate king? You are in Outworld, there are no such things as pirates or pirate kings here! All who live here do so at the will of the Almighty Onaga!"

Teach's eyebrow furrowed. 'What the hell is an Outworld? I've never heard of an Outworld before. And they don't know about the One Piece or Roger? Have they been living under a rock?' He clapped his hands softly, grinning. The guards that Shao Kahn brought with him pointed their weapons at him.

"I see what's going on!" He shook his fist at the sky angrily. "Damn you Pops! You sent us to a whole different world all together!" He sighed softly but shrugged. "Guess it can't be helped."

Kahn growled, "Are you an Earthrealmer?! I will have your head and present it to Onaga for a trophy!"

Teach blinked softly. "Aren't you just a happy little dude? Geez, it sounds like I'm talking to Akainu again. No, I don't know anything about an Earthrealm, or an Outworld for that matter. I just know I've been in this forest/desert area for about a week now, or at least I think it was a week."

He cupped his chin softly, thinking before feeling someone poke his ribs with their sword. "Oy stop that. It's not nice to poke someone with those sharp objects." He smacked the person away, watching them go sailing through a tree and as they hit the ground, they were dead.

Teach just looked sheepish. "Oops, guess he was too weak for that." Kahn just looked at him agape. 'I'm either dealing with the world's biggest child, or the world's strongest idiot.'

Teach stood up, popping his back. "Hey helmet head. Do you know if there's somewhere I can get some grub, or even a map? I think I'm lost."

Kahn fumed. "You dare insult the mighty Shao Kahn?!" Teach shrugged. "I don't know who Shao Kahn is, all I see is a man who I can't tell if he's wearing a helmet with a face shield, or some creepy ass mask. And whatever those are supposed to be." He pointed at the soldiers he brought.

"FOOL! YOU WILL DIE! ONAGA'S WILL BE DAMNED!" Shao Kahn shouted, leaping at the taller man with his Warhammer.

Teach blinked. The man was fast, not as fast as Kizaru as he watched him, but fast enough. Acting quickly, he pulled one of his flintlock pistols and blocked the attack with him, the impact caused the ground to shake under the two.

"Hold up now mister Helmet Head. Now I don't know who this Onaga is, but I'm sure if it was his will to see me, I'm sure he'd be pretty mad if you killed me!" Teach said with a grin, starting to laugh.

Shao Kahn scowled, "I'm sure he won't mind seeing you with a few wounds on your body!" He roared, pouring all his strength into the warhammer and smacked the pistol out of his hand, smashing his hammer into his chest.

Teach gasped, getting hit with the hammer and flying back through a couple of trees, as he bounced and skidded across the ground, eventually smashing his head into a boulder as it felt on top of him.

Shao Kahn panted softly, before his eyes widened. "Oh shit, Onaga's going to be pissed off with me."

Darkness swirled around the rocks, absorbing them as Teach pulled himself out of the rubble. "Well, that hurt like a bitch. No seriously, I had a kid whose probably half my height punch me full force in the gut, had my old commander put his fiery spears into me, and those hurt." Teach cracked his neck softly.

"How? How did you get up from that?!" Kahn demanded.

"Well you see, I'd tell you I did a ton of push-ups, but seeing as how I'm fat as shit, that'd be a lie. So, I drank plenty of juices and ate a ton of food. Also, I'm beyond a normal human, let's go with that one." Teach remarked with a grin.

"Now then, I believe this boulder is mad at you for smashing my head into it and wants revenge." He summoned his darkness and the rocks that fell on him were shot out at fast speeds towards Shao Kahn, whose eyes widened at the speed and velocity they were going.

Kahn gripped his Wrath Hammer and smashed them all, surprising Teach at the sudden speed. 'Hmm interesting, he might not realize it but he's learning about me, as well as me learning about him.' His gaze offhandedly turned upward to see a dragon flying towards them.

"Kahn, I asked to retrieve him, not to pick a fight with him." Onaga said with an amused expression. "My, you are a large one. How you managed to avoid my gaze for so long is quite impressive."

Teach grinned, "Well if it ain't a fucking dragon. Well you know what they say, you gotta eat to grow big and strong, and I took that to heart." Kahn's eyes widened at the blatant disrespect before Onaga laughed.

"Well then, indeed you did! I may have only gotten a preview of your fight with my right hand, but I'm impressed with your fighting capabilities. Kahn is a master tactician and you threw him off his game, along with that special power. I've never quite seen that, even in all my years of roaming the realms. What is it if you don't mind me asking?"

Teach rubbed the back of his head. "Well, I got this power from a fruit that I ate. I killed a crewmate for it because I've been searching for it." Onaga's eyes had an amused glint to it as Kahn growled. "But the fruit is called the Yami-Yami no Mi, or the Darkness Devil Fruit. It allows me the power over of darkness and it can work like black holes if I will it. It's a power that allows me to reduce anything to nothingness."

Kahn whispered to Onaga. "He killed one of his own for this power. He cannot be trusted my liege. (1)" Onaga just laughed it off, grinning darkly. "It may be, but he is very powerful. I can feel that." He approached the large, in many ways other than one, man. "An interesting power, Kahn here empowers himself by stealing souls."

"I knew a woman who could do the same thing, but it affected their lifespans instead of directly taking their souls." Teach said, cupping his chin. "Helmet head over there said that you had an offer for me. Right now I'm worried about getting home."

"Ahh yes, to claim the One Piece and become pirate king. I heard." Onaga said with a small smirk. "And if there is not a way to return where you came from? A man of your prowess cannot survive for long by yourself, even with your incredible powers. You will find, here in Outworld, the plants and animals are much different compared to where you came from."

"I'm sure you've already realized that, with the week you've been here. And with my resources, if there is a way you could return, we would find it a lot faster if you worked with me."

Teach rubbed his chin, "You do have a point there. Other than that, what kind of perks do I get? And what will I have to do? There's no such thing as a free lunch after all. Zehahaha!"

"You are indeed a very smart individual, Marshall Teach. With your power, you will become one of my generals. As I'm sure you'd be offended if you were merely a grunt, especially with your, "power to reduce anything to nothingness" as you call it. You will be granted all benefits of being a said general, a position sought after by many in my stead, but only few obtain. Shao Kahn is my right-hand man, and if you prove your allegiance and worthiness, you could very well be my left-hand man." Onaga said with a grin and a boisterous laugh.

Teach joined in the laughter, before grinning darkly. "I'll gladly join you mighty Onaga, but I will have to warn you of a threat. A man that I abandoned was the cause of my dilemma in this dimension. He is most likely dead at this point, but his power can be transferred to another. This power is said to be able destroy the world, in the form of quakes." Teach finished with a narrow gaze.

"I had wanted this power for myself, because then I would truly be unstoppable. But my plan clearly failed, as evident in my current situation." Onaga cupped his chin while Shao Kahn was practically salivating at adding that power to his own arsenal.

"Indeed, that would prove to be bothersome. I will have you leading the search for that power since you are the most familiar with it. Bring it under your control, or mine, and you'll be well rewarded, Teach."

"That's the other thing, I don't mind you calling me Teach, but to the underlings, I would like to be called Kurohige." Blackbeard said with a vile grin, to which Onaga nodded in acceptance.

"Very well Kurohige, you will be known by that title when the underlings are addressing you. But do be warned Marshall D. Teach, if you think of betraying me, my wrath will seem like what happened between you and this man seem like a petty argument." Onaga said with a fierce glare. "Do we understand each other?"

Teach fell on his ass and nodded. "Of course mighty Onaga, whatever you say!" 'Until I get Pops' power, there's no way I can take him out anyways. Until I find it, I'll bide my time. I am a patient man after all.'

(1): Foreshadowing at its finest.

Alrighty and there's the start of Outworld's Black Hole! Tell me all whatcha think, it's definitely different than I what thought of originally. It's also tough as I have no comparisons to any other MK x One Piece story as this is the first one!

So as we see, Teach and Whitebeard's clash had a different affect than intended, all due to Ace and Thatch's wills. Whitebeard does end up dying, despite being sent to Earthrealm, while Teach is in Outworld.

Leave a comment as to what you believe I should do with the Gura-Gura no Mi, if I should give it to Teach before Kahn's betrayal, after his betrayal, before the MK tournaments, if I should give it to the Great Kung Lao, or have Raiden safeguard it until a time when it's needed.
