Author's note: Reviews are a fanfiction author's bread and butter. Sometimes. Thank you for all of you who have given a review. I tried my best to get the job, but I failed. So now I write and am looking for others to apply to. Fun. Since I couldn't figure out how to write his recommendation exam, I thought it would be a good idea to just do a filler before Izuku, Shoto, and Katsuki go to U.A. Hope you all enjoy it! It's a shorter chapter than most so sorry about that!
"So...is it just me or does it seem like all the Normal type Pokemon seem to gravitate to Eri for some reason?" Asked Shoto Todoroki to Katsuki Bakugou.
"Let's see. Theirs the Type: Null that got from that criminal boss, the Slakoth she found in the woods hanging off of her like a backpack, Izuku's Castform Aeolus glaring at any person outside our families, besides you of course Shoto, another Castform that found its way here and has been copying and learning from Aeolus, an Igglybuff and Happiny that came together, a Munchlax that seemed to run here, a Porygon came out of my moms phone somehow and floated until it found her, a little Litleo cuddles her at night and a Helioptile dances around her in the daytime. Then there's the Stufful and Komola that follow her like ducklings not to mention that Izuku found a Drampa in the woods that likes to guard the house whenever she is near it. That is without the many bird Pokemon that seem to always fly over head and you know that there is a lot of normal flying types. So yeah. Inko finds dog looking Pokemon. Izuku gravitates towards dragons. It makes sense that Eri would get Normal. Don't know why, but I'm pretty sure it is a Midoriya thing."
"Quick question. Do you think Izuku will adopt any classmates or other little kids like Eri as a piece of his family?"
Katsuki paled. "I hope not. I mean, not that its bad or anything, but Izuku has his own brand of crazy. What I'm not joking! How many people do you know create a Pokemon Reserve, beat up poachers, crime bosses, and criminals, have a kid adopted into his family by pure chance, and deals with literal Legendary Pokemon by giving them a slice of his moms apple pies? Can you imagine him teaching someone to do that? If Eri is what happens when even a small percentage becomes like her big brother, what do you think would happen if he took someone under his wing?"
Shoto paled. "Oh."
"Yeah. Oh is right."
"I just jinxed it didn't I?"
A shiver just went down Katsuki's spine. "I think you just did."
In a mountain resort, where a Heroic Ranger team called the 'Wild Wild Pussycats', orphaned and taken care of by his aunt, Izumi Kota shivered even with his horned ballcap on his head. His tiny Squirtle looked up at him with worry from the boys lap. "It's probably nothing. Don't worry."
In a city, in a cat cafe, a boy with purple hair shivered. A Ghastly hovered over his shoulders, and an Espeon and Umbreon sat on either side of him. His coffee cup was warm against his hands. His dad stared at him from across the table. Shouta Aizawa looked to his left where his Gallade was and stared at it in the eyes. Then Shouta took a huge gulp of coffee. "Someone was talking about Izuku Midoriya."
Hitoshi Shinso rose an eyebrow. "How do you know?"
Shouta sighed. "I just know. Don't try to understand my logic. When it's the Midoriya problem child, I just know."
In a radio station with her dad, Jirou Hizashi shivered. She watched as her dad's girlfriend Shiretoko Tomoko, or Ragdoll, face start to pale. Her dad Yamada, or Present Mic continued on with his show. They were both right outside the mans recording and live wire room. For some reason she had the feeling that someone had jinxed something. After all, it was that common feeling of goosebumps when she and her dad said the same thing at the same time.
Ragdoll looked at her with pity and slowly patted her back awkwardly. "It's going to be okay. I'm sure when you meet the Midoriya's it'll be alright."
"What are you talking about?"
"I'm sorry, but I just know that something is going to happen with Izuku Midoriya."
"You mean that kid you said had Legendary Pokemon in his house."
Ragdoll face was straight. "Yes."
"Oh"
Underneath a warehouse sat a man with a breathing apparatus. He believed in superstition because of his Quirk. When the light flickered he winced even though he couldn't see. When his news station on his portable radio turned to static he shivered. When he got told that the Nomu's he had created had started to go crazy in their cells, he could only sigh. Something had happened and he didn't know what.
