February was coming to an end, as was Winter. Bayview was greeted by a warm breezy night... A large moving shadow jumped from building to building. It's monstrous form went undetected by the citizens below. Landing on a flat rooftop, Bobby, now fully a Werewolf, howled at the sky.

Suddenly a bright yellow lightning bolt struck Bobby in the back and seared his fur coat.

Sonia Ford stood behind him ready for battle. A feeling of Deja Vu was etched not only in her brain, but the minds of her friends as well.

Bobby roared and raised his sharp claws. Dashing forward, he growled threateningly and swung his arms repeatedly. Sonia was completely on the defensive; she back flipped away, ducked, jumped, blocked and rolled. The girl had no time to strike back. After a few more swipes, Sonia found herself on the edge of the building. Before the Wolf was able to strike again, a whip of water came from below them and collided with Bobby's chest sending him across the roof.

Noah landed next to Sonia and helped her to her feet. The two drew their Legend Staffs and prepared to fight.

Stones and fireballs rained down from the sky as Jared and Liam flew through the air on their Legend Boards.

Bobby swatted the attacks away as best as he could but couldn't keep up. In seconds he was surrounded by a barrage of attacks and an immense amount of smoke. Chris then sprinted from the darkness and covered his right arm with the diamond tinted armor. His fist made solid contact with Bobby's right shoulder and sent him flying.

Surrounded by the Rangers, Bobby snarled and showed his sharp teeth. Exchanging glances behind their helmets, the Rangers hesitated on attacking; they knew who they were fighting and he was their friend. However, they weren't so sure anymore; over the last few days, reports of strange animal attacks flooded the news. Without a doubt, Bobby, and by extension the Twilight, was behind them.

Asher rode into the air about fifty feet above Bobby and jumped, letting gravity pull him down. He raised his Legend Blade and prepared to strike. Unfortunately, the Werewolf sensed the Light-Watcher, grabbed him by the arm and slammed him onto his back.

Jared reached forward at Asher and sprinted toward him, though he knew he had no time to save him.

Suddenly, a gust of wind blew Bobby off his feet and away from Asher. Alicia had appeared standing with confidence.

Upon seeing her, Bobby roared one last time and disappeared into thin air...

In a swirl of colored lights, the Rangers demorphed. Each was huffing and puffing air.

"We've been chasing him all night." Noah panted, with his hands on his knees.

Liam shook his head and said, "We can't catch him like this."

Chris crossed his arms. "So we let him go?" He looked over towards Jared for an answer, but the boy's face was pointed at the ground.

Sighing, Jared knew of a very possible outcome to the problem.

"You have to promise me." Bobby's voice rang in his mind as a memory.

Sonia noticed this too and looked closer. "Are you ok, Jared?"

Snapping the Slayer out of his thoughts, Sonia was met with the same focused brown eyes Jared showed.

"Yeah, I'm fine." The boy smiled meekly, "We'll get him back, guys."

He looked over at Alicia who was off in her own world. No doubt she was in her own personal turmoil...

(Cue Theme)

-Bayview High School-

Noah and Liam sat in US History class not paying attention at all. Their teacher drowned on and on about the Progressive Era of the United States. Noah had given up on trying that day as soon as he walked through the door. He stared around the room at all his classmates as they strained to get every word down in their notes.

"You think we can get him back?" Liam whispered as he scribbled in his notebook.

Noah shrugged. "Beats me. He's already hurt people; he may be beyond saving."

"But we have to try."

"I know... but this time, I don't think things will be alright."

In the Library, Jared sat on a window couch staring out at the city. Lying against the arm, he had long forgotten about the novel that was lying on his lap. Bayview seemed so busy that day. It was a large city, but it seemed so small next to the massive ocean. Sighing, the Slayer looked across the area and noticed Alicia sitting at a table with textbooks littering her space all around.

Curiously, Jared got up and approached her.

Pink earbuds prevented the girl from hearing Jared approach.

Looking over her shoulder, Jared was shocked to see that Alicia wasn't reading textbooks at all; she was reading books of magic.

"What're you doing?" Jared asked, putting his hand on Alicia's shoulder. This made Alicia jump in surprise.

The look Jared got from her eyes was one of confusion and pain.

"I'm just... studying..."

"In broad daylight? In school? What if someone saw you reading these?"

"It's fine, Jared. Really. I'm just doing some research. You don't need to worry."

"Ok... Fine." Defeated, Jared walked back to the window couch and opened the novel trying to distract himself.

Alicia sighed as well and shook her head. Don't need to worry? She thought. I'm falling apart here...

Unexpectedly, her phone started to buzz in her backpack. Pulling it out, her eyes widened when she read the sender's name: Bobby.

She opened the message and it said a simple sentence:

We need to talk. - B

On instinct, Alicia knew where Bobby would be if he wanted to talk to her. She packed up her things rather quickly and left the library. As she exited the area, Jared followed her.

Bayview Park -

Alicia sat on a park bench looking at the decorative water fountain. As the girl watched the usual park birds wander around, her mind casted back in time. She knew Bobby would be here because her first date with Bobby started in the exact spot she was sitting.

"Alicia." Bobby's voice rang out.

Alicia's neck hair stood on end as she darted to her feet. She met Bobby's eyes and took a defensive stance. Despite looking more-or-less normal with wearing average civilian clothing, Bobby's face contradicted this assumption; his eyes were bloodshot, darted all around and his hair was messy.

"I just want to talk."

"There's nothing to talk about, Bobby." Alicia turned away hugging herself.

"Why are you doing this?"

Something swelled up in Alicia within moments. "Why am I doing this? Bobby, you've hurt people! Innocent people! We've been chasing you around for days and you're brushing it off like it's normal!"

Shaken, Bobby rapidly blinked to fight back tears. "I'm only following orders. If I do what Slade and Wiseman say, then they won't hurt any of you. I'm doing this for you!" Bobby half screamed in the end.

At that moment, Alicia came to terms with the pit in her stomach that appeared as soon as she started dating Bobby.

"I can't do this anymore, Bobby. I'd rather get hurt than innocent people. I can't be with you."

"No... No..." Bobby shook his head and fell to his knees. "NO. I knew it... it's Jared isn't it?!"

"What?" Alicia asked in shock. A swelling inside her shook her core. "It's..."

"I knew it... I've always known you liked him. I thought that'd change but..." Suddenly, Bobby's form started to change and shift. Bones cracked and turned, Bobby's mouth began to foam as his eyes turned a sickly yellow. Fur shot out of his skin as he expanded into a bigger form. Within a minute, Bobby was in full Werewolf form ready to pounce on Alicia.

"Kill her, Bobby." In a swift flash of light, Wiseman and Slade appeared floating in the air above them. "End her existence."

"Bobby..." Alicia whispered slowly, taking a step back.

"Go!" Slade ordered.

Howling, Bobby jumped forward with his claws outstretched.

Before Alicia could react, a flash of red stepped in front of her and blocked Bobby's assault.

"Jared!" Alicia breathed out.

"Morph, Alicia. Morph!" Jared pushed Bobby back and back flip kicked Bobby in the snout sending him onto his back.

"Spirit Legend, Awaken!"

~Alicia Morphing Sequence~

Alicia summoned her bow and fired arrows at Wiseman and Slade, but her attacks missed.

Bobby growled at the two and sent a swipe of white energy from his claws.

Alicia countered with a wall of wind to block Bobby's attack.

Jared jumped into the air and sent a flare of fire down at Bobby, nailing his target.

"Let's get out of here." Jared instructed as he landed.

The boy stomped the ground, causing smoke to flare up in all directions. The two cleared out within moments.

~HQ~

"There's no saving him." Liam concluded. Everyone gathered around in a deep discussion.

Sonia disagreed. "We have to try."

Claire stepped in and said, "Liam might be right. He's under complete Twilight Control."

"I was able to resist." Chris protested crossing his arms. "Let's give Bobby one final shot."

Nodding her head, Claire said, "Jared, it's your call."

Jared crossed his arm and leaned up against the wall behind him. He thought back to a moment months ago...

~Flashback~

Jared crossed the trees of a forest late at night. It was right after the Spirit of Light granted Bobby his powers. The usual shadows of the woods cast all around the Slayer as he found his rendezvous point: a clear field.

Bobby appeared on the other side of the clearing and the two met halfway.

"What's up?" Jared asked indifferently. Obviously, neither one liked being there.

"I need you to do me a favor." Bobby stated looking at the ground as if he was looking for something important.

"Sure, what is it?"

"You saw how I lost it... If that ever happens again... I need you-"

Jared immediately knew where this was going. "No. I can't, I won't."

"Jared, you have to. Look, I know you like Alicia. I see the way you look at her."

Jared tensed up and tried to keep his nerves down. "That has nothing to do with anything."

"Yes, it does. I know it does. Look, I'm a risk factor and if I lose it again I'll hurt her. Neither one of us wants that."

"So, what do you want me to do?"

Bobby looked in Jared's eyes with his own. The Slayer could see the sincerity and fear in Bobby's irises.

~End Flashback~

~Northern Mountains~

Alicia stood alone on a ledge looking over a plateau. She looked at the darkening sky and thanked Jared. She knew that this was her last chance. She'd been studying immensely for this moment.

"Emoc htrof." She chanted extending her arms outward. A pink circle appeared on the rocky plateau below her. Bobby, in Werewolf form, came up from it clearly surprised. He saw the Witch and glared at her.

Nervously, the girl looked deeply into his eyes and found no recognition. Sighing, she whispered, "Thought so..."

Raising her left hand above her, she cast a flare spell and fired a purple light from her left palm. When it burst into the air, a surge of water came down from the sky and smashed onto Bobby. He howled in surprise and anguish. A current of electricity ran through the water and paralyzed him. Noah and Sonia appeared overhead levitating thanks to Alicia. Unmorphed, the two's faces were tightened in focus. Liam darted from a bush, clapped his hands together, and flattened his palms against the ground. He transformed the ground under Bobby into metal chains that pulled him onto his back.

"Now!" Liam called out to his friends. Asher orbed in mid air carrying Jared who was focusing his own powers between his hands. He then opened his eyes and launched six steel poles from a sphere of red Power from Within. The poles landed in a circle around Bobby.

Alicia commanded, "Raelc tuo!" This made white energy surround her friends and remove them from the area, bringing them behind her.

"Retne a ecnart ot eraprep rof eht lautir!" Alicia's eyes began glowing a bright pink as she levitated into the air and 15 feet directly above Bobby.

"Ho yhtgim Eneles, evig em ruoy rewop!" The new moon overhead began to glow a bright white as Alicia began to glow. A bright spectre of a woman clad in greek robes appeared behind her. It was one of many goddesses of the moon: Selene.

"Esnaelc siht lfowerew fo sih esruc!" Alicia spread her arms out to her wingspan and let white and pink energy flow like waterfalls out of her hands, channel through the six poles and into Bobby.

"Wicked..." Noah commented as Bobby writhed on the ground.

Suddenly, roaring black fire erupted from the shadows and straight at Alicia. Being in a trance, she was unable to react to the threat.

"No!" Jared shouted, raising his own shield with a spell. A red energy shield protected Alicia, but the force knocked her out of her trance and sent her spiraling to the ground.

"Alicia!" Asher yelled, orbing into the air and catching her.

Bobby howled louder and freed himself from the restraints.

Alviss stepped out a swirl of purple orbs and snapped his fingers. "Attack, Wolf." Alviss looked a bit different from the last time. He wore a black trench coat with silver lining over a grey shirt and black leather pants with brown boots. The Rangers could see that he had dark shaggy brown hair that fell below his ears. His face was hidden by a silver demon-faced mask.

"Look out!" Noah yelled morphing up. He summoned his Legend Staff and kept Bobby at bay while the others crowded around Alicia.

"Are you ok? Alicia, say something." Jared beckoned.

Alicia felt broken; her last chance to save Bobby and cleanse him of his Lycan Curse was a failure. The spell she cast was a one shot type and she failed.

Lydia's voice came through the Rangers's wristbands. "Guys, there's more Twilight activity coming your way. Be careful!"

An immense amount of Shadowlites appeared in the area and began to assault the Rangers. Unprepared, they all stood in a circle trying to defend Alicia who was still struggling to her hands and knees.

This has to end! Jared thought to himself as he sliced a Shadowlite in half with his sword. He looked over at Bobby and thought back to the werewolf's instruction.

"Guys, clear a path!" Jared beckoned to his friends. "I need a straight shot to Bobby!"

Asher kicked a Shadowlite away from him and asked, "What're you gonna do?!"

"Just trust me!"

Grouping together, Sonia, Noah, Liam, Chris and Asher lined up in front of Jared and focused Power from Within into their hands. The five created soccer ball sized energy orbs that shared their respective colors between their palms.

"Fire!" They shouted letting their projectiles crash through the hordes of Foot Soldiers.

Focusing Leander's power, Jared literally rocketed forward at Bobby.

If I lose it again... Bobby's voice echoed through his head. I want you to...

Jared dematerialized his helmet and caught Werewolf Bobby's gaze. Jared's symbol appeared below the wolf as the soul gate appeared on his chest. In seconds, the Slayer was reaching into Bobby's heart.

~Bobby's Heart~

As Jared passed through the many layers of Bobby, he saw the memories from the boys life. When he was a young boy, Bobby was attacked by a Werewolf and given the curse. His parents, both connected to the Supernatural in their own way, were able to keep it under wraps. However they knew that Bobby wouldn't be able to control himself as he progressed through his teenage years.

After seeing his origins, Jared passed through into the core. Looking down at the stained glass floor, Jared could see a depiction of a bright full moon over a dark forest. At the center of the moon was a pink figure who looked small in comparison to the celestial body behind it; it was no doubt Alicia.

Stepping forward, Jared reached out and touched the orb hovering at the center. When he made contact, a soft feeling crept up his arm. He felt as if he were petting a soft animal.

~Reality~

Jared launched into the air back tucking as he went up. His right arm was still covered in the purple crystal substance as he spun. Righting himself in midair, Jared raised his covered arm at the moon in such a way that the moon rays illuminated the crystal mass causing it to glow in like a shining chandelier. In seconds, the substance broke up and revealed a silver revolver gun in Jared's grip.

"Lycan's Shot." Jared analyzed the weapon. It was a rather ironic True Soul; the Lycan's Shot was a silver revolver that shot silver bullets, which was used to kill Werewolves.

Werewolf Bobby, realizing what had happened, growled as loud as possible and flew up at Jared with a high speed. The two clashed in midair as colliding blurs. Throughout the battle, Jared couldn't get a good shot with the revolver.

Bobby sent a wide swipe, but Jared back tucked below him and fired the gun. With a bright flash, the silver bullet barely whizzed by the target's face.

The Slayer righted himself once more and ran across the air like it was flat ground. He side flipped and took another two shots but missed; Bobby was doing everything he could to avoid getting shot.

"Three shots left..." Jared counted as he ducked under a claw, jumped over Bobby and kicked off his back. At that moment, Jared spun and fired the forth shot but missed once more.

"Come on..." Jared told himself as he spun away from the predator.

The Shadowlites tried to interfere by firing off bursts of dark energy.

"Don't let them hit Jared!" Noah called out to his friends as he froze a group in ice. Liam came around with his axe and spun like a tornado slicing through the frozen Shadowlites. "We can't let them through! Hang tough!"

While Asher and Chris joined the other guys in fighting the front. Sonia was having a tough time defending Alicia who was still expressionless on the ground.

"Please, Alicia! Stand up!" Sonia pleaded as she slashed a Shadowlite with her Daggers. "We need you!"

"I couldn't save him..." Alicia mumbled. The girl was broken and couldn't get it together. She had come to terms with not having real feelings for Bobby, but she still cared deeply for him. The fact that she couldn't eradicate the curse weighed heavily on her.

"Alicia!" Sonia called on deaf ears. Distracted, a Shadowlite raised a jagged sword and cut the Yellow Ranger diagonally along her back. Letting out a cry of anguish, Sonia fell forward into Alicia's lap and demorphed.

"Sonia, NO!" Alicia cried, grasping her best friend's hands.

Sonia looked up at the crying girl with tears in her eyes. "Jared... is fighting for us... the world... the future... We have to..." With that, Sonia lost consciousness.

"Sonia!" Noah screamed as he bashed through seemingly endless amounts of Shadowlites.

Alicia looked up at the sky and noticed Jared circling Bobby and occasionally clashing with him. Bobby gained the upper hand and kicked the boy down straight at Alicia. As he fell, he took a shot and the bullet lodged itself in Bobby's right palm. Though it wasn't enough to take him down, it did cause him immense pain. Jared collided with the ground, de-morphing as it happened, next to Alicia forming a small crater under him. The revolver, with one last bullet, lay next to the girl's hand.

"Jared..." She whispered as the boy struggled with himself.

He was trying hard for all of them. His face was covered in sweat and traces of blood. His clothes were a bit tattered and his right arm was bleeding.

"Don't worry..." He grunted through large sums of pain. "I'll get him back... for you."

Eyes widening with purity, it dawned on Alicia. With new resolution, Alicia rested Sonia next to Jared and picked up the revolver.

I don't know where to go from here. She thought to herself. And I'm not sure how to handle how I feel... But right now, I'm going to save my friends!

Alicia raised her left hand and chanted, "Dnib mih!" Bright white metallic chains materialized around Bobby and restricted him in the air.

"Sselb ym tohs." Alicia chanted holding the revolver in the air. Her own pink energy flowed into the gun as she raised it at Bobby.

Bobby... Thank you for everything... but in my heart there's something different... something I'm not sure of... but I'll follow it.

She pulled the trigger and the glowing bullet sailed through the air surrounded by a bright pink aura. The projectile pierced Bobby's heart and instead of screaming in pain, Bobby changed back into his human form. As this happened, the Werewolf form exploded into millions of lights that showered down on the hordes of Shadowlites causing them to disappear as well.

Alicia studied Bobby's face and covered her mouth in surprise; his expression was one of peace and bliss. All the strife had gone away as his eyes remained closed. He looked beautiful in the moonlight as a white aura surrounded him.

"Alicia..." His voice echoed throughout like a gentle thunderclap. "Thank you..." The revolver in Alicia's hand cracked intensely as it broke up into numerous lights. At the same time, Bobby himself faded away.

Disappointed at his failure, Alviss orbed back to the Dark Void.

An eerie silence fell upon the area. Alicia hugged herself as she processed what had happened. Jared got himself up and casted a minor healing spell on Sonia. She would still need a Light-Watcher's healing light, but she was ok for the time being. Six of the Rangers stood around Alicia as she stared deeply into the moonlight...

A/N: That was a long chapter to write! I actually really enjoyed writing this one. So why did I introduce Bobby only to kill him off? Well, I needed incentive for a few future chapters ;)

Later Days!
