It doesn't take Derek too long to clean up the Grand Arena, since Markiplier's Piss seems to have adequately cleaned itself up by seeping into the ground, and Deryl's body was all in one place. Once the battlefield is cleared out, two more pedestals begin to rise up, as Ciqufrinz's voice comes on yet again.
"For this round, I'll be explaining that exception that I was talking about earlier. You see, our first team here has the theme of TEAMWORK. This team is none other than Abercrombie and Fitch! Since they joined with the intention of being a team to begin with, we've decided that if they can win this round and prove their worth to the audience by gaining enough support in bet money, we will allow for them to remain as a team for the rest of the duration of the Tournament! However, if either of them dies in a future round, they will not be brought back, and the remaining partner will be forced to face off against two foes at a time on their own."
Abercrombie and Fitch hold their hands together and raise them into the air as the crowd cheers.
"On the other side, we thought it would only be fair to balance out this deal by having the opponent of Abercrombie and Fitch contain the fighter with the highest bounty on their head! In a team themed around TRICKERY, we have Celebra and Kyle the Performer! Both of these fighters were shown using intense mind games to win their debut matches, but will those mind games still work now that their abilities have been revealed? Let's find out! Advisor, blow the horn!"
As the horn is blown, both teams immediately first begin to communicate with their partner before taking action.
"This is big, Fitch. We can't squander this opportunity, ok? No matter what happens, just remember, once we've killed both of them, we're in this together. Got it? You're stronger than me, as much as I hate to admit it, heh. I'll make sure that you have the chance to do as much damage as possible." Abercrombie nods at Fitch, smiling. Fitch gives a stern and stiff nod in return, a stoic expression on her face.
"So, if their premise is teamwork, then we should be able to win by splitting them apart, yes? You take Fitch, I'll take Abercrombie." Celebra stares intensely at Kyle, who just shrugs and chuckles.
"Sure thing. Just don't count on them splitting up willingly. We may need to work together more than either of us would like~."
Once both teams are done with their respective brief meetings, they turn to face one another again, and Fitch promptly brings out Under Pressure, before rushing towards Kyle and Celebra with Abercrombie right at her side. Celebra unsheathes Dream On and swings at Abercrombie, but the blade is blocked by one of Under Pressure's arms, while the other jabs itself into Celebra's arm, before yanking itself away and beginning to unravel the limb. Abercrombie pulls out a needle and thread and swipes recklessly at Kyle's face to keep him distracted while Fitch continues pulling Celebra apart. Celebra is able to stop Under Pressure rather quickly by severing the thread using Dream On, but Under Pressure's speed allows for it to immediately jab itself back into Celebra somewhere else and repeat the process. Kyle simply smiles smugly and swats Abercrombie's hands out of his face whenever she goes for an attack, completely unconcerned with Celebra's plight. To his surprise, though, Abercrombie actually manages to plunge her needle into his face, and the moment she succeeds at this, she manages to have Kyle's wrist sewn to his cheek in the blink of an eye. Celebra finally manages to fend off Fitch, but he's already been significantly damaged, having lost most of one of his arms along with several miscellaneous patches of his body. However, he's also managed to plunge Dream On straight into Fitch's abdomen, and when he pulls the sword back out, Fitch makes no effort to continue attacking him, instead taking evasive action.
"What's wrong? You were doing so well. Are you really going to let that tiny puncture wound stop you?" Celebra taunts, smiling gloatingly at Fitch.
"Not falling for that, bucko. I saw what happened in your first fight." Fitch sneers, stealing a glance over at Abercrombie, who seems to actually have Kyle on the run, much to the audience's joy.
"Ah well, I guess you can't blame me for trying. Very well, I'll just kill you the boring way." Celebra draws his weapon once more and lunges at Fitch, who ducks under the blade and rolls away, dashing towards Abercrombie and Kyle. While Kyle is distracted by Abercrombie, Fitch barrels into him, slamming him into the wall of the Grand Arena.
"Look out!" Abercrombie shouts out, but Fitch doesn't have time to turn away from Kyle fast enough, so when she does look behind her, she sees Abercrombie sailing through the air and intercepting Dream On, taking the sword right through her chest and blocking it from hitting Fitch. Abercrombie falls onto the ground, coughing up real blood this time, and Fitch kicks Kyle for good measure before rushing over.
"Abercrombie! That was really stupid! Why did you do that?!" Fitch demands, but Abercrombie just snickers, before reaching into her mouth and pulling out a couple of poison capsules.
"If they play dirty, we play dirty. See you next...round…"
Fitch's eyes twitch with rage as Abercrombie goes limp, and she clutches the poison capsules, almost bursting them open in her hand. She turns back around to face Kyle and Celebra, who are both smirking in her direction.
"Well, Kyle, I believe it's your turn." Celebra remarks, while Kyle pries his wrist off of his face.
"Yes, I suppose it is." Kyle brings out September, which hurtles towards Fitch faster than she can react, dissipating upon contact with her. Fitch blinks a few times, the anger rapidly dissolving from her expression.
"Heh, heh. Man, this place reminds me of the beach. Good times, good times." Fitch wobbles in place, her eyes glazed over dreamily. She loosens her grip, and the poison capsules fall onto the floor. Kyle nonchalantly walks up to Fitch, and grabs her by the neck with his good hand, before smashing her face into the wall of the Grand Arena. Fitch continues rambling about various things, but none of it is understandable due to pretty much all of her teeth being knocked out and her mouth being filled with blood. Kyle smashes her face against the wall several more times, until the sound rings through the battlefield to confirm her death. Kyle turns to Celebra as the duo is transported to the victors' area.
"You see, what sets the two of us apart is this: you wield a very powerful and dangerous weapon, and it serves you well in battle, making you a great warrior. However, I need no such tool. I fight without a weapon because I am not a warrior, I am simply a performer. And I think you'll find that this Tournament is more of a show than a true battle."
Kyle flashes Celebra a shiny grin as the two head to the medical section of the victors' area. Celebra doesn't dignify Kyle with a response; he figures that the constant booing emanating from the crowd outside gets the message across well enough.
