Reviews
Boris Yeltsin: They clearly do, why else would they have approached Roman, the most skilled combatant, for training.
Wolfgirl2013: Thanks :)
Jadey97: Thanks, yeah, it's a tricky state of affairs, considering other 'things' with Mara and Roman.
Now onto the story.

Episode 3 – Part 2
A few days had passed and the fallout of the revelation of the kids learning to shoot was calming down. About the only tension still remaining was that between Mara and Roman. Thinking about that, Ivano sighed, peering out the window of his and Misha's room. Although that wasn't all that was on his mind.
'Wow, I still can't...I mean, Misha and Lydia, not to mentioned Sergei and Iskra….' He reflected. 'The way I've heard them talking about each other, to each other. Do I, feel anything like that for anybody?'
Even as he thought that he looked out at the street and caught sight of Kalina. She had tied her hair back and made a smile on her face as she made her way down the sidewalk. Almost at once he felt his face heat up, remembering the looks they shared before and after the shooting lesson. It had truly been a strange sensation, feeling all warm inside and yet, it had not been unpleasant. He began to wonder.
"Ivano."
Ivano gasped, nearly jumping out his skin as he turned to his brother.
"Misha, don't sneak up on me like that." He complained.
Misha grimaced. "Sorry, sorry...just, wondered what you were looking at so intently."
Ivano immediately panicked. "Oh, um, I...nothing…"
"I see, so you weren't staring at Kalina then?" Misha replied with a surprising smirk more usually seen on Lydia's face than his. "C'mon Ivano, you like her, don't you?"
"I...I…" Ivano squirmed and then sighed, just admitting it. "Yes."
Misha grinned. "Then tell her. Oh and before you say it, I'm pretty sure she feels the same way. She was giving you the same looks you gave her after all."
Ivano couldn't think of any way around it, so he agreed and went to head outside, hoping to catch Kalina before she headed back home.
Some time before Ivano had spotted her walking down the sidewalk, Kalina had been at the her own home. She had been reflecting on the incident from a few days ago, biting her lip.
'Mara was pretty scary then, I've never seen her so angry...But I guess she was right about some of it.' She mused. 'Still, it was fun being there with the others, even if it was something serious and important we were learning. I have to admit, it was really good, seeing Ivano-'
Just the thought of the cute red-headed boy made her blush. She knew right away she felt something for him, just the same way as her friends Iskra and Lydia felt about Sergei and Misha respectively.
Biting her lip she thought to herself. 'I wonder if, he feels...the same way…'
Still pondering she made her way downstairs; a smile crossing her face as she saw Marko and Katia seated together on the sofa, talking happily with Grozdan who was rather red-faced. Most likely because he was sharing the smaller, single seat sofa with Ansel, by sitting on Ansel's lap.
"Oh, hey Kalina." Grozdan said quickly upon seeing her.
The others looked her way, smiling.
"Hi." She replied. "I was just gonna go out for a walk."
Katia nodded. "Okay dear, be careful."
She nodded and, with one last look she headed for the door. She couldn't deny it was so sweet seeing her brother and his boyfriend. The look in Ansel's eyes when he looked at Grozdan, she wondered if Ivano would ever look at her that way as she left her house and began her walk.
Hurrying out side and reaching the sidewalk, Ivano looked around, his expression brightening as he saw Kalina up ahead. He hurried to catch up to her.
"Hey, Kalina!" He called out.
She turned, eyes practically lighting up when she saw him.
"Hi Ivano."
He stopped before her, suddenly nervous. "So, um, I...I wanted to, ask you something."
Kalina tilted her head, a look of what might be hope springing in her eyes. "Oh, what is it?"
"Well, um, would you…?" He stammered; mesmerised by how beautiful and soft her lips looked.
He cleared his throat and straightened up, this was not like him at all. He was well known for his bravado and outgoing nature. Yet here he was getting all nervous. He straightened up, squaring his shoulders and put on his best confident grin.
"I was wondering if you'd like to be my girlfriend."
Kalina's eyes went wide for a moment, she blushed noticeably, even with her darker skin tone. Then, catching Ivano off-guard, she suddenly pulled him closer and kissed him. He responded quickly, a quick sweet, innocent peck before they parted.
"Does that answer your question?" She asked with her own grin.
Ivano nodded; it certainly did.
End of chapter, hope you enjoyed it, read and review please.
