The orange haired woman blocked the kick before shocking the blonde man with her staff.
"Why do you hold back, Sanji? We're supposed to be ready for anything!" Nami stood over Sanji, hand outstretched to help him up.
He took her hand and stood up, dusting himself off before going into the kitchen to make a snack for everyone.
"Because, Nami, you're precious to me and I could never hurt you even if I wanted to." Sanji replied.
"That's not the point; you could've died with that last attack and you just took it instead of dodging." Nami reminded while following him.
He got to work with chopping up fresh fruit which consisted of strawberries and oranges.
"Want some?" Sanji offered.
Nami took an orange slice and put it in her mouth, making sure not to make a mess.
This is good. She thought.
Sanji smiled. That's Nami for you but she's right. I need to be stronger! He thought as he nibbled on some strawberries before putting the remaining uneaten fruit on many plates before decorating them with whipped cream and shredded chocolate.
The rest of the group came to the table to say their thanks before eating. Of course, Sanji and Nami were elsewhere but nobody minded; they were married, after all.
The End
