Teach Me Too Love You
Chapter 1
Fitzgerald Gerald Grant III was a man raised by a man who only had a heart for him. Taken away from his mother at age 12 by his father Fitzgerald Grant II who was a mean and controlling man. His wife Anna Maryann Grant had to learn that the hard way. She fought for the love and protection of her son. She soon learned that Gerry aka Boss was a force to be reckoned with when it came to his controlling ways.
He controlled everything and everyone around him. That was until the US government came for him. He gave Anna a choice…come with him to Cicely or lose her son forever. Anna was afraid of Fitzgerald II and his dark dealings with many unsavory people. She feared for her son Fitz's life so she took him one day and ran as far as she could.
This enraged Gerry and he used every resource he had to find her. Her running only brought her more grief having a young boy to care for. With school and doctor's checkup and just caring for her son it didn't take long for Gerry to track her and her son. Once found, he threatened to kill her if she ever took his only child/son away from him again he would kill her. He told her she could leave but Fitz had to stay with him. Anna was gravely afraid of Gerry. She knew he wouldn't allow any harm to come to their son but she was still his mother and he needed her. Gerry did not agree.
He needed to get out of the US and go somewhere that his underground business could prosper. He chose Italy. Sicely to be exact and if she wanted to be a part of their son's life she would have to come with him. She chose freedom and decided to stay in the US and her life over Gerry. The only bad thing about that is she couldn't keep Fitz if she stayed.
She just couldn't take the abuse from Gerry any longer, his verbal, physiological, and sometimes physical abuse all became too much. He never laid a hand on Fitz in fact he doted on him, took time with him, talked to him, catered to him, encouraged him, praised him, and any other positive accolade you could think of. He gave to their son…but never her. It was as if she was beneath him and not human at times. So she sacrificed her love for her son in hopes of seeing and caring for him again one day and her life to see it come to premonition over staying with Gerry and his abuse.
A/N: What do you think family? Do you want more or should I just keep this one in my collection. Pay attention to the title before you decide. Either way I'm writing this but do you all want to read where I'm going with this?
Until next time….
