Thursday 1st June 2017
Professor Amy Farrah Fowler, of the University of Cambridge, arrived at King's College London for her monthly meeting. She was very happy to see her old friends again, when she saw Professor Jane Gonzalez she gave her a hug.
"Hello Jane, how are you, how is Sam. It is good to see you again."
"You look happy?"
"As of today I am no longer married to Dave, I am a free woman."
"How is life in Cambridge?"
"Life is good and the work is good, I have lots to discuss with you today. Thanks to the money from my ex-husband I have been able to put down a deposit on a nice little house in Grantchester, a very pretty little village on the edge of Cambridge. A good place to live happily ever after, I have just been appointed as a Fellow of Wolfson College."
"Good for you, would you like some tea before the meeting?"
Meanwhile in California Sheldon Cooper slept and dreamt of Amy...
