-This chapter is so boring, it's literally just a filler chapter

-I kinda keep forgetting what I named Jo and Alex's son, but its Ryler Michael Karev

-Please keep reviewing!

-Most of these characters are not mine, all credit goes to Greys Anatomy!

-Next chaper is brekfast with Santa, and I plan on focusing on the friendships (+I'm doing this for literally everyone who wants Jo and Lexie dialogue lol)

-Enjoy this chapter, and please please keep reviewing!

In all of the family's hotel suites, the kids seem to love to wake up at the crack of dawn, so naturally the parents are rudely awoken at 6:30am.

In Jo and Alex's bed, Ryler and Gracie crawled in, and turned on Austin and Ally, their new favorite show. Jo and Alex both groan, as they were up until 2am wrapping presents for tomorrow morning, aka Christmas Day.

"Hey guys, why don't we try to maybe go back to sleep, we have that breakfast with Santa this morning, and I don't want to have to tell him a bit how you two were being naughty." Alex says, craving more sleep.

Ryler and Gracie begrudgingly leave their bedroom, and Alex snuggles into Jo, wrapping his body around hers.

Similarly in Mark and Lexie's bedroom, Alexa and Branden hop into bed with the couple, who don't even realize it until the TV starts blaring with Jessie at 7:30 in the morning. Much to her dismay, Lexie is woken up by the TV, and knows neither she or the kids would go back to sleep. Mark is still asleep, snoring as loudly as a trucker.

"Hey, kiddos, do you want to go watch TV in the main room? Just be quiet, Sof is still sleeping!" Lexie says, and the two kids hop out of bed and into the main room.

Sofia slept on the rollaway mattress in Alexa and Branden's bedroom, and was still snoring, just like her father. Lexie decided to wake Mark up, fully knowing how grumpy he would be.

Just as Lexie predicted, Mark groaned when Lexie woke him up with a kiss.

"You have morning breath, mister." Lexie says, pulling her lips away from his.

"Why do our kids have to be such early morning people?" Mark says, flopping his head back into the pillow.

"Would it kill you to wear a shirt?" Lexie says, teasing her husband as she tossed him a t-shirt.

After some hesitation, Mark eventually got up and went to go watch TV with his kids in the living room, Lexie following suit.

Jackson and April were both early risers pre-kids, so Samuel and Harriet getting up at like 7am wasn't anything unexpected. The four of them decided to head down to the Starbucks in the lobby, for hot chocolate and coffee.

The hotel lobby was in the mountains, and the 4 of them watched some early morning skiers whiz by.

Meredith and Derek made sure their kids knew not to wake them up before 9am, so the two of them appreciated their beauty sleep. Granted, at 9am, Bailey and Ellis came bouncing into their room, wanting to tell their parents about their experiences in bunk beds.

Meredith and Derek shared a specific look, and agreed to let them get bunk beds in DC.

Callie and Arizona, still childless, woke up with major hangovers and after taking Advil, like it was candy, the two of them sluggishly got up.

"Maybe no more wine for us?" Callie says, still feeling her head pound from the alcohol she consumed last night.

"Agreed. I haven't felt this way since I was in college." Arizona says, rubbing her head.

"No more drinking, ever." Callie says, and Arizona nods in agreement.
