Note: I read the press release for 'Russia, Russia, Russia', and I started thinking of ideas of how it might all go, and this one definitely seemed like the best one! (I believe Hetty will be in the episode, just still waiting on full confirmation.). (And I know the chances of Hetty and Callen actually having a scene together are iffy, but I'm really desperate for them to have a scene that isn't a flashback!)

'How can this be happening?!' Callen thought as he was hauled off to a jail cell.

He had gone looking for someone who could be an asset to a case he had investigated last fall. And in the process, had been arrested for being a Russia double agent, which he knew he was not.

'You have the wrong guy! I'm not a double agent!' He kept saying to the cops who hauled him in. But they didn't believe him.

The only thing he could do, was sit and wait.

'Now would be a good time for a miracle, because I don't know how I'm going to get out of this by myself! Oh Hetty, where are you when I nee you?!' He thought desperately.

And then

'Attention! This is NCIS Operations Manager Henrietta Lange! I'm calling to request that Agent G Callen be released from custody immediately. He is not a Russia double agent!' Hetty's voice boomed over the intercoms all over the building.

'Chuckle. Well I'll be. She really does have a flare for the dramatic.' Callen thought proudly to himself.

'Dude! Who is that scary voice on the intercom?!' One of the other prisoners asked.

'Someone, who you do not want to mess with!'

A while later

'Okay bud, you're free to go. Whoever that scary woman is, convinced us you're innocent. Personally, I don't believe so, but I was worried she wouldn't leave me alone if I didn't agree with her. So, yeah.' A cop said.

'Wise choice, my friend.' Callen responded.

As Callen was leaving

'Mr. Callen? My office, in one hour please'. Hetty requested, over the intercom.

An hour later, on a screen in her office

'Mr. Callen?' Hetty said.

'Hetty. Good to see you.' Callen responded.

'I trust you're doing well?'

'Well, you got me out of jail. So, yes. How did you know? And how did you get into the intercom?'

'Oh. I have my ways. Plus, I've been trying to find a way to talk to you for a while.' Hetty responded.

'Because, you want to tell me where you are and what you're doing? You've been gone for quite a while, and frankly, I'm really worried about you!'

'I wish I could tell you, dear. But what I am doing and my location are classified. All I can say right now, is that I'm okay, and for the time being, safe.' Hetty responded, sadly.

'Bummer. Nell is nice, but she's definitely not you. And frankly, it's pretty weird seeing someone else at your desk!'

'I know. I miss home too.'

'Anything else you want to share?' Callen asked.

Hetty said yes. And that she had information on where Anna might be.

'You sure?' Callen asked.

'I think so. I'll give you the location. The rest is up to you.'

'Thank you. And Hetty?'

'Yes?'

'Please take care of yourself.'

'Will do!' Hetty said.
