Kristina Kore was reading a book in her bedroom. Kristina's bedroom was stylish. It had a vanity mirror on the east wall of her bedroom. She had pink walls. There were posters decorating the walls. Kristina's bedroom had a TV set in her room. She (of course) had a bed in her bedroom. The book that Kristina was reading was A Clockwork Orange by Anthony Burgess.
A Clockwork Orange was a book about a boy named Alex and his violent gang known as "Droogs", who beat and rape random people. When a robbery goes awry, Alex is sent to prison for 14 years, where Alex undergoes rehabilitation. A Clockwork Orange proved to be so popular that it was made into a movie that was directed by Stanley Kubrick in 1971.
Kristina was busy reading her book when there was a knock on her door.
"Come in!" Kristina said.
The door opened and Sly walked into the room. The raccoon wore his usual thieving outfit. He saw the 19 year old girl reading a hardcover book. Sly loved reading books. He head a large book collection back in his hideout in his world. The raccoon walked up to the teenage girl.
"What you reading?" Sly asked Kristina.
"I'm reading A Clockwork Orange." Kristina said.
Upon hearing his arch nemesis's name, Sly snatched the book away from Kristina's hands and ripped the book to shreds. He was beyond pissed off at the fact that there was a book named after the robotic owl that killed his entire clan. When he was done ripping the A Clockwork Orange book to shreds, Kristina said, "Why the fuck did you rip up my book for?"
"Clockwerk was a robotic owl that murdered my family." Sly said in a venomous tone of voice.
Kristina didn't know how to react to Sly's statement. She laughed hysterically, unable to believe the fact that a fictional metallic owl would be able to murder a person's entire family. The raccoon smacked Kristina across the face with his cane. "THAT'S NOT FUCKING FUNNY, BITCH!" Sly yelled furiously at Kristina.
Kristina immediately stopped laughing. She was upset.
"Clockwerk was a robotic owl that murdered my family when I was 8 years old." Sly said. "I come from a long line of master thieves. I have this huge sacred journal called the Thievius Raccoonus. Me and my ancestors owned and cherished the book."
Sly explained his entire history with Clockwerk to Kristina, from the time that the Fiendish Five killed his parents when he was 8 years old, how he met his 2 best friends, to how he and his friends defeated the Fiendish Five and Clockwerk. Sly told her about how he defeated Clockwerk twice, once with a jetpack over a volcano, and once again in Arpeggio's blimp over Paris, France. He also mentioned the events of the second game (excluding any references to Kristina's future nephews: Julius and Tommy). It took Sly an hour and a half to explain all of the information about Clockwerk to Kristina.
When Sly was done explaining, Kristina said, "Wow. That's unbelievable."
"Now do you see why I ripped up the A Clockwork Orange book." Sly said.
"I can see why you would want to rip up a book that had your enemy's name on the title." Kristina said. "I'm sorry for laughing at your statement about Clockwerk killing your family. I didn't know how to react towards that. I thought that what you said was a joke"
"It's okay." Sly said. "I accept your apology, Krissie."
Sly and Kristina embraced.
"You must swear to me that you'll never tell anyone about what I told you about Clockwerk." the raccoon said to Kristina. "I swear that I'll never tell anybody about Clockwerk." the 19 year old human girl said to Sly.
"Good." Sly said.
Sly looked at the cover of A Clockwork Orange and saw that the author was Anthony Burgess. He grabbed the Yellow Pages and found Anthony Burgess's name on there. He copied Anthony's address on a piece of paper. Before Sly left, he cleaned up the shredded pages of the book into the trash. He saved the cover of A Clockwork Orange. He went into another room to write an angry tirade against Anthony Burgess's book.
