It was opening night for the first museum and to say I was nerve was an understatement. Several families of the children who help decided on the rooms. Unfortunately, some of the children could not make it but Tony came to the recuse and made a 3D tour for them to watch as he walked threw it. speaking of Tony, I knew what he was doing with Pepper and I did not let it affect me. Right now, he needs me to be his strength while he tried to figure out a new power source for the rector but so far, he has had no luck. I never said anything about his three am calls ranting about equations or elements just listened until he realized he woke me and would change his voice from stressed too soft in an instant.

I knew he was running out of time which was why I sped up the opening for the first set of museums. I had it set up to were once a month one would open and tony said he would be there for all of them. All the children wanted an Iron man room, so we just duplicated the first room. He had worked on all the museums to make sure his part was done and that is what worried me the most. He had given up.

"you ready nightingale?"

"Tony, why did you give me that name?"

"simple because you have an amazing voice, you care for others and your compassion has no bounds."

"Tony"

"look I knew even then you would be better then any of us in this line of work. Hell, you stated working with kids when you were one yourself. Then this all of this was your prize project it's a testament to your own passions."

I shook my head as he kissed my cheek which caused are lips to touch. At first, we were frozen but then he started to kiss me softly and I replied in kind. Slowly he pulled away bringing are foreheads together. We were silent as he shredded a single tear, and I knew why.

"you gave up looking, didn't you?"

"I tried everything; I am so sorry you deserve better than me."

"so, you did hear me."

"yes, please don't hate me."

"never"

We looked at each other and I laughed wiping my lip stick off him. He smirked and surged only to give me one last sweet kiss.

"come on its time after all this is about you not me."

"well not until we get to the Iron man room."

"nope still about you."

Laughing I fallowed him out into the ribbon cutting as he put on the glasses.

"testing, hey kids can you hear me?"

He jumped and removed his ear bud rubbing his ear and gave me the thumbs up.

"ok kids next time no yelling I need my ear drums."

He stood to the side and lean against a pillar smirking propyl at some of the kid's comments.

"thank you all for coming. Today are the first of fifty museums to be opened in the next few years. These are museums made for children by children. Years ago, I went to every major children's hospital in all fifty states and asked them what they would want in a museum. Now as you would expect I received the normal things a child likes. Enchanted forest, knight in shining armor, cowboys and Indians but there were a few that were not the normal. In this one there will be a room dedicated to love. not famous love stories but love at its purest form. The love of family, friends, pets and even the world. Unfortunately, the child who wanted this room could not be here today but his farther is as his mother is at his bedside. Richard Markus Peterson is one of the reasons we have speeded up the timeline on the particular museum and his name is the only one in the archway into the room he wanted. In his room he wanted a massive tree for people to carve into it. He had told me about a tree in his backyard that had his parent's initials carved into it was well as his siblings. At that simple carving of love was what he wanted others to have which is why his room has a corridor that is nothing but an area to carve into. So, with love I now open this museum."

Cutting the ribbon, the crowd cheered, and Tony came up beside me looking at me in a way I have rarely seen. Together we walked the halls as he showed the kids back at the hospital. When we came to the room with carvings there in the center if the tree was a place waiting for Richard farther. We both stood by him as he carved the exact carving they had into the tree with a heavy heart.

"thank you for this."

"no thank you, your son is a true gift."

"I hope one day you get to know that kid of gift."

His farther slowly left to show his other children the rest of the rooms. When I turned back Tony had carved into the tree but pulled me way before I could see.

"now kids that was between me and all off you are little secret."

"not nice Tony you can look at it latter."

"fine besides your room is next."

"you mean are room I may have made some changes."

"Tony what?"

When we when into the room there was of course his Iron Man hologram but more importantly there was me to. He had made a wall about me and then one about the two of us are friendship ever since he meet me at one of my charity events. I was surprised when he grabbed my hand and intwined are fingers.

"come to the expo next month."

"I was already coming Tony."

"yes, but with what I have planed I'm going to need you backstage on opening night."

"Tony?"

"please just be there."

"I will. I will always be there for you."
