The Loud House: Memory of A Promise
Part 2: Realizations and Expectations Chapter: 20 That Was Then, This Is Now
Disclaimer: I do not own "The Loud House"
Questions: SomeBloke420: Lola, and Lana, could they start to develop the same feelings Lincolns other sisters have for him? Could be though who knows with time since feelings can be fleeting.
SomeBloke420: Why did he join the ACU (L.O.T.C.)? Based on what little info there was last chapter along with this one Lincoln is probably using it as a means to an end or maybe just to familiarize himself with the standards to better deal with his instructor.
ImperialGoldenSun: Shit is going down, and not in a sexy way? The plot has to fit somewhere and I ain't talking about the Thunder Tit Twins pair of plots either.
October 30, 2017 That Horrid Place Monday Early Morning: Lincoln
He tried desperately to reach for it, the one thing that could end this frightening situation he was in. Alas with the wind knocked out of him the demon above had no trouble pinning Lincoln with his foot easily. Linc's fingertips barely scraped the weapon, making it sway teasingly back and forth as if to say just a little more, what are you waiting for.
Seeing this the monster reached for the weapon himself and picked it up. "Can't have you playing hero now, can I."
Lincoln looked to the being square in the eye, matching its malicious stare with his own hateful one.
He watched as it grinned and took a stance as if announcing its victory before speaking. "Alright go on ahead without me boys, I'll watch this one."
"No.", Lincoln muttered helplessly as he turned to see the horrible image before him take place.
Heeding their leaders orders shadowy silhouettes descended upon his sisters, soon thereafter causing the first of their cries to reach his ears.
"Stop! Get off me!"
"Not again." Lincoln grunted as he struggled to move the figure off him. "No."
"Help!"
He punched its leg repeatedly to no avail. "Please no!"
"Lincoln help!"
"Stop it!", Linc bellowed as he used whatever strength he could muster to get up.
The demon merely looked at him squirm, loving every single futile attempt to break free.
It clasped the weapon with both hands and raised it before a cackle escaped its maw. "Hahaha! … You lose, kid."
Lincoln simply froze in fear and watched as the weapon came bearing down on him, closing his eyes a mere second before it struck.
Outskirts of Royal Woods, Small Shack Monday Early Morning: Lincoln
"NO!"
Another day another nightmare, same coursing pain and same sweaty breakout. All the same, but never any easier to endure. Just like nearly every other day Linc reached for the walkie talkie as well but held onto it as he fought a mental battle of assurance and paranoia.
"They're fine." He thought to himself. "Clyde would've contacted you yesterday otherwise. Just take deep breaths, deep breaths."
Considering it was a school day he wouldn't be doing his regiment today and it also meant he would be meeting up with Clyde in a while too. This prompted him to reach for the cell phone under his pillow and once again boot it to see his family. A twinkle of happiness loomed in his eyes as he laid back and looked through his gallery, reminiscing on each wonderful memory behind every photo.
"They're fine.", He uttered before his phone died on him.
BANG
"*sigh* Breakfast time …"
Bzzzzt~
"And right on cue as always."
Feeling generous Lincoln decided to let the little flying menace have a pick at his food while he set his ACU uniform on his bed. He thought maybe if it tasted what he ate for once it'd realize it wasn't worth the effort. After the buzzing noises faded away, he opened his door and grabbed his meal quickly scarfing down todays morning flavorless cuisine along with swallowing the pills that came along with it.
He set his plate on the nightstand and sighed to himself as he prepared for one of his more unfavorable but necessary routines for the day, showering. Linc retrieved a towel from the clothesline above him and headed out behind his shack towards the water collector. He opened the top and scanned the contents, seeing nothing but clear water free of any wandering insects before he closed it again.
Next to the collector was a simple shower curtain setup which he begrudgingly entered. He threw the towel over the shower ring and repeatedly stepped on the pump situated in front of him as he braced himself for the cold embrace of the flowing water that covered him. Each droplet of water was a skin stinging sensation, though Lincoln simply gritted his teeth and groomed himself as quickly as he could.
The muscle sores along with the few bruises he received yesterday across his body didn't help as he winced at every slight pain when he scrubbed his skin clean. Finally done he stopped pumping and dried himself off before heading back in. Things were so lonely out here, the quite stillness of it all was a bit overwhelming from time to time as he stood alone in his little shack.
Living in a loving household all your life could do that though once your out, the sense of togetherness being one of the first things you notice has gone missing. The situation would be remedied tomorrow thankfully with the Halloween plans he had promised to Lucy a week ago. With the pleasing thought in his head he suited up for school and headed out towards his instructor's abode.
Compared to Lincoln's living space his instructors' own quarters estimated roughly six times the size, not that it ever bothered him. Linc did sort of pop into his life out of nowhere, so the fact he even had a place to stay in the first place was a stroke of good luck. He stood before the front door and knocked before standing at attention in case the door was opened this time around.
An annoyed voice answered. "What?"
Lincoln cleared his throat. "I'm heading out to school sir."
"Whatever."
"I'll be returning Wednesday afternoon sir. I made plans wi-"
"I know, you've told me already."
"Oh, ok well, have a good day sir."
Linc moved to the side of the cabin and retrieved his bike. He stuffed his cell into his front left trouser pocket as he headed out, for when he would meet up with Clyde. Before he could though he had to meet up with his grandfather first, same as always after every weekend.
Sunset Canyon Retirement Home, Main Lobby Monday Early Morning: Albert
Albert (age 77) looked towards a clock hanging on the lobby wall. "Five ten, hm, Lincoln should be here in a bit."
"Hey Albert, waiting for your grandson?"
He turned to see Grey Scoots DeLisle (age 66) stride in on her signature scooter. "Hey Scoots, yeah I am. What are you doing up so early though?"
"Eh Bernie fell into the toilet again and his mumblings for help woke me up."
"Uh, you couldn't help him?"
"What do I look like, his girlfriend? That's Sue's job."
"Well can you get her then? I'd rather not lose Bernie to plumbing."
"I'm not that heartless, was already looking for her. Any idea where Ms. Prude is anyway?"
"Think Sue was headed towards the dining area last."
Scoots slowly drove away. "Mk, by the way your grandson's here."
Albert turned and smiled at Lincoln as he came in through the main doors. "Hey kiddo!"
As his grandfather came in for a loving hug Linc tried his best not to jerk in pain from the pressure on his injuries. "Hey pop-pop."
"So how'd Mr. Grouse treat you this weekend?"
Lincoln didn't hesitate to answer for fear of suspicion. "Great, getting stronger every day!"
"That's good to hear, very good." Albert squeezed Lincoln's arm to measure the muscle growth he had gained. "Ha, it shows too. So I know I must sound like a broken record at this point Linc, but do you want to go back home yet?"
"N-no, not yet pop-pop … I just, need to get a bit stronger."
"Well, whatever it takes to help you through kiddo. Just make sure you give your mother a call today, can only give her so many excuses why you can't answer the phone when she tries to check up on you here."
"I will, promise."
"Alright well you've let me know you survived another weekend, best get on your way to school now considering how far off you are."
"Ok, love you grandpa."
Albert brought Linc in for another hug before sending him off. "Love you too Lincoln."
Royal Woods, Flip's Food & Fuel Monday Morning
"Clyde!"
McBride turned to see an eager Lincoln skid to a stop next to him. "Hey Linc."
"Got the battery?"
Clyde slipped a cell phone battery out of his backpack and handed it to Lincoln. "Yep, fully charged like always."
He watched as Linc replaced the battery in his phone immediately and handed him the drained one. It only took a few seconds for the cell to spring back to life and immediately buzz relentlessly with the barrage of missed texts and calls flooding in. A pained sigh escaped Lincoln before he slipped his phone back into his pocket.
"Not going to reply back?", Clyde asked.
Lincoln gestured to Clyde to start moving before answering. "I'll answer when we get to school, that way we won't risk running late."
"Makes sense."
"So how was my family doing yesterday?"
Clyde hesitated a bit to answer. "Well since they sort of found out what you've been doing, your sisters have been really inquisitive about you, more so than they were before."
"And my parents?"
"Worried all the same but none the wiser."
"They'll all see me later today."
"Speaking of, you still going to the mall today?"
"Yeah no worries." Lincoln spotted the school after turning a corner. "Not doing my routine today."
As both boys came to a stop a thought formed in Clyde's head. "Hey, Lincoln?"
"Yeah?"
"How long do I have to fudge the truth to your sisters? I, I don't feel good keeping things from Lori."
Lincoln paused from chaining his bike up. "Just … just until I feel I can do something if the need arises."
"I think you're more than capable now." Clyde solemnly thought to himself before noticing someone and spoke to Lincoln. "I'll, leave you two alone."
"Huh?"
"Lincoln!"
Upon hearing his name Linc turned to see Lynn coming in quick paced towards him with a look of relief and longing painted on her face.
He held out his arms as she swooped in for a hug. "Hey Lynn, good morning."
With a bit of hesitation Lynn broke her hold on Lincoln. "I missed you …"
"I missed you too."
"Well hurry on then so you can come back to chat with me. Lori is waiting for you as usual in the same spot, I'll be waiting in the back."
"Alright.", Linc responded before giving another small hug and made his way towards the school's side.
Behind the hedge bush perimeter of the school Lincoln spotted vanzilla with Lori at the driver's seat looking towards the houses that faced her. He couldn't help but smile in response to Lori's own when she spotted him coming up.
"Hey." Said Lori as she gave Lincoln a kiss when he entered from the passenger side. "How was the weekend? Are you doing ok?"
"I'm doing fine." Linc replied, despite the hug from Lynn earlier sending a coursing pain across his back. "How's-"
"She's doing better." Lori interrupted. "I let her drive vanzilla again today before coming here for a little confidence boost. It's, helping somewhat, and as for the others … their doing as well as they can."
Lincoln clasped her hand. "I'll see all of you today."
Lori looked down towards the van pedals. "It'd be easier for them and me if you just came back and stayed."
"Lori I-"
"I know you're doing this for us, but I'm just letting you know what I think and what the others feel most likely too. This isn't something you have to do on your own, but I won't try to force your hand."
The loneliness was all too easy to read on her face for Lincoln. Each day seeing her like this since they formed this morning routine was just another weight on his heart, yet like all the same as those times he steeled his resolve and forced himself onward his continuous path, for their sake.
He traced his thumb along her hand. "Guess I better make the most of my day back then, I do miss all of you."
"We miss you too." Lori replied as a small smile formed at the edge of her mouth as she faced Lincoln. "I miss you."
Linc returned his own small smile as they slowly edged towards one another for a small kiss.
After a few moments of bliss Lori was the first to part away. "Ok, think that's enough for now, any longer and I'll end up driving away with you."
"Heh well that wouldn't be the worst thing to happen to me.", Lincoln chuckled.
Lori watched as Linc slowly exited the van. "… Have a good day Lincoln … I love you."
"I love you too Lori." He replied with a warm smile. "Drive safe."
Lori gave a reluctant wave goodbye as she headed for work as Linc gave his own bittersweet one before he headed back towards school. Upon entering Linc removed his cap, shortly thereafter noticing a few curious eyes here and there locked onto him as he made his way towards the back of campus, the daily norm it seemed for quite some time now. As soon as he poked his head out the back doors of the school, he spotted the all too familiar sight of an anxious Lynn waiting for his arrival.
"Sorry for the wait.", Linc mentioned as he put his cap back on before Lynn rushed him and nuzzled herself against his arm.
"C'mon let's walk and talk around the track.", Lynn suggested as she slightly tugged at Lincoln, meeting little resistance.
It was funny, Linc thought, that something like this at the beginning of the school year would be a bit problematic in the sense of giving the wrong impression, but with the things that happened back then all one could take now from Lynn lovingly embracing his side as they walked was that of a concerned sister. As they circled around the field Lincoln regaled the events of his weekend with his instructor to Lynn, with some omitted details, and she in return divulged their family's weekend affairs.
With a close eye on his gifted watch Linc cut their conversation short, much to Lynn's dismay. "It's almost time for first period."
Lynn pouted slightly. "One of these days you and I are skipping at least one day of school."
"Ha, it's a promise. It'll be a date."
"Second date.", Lynn cheekily added.
Before they entered the school building again Lynn checked her surroundings carefully before she pulled in Lincoln for deep kiss. The moments she could have him to herself like this were now farther apart than before, but she didn't care about time to keep Linc to herself, rather she was more hopeful to just have him back home with everyone, competition for his attention aside. She wanted more than anything to plead to him to return home, but she withheld her desires in hopes that tomorrows plans of going out for a nice Halloween trip would be appealing enough to convince himself to stay.
"I love you Lincoln.", Lynn uttered as she pulled away.
"I love you too Lynn." Lincoln replied with an added gentle caress of her cheek as the school bell rang. "Let's get going."
The pair made their way inside and soon thereafter went their separate ways, with Lynn pausing a bit and turning to see Linc head down the hall. She clenched her fists as she saw some people simply stare at him and immediately throw their gossiping whispers towards one another. Though this routine had settled down immensely than when it began it was still an upsetting situation.
"What I wouldn't give to go back to how things were before.", Lynn mumbled as she continued her way towards homeroom.
August 14, 2017 Loud House, Front Porch Monday Afternoon: Lynn and Lincoln
"And that's pretty much how my day went.", Lincoln said as he and Lynn ascended the porch steps.
"Oho, how, eventful.", Lynn replied, trying to hide her perturbed tone and annoyed look by biting her inner cheek.
It would go without saying that she would need to have a word with Luna on the possible chance of a problem with Tabby. As Lynn was pondering Lincoln took out his copy of their house key and opened the front door. They barely set a foot inside before the exuberant screech of his name, or rather his nickname, caught their attention.
"Lincy~!"
The pair turned around to see Leni waving from inside a Porsche which Linc recognized as Sam's. They narrowly parked at the curb before Leni burst out and rushed out towards him with a look of glee on her face. Luna and Luan watched from the back seats with a bit of worry as Linc was swept up and held tightly by Leni as they ventured inside.
"Geez overly affectionate today, isn't she?", Sam queried.
"Heh yeah well … it has been a long day with all the new classes and that social mob that was hounding her all day.", Luna replied nervously.
"Well Lincoln is a sweet talker, least she seems to be doing better now."
"Yeah, I'll text you later. Thanks for the ride Sam."
"No problem, later you two. Hope you enjoyed your first day of high school Luan."
"It was pretty quiet." Luan replied as she got out. "Not many friends to talk to."
"Aw well I'm sure that'll change with time, all Loud girls seem to get quite popular as the year goes on."
Luan rolled her eyes a bit. "Well I won't be holding my breath."
Both sisters waved goodbye to Sam and soon thereafter waved to Lori as she pulled up into the driveway with their other siblings riding along.
"How did your day go guys?", Luna asked as her sisters came out.
"Still the prettiest in my grade so same old same old.", Lola haughtily replied as she passed by.
"Had to put up with that all day so ditto for me.", Lana replied in a mumbled tone as she gestured towards Lola and followed.
Luan noticed Lisa passed by without uttering a word. "Lisa?"
The mentioning of her name caught the young genius' attention as she pulled her eyes away from her notepad. "Hm?"
"School go alright for ya?"
"Ah yes, quite mundane aside from social interactions. I've been preoccupied with an experiment of late."
"Oh? And what is that?"
"Classified, for now." Lisa replied as she adjusted her glasses and continued towards the house. "I shall reveal it later on when it is proper to do so."
"Um, ok?" Luan then turned towards Lucy as she neared. "Your day fare any better?"
Lucy gave a small sigh before she started. "Regrettably with my heart now tied to Lincoln the daily toil of having to attend my scholastic prison is more burdensome than before."
"Sorry to hear."
"It's alright, observing my peers waste their youth away with frivolous things and knowing when the time comes, they will be filled with regret in the days to come offered me some selfish solace."
Luan gave an awkward smile. "Well … that's, nice?"
"Is Lincoln home?"
"He's probably being smothered by Leni somewhere but yeah he's home."
Lucy smiled at the answer and headed on in while Luan waited with Luna on Lori to finish taking Lily out of her carrier. The duo could already hear Lily's excitement to see her older brother as she repeatedly mentioned his name.
"So" Lori uttered with a hint of exhaustion as she approached. "How was school today? Is Leni alright?"
"I got to admit." Luna replied. "Your worries were justified but for the most part we had Leni's back."
"Great, I was sort of hoping that maybe I was overreacting."
"Oh, by the way something came up apparently with Leni before we left school and I need your input."
Lori heaved at the prospect of it sounding like another problem on the pile. "Alright just tell me at the sibling meeting we'll have today, going to be discussing a lot of things today anyway."
"Gotcha sis.", Luna remarked as she followed Lori inside with Luan in tow.
Once through the door the elder sisters saw the bundle of love that was a smothered Lincoln on the sofa, his face beet red as Leni, Lynn, and Lucy each vied to hold onto a limb. Lori couldn't help but be jealous in wanting to join in but knowing better she decided planning for the future was vastly more urgent.
She cleared her throat loudly, gaining the momentary attention of her sisters. "Special sibling meeting in about thirty minutes."
"Yeah yeah, rules and schedule." Lynn replied as she sneakily peeked at her hickey handywork. "Just let us enjoy this for now, Lincoln doesn't seem to mind. Right Linc?"
Nervous beads of sweat formed on Lincoln as his arousing trance from his sisters' soft skin and scents was broken. "Um n-not at all."
Lori gave a small sigh and blew a kiss towards Linc, regaling in slight joy as he playfully caught it with his hand before she headed on up. Luan and Luna simply followed, somewhat relieved to hear that the consensus with their family regarding their first day of the renewed daily grind was passable in terms of going well.
"Hopefully things can keep running this smoothly.", Luna commented as they reached the top hallway.
"Yeah." Luan responded. "… Hopefully."
October 30, 2017 Royal Woods Middle School, First Period Monday Morning: Lincoln
"Lincoln Loud."
"Here.", Lincoln glumly responded as his homeroom teacher monotonously called out his name.
It was at that point in the school year where every teacher had their student's names down accurately and it became more of a hassle to go down the attendance list resulting in the sleep-inducing carelessness tone Linc's teacher exuded. It was because of this that usually Linc lost focus and spaced out, staring into the void, pondering his current life predicaments.
"Good morning Lincoln."
Lincoln tore his attention away from the egg-shelled colored ceiling. "Morning Haiku."
"How was your weekend?" Haiku shifted slightly closer. "Are you doing better?"
Lincoln raised an eyebrow. "In relation to?"
"Mentally."
"Oh … it's … moving along … as well as it can be at this point."
"Have you tried talking to anyone different?"
"No, just the usual you, the girls, Clyde, Pop-pop, the ceiling, and even then it's not that much."
"I doubt it would be, sorry we can't be of much help."
Lincoln shifted himself to fully face Haiku which took her aback. "No that's not true, you guys … you all helped tremendously, especially you."
Haiku's eyes shifted towards the floor. "R-really?"
"Honestly, if it wasn't for your advice, I can't imagine how much worse I would have been off. Thank you Haiku, really."
A small shade of red graced Haiku's cheeks as she tried to find her words. "Y-your welcome Lincoln."
"Ahem."
The young pair turned towards the sound of the interruption seeing their slightly aggravated teacher with his arms crossed and left hand tapping his elbow.
"Lincoln Loud."
Linc felt his classmate's eyes shift towards him. "Yes sir?"
"Is my class too boring for you Lincoln?"
"No sir."
"Oh then you must be confident in your writing skills already, good. Then you won't mind being the first to read the poetry homework I assigned Friday."
Lincoln let out an annoyed sigh. "Yes sir."
"I'm looking forward to what you wrote." Haiku mentioned in an eager tone. "Still surprised your well versed in writing."
"What can I say? You pick up a few things living with my sisters."
"Today Lincoln.", their teacher gruffly said.
Lincoln let out a sheepish chuckle as he made his way towards the front of the class, promptly doing an about face in front of the marker board and then clearing his throat before reciting his work to his peers. Moments like this would have made him anxious, though with his new hardened disposition to tense situations this was nothing but a breeze. As he finished, he was met with several claps and an awkwardly forced smile from his teacher before he sat back at his desk.
"That was very resonant of your being Lincoln.", Haiku stated as she gave Linc a sincere smile.
Linc returned her smile with his own. "Thanks, it just came to me naturally at the moment."
The rest of first period went on as normal with Lincoln being more aware and careful to not regain his teacher's attention as he spoke with Haiku. After the dismissal bell had rang, they gave each other a small hug before parting ways. Again, the occasional stare latched itself onto Linc as he made his way towards second period.
"Heya Lincoln, looking dapper as usual in your uniform.", Amanda commented as Lincoln took his seat next to her.
Lincoln smirked a bit. "Dang, you can see me? This camo is utterly useless."
Amanda gave a light jab at his shoulder. "Ha glad to see you getting your sense of humor back."
"One can only hold out so long against you. Sorry again about how I was in the beginning."
"Lincoln honestly I don't blame you one bit for being seclusive, none of the others do as well I'm positive. You and your family went through something that most of us will never experience."
Lincoln looked down solemnly to which Amanda pouted at. "Ah ah ah, no getting back into your slump after you've already cracked a joke, and that's an order soldier."
Lincoln chuckled a bit and gave a playful salute. "Yes ma'am."
"So you must be happy to be going to see your family today eh? Luan texted me how much she's looking forward to seeing you again."
"I'm looking forward to it too, I've missed them terribly."
"And I'm sure you have your reasons for staying with your grandpa. By the way I've been curious, what sort of exercises do you do over there?"
"Oh um you know just the basic ones." Lincoln nervously mentioned as he scratched the back of his head. "Least it helps clear my head."
"Well just don't push yourself too hard, remember to laugh a little and take it easy every now and then."
"Yeah, pretty sure Mr. Grouse would chuck me off a cliff with a smile if I gave in and asked for a break.", Linc thought.
"Going to dress up for Halloween?"
"I haven't really had time to shop for anything and I've sort of outgrew my old costume."
Amanda held a finger to her chin. "Maybe you could pick up something today then?"
Beeeeep
"Maybe." Lincoln took out his math class binder. "I'll just have to wait and see what happens."
"Why not go in uniform if anything?"
"Can't, it's against the rules."
"Hm shame." Amanda eyed Lincoln up and down from her peripheral. "You really do look good in it."
"Thanks, didn't expect that I'd get so used to it fast, but it grew on me."
"Alright class enough chatter." Their teacher announced. "I need everyone to take out their textbooks and turn to page eighty-two."
"Aw funs over.", Amanda commented.
"Eh, I'm sure you can sneak in a joke or two to save me from the boredom here, you always do."
Amanda simply smiled and accepted the compliment, rewarding Lincoln's comedic faith in her with a few well-placed jokes here and there when their teachers back was turned. Along with Haiku, Amanda was another helping hand for him in being able to move forward to which he valued immensely. He still had a long way to go though, he knew it but compared to his own little circle of mental hell before he was grateful to be in a much better place.
As class was nearing its end, he couldn't help but wonder how his sisters who were involved in that horrific incident would act around him. Would they be sheltered, distant, clinging for him and begging him to stay? He honestly didn't know but he knew they suffered far more than he did, and that hurt him more so that he just couldn't face them with how weak he was then.
"I'll see you all soon.", Linc thought as he gave Amanda a hug goodbye before heading towards third period.
August 14, 2017 Lori and Leni's Room Monday Afternoon
"Ok settle down everyone." Lori stated as she banged her shoe as a gavel. "Let's get this started, first off we-"
"One sec there Lori." Lynn interrupted as she raised her hand. "I got some news I'd like to share."
"Um, alright, the floor is yours."
Lynn turned towards Luna. "So, Luna, when you had your little confession day with Lincoln you brought your friends along, right?"
Luna simply raised an eyebrow in response. "What?"
"When you and Lincoln were hanging out on the day you confessed to him your friends were with you yes?", Lynn repeated.
"Y-yeah Sam and Tabby were with me. Why do you ask?"
"I'll get to my point in a bit. When they were with you how did they treat Lincoln?"
"Uh pretty well it was like he was always a part of our little group."
"I see and how were they physically with him? Any playful touching, poking, rubbing?"
Luna pouted. "What's with the third-degree Lynn?"
"Well I'm asking because apparently your friend Tabby has a thing for Lincoln!" Lynn barked in a sharp tone. "Unless she just makes random goo goo eyes at her male friends during lunch."
"What?!" Luna responded with utter shock as her other siblings in the room moved in closer upon this news. "How positive are you?"
"My friend Margo told me, and she's got an eye for detail, plus heard how Lincoln's day went and yeah he may be oblivious when it comes to subtle hints but I'm not. Now focus Luna how were your friends really with Lincoln?"
Luna thought more strenuously. "Well they were a bit flirty in the playful way least Sam was in, ah dang it."
"What?", Lynn asked.
Luna let out a sigh before responding. "In pushing Tabby onto Lincoln."
"I knew it!", Lynn shouted.
"But it's not like she enjoyed it!"
Lynn crossed her arms and huffed. "Well the end result begs to differ."
"Lynn." Luan interrupted in defense of her roommate. "Why does this even matter, Lincoln is with us and you know he wouldn't hurt us."
Lynn began to pace in front her sisters. "Think about it Luan, first she crushes on him then she eventually asks him out and then right after Lincoln's rejection what do you think she might do?"
Luan merely shrugged.
"I'll tell you what." Lynn continued. "Curiosity sets in, why not me, who does he like, is he with her right now? Then BAM! Next thing you know she's snooping around him and digging where she shouldn't be!"
"Hey Tabby isn't like that!" Luna interjected. "You're blowing this up way more than it should be."
"Actually." Lori commented. "She has a valid point."
Both Lynn and Luna looked at their elder sister with shock at her taken side.
"We can't afford to have situations like this pop up." Said Lori. "If anyone were to find out about us and Lincoln well, we'd all be driven apart by force and worse it would mess up our family. No one can know about us much less dig into us and bringing in our close friends into it won't help either."
Luan felt a tinge of guilt as she opened her mouth. "Since we're on the subject … there's also a problem with Sam."
"Dude!", Luna screamed out, feeling ratted on.
Lynn rolled back her head in disbelief. "Are you serious Luna?! What's the problem?!"
"Nothing!" Luna bit her lip in hesitation. "Well … Sam may currently be thinking I'm with a guy named Lincoln."
"Please tell me that's just a very bad joke.", Lori pleaded as she covered her eyes in frustration.
"Sorry." Luan commented. "That's my department and it's not a joke. Luna blurted Lincoln's name out as her boyfriend and the only way I could cover it up was by saying it was just a guy with the same name."
Lori looked Luna directly in the eyes with concern. "Is this true?"
"Y-yeah." Luna admitted, avoiding her sisters gaze. "I wasn't focusing enough when I was watching over Leni and like Luan said it slipped."
"I'm confused." Leni interrupted. "Is Lincoln getting more girlfriends?"
"No.", everyone else replied in unison.
"Lynn was there anything else?", Lori asked.
Lynn thought for a moment before answering. "Well there are other girls Linc mentioned that some of us know including myself but as far as I know the only ones who stood out at this point are Luna's buds."
"So that'll be our main focus then."
"If I may interject." Lucy spoke out. "In the matter of Sam, the solution is a bit simple."
"It is?", Luna questioned.
"Yes, it's just simply a matter of breaking up with Lincoln."
"I don't think it'll be that easy dude, I really put Linc on a pedestal with my friends when describing him along with the fact that I've known him for a long time. Don't you think Sam wouldn't find it a bit suspicious if I just up and ended it?"
"Not at all if you adjust how you break up with him. People change and we all wear masks when out in public this holds true with everyone including us, the only difference being since we live with one another we see who we are behind our masked facades. Simply relay to Sam in the coming days how this fake Lincoln you've constructed has changed and his mannerisms and attitude are far different than you past remembered, then when enough doubts have been placed end it."
"Hm not bad Lucy." Luna admitted. "Though I still got Tabby to deal with."
"On that matter Lynn and Lincoln may be able help out on."
Lynn raised an eyebrow. "Say what now?"
"You can possibly help out in this situation."
Lynn blew a small raspberry. "What why do I have to clean up Luna's mess?"
"This affects all of us and since we're all with Lincoln now we have to be there for each other more so than before. Besides, would you rather have the alternative of Tabby getting closer with Lincoln?"
"No …" Lynn mumbled. "So how exactly am I supposed to help with this much less Linc?"
"You have any friends that have time with Lincoln?"
"Just two, Margo with lunch and Polly with the same lunch and a class together."
"Can they be secretive and trusted and how are their affections towards Lincoln?"
"I trust them on and off the field and they have zero interest in Linc."
"Good, then in order to slow down Tabby's advances we can just have one of your friends run interference under the pretense that Lincoln is interested in someone else and this would simply be to prevent her feelings from being hurt. In time Tabby will either lose interest or realize Lincoln views her only as a good friend."
An evil smirk crossed Lynn's face. "I like that idea."
"Thank you there is one possible hole though."
"Which is?"
"Did Lincoln mention anything on other moments during school in which he spent time with her?"
"They got a science class together."
"*sigh* I was afraid of that, by chance your friend Polly wouldn't be there as well, would she?"
"No dice, but I wouldn't worry so much there. According to Linc her ex sits right next to him."
Lucy smiled. "So, then everything should more or less work out if we go through with this."
"Can it really be that simple?", Lori queried.
"With our limited options this is the best we got."
"Then it's settled, we'll go along with Lucy's plans. Also, while we're on the subject, Leni."
Leni's eyes lit up. "Hm?"
"You didn't tell anyone today about Lincoln, did you?"
A look of disappointment flushed over Leni. "No, I didn't say anything to anyone about Lincy … I still don't get it though, why can't I say anything."
Lori sighed slightly and moved to sit next to her sister. "Leni, you have to understand what we have with Lincoln right now, people just won't like it at all."
"They won't?"
"No, in fact like I told Luna a bit ago if anyone aside from us were to be found out how we love Lincoln, they'd tear us all apart."
Leni looked to Lori with sincere concern in her eyes. "Why would they do that?"
"Because what we're doing is …" Lori struggled a bit in her tone. "Is …"
"Different." Lucy interrupted, gaining Leni's attention. "But that's ok. We don't need anyone else to be happy since all we need is Lincoln. Wouldn't you agree with that Leni?"
"Yes." Said Leni through pouted lips. "I just wish I could tell my friends about it though."
Lori placed her hand on Leni's shoulder. "We do too Leni I'm sure, but we have each other now more than before. So if you ever want to talk about Lincoln or anything all of us are here for you."
"Ok.", Leni replied as she perked up a bit.
"Now then." Lori got back up and resumed her place in front of her sisters. "No more other surprises, right?"
Each sister swayed their head much to her relief.
Lori clasped her hands. "Good now then let's get on to the next subject, who gets Lincoln which days."
"Dibs on Mondays!", Lynn shouted, making Lori roll her eyes on how tedious this part of the meeting would be.
October 30, 2017 Royal Woods Middle School, First Floor Hallway Monday Morning: Lincoln
Passing by curious eyes Lincoln was nearing his third period class when a familiar voice called out to him.
"H-hey Lincoln."
Knowing exactly who it was a soft smile formed before he turned and answered back with a hug. "Hey Tabby, how was your weekend?"
"Same as usual, so it was pretty ok." She replied as she reluctantly let Linc go. "I managed to talk to Luna and Sam yesterday, or well, text."
"How did that go?", Linc asked with great curiosity as they both entered class.
"Things are still awkward." Tabby answered while taking her seat. "I tried getting those two to be a bit chattier but no luck in that department."
"Does Sam still b-"
"Of course she does, and Luna still thinks about it whenever there's even a mention of her much less speaking to her."
"I'll see what I can do on my end when I see Luna later today. Are you sure you can't come?" Linc placed his hand on Tabby's shoulder. "No one would mind if you wanted to tag along."
"No got fam stuff to attend to and I think it's better if I don't go showing myself around. Besides I feel like your sisters need just you now and no one else.", Taby replied as she gave an apologetic smile.
Lincoln sighed before he moved his hand away. "I guess you have a point."
Beeeeep
The tardy bell had rung but it had fallen on deaf ears as both Lincoln and Tabby were lost in thought, only being brought back to reality when Liam gave his greetings and took his usual seat. Class went through mundanely aside from both of Linc's friends speaking to him about their individual weekends, a much more pleasing time than when they would leer at each other. The reason for their armistice between them was left much to be desired though to him as it seemed forced due to his situation.
Eventually third period ended with Liam giving his quick goodbyes due to having to use the restroom.
"So." Tabby stated as she got up and followed Linc out of class. "I'll see you at lunch?"
"It's your turn today so yeah."
"Cool, I'll see you then."
Feeling a bit on the emboldened side Tabby linked her arm with Linc's own and embraced his side gently before parting ways, having a tinge of guilt hit her after with her actions when Luna came to mind. Meanwhile Lincoln made his way outside to the back of the school veering to the right of the track fields and towards the portables. As he made his way into the only open portable, he gave his greetings to his class instructor and the few students who were already in, taking his seat at the desk near one of the few windows.
The whispers among the seated students in the room soon died down as the rest of the missing class made their way in followed by the tardy bell. Each student including Lincoln then sat straight and promptly stood at attention as their teacher stood up and moved to the front of class.
"Good morning cadets!", their instructor sternly announced.
"Good morning Staff Sergeant Whitaker!", the class replied in unison.
"At ease, take your seats!" Whitaker waited a second before taking out a clipboard. "Alright todays itinerary will start off with uniform inspection, followed by P.T., and then ending with basic squad drills with our usual three squads. You'll have three minutes to look yourselves over while I wait outside."
The moment Whitaker left the room Lincoln's peers began to check each other for any irregularities in their attire, save for Lincoln himself. He felt no need to check, his confidence brimming from the fact that if his uniform was scuffed or out of place at all with his instructor Mr. Grouse, he'd get ripped a new one. With ease of mind he followed the others out as preparation time drew to an end and lined up accordingly in their usual formation.
It had taken a few days but eventually routines such as this became as smooth as things were with Rusty in home economics, in which Linc felt bad about leaving behind but felt necessary to do so. Uniform inspections went by rather quickly with everyone acing appearances and soon P.T. began. The standard four laps were a bit of a strain on his weekend injuries and sores but as per the course Lincoln grinned and bared it as he moved on to pushups and sit ups afterwards.
"Still surprise me Lincoln, you must be putting in the extra work at home.", Whitaker called out as Linc was the first to finish.
"Thank you, sir." Lincoln replied as he dusted himself off. "I'm just happy to see results from my exercises."
"Well it's just nice to see you improve at all since you changed electives to my class. Alright, go ahead and wait for your squad to finish."
Lincoln obeyed and moved back to the portables, enjoying the few minutes of respite before the rest of his team wrapped up their portion of exercises. His squad leader commanded him to fall in and after doing just so they began to preform basic turns both individually and squad based. It was a shame that time seemed to go by faster at this point since this was somewhat therapeutic to him.
With orders he could easily push out all the troubles in his mind, focusing solely on what to do then and there in accordance to whoever was in charge. The same could be said for even Mr. Grouse back at the shack, as sadistic as his exercises were, they did help him focus solely on surviving. Thinking further on it Linc thought it would be appropriate to thank his old familiar Grouse back home for helping set him up with his grandson.
"Company fall in!", Whitaker shouted.
Immediately Lincoln and his peers lined up their squads, standing at attention until the bell for dismissal rang and their instructor's orders to obey said dismissal were issued. Luckily for Linc L.O.T.C. was near the cafeteria which meant he would beat out most of the school to be one of the first in line. Not wanting to dilly-dally he made his way towards the school to meet up with Tabby and the others.
August 14, 2017 Lori and Leni's Room Monday Afternoon
"Alright if everyone's happy with their days, I call this meeting to a close.", Lori stated.
A mischievous grin was plastered all over Lynn's face as she got up and made her way out of the room, garnering a little worry from Lori who ultimately let it go to deal with Luna's problem.
Lori turned to face her three remaining sisters in the room, Leni, Luna, and Luan. "Ok so what's this issue you mentioned earlier?"
"Well to put it simply." Luna stated. "Leni's being pressured to throw a welcome back party for the seniors."
Lori facepalmed herself. "Crap, I had totally forgotten about that."
"Wait you did one?", Luan chimed in.
"*sigh* Yes, I did. It's sort of a tradition for the alpha female of the school to host the party, fortunately for me back then Carol had taken some of the seniors off my back with her own party."
Luna thought for a moment. "Wait, when the heck was this?!"
"Remember that study group me and Leni attended."
"… Yeah … ah dang it, should have known better … Hey wait, why wasn't I invited?!"
"It's usually against the rules to invite too much family, sorry."
Luna pouted. "Bogus man, missed a potentially good gig."
Not worrying about Luna's mood Lori continued. "So Leni, do you remember anything from last year when I hosted?"
Leni brightened up with a confident smile. "Oh! I totes remember, the most important things are location, food and beverages, music, and presentation."
Lori was sincerely impressed. "Wow, I'm proud of you Leni, so you have everything already planned out in mind as well."
Leni's bright smile soon faded. "Oh uh, no, sorry."
"Well you get an a for memory at least."
"So think you can help us?" Luan asked. "Everyone is kind of hoping for it to be on Friday."
"Crude on the timing as always it seems." Lori commented as she bit her nail in anxiousness. "The problem is most of my friends who helped me out back then have already gone out of town so it's not as easy for me as before."
"Bummer.", Luna commented, gaining Lori's attention.
"Hm, Luna, don't you have any friends with a space available?"
"Huh?"
"You mentioned throwing Lincoln a concert for your confession before, so you and your friends can get places correct?"
Luna scratched the back of her head in uncertainty. "I don't know, that was a pretty big favor of me to ask before and it wasn't even guaranteed."
"Well it would help Leni out a lot if you could and besides think of it as that missed potential gig. After all, they will need some pretty good music."
"Hm well, if you put it that way, I guess I can spin it around to get my friends on board."
Lori clasped her hands together. "Great, so that only leaves presentation, food, and drinks if we're lucky on Luna's end. Fortunately, I can cover the latter and Leni should have no problem with presentation.
"I can totally handle decorations and invites.", Leni chimed in a chipper tone.
"Well then Luna, the sooner you can let us know if you've got a place the better."
"I'll get to it then.", Luna responded as she got up and headed out.
Luan followed close behind, a bit relieved that she wouldn't have to deal with her peers when her time as a senior would arrive, due to her belief in her being no way popular. She closed their door behind her and took a seat on her bed watching Luna type tediously into her cell.
Several moments had passed before Luna's phone rang, prompting her to answer. "Hey Sam."
"Hey Luna, so what's this about a gig?"
"So yeah about that, it's more of a showcase if anything but we will definitely be hired in the future if we get our rock on and preform."
"Sounds great, can't say no to potential advertising. So where's the venue?"
"Yeah heh, I also forgot to mention that we need to find a place."
"What?"
"The thing is you remember when Leni mentioned that she had to host the welcome back senior party back in the car?"
"Oh that? Wait, the gig is at the senior party?!"
"If we can find a place to fit everybody yeah."
"One sec, I'm group calling Tabby and Sully."
"Good idea." Luna replied as she eyed Luan doing nothing but mess around with Mr. Coconuts. "Hey Luan."
Luan was broken out of her small trance. "Hm?"
"If my buds manage to pull through you want to come?"
"To the party?"
"Yeah why not, the more the merrier."
"I don't know, what about not inviting too much family?"
"Eh who cares, besides we can always use someone to liven up the chatter at the party."
"Still …"
"Come on, if anything you can be with me and Leni, just us gals. Leni could probably do with some help if I'm busy jamming."
"Well if you put it that way." Luan began to smile a bit. "Wow my first senior party, and as a freshman."
"That's the spirit." Luna put her phone back against her ear. "Anyone there?"
"Hey Luna." Sully replied. "So Sam told me something about you guys needing a place?"
"For an awesome gig no less?!", Tabby chimed in.
"Hey guys, yeah my sis Leni needs a place to host a party at, and if we can pull through we get to be the entertainment."
"Sam also mentioned no pay.", Sully added.
"Yeah sorry dude, Leni didn't really plan ahead for these kinds of situations."
"Hm since we aren't getting pay that really limits our options."
"It's alright if you can't get us a place, I'll let Lori know and-"
"Whoa there." Sully interrupted. "It just so happens that my old man will be out of the house on Friday to go out drinking with some buds who're visiting. If it's anything like the other times he should be out till daybreak."
"Really? You cool with us using your place?", Sam asked.
"Yeah why not, it'll make it easier when it comes to our equipment. So who's coming from your family, just you and Leni?"
"And Luan." Luna added. "Figured she might enjoy it."
"Hm so Lori isn't coming? Leni hosting on her own is kind of worrisome."
"Nah since she graduated it'd be kind of weird if she attended, and as for Leni being on her own me and Luan will help her out when we aren't doing our thing."
"Alright sounds like a plan, I'll let you know if anything comes up but I doubt it."
"Awesome alright let me just call up Chunk."
"Whoa slow down there." Sully interjected. "I think Chunk should stick this one out."
"Huh, why?"
"Think about it, a bunch of seniors just chilling and doing their own thing and then Chunk comes in and crashes the party. I mean you guys are cool with him since you all know him but most of the seniors don't."
Luna felt a bit uneasy. "I'm not sure about not including Chunk."
"It'll be fine, since the gig will be at my place we won't have to move around equipment, and if anything happens rowdy wise I'll kick out whoever needs to be."
"Hm, Sam what do you think?"
"Babe you sure you can handle anyone who causes trouble?", Sam questioned.
Sully played off the doubt. "Promise, and I'll even have a few of my friends there to help out if need be."
"Well Luna if he says he can, he can."
"Well I guess we don't have to bring in Chunk then.", Luna stated hesitantly.
Tabby spoke up. "Uh guys, big problem. If Chunk isn't going, then my rents are definitely not letting me go."
"Can't you lie?", Sully asked.
"No can do, Chunk always let's my parents see him to assure that he's with us."
"Is there any chance you could go still if you asked?", Luna pleaded.
"Chances are pretty slim but maybe."
"How soon can you find out?"
"Right now actually, give me a few ticks."
Luna and Sam waited pensively as all they could hear were mumbles in the background. Soon the sound of footsteps could be heard followed by a door opening.
"Sorry guys, it's a hard no.", Tabby lamentedly said.
Sam let out a frustrated sigh. "Well now what? We can't exactly be R M Three with just the two of us."
"If you guys don't mind." Sully interrupted. "Mazzy could fill in temporarily for Tabby."
"Tabby do you mind if we do that? We won't do it if it bothers you."
"No no it's fine." Tabby replied. "Just make sure you rock the roof off that place and spread our name around."
"Heh it's a done deal.", Luna said chipperly.
"So." Sam said cautiously. "Everything is all set?"
"Yeah dude seems so, this Friday is going to be awesome!"
"I have no doubt about it.", Sully added.
October 30, 2017 Royal Woods Middle School, Cafeteria Monday Mid-Morning: Lincoln
Lincoln spotted Tabby looking for him and raised his arm, gaining her attention. She then gestured to her friends and soon enough they all took their seats around him.
"How has your day been Lincoln?", Haiku asked.
"About the same." Linc responded. "Occasional stare here and there but it's whatever at this point."
"If you need a lil gag to lighten things up I got plenty of material.", Amanda added.
"I'm fine, talking to you guys is enough."
"Aw thanks Linc." Polly stated as she gave him a light punch to the arm. "Getting pretty sturdy there by the way, how's the weekend training been going with your gramps."
"Tough but It's paying off."
Polly grabbed Lincoln's arm and began to feel it up and down, gaining the attention of the girls seated at the table. "I'll say, just check out these guns. Say how about some friendly arm wrestling?"
"Um, maybe later."
"H-hey Lincoln." Tabby interrupted. "Your other friends are saying hi."
Lincoln turned to see Clyde and the rest of the guys waving over to him to which he returned. If he could he'd have everyone sit together but the circular booth could only hold so many people, opting him to instead take turns hanging out with each group. At first the only reason he even begun to hang out with the girls was because of Tabby but eventually the others became more of a reason to join, the different personalities of the women around him reminding him of home.
"So Lincoln." Tabby continued. "Going to stay when you go home today?"
"No, I'm just going to stay for today and tomorrow." Linc responded. "I'll be back at it with pop-pop Wednesday."
Lincoln noticed the looks of disappointment upon those around him. "Is something up?"
Tabby spoke up. "Lincoln in no way do we have any right to tell you what to do, but we've each talked to your respective sisters we're friends with and … they miss you and want you home.
The others nodded in agreement before Haiku took over. "We know your putting yourself through this to be better for their sake but it's also hurting them."
"Though they do understand it, don't get it wrong." Amanda interjected. "It's just if they had to choose, they would obviously want you there."
Linc looked to Polly, curious if she had anything to add, which she noticed. "I've known Lynn for a long while already playing different sports together. Because of that I can say with confidence she wants to tell you to stay home but her respect for you and what your trying to do won't let her."
Lincoln sighed. "… I-"
"But I think I can say I speak for everyone here in that we aren't trying to guilt trip you right now. In fact, we're only mentioning this because it seems to hurt you too and we also care about you Lincoln." Polly placed her hand on Linc's shoulder. "In the end though it's up to you what you want to do."
Linc stared at the others and saw them nodding and agreeing with each other.
"That was rather well put Polly.", Haiku stated.
"I got my moments.", Polly replied before she let out a belch.
"And there it goes."
Linc chuckled a bit at the interaction. "Thanks guys, for telling me this. More than likely I will still go back but I'll talk to my sisters when I go home, if anything for them to vent out their frustrations."
"Sounds good.", Tabby replied.
"And while we're on the subject, thank you all, for not only putting up with me in the beginning but also for being there for my sisters. I'm not sure how but I promise I'll pay you guys back for that one day."
Each member seated at the table gave a slight blush while Polly took the initiative and brought in Lincoln for a slight hug. "Well if you're offering, I am curious on how strong you've gotten, how's about a good old wrestling match?"
"N-now doesn't seem like an appropriate time!", Tabby blurted out.
"Eh your right." Polly concluded as she let go of Linc. "Guess I should wait a bit more for things to simmer down a little towards normality. Raincheck though right Lincoln?"
"Heh sure Polly I'll take you up on it."
Tabby let out a small sigh of relief and continued chatting with Lincoln and the others. Soon though like everyday when he was lost in conversation in lunch the bell for dismissal rang all too quick.
"I'll see you guys later.", Linc stated to the others as they gave their respective goodbyes back.
With Polly joining him he made his way towards Clyde and the others giving a quick chat before he headed to his next class.
"So I know we took a raincheck on the wrestling but how about arm wrestling?", Polly asked as she and Linc sat in class.
Lincoln scanned around and saw that their teacher was busy with paperwork. "Alright, just one round though."
An eager smile crossed Polly's face as she scooted her desk closer and rested her arm on the table. Linc assumed the same position and clasped her hand, feeling her ever so slight rapid heartbeats.
"Alright on the count of the tardy bell." Polly said. "And no holding back."
Linc simply nodded and gave a smug smirk.
Beeeeep
An immediate thud resounded as the back of Polly's hand hit her desk.
"Keep it down guys.", their teacher lazily mumbled.
"I'm sorry Polly." Linc whispered in a hushed worried tone. "Did I hurt you?"
"No your fine." Polly responded as she rubbed her hand and formed a pleased grin. "Not bad Lincoln, I'm really liking your new physique."
"Say what now?"
"Heh." She gave him a light jab to his chest. "Don't worry about it."
Lincoln simply shrugged and refocused on class when their teacher stood up and began writing on the board. At the behest of Polly, Linc agreed to let their desks stay connected since their teacher was more on the unruffled side of things when it came to discipline. As she was poking and prodding him throughout class, he thought back on how her brashness was one of the main things that helped him break out of his depressive shell.
"You know." Linc whispered as their teacher's back was turned. "It's funny."
"What is?", Polly asked.
"I didn't expect your aggressive concern back then to work on me when I was in my mood."
Polly blushed a bit. "W-why are you bringing that up now?"
"Just thinking on things since I'll be heading home today, wondering if I'm any different and if I've changed."
"I think you have, and not just physically."
"Yeah?"
Polly tried her best to look Lincoln in the eye. "I'm not sure if it's a completely good change but I know for sure it's not a bad one. I mean, you're doing what you're doing now for the sake of your family and it's showing, how hard your pushing yourself."
"Thanks Polly."
"Don't mention it." Her face began to heat up a bit. "In fact, I kind of like-"
Beeeeep
"What was that?"
"N-nothing important." She gave a light jab to his arm again. "I'll see you around."
"See you later."
Not paying much attention to Polly's quick exit Lincoln made his own and headed towards gym, hoping today would go smoothly as well in the locker room. At the front of the room waiting patiently stood his partner in crime, Clyde.
Clyde held up his hand in anticipation. "Hey Lincoln, same as usual?"
Linc returned his actions with a high five. "Yep, you ready."
"Always am."
Both boys sighed before Lincoln moved forward. "Ok, let's do this."
August 14, 2017 Lynn and Lucy's Room Monday Evening
"This is it." Lynn thought giddily. "This is fucking it."
Thanks to her quick reflexes she was able to claim dibs on Mondays and Thursdays as her and Lucy's days with Lincoln. Granted though Lucy was the one who gave more of a persuasive argument when asked why they should have them. All that mattered though was today since she was confident it would be more than enough time to secure her aching desire.
She gave a few quick sniff tests of her room followed by her bed, her planned nighttime wear, and then herself, detecting no lingering hints of sweat.
"All done with your checks Lynn?", Lucy asked.
Lynn took a step back in shock. "Gah, Lucy! You really have to make more noise."
"I've been humming this entire time, you're the one lost in thought, primal thought I would say going by the aura of lust around you."
Lynn blushed a little. "Heh can you blame me. We get to have Lincoln tonight, officially, and I'm not wasting any time sampling the goods."
"Well no, when you put it like that, I can understand your excitement."
"Damn right, so what are you hoping to try out with Linc tonight?"
"Nothing, a goodnight kiss and some cuddling will be enough for me."
Lynn nearly choked on air at Lucy's response. "What?! We have Lincoln to ourselves tonight and you aren't even going to do anything?!"
Lucy remained unphased. "Well I'd rather not rush things and scare Linc off."
"What do you mean?"
"Lynn I've come to accept the fact that I am rather young, too young, and while Lincoln in return may share mutual feelings with me, he may have subconscious moralities come forth if we specifically were to have relations. I'm fine waiting, knowing that he loves me back is enough to satiate me until the day comes when we can be intimate."
Lynn felt a little bit taken aback. "You sure Luce?"
"Yes, but by all means feel free to venture as far as you wish with Lincoln."
"Heh." Lynn hesitated for a second. "Oh no problems on taking up that offer."
"Kids, dinner is ready!", Lynn Sr. called out.
Lucy got up and made her way out, avoiding the twins in a near collision and passing by Lori and Leni to open Luna and Luan's room.
"Dinner's ready.", Lucy stated as she entered her sister's room.
"Hey Lucy, excited about tonight?", Luna asked as she got up.
"I am eager to hold Lincoln for a while."
"Just holding?", Luan added as they exited the room.
"Yeah I don't plan on moving things too far too fast."
"Hm I can respect that." Luna said as they descended the stairs. "And Lynn?"
"Ready to pounce it seems."
"Psh figures.", Luan mumbled.
The gang soon joined their other sisters at the table as their father served each of them, stopping when he got to Lincoln's spot.
"Kids where's Lincoln.", he asked.
"If I had to surmise based on how he looked when he entered his room earlier, I would wager he is still unconscious on his bed.", Lisa blurted out.
Leni blushed a bit as she took a spoonful of dinner, thinking she may have been the reason he was tired by cuddling him too much with Lynn and Lucy.
"Can someone go wake him up?"
"I got it!" Lynn eagerly shouted only to stop when she eyed Lucy. "Um, on second thought I'm a little drained from school today. Lucy think you can go get him?"
A bit of shock emanated from Lynn's passing of opportunity from her older sisters as Lucy herself gave a small smile. "Sure, I'll be right back."
Lucy got up and made her way upstairs, being cautious on not showing too much eagerness in doing so until she was out of sight. Before she placed her hand on Linc's door she tidied herself up, the subconscious action making her laugh in thought on how nervous she was.
"Linc you awake?", Lucy asked as she entered.
The mere light snores of Lincoln were all that answered her as she made her way closer. Stopping merely a few inches away, she gazed upon his unconscious form and became enamored with his peaceful look. Truth be told she wished she didn't have to wait to form a copious union with him, but she knew she had to for the sake of things.
"Thanks for giving me this time Lynn." Lucy mumbled as she caressed Lincoln's cheek and laced her fingers into his hair. "Lincoln, it's time to get up, dinners ready."
His snoring stopped and instead gave out only unintelligible mumbles.
"Come on Linc." She gave a deep kiss. "Don't be stubborn."
The soft protrusion of Lucy's tongue into his own mouth slowly woke Linc up as she moved in for a hug.
"Hey Luce." He said as he yawned and hugged her back. "How long was I out?"
She gave another light kiss. "All afternoon, dinner is ready. Long day at school?"
"Heh yes and also you guys making my heart pace out of my chest.", Linc cheekily replied.
"Well you do look nice with a shade of red on you." Lucy looked to the clock on the wall. "Ok as much as I like having you to myself, we should get going before everyone gets curious."
"Fair point."
"Besides we'll have you tonight."
"What do you mean?", Linc asked as they made their way downstairs.
"We talked it out and if you're ok with it you'll be spending the night with Lynn and I."
Lincoln's eyes shot open slightly as he met Lynn's gaze upon entering the dining room. The mere wave of desire they gave off made his legs weak as he scurried to his seat. As he was served his meal it dawned on him that this would be his first dinner having the relationships he did with his sisters.
Looking about the room he couldn't help but feel slightly awkward from the gazes he got from his sisters here and there, a feeling he knew he'd have to get used to. The silence permeating the room was then broken by Lynn Sr. who had begun to ask about each of his children's individual days. When it was Lincoln's turn to share his day, he failed to notice the piqued curiosities of Lori to Lucy save for Lynn, who merely held an annoyed look.
When it came time for everyone to start finishing up Lynn awkwardly got up and made her way to the kitchen, trying her best not to rush or break out in giddiness. The back of her mind was cluttered with all manner of thoughts though the subject of them all were Lincoln. After finishing cleaning up, she made her way past her oncoming siblings and went upstairs straight into her room to perform some last-minute checks.
Not leaving things to chance she once again sniffed all her belongings for body odor within the room, staring at her clock afterwards and lamenting each second she then had to wait.
"Forgetting anything?", Lucy asked as she came in.
"I don't think so.", Lynn replied as she gave everything a look over while switching to her nightwear.
Lucy blew into Lynn's face before she passed by. "Breath?"
Lynn immediately breathed into her palm and took a quick whiff and spazzed out as the hard scent of meatballs filled her nose. "Shoot thanks for the quick save."
"Anytime, and no worries about bumping into Lincoln, he's already done and went to his room."
"Good looking out.", Lynn replied as she bolted out and rushed for the bathroom.
Not bothering to knock Lynn pried open the door and nearly fell back on her rear when she bumped into Lori.
"Gah! Lynn watch it!", Lori yelled out as she tried to regain her balance.
Lynn moved out of the way to let Lori pass by. "My bad just in a rush to get rid of my meatball breath."
Lori sighed slightly as she figured out why exactly Lynn was in a rush. "Lynn, look I know your excited about tonight but try not to rush things too far."
"Pfft you worry too much, everything is fine." Lynn replied in a smug tone. "Besides, he may not show it, but dear Lincy is just as anxious to get intimate. He just needs to know he's got the green light."
"Lynn …"
"Fine, we'll take it slow if anything happens." Lynn entered the bathroom. "And hard."
"What was that?"
"Nothing." Lynn closed the door. "Just worry about what you and Leni are going to do when you have him tomorrow."
Lori felt her face heat up at the thought and became a little flustered, regaining her demeanor shortly after. Having no choice but to trust Lynn in controlling herself she opted to leave her alone and make her way back to her room. Meanwhile Lynn was meticulously washing her mouth leaving no spot unbrushed or flossed.
As she finished up, she exited the bathroom and then leaned against the door, staring straight ahead at her next destination.
"Ready or not love." Lynn said as she gleefully skipped towards Lincoln's room. "Here I come."
October 30, 2017 Royal Woods Middle School, Gym Locker Room Monday Afternoon: Lincoln
"Hey Lincoln.", an older eighth grader called out while waving.
Linc waved back as well as Clyde who merely got an indifferent stare.
Noticing this Lincoln spoke up. "You ok?"
"It's all peachy Linc." Clyde responded sincerely. "I can't expect them to treat me the same way they do you."
"Well, least we don't need Bumper to avoid bullying nowadays."
"True but the attention you're getting isn't exactly the best either."
"Yeah but there really isn't anything I can do about it." Lincoln glumly admitted as he pointed to Clyde's locker. "You ready?"
Clyde nodded and opened his locker as Lincoln opened his, moving to the side as he watched Linc nestle in between them. Lincoln then began to change, using the locker doors as cover so none may see the few markings here and there from his exercise mishaps back at the shack. It wasn't exactly a foolproof plan but whenever someone did come along Clyde would cover for him and play distraction.
"Ok and hard parts done.", Lincoln mentioned.
"Are we going to do this all year?", Clyde asked.
Linc made his way towards the gymnasium with Clyde in tow. "Hopefully not, just until I'm s-"
"Strong enough I know, sorry." Clyde interrupted. "But when will that be? You're probably the toughest boy in the entire grade already."
Lincoln paused at the exit door. "I, I don't know honestly. Every day I feel more physically stronger and capable, but I don't feel any closer to my goal than before."
"You ever think it's just all in your head." Clyde quickly corrected himself. "What I mean is, you think maybe your setting the bar too high for yourself? Like what you do will never be good enough?"
"… I'll keep that in mind.", Lincoln replied as he opened the gymnasium doors.
The pair made their way towards the bleachers and took their seats as their coach waited on the stragglers to join up. Soon after he announced the daily physical exercises before free play and dismissed everyone into groups.
As everyone got up and made their way the coach called Lincoln to his side. "Alright Lincoln you know the drill, since you've done P.T. with your earlier L.O.T.C. class, you're not required to do these exercises."
"I'd still like to do it sir.", Lincoln responded.
"If only every kid here had that motivation." The coach mumbled. "Ok just call out for help if you strain yourself too much."
Linc nodded and made his way towards Clyde's group for warm up stretches. As he performed each set of exercises with the others, he took note of what Clyde mentioned earlier and noticed himself soaring through each activity with ease. Maybe it was in his head, but he also knew there was a big difference between being healthy and fit and being able to defend his sisters.
"D-done already?", Clyde struggled to say as he performed a sit up.
"Yeah." Linc scanned over his group and saw most of them weren't even halfway done. "I'll uh wait for you by the bleachers."
Clyde preformed another sit up. "O-ok."
As he made his way towards the bleachers his coach approached. "So, still not interested in taking up a sport? I know a couple teams who would love to have you on."
Linc scratched his head in shyness. "Heh sorry sir but if I were to take up a sport with everything I'm doing now, I'd probably pass out."
"Well offers always there." A thought then came to the coach. "So Lincoln."
"Yes sir?"
"How are things at home? Your sister Lynn hasn't really shown much pep in the team practices like she used to since the incident."
Linc's fingers twitched in worry. "About as good as they can be sir given what happened."
"Well, just take care of each other. I'll get out of your hair now."
"Thank you, sir."
His coach nodded and made his way to oversee the other groups as Clyde came in to take his place.
"Doing alright there Clyde?", Linc asked after noticing the drench of sweat on his friend.
"I'll live." Clyde collapsed onto the bleachers. "What did coach want?"
"Just asking if my family is doing better."
"Oh … well least you can see for yourself today, nervous?"
"A little bit more here and there as it gets closer."
"Want me to tag along?"
"I'll be fine, but if I need you, I'll call."
Lincoln and Clyde continued to talk, changing the subject to how their school day had gone so far till the coach called for everyone to start heading back. Once inside the locker room the duo preformed the same hiding tactic on Lincoln.
"So." Clyde muttered as they finished suiting up. "Riding back home or?"
"Walking with Lynn." Lincoln replied. "Don't want to be jam packed in vanzilla right out the bat."
Beeeeep
"Well I'm sure things will go fine. See you tomorrow Lincoln."
"Later Clyde."
Parting with a simple fist bump the two went their separate ways with Linc heading towards his last class. When he entered, he began to have muddled thoughts on how exactly to begin speaking with his sisters even well after the bell had rung and the teacher began to speak. Being unable to focus he instead opted to go through his cellphone and finally peek at his missed messages.
As soon as his phone lit up Linc went through the usual order of oldest to newest. The reactions he gave to each varied, from a simple smile, to a slight tug of guilt, and a bit of worry. The only one whom he could never wrap his head around though was Lisa, her texts simply stating questions if he was feeling particularly well and if he experienced any random nausea.
After reading through them all he simply sent a multi message to everyone stating that he'd see them soon today. After putting away his cell he tried his best to pay attention to his teacher but to no avail. Seeing nothing else to keep him occupied Linc heaved slightly and decided to mundanely look out the window till it was time for dismissal.
When the bell did ring, he felt his phone vibrate prompting him to answer.
Meet you round the back was all the text from Lynn said.
Not wasting any time Lincoln grabbed his bags and headed out.
August 14, 2017 Loud House, Second Floor Hallway Monday Night: Lynn
Being as quiet as possible Lynn turned the handle on Lincoln's door, the sheer pounding of her heart being the loudest thing she could hear at that moment. When there was a big enough opening, she slithered inside and spotted her prey in a gentle nap to which she thought was perfect as she maneuvered ever closer. Deciding to push her luck she mounted his bed, or more specifically Linc, straddling him and feeling herself get hotter and short of breath.
The slight shaking woke Linc up though as his eyes gently opened. "L-lynn?"
"Hey there sleepy head." Lynn said as she shook her derriere slightly on the spot. "Happy to see me?"
Much to her enjoyment she felt a forming pressure against her groin. "I'll take that as a yes."
Lincoln tried his best to keep his cool. "That obvious?"
"Yes." She moved slightly, making the pressure increase. "Very~."
Feeling no opposition to anything she would do, Lynn bent forward and kissed Lincoln, smiling as she saw his hands struggle to not grab her like earlier in the day. As much as she enjoyed the sight of Linc squirm beneath her and how she wanted him to ravage her then and there Lucy remained in the back of her head. Lynn may have considered her other sisters competition, but she viewed her little sister differently.
After a quick playful nip at his nose Lynn moved forward to whisper into Linc's ear. "As much as I'm enjoying this, Lucy is waiting for us."
Linc simply nodded as his brain was too sporadic to form words.
"Good." She took an additional nip of his ear. "Let's go hot stuff."
With no resistance Lynn led Lincoln out into the hallway and towards her room, the latter giving a slight gulp at what could happen. Mimicking her earlier quietness she sustained with Linc's door, Lynn opened her own and peered inside. She took a few seconds but soon spotted Lucy blending into the dark at her bed waving hello.
"You don't mind a little one on one time with Luce first do you?", Lynn asked as she and Linc entered the room.
"N-not at all." He answered nervously. "Hey Lucy."
Lucy tried her best to hide her enthusiasm. "Hey Lincoln."
"Alright then." Lynn butted in. "I'll leave you two to it. I'll be on my bed."
"Are you sure?", Lucy asked a bit taken back at the generosity from Lynn.
"Positive, and don't worry about being mushy, I got headphones."
Lynn then turned towards Lincoln and brought him in, clasping his hand and maneuvering it in-between her thighs. The amount of heat that radiated onto his hand made Lincoln blush while the action itself made Lucy as well.
Feeling she sent a strong enough signal Lynn gave Linc one last playful kiss before smugly walking away. Linc, frozen on the spot for a few seconds, watched Lynn get on her bed and plug her ears as she stated.
"She sure is pretty brash sometimes, isn't she.", Lucy muttered bringing Lincoln back into the fold.
"Y-yeah true enough.", he shyly responded.
"But that's also one of her good traits."
Linc moved onto Lucy's bed towards her side. "Ha, also true."
Not wanting to play around Lucy moved in for a deep nuzzle into his side. "I've been wanting this all day."
Linc wrapped his right arm around her and embraced her warmth. "Sorry for the wait."
"It's alright you're here now."
"S-so what do you want to do?"
She could hear his nervous tone. "This is good enough; I know you're under a bit of pressure on how you'll please us let alone Lynn."
Linc chuckled nervously. "W-what are you talking about everything is fine."
"Lincoln it's ok, you don't have to put on airs with me. If possible, I'd like you to vent anything you have building up inside you, least with me."
He hesitated a bit before sighing and deciding to give in. "Well it's a bit intimidating, I mean one second I'm by myself and then the next you all love me in that way. I don't hate it but I'm also nervous if I'll be good enough."
Lucy remembered Lynn's description of his natural born gift and smirked slightly. "I'm confident you'll do fine, and either way you don't have to do anything if you don't want to."
"But the others are expec-"
"They are." Lucy interrupted. "But that isn't the reason they want to be with you, it's because you care for each of us in your own unique way."
She gently planted a kiss on his cheek. "If it happens, it happens, but don't feel obligated to do anything."
"And what do you want?"
Lucy thought a bit on whether to hide her true desires but judged it best to reciprocate his honesty with her own.
"I want to be intimate with you." She felt Linc tighten his grip slightly and placed her hand on his. "But more than that I want to be your solace from everything."
"Are you sure?"
"Yes, until you feel it's appropriate, I won't rush you."
"I'm sorry."
Lucy wrapped her arms around Lincoln. "Don't be, just hold me tonight please."
Linc granted her wish and held her back, following her lead and laying back. As her head was against his chest Lucy heard the rhythmic beatings of his heart and took it with some happiness that it was calm.
"I love you Lincoln."
"I love you too Lucy."
Several minutes passed before Lynn looked over the pair and noticed their stillness. Fearing the worst outcome of her kindness towards Lucy, Lynn took off her earbuds and moved towards them, only to be filled with slight anguish at the site of Lincoln and Lucy passed out and snug under the covers. She then fought internally if she should put her own desires of waking Linc up and taking him or letting him rest with Lucy out of respect.
As if sensing her aura of frustration Lucy woke up and turned to face Lynn. "L-lynn?"
"Hey Luce.", Lynn whispered back as she turned on the lamp on the nightstand.
Lucy's own actions then dawned on her. "Dang it, I'm sorry we just got so comfy and … I'll wake Linc up."
"Don't worry about it, I'll just take my chance Thursday."
"Are you sure?"
Lynn thought about her other sisters and the chances of them taking things all the way. "Do you think any of the others will pop Linc before me?"
"I'd say there'd probably be a little foreplay." Lucy thought harder. "Surprisingly I think Leni would go for it but as long as she is with Lori, I think she'll be held back."
"Hm … in that case."
Lynn moved in closer and whispered into Lucy's ear, the contents of the message making her blush.
"You don't mind if it's on your bed, right?", Lynn asked.
"No, not really." Before Lynn made her move, Lucy held her back a bit. "But before you do it, just please keep it in mind that if Lincoln says stop, to please stop."
"Did something happen?"
"He's just nervous he won't meet your expectations."
Lynn broke into a short snorting laugh. "Sorry, sorry, not trying to downplay how he feels, but I've told you he's packing, right?"
"You have but try and go at his pace if he lets you, ok?"
"No worries, I promise. You know … you can join in if you'd like."
Lucy felt her face heat up as she moved to let Lynn get on her bed. "T-that's alright."
"Hm, suit yourself." Lynn mounted Lincoln like before. "But the offer will stay up."
Lynn preformed the slow shaking movements she did in Lincoln's room and sure enough stirred him from his slumber.
"Heh if you'd like I can wake you up like this every time when I can.", Lynn boldly stated as Linc's eyes shot open.
"Well at least I'd be fully awake." Lincoln replied cockily before he noticed Lucy. "So, what happens now?"
"Well I've already woken you up twice tonight and I feel like Lucy should have you for the majority of the night, so I thought I'd give you a little, celebratory gift of us being together now before I leave you two alone."
Lynn looked at Lucy for a quick second before refocusing on Linc. "But feel free to say no if you don't want it, ok?"
Lincoln gulped and sheepishly nodded, unsure of what to expect. "And Lucy?"
Lynn slid under the covers. "Oh, she'll just watch, unless she wants to participate."
Linc felt his heartbeat spur out of control as he saw the bump of the covers that was Lynn move closer to him, pausing at his legs. He nearly choked on the air itself afterwards as he felt Lynn's hands pull down his boxers.
"W-wow … someone's happy to see me.", Lynn uttered, a bit intimidated as Linc's manhood stood at attention.
Both Lynn and Lincoln froze still for a few seconds, the former from the heat emanating from Linc's member and the latter from the steady breath from Lynn on it.
Eventually Lynn realized she was choking before the action even started.
"Alright no big deal." Lynn thought to herself as she traced her finger along Linc's shaft. "You've heard plenty of bimbo sluts talk about this at school. Work him up nice and slow, breath through my nose, and don't graze him with my teeth."
Not waiting any longer Lynn tilted forward and pressed her lips against the tip of Linc's cock, slowly letting her tongue out as she took her first taste of him. She felt him jitter and wanted more, working her way down his shaft suckling and tasting as much as she could and feeling hotter with every motion. Meanwhile Lincoln himself was getting goosebumps from all these new titillating sensations, clasping the bed sheets from the ever-growing pleasure.
Making her way back up Lynn prepared herself for the coup de grâce. "You know something Lincoln."
"W-what?", Lincoln stammered.
"Before all this I never imagined we would end up in this situation." She pumped him gently several times before kissing his tip and moving the covers off herself. "But now I crave for moments like this, moments to be intimate, with you."
With that said Lynn parted her lips and took as much as she could of Lincoln in, stopping only an inch from the end of his shaft before her throat started to strain. Trying her best to keep a straight face she locked eyes with him and let him slip from her mouth before going back into a less deep and lighter rhythmic motion of sucking his tip. As she performed, she took in every subtle detail she could of Linc, every twitch from where her tongue caressed his glands and hiss when her teeth came too close.
While Lynn tried her best to showcase her innate skill, Lincoln tried his own best to not squirm too much from her efforts. Sitting just a few inches away Lucy was both shocked and memorized at the tabooed image before her. The numerous moans emanating from both her siblings acted as a siren call, testing Lucy's will to stay the stoic course of her earlier decisions.
Lincoln cried out softly through gritted teeth. "L-lynn."
Lynn blocked out Lincoln's call as she was in her own little world, lost in mental euphoria from being his sole source of pleasure and now being able to taste his precum. Only until she felt a warmth on both sides of her head did she snap back, prompting her to refocus on her surroundings. As she looked ahead of her she saw an awestruck Lucy and a gratified Lincoln who now held her head.
She disappointingly thought he had enough and began to move her head up but was surprised to meet some resistance.
"Lynn." Linc uttered with a hint of salaciousness in his voice. "Hope you don't mind if I take the lead, just let me know if it's too much for you. Ok?"
Both sisters didn't have time to process what Lincoln had said before he began to repeatedly press Lynn down on his member. Lynn, while shocked at the sudden bravado of her brother's actions, soon found her new situation more appealing. She never doubted Lucy on Linc's self-doubt, but she also knew firsthand that he had a lustful side tucked away in him as well which now presented itself.
With no need to focus on controlling her tempo with Linc in command, Lynn turned her attention on the increasing sensitivity of her most tender honey pot. Being careful not to stumble on the spot she moved her left hand down to her nether regions, unsurprisingly getting coated with her fluids as both her wet undergarments and continuous secretions plastered it from both sides. As she plunged her fingers inward, she nearly lost her balance from the resonating wave of pleasure spreading forth throughout her whole body.
"Use me." Lynn thought as her vaginal walls clenched tighter around her fingers, wanting the same attention her face was receiving. "Use me to climax, give me everything Lincoln."
As the libidinous pair became more lost in their passion so too did their sense of worry, their moans and cries blared louder with every bob and thrust.
"L-lincoln, you got to keep it down.", Lucy meekly asked.
Her sheepish pleas hit deaf ears though as now Linc joined Lynn in being lost with one another. An idea then hit Lucy to mitigate the noise, the only drawback being that it would test her fortitude in remaining on the sidelines. Regardless Lucy moved forward, going unnoticed until she cupped Lincoln's face and pressed her lips against his own.
Expecting some minor confusion, Lucy was taken aback at the welcome embrace of his right arm wrapping around her waist and of his tongue intertwining with her own. She repeatedly told herself that this was simply a desperate means of silencing the lustful noises her brother made all while avoiding succumbing to it itself. The latter of the problems proved quite testing though as Lucy felt herself getting more heated as Linc's tongue foreplay became more sensual.
The intermingle of the sibling taboo remained so for several minutes until Lynn and Lucy felt the tightening clutch of Lincoln's hands and the quickening of his pace. This made Lynn quiver with eagerness at the thought of finally receiving his mark of love and brought her close to the brink as well. While still locking lips Lucy merely gazed at Lincoln as his eyes clenched tight and his hips bucked upward against Lynn.
The sensation of Linc forcing himself deeper into her along with his stream of love juice filling the space of her mouth sent Lynn over the edge. She felt her right arm struggle to keep herself up as her own climax sent out a vibrant blast of pleasure across her body, prompting her to quickly place her now drenched left hand on the bed to keep balance. After a few moments Lincoln shakily lowered his hips and freed his cock from Lynn's mouth with a subtle pop.
"W-wow." Lincoln uttered as he broke away from Lucy and fell back. "That was, that was something."
As Lincoln began to steady his breathing Lucy looked towards her elder sister holding what she could only make out as a content smile as her cheeks were puffed up. Lynn stirred her tongue around in her mouth and took in the slightly salty taste, elated that she was the first to have Lincoln's love nectar. Not wanting to let it go to waste she slowly gulped the heavy load down and took in a big breath when the task was done.
"H-how'd you like your present?", Lynn smugly asked.
Linc merely gave an unintelligible mumble accompanied by a goofy smile which made Lynn giggle. Regaining her composure, she moved forward and rested her wet panties against Lincoln's still stiff member and leaned forward onto him.
"If you enjoyed that, just wait till Thursday. You'll be all mine then.", Lynn whispered into Linc's ear sultrily.
Lynn nearly let out a small squeal as Linc's cock pressed furiously against her cotton barrier. Wanting to avoid any more self-torture of not being able to go further Lynn moved off Lincoln and gave Lucy a gentle kiss on the cheek before getting off the bed.
"Sorry about the slight mess." Lynn shyly commented. "I'll wash your sheets and covers in the morning."
"Thanks." Lucy replied. "What will you do now?"
"Eh I think I'll head into Lincoln's room and crash there for tonight, give you two some actual alone time."
"Are you sure?"
"Yeah I'm sure, Thursday isn't far off. Well, goodnight Lucy"
"Goodnight Lynn."
"Night Lincy~."
Lincoln lifted his head up and gave a small wave. "G-goodnight Lynn."
Satisfied, Lynn saw herself out and headed towards Linc's room, happy that at least she'd be able to take in the lingering scent of her dear brother from his covers. Meanwhile Lucy looked over Lincoln and ran her hand through his hair.
"So, how do you feel?"
Linc thought for a moment. "I don't know but happy is definitely one of the feelings swirling around me right now."
"I'm glad, I was a bit worried Lynn was sort of pushing you a bit far, but surprisingly you took the initiative in the end."
Lincoln blushed slightly. "Yeah I'm not sure what came over me, I guess her personality just sort of rubbed off on me at that moment."
"Well you seem back to normal now, ready to go to bed together?"
"Yeah it is getting pretty late."
Lucy gently cleared her throat and awkwardly pointed towards the end of her bed. "Um."
Unsure of what she meant Linc looked on, taking a few moments before he realized that he was still exposing himself.
"Oh! S-sorry!", Lincoln bashfully cried out as he pulled up his boxers.
Lucy held in her laughter. "I think we're past the point of being sorry, you did put on quite the show after all."
Feeling a bit called out Linc covered his eyes in slight embarrassment which elicited a small giggle to escape from Lucy.
"I really do love you Lincoln.", Lucy commented as she turned off the nightstand lamp and snuggled in close. "I'm happy we can be together like this from now on."
Linc moved his arm off his face and wrapped it around her. "I love you too Lucy and so am I. I hope I can make you happy."
Instead of speaking Lucy merely placed a gentle kiss on his cheek before burying herself against his side once more. "Goodnight Lincoln."
"Goodnight Lucy."
It was only until a few minutes later that Lucy peeked at Linc, judging whether his sleep was deep enough for what she wanted to do. After a few gentle calls of his name with no response she moved her hand down past his boxers and twirled her fingers around his tip till she caught enough of her prize.
"Leave it to Lynn to make a mess." Lucy thought as she held her hand close to her face and looked at the small amount of cum that clung to her fingers. "Though I suppose it worked in my favor this time."
Slowly she lapped away at her hand, ingraining the taste and lingering musk that still derived from her sheets to memory. After she finished swallowing the last drop, she heaved a small sigh at the thought of remaining a person of solace for Lincoln in regards of it being more toilsome on her patience than she had previously guessed.
"One day at a time I guess.", she mumbled as she finally let sleep take her.
October 30, 2017 Royal Woods Middle School, Rear Entrance Monday Afternoon: Lincoln
Being careful not to trip over anyone, Lincoln made his way past his peers out towards the back of the school. Once outside he made his way off the pavement and onto the grass to better scan the crowd for Lynn, who surely enough he spotted lingering by the bus gate.
"Hey." Lynn spoke out as she saw Linc approach. "How was your day."
"Same as usual." Lincoln answered. "Though there were fewer stares today I think."
"Good, it's none of their business anyway. So how do you want to get home?"
"Mind if we walk? I don't think being squished in vanzilla would be a good start to getting back home."
"No problem, I'm just glad your coming back with me this time. Let me just text Lori we'll be walking and then we'll go for your bike."
With a few quick types Lynn sent her message and then extended her hand slightly towards Lincoln. "… You ready?"
Lincoln felt his heart beat a little faster as he held her hand. "Yeah, let's go home."
