After a long day working on their cartoons, the animated characters were ready to head back to their homes.

You were in charge of props, and you noticed a completely flattened Wile E. Coyote coming to return a massive anvil that had just been used in his latest cartoon, entitled, "Bird-y Dancing".

Before the coyote could even stand up to place the anvil on the counter you were working on, the Roadrunner dashed in front, placing a box of ACME️ birdseed that was used in the cartoon.

"MEEP-MEEP!!" The large bird exclaimed before rushing off yet again.

Wile E. gave an audible sigh, slumping back down.

"—What's the matter, Wile E?" You asked. "Rough day at the office?"

The coyote nodded—as much as he could despite being a complete pancake. You picked the anvil off of his body, then picked the coyote up, straightening him back to his normal shape.

The brown-furred, scraggly coyote held up a large sign reading "I can never catch him—it's getting very infuriating".

"Well, if you caught him, there wouldn't be any more cartoons and you'd be out of a job." You replied. "I know it's painful. Hey, I've got an idea—you wanna go somewhere with me after we check out?"

Wile E. nodded, then grabbed a marker, writing on the other end of the sign. He turned it around, the sign now read; "We could look at my rare dynamite collection?"

"That sounds fun," you chuckled. "But I was thinking more along the lines of the movies?"

Wile E. Coyote quickly erased and scribbled a new message on his sign; "Sure thing!"

He may be a toon of few words, but Wile E's a great guy to have around.

End.
