It was a bright sunny day in Metropolis. Normally Clark would be in Tokyo, but Jodi had insisted on going out on a proper date. The young Amazon was firmly a part of Clark's family.
Unless you asked Dani. Because then she was a part of Clark's harem.
"I still don't understand why you wanted to come to the city." Clark queried with a smile. "It doesn't seem all that fun or even romantic."
"That's because you are only here when you are patrolling or working." She lectured as she held his hand. "There are plenty of sights to see."
Jodi took him to a few museums she had been to with her father. Clark made a note to get payback on Dani. Clearly Jodi liked dinosaurs, she had heard the tale of Clark vs. the T-Rex and now she was looking between the large skeleton and her lover.
"You didn't really fit in its mouth, did you?" She asked sceptically.
"I'll get Brunhilde to show you the memories." Clark laughed. "I was in head first, it had me up to here." He gestured to his pectorals. "I felt dirty for a whole day, even after Brunhilde used magic to clean me and we found a waterfall for me to wash in."
"Well, in that case, I know where we can go on our next date."
"Oh?"
"The Savage Land, in Dani's world."
Clark smirked and poked her in the chest. "Listen you, I refused to fight a dinosaur for Dani and I won't do it for you!"
Jodi looked aghast. "That would be horrible! Like… fox hunting!"
"Jodi, Clark, sorry to interrupt." They turned as murmurs filled the museum. Standing there was Lana, dressed in her amazon garb. "We've got an unknown incoming."
"Targeting me?" Clark asked.
"It appears to be a large silver being, possibly an android. We've been tracking it and it has been tracking you." Lana confirmed.
Jodi froze as the Cuckoos transferred images to her and Clark. Clark was seemingly unaffected.
"Alert Captain Sawyer. I'll meet it outside and see what it wants. Jodi-"
Jodi was now dressed in her own Amazon garb. She also had a sword and shield on her back. "Yes, my god?" She asked sweetly.
Clark could instantly feel the many souls of the Amazons popping into existence around the area. Not to mention his Sekirei.
Clark sighed and poked her on the forehead, causing her to turn invisible. "Stay out of sight."
%
Clark stood outside the Metropolis Museum of Natural History. He hadn't bothered changing his clothing yet. Descending towards him was a seven-foot-tall silver being. It had minimalistic features, but was clearing based on a bi-pedal being like a human or martian.
"You are Kal-El." The being stated. "The one calling himself, Superman."
"I prefer to go by Clark Kent when not in uniform, but yes. And you are?"
"I was sent to end your threat to my master and assume your powers." The creature raised its hand, it glowed a dangerous orange.
"I wouldn't do that." Clark warned. "I don't know who your master is, but if you attack me I will pull his name from your remains… and then I will be a threat to him."
The creature paused. It was this pause that leant credence to the theories that the creature was an AI, it was clearly processing new data. Clark couldn't sense them, but he knew that both Victor and Brainiac were now nearby and ready to help if needed.
The being straightened slightly. "Irrelevant. You will pose no threat once I kill you."
"You can't kill me. I am immortal and invulnerable. If you were able to destroy my body then higher beings would simply rebuild it." Clark decided to err on the side of caution and not mention Harry's name.
The creature didn't seem to care about that information and fired an orange bolt.
It was intercepted by the sudden appearance of Iron Man who swooped in between the android and Clark, his arms crossed before his chest, forming a shield.
"You are a creation of Professor Ivo." Iron Man stated calmly. "I am familiar with his work at LuthorCorp. As we speak he is being hunted down.
"He will be captured easily whilst I fight you here."
The creature immediately shot into the sky and vanished from sight.
"You're following him back to this Ivo?" Clark asked.
"Of course." Lex was clearly smirking behind his helmet. "You know how much I hate to waste valuable resources. I'm not Bruce."
When out of costume, Bruce was considered a moron by most of the other Shield members. He refused to allow Clark or Harry to enchant his tools, costumes and vehicles.
As a result, he spent millions repairing them. Provided an annoyed Dani and Brunhilde didn't fix them first.
The only thing he allowed to be enchanted was his cape. Xander had pointed out that it he could use it to protect civilians. So it was enchanted six ways from Sunday.
"Am I needed or do you have this handled?" Clark asked.
Lex was glad he was in his armour. He didn't want Clark seeing him blanch at the glare coming from the now visible Jodi.
"Xander and Wolverine are going to join me." He croaked before teleporting out.
Clark frowned as he looked at the girl now hooked on his arm and smiling innocently up at him.
"Back to the dinosaurs?" She asked.
%
"Alright Iron Man, what do we know about this Ivo?" Xander asked as he floated with the armoured hero and The Wolverine.
"A brilliant mind who worked for LuthorCorp. Unfortunately, he is paranoid and has a very loose set of ethics. It is why he was let go."
They were standing in mid-air, hundreds of meters above a mansion on the outskirts of Metropolis where they had followed the android.
"And the reason he thought Superman wanted to harm him?" Wolverine asked.
"My best guess is that it is to do with his paranoia. None of the projects he worked on at LuthorCorp had anything to do with Superman, Clark or MBI.
"His work was on a form of universal cure. Something that could fight off any infection, disease or poison."
"Like my healing factor?"
"No, he originally created the A-Maze Operating System. It is the same software running Cyborg's hardware. He managed to refine the system and create a way of synthesizing organic cell reproduction.
"The system could analyse how specific cells were created and then reproduce the effect.
"A real world scenario would be to use the system on someone suffering from malaria. The process would observe the body fighting and it could then aid the body.
"Of course, the system retains all process knowledge and adds it to its database… neither of you care." Iron Man sighed at the blank look on Xander's face and the irritation on Wolverine's.
"How about you tell us if the bastard will die if we hit him hard enough." Wolverine growled.
%
It was twenty minutes later and Xander, Wolverine and Iron Man were breathing heavily as they stood facing the unfazed android with The Flash and Hawkgirl.
"You could have warned us it could mimic our powers." Xander grumbled.
The android now had a set of metallic wings, much like Hawkgirl's.
"I tried." Iron Man snapped. "I gave up when your eyes glazed over."
"At least you didn't call in Superman." Came Batman's gravelly voice as he approached the group with Cyclops.
"Why the hell did you bring Cyke?" Wolverine demanded. "You want to give him ranged attacks too?"
"I can absorb all your abilities. These attacks are futile." The android offered.
"You only mimic our abilities. You do not have the energy reserves to power them." Batman retorted.
That was when the android named Amazo was eclipsed from view by the massive crimson rays from Cyclops.
When the light vanished, only the smoking and numerous remains of the android remained.
"Couldn't have done that twenty minutes ago?" Xander asked irritably.
"I was busy determining the best course of action." Batman explained without concern. "Iron Man, are your sensors picking up any activity?"
"It is already beginning to repair itself."
Cyclops turned to The Flash. "Flash, go to Harry and tell him we need a container like the one he used for Nimrod. Take him out of time to build it we need you back…" Harry and The Flash were now standing there with a large freight train boxcart.
"One Private Universe, as requested." Harry bowed with a flourish. "Is this thing really that bad?" He asked curiously as he entered the container.
Cyclops held up a hand to stop the others from entering. "He was absorbing and mimicking their abilities."
"You should have just turned him over to Loki or Clark." Harry said as he summoned all the pieces of android into the container. "It doesn't matter if this thing could replicate magic, it can't use it unless I say so."
"Ah… we never tried magic." Xander admitted sheepishly as he looked down at his hand where he held his deactivated lightsabre.
"What is so special about this box?" Hawkgirl asked.
Harry smiled proudly. "Remember the Fidelius? Imagine I put you in a room made of the strongest material… and then cast the Fidelius on the door and didn't tell you the secret.
"You'd be trapped."
Hawkgirl nodded.
"Now, as secure as that seems, you could still attempt to break through the walls. So, this container has a modified Fidelius. Once you are inside, you will never know there is a world beyond the walls. As far as this android is concerned, the world consists of his six walls and nothing else."
Hawkgirl frowned. "I recall reading a report on Brainiac and how he was able to determine Superman's identity through sheer intellect.
"What is to stop the android from questioning how his current reality conflicts with his stored knowledge. Especially as he knows he has a mission to complete."
"His mission is based on the existence of his master. To him, his master no longer exists."
"And you are sure he doesn't have programming that will make him confirm that?"
"Hawkgirl has a point." Brainiac agreed as he walked up with the armoured Cyborg. "Granted, the being we just dealt with did seem… 'young'. But if I was put in the same box, I believe I would have too much experience and knowledge to simply accept my assumed fate."
"Sure, but he still needs to be told the secret to be able to exit the box. Unlike the Fidelius used to protect a person's identity, this version moves the subject of the secret out of phase.
"We can create magical doors where you can hack them down as much as you want, but you will only find more 'door' behind it."
"Can we enter and exit the box ourselves without accidentally releasing the android?" Iron Man asked.
"In theory… but we've never had anyone who wanted to enter a locked box with a homicidal monster." Harry said innocently.
Brainiac chuckled as he turned to Iron Man. "If it is possible, I would like to examine any work of this Professor Ivo. I would like to ensure that the being incarcerated is not a brand new life form who didn't know any better and is, instead, an artificial intelligence hell bent on completing its purpose."
"I'll need to check with the rest of the team, but I doubt it will be a problem."
%
The following day Lex had called a team meeting. He had tried to call it the previous evening… but one look at Jodi and he knew that even his own wife would string him up by the balls.
"I wanted to discuss what we are when we work under the 'umbrella' of Shield." Lex explained. "Are we simply a team or are we an organisation?
"It was something that came to mind yesterday when Brainiac asked if he could examine the data from Professor Ivo. I said I would check with the team… But that brought up the question of: Are we open to new members?
"At least, that is what I was curious about."
"I'm not sure I should even be part of this team." Victor said uncomfortably. "You guys have a long history together. I just dropped in your lap a few weeks ago."
"If we say you are a part of the team, then you are a part of the team. Only you and the team get to say otherwise." Bruce said firmly.
"I don't think we should be recruiting." Clark shook his head. "But if we find ourselves working with someone who we think might be a good fit, we can discuss it together.
"But I think we should all be in agreement."
"No 'trial periods' or probation." Barry said quickly. "I work with you because I trust you. You are my friends… even you Victor. I don't want to have to go through periods of time where we have to carefully manage a newbie."
"Yeah, I agree." Hal said. "Take Kara, I can see us working with her. We are building a good rapport with your cuz. Same with Brainiac.
"But lets face it, none of us is near comfortable being around Steve Trevor."
"How about this, if one of us starts to work with someone who we get along with, we offer to hook them up with other members for some jobs. Maybe offer some training and insight." Jason offered. "Maybe they'll become part of the family… even if they don't, we will have exchanged some knowledge, experience and contacts."
"Agreed." Arthur nodded. The others gave their approvals.
Clark took the idea to practice. "On that subject, I believe Kara and Andrea Rojas could do with some time with each of us. I don't believe Andrea will join our team as she seems more suited to working with the Amazons and Sekirei, but Kara could go either way."
"I'll take Kara first." Bruce offered. "But I'll be the last to pair with Andrea. My work is a little darker than most. Mainly because of how restrained I have to be."
"Could you explain?" Arthur asked curiously.
"I deal with the most despicable of criminals. But I don't kill. I scare and intimidate. I threaten. But unless it is an active fight, I do not harm.
"Andrea has a history of viciously beating criminals and not seeking true justice."
"She sounds… troubled." Arthur mused.
"Very."

Despite the busy lives of Clark and his friends, whether it be their day jobs or costumed activities, they were still obligated to certain duties.
Clark was lightly pressured by the Prime Minister of Japan into attending a high end party in Metropolis for a young foreign royal's birthday.
Clark really didn't want to go as he knew he was being used for his positions as Superman and the Head of MBI. But the Prime Minister had requested it personally and made a good argument for him using the opportunity to network amongst other major players, both foreign and domestic.
Out of respect for their god, the Amazons were out in force around Metropolis, making sure that crime didn't disturb Kal-El's evening.
He wasn't alone at the party. On his arm was Aphrodite, his mom and dad were also present as Jonathan was now a member of the state government.
The party was the usual black tie event. Men in suits and tuxedos, women in elaborate gowns. Fine wines passed by on trays carried by waiters and waitresses.
The dancing was rather formal and Clark was not enjoying it.
"Smile husband." Aphrodite instructed lightly. "I know you do not want to be here, but you do need to make a good impression whilst you are."
"It would be nicer if I could dance more naturally with you." He leaned in and kissed her lightly. "These structured dances remind me of training with Brunhilde. I keep having to stop myself to keep my hands in 'safe places' and my feet off your beautiful toes." He gave a her a wry smile.
She smiled back and simply stepped forward and wrapped her arms around his neck so they just swayed to the music. "You can fly, My Love. And you can heal any damage you cause.
"As for your hands… when the night is done, I expect your hands to eschew safety completely." She leaned up and kissed him passionately.
"Ahem! She said when the night was done." The pair broke apart to see Martha standing there looking amused. "Now, I want to dance with my son. Aphrodite, go and keep your father-in-law company."
Aphrodite laughed as she walked off, pressing a kiss to Martha's cheek as she passed.
"I would have thought you'd have learnt some patience for events like this." Martha smirked as she positioned her son's hands for dancing. "You spent how many years alone with Harry?"
"At least Harry is entertaining." Clark grumbled. "And if you ever tell him that then I will enlist Dani and Loki and have them prank you severely."
Martha laughed.
There was a slight commotion nearby. "Go on Clark." Martha instructed as she separated from him.
Clark was relieved to have something to actually do. He preferred spending time with his family in private.
He marched up to the various men who were gathered in a circle and easily shifted them aside.
"Diana?!" He hadn't known the princess would be there. Then he noticed the leering men. "I suggest you leave. Now!" He barked.
The men all knew who he was and knew better than to test the Man of Steel.
Clark turned back to Diana who was dressed in a thin, floor length black gown. She looked very flustered. "Diana, why didn't you tell us you were coming? Any of us would have accompanied you." He said as he held out his hand.
Diana looked a bit miffed, but took it anyway. "My Queen requested I come. I received a personal invite and Queen Amara said it would be a good opportunity to represent the Amazon Nation."
"But still," he pressed as he led her onto the dance floor, "Why not have Harry accompany you?"
"I am an independent woman, Kal." She glared at him as they danced. "I can take care of myself."
"Uh huh." Clark smirked. "Then, as your god, I am ordering you to tell Xander exactly that when you get home."
Diana was confused.
"We always have back up. Why do you think your goddess is here with me? Kyla is patrolling the city with your sisters."
Diana grimaced. She knew Xander would lay into her and her punishment would probably involve being beaten to a pulp in combat. Usually it was Brunhilde or Miya.
He had been making noises about having the Hulk take part in their training. She'd seen the archive footage.
"That is not fair." She mumbled.
"You could have brought anyone. I could have been your escort. Your Lord Regent is practically obligated!" He laughed.
His laughter was cut short as the lights cut out and the party attendees screamed.
"You take the lead. I'll be your backup." Clark assured her.
Diana activated her costume as the sound of windows breaking was heard over the screaming.
In the dark she could see glowing green lights and flashes of metal. Night vision goggles and poorly concealed weapons. They were headed for a young woman in a white, knee length lace dress. The subject of this party and clearly their target.
The speed of Hermes was nothing compared to the speed of Superman, let alone The Flash. But it was still nothing to sneeze at.
Wonder Woman had one of the invaders on the ground and gasping for air whilst the other two had four broken limbs and the last was dangling a foot in the air from the firm grip of Superman.
A flare of white lit up the room and everyone turned to see Batman holding what appeared to be a gun, pointed at the ceiling where the light emanated from.
"Wonder Woman, Superman." He nodded to them both. Just behind the Dark Knight was the cowering form of Princess Audrey, the Heir to the Kaznian Throne and the birthday girl.
"I'm surprised at the stupidity of these people." Superman commented, still holding his captive high. "I didn't realise you and Wonder Woman would be here, but I know my name was publicly available as an attendee. Did they really think they could brazenly attack and avoid my interference?"
"They came prepared." Batman growled. He held up a vial containing a green crystal.
Superman shook his head. "That would slow me down, but considering the beating I took from Darkseid, they should realise I can withstand a lot worse.
"Especially as they may just force me into my lightning form."
Batman nodded. "Wonder Woman, I will take these fools into custody. Stay and try to enjoy the rest of the evening. Perhaps Princess Audrey could use a friend."
"You can't just abscond with these men! They need to be handed to the proper authorities!" A stuffy man in a tux objected.
"They will be. As soon as I have what I need from them." Batman glared at the man before firing his gun at each of the attackers causing them to vanish. Superman dropped his in time to avoid being dragged along.
Superman deactivated his armour and nodded to Batman who nodded back before turning the gun on himself and firing.
Clark tried hard not to smirk at the sleight of hand his teammate had pulled. Just a little something to hide his teleportation abilities.
Clark walked up to Wonder Woman and offered her his hand. The Amazon Princess smiled and took it, rising to her feet before deactivating her own armour and causing her dress to reappear.
Clark leaned in and whispered in her ear. "You're still having that talk with Xander."
He smirked as she pouted at him. Something he knew she learnt from the others. Probably Kusano.
Clark led Diana over to the still shaking Princess Audrey. "Your Highness, a pleasure to meet you." Clark said as he bowed, still holding Diana's hand. Diana herself inclined her head in respect.
"M-Mister Kent, P-P-"
"Could I get you a drink whilst Princess Diana keeps you company?" Clark smoothly glossed over the young lady's communication issues.
Diana disengaged from Clark and linked her arm with Princess Audrey's. "A glass of wine each, please, K-Clark." She smiled at him.
Clark bowed once more and turned away.
At the bar Clark was approached by his wife and parents.
"That gun Batman used… I might need one." Jonathan said quietly to his son.
Clark was utterly confused. "Why?"
"Clark, are you aware that this room was nearly invaded by the entirety of the Amazons and Sekirei?" Jonathan said exasperatedly. "In this room are the god and goddess of the Amazons. Their princess and Lord Regent. The father-in-law and mother-in-law of several Sekirei are also here along with the Uncle of all the Sekirei.
"The girls at the castle were screaming down the comm lines trying to stop the two groups from storming the building!"
"They were only partially successful."
They turned to see Harry and Miya standing there. Harry was wearing a suit whilst Miya was in a short black dress with a loose skirt. No one else could see them, but she was clearly wearing her sword at her side and her wings were glowing.
"You look beautiful, Miya." Jonathan smiled warmly.
"The only disappointment is that only we can see your beautiful wings." Martha added with genuine sadness.
"Kal, here, take these to Diana and Audrey. Stay with them. I will be fine with your family." Aphrodite assured him as she handed him two glasses of wine.
%
Clark and Diana were more than capable of lifting the Kaznian Princess' spirits. She invited them both to ditch the party and go club-hopping as she wanted one last chance at freedom before her wedding.
Her attitude to being married had both Clark and Diana concerned. Clark sent out mental instructions to the castle to immediately investigate the background behind the Princess, the country and her fiancé.
Clubbing wasn't really Clark's thing so he begged off once he could sense the hundred or so Amazons nearby. Diana was fairly uncomfortable but didn't want to leave Audrey alone. She was saved by Lois and Kazehana 'coincidentally' dancing in the first club they came to.
Clark, meanwhile, took Aphrodite home to take her up on her previous offer.
%
The following evening various team and family members were gathered in the Great Hall.
"Meet Princess Audrey's future husband." Bruce said with disgust as an image appeared on the main screen.
"What the actual fuck?!" Harry swore as he shot to his feet. "Excuse me please, I need to go and check the Cage."
"Not without me." Clark growled as he activated his armour.
"Does anyone know if this is Vandal Savage?" Xander asked as his sons vanished. "Or is it a clone, son, simple look-alike?"
"Genetically they are the same person." Brainiac reported. "At Bruce's request I retrieved some DNA last night and compared it to the database.
"Harry or Clark would have to tell us if they are actually clones as the DNA was perfect."
"What the hell is going on?" Harry snarled as he and Superman returned. "Vandal is still locked up but this doppleganger is running around? I'm assuming you've confirmed it isn't coincidence or a clone?" He asked Bruce as Superman deactivated his armour and retook his seat.
"Brainiac did a DNA analysis. Genetically, this is Vandal Savage. All that's left is for you or Clark to check the soul." Bruce confirmed.
"Sorry I'm late." Diana said as she walked in. "I asked some of the Amazons to stand watch over Princess Audrey whilst she is still in America." She took her own seat between Clark and Bruce. "It seems she doesn't have many friends. She asked me to be her maid-of-honour… I need to speak with my Queen and Goddess, I am not sure it is the right thing to do in this situation."
"I wouldn't worry, Diana." Clark told her as he indicated the screen and the man displayed. "Considering who her fiancé might be, her wedding is unlikely to occur."
Her eyes widened as she took in the visage of Vandal Savage. "I would kill him myself, just to spare Audrey the pain."
"We were just trying to figure out how this can be as Harry and I just checked The Cage." Clark explained.
"Does it matter? The man is a monster!"
"Lets not jump to conclusions." John Stewart urged. "Just because the DNA is the same doesn't mean their personalities are."
"Audrey does not want to marry him. She has no choice as it was arranged by her father and fiancé." Diana scowled.
"Then the wedding definitely won't happen." Harry said firmly. "I have a firm policy on arranged marriages where one party doesn't give consent."
"Isn't that what happened between you and Diana?" Barry asked curiously.
"We're not married yet." Harry said pointedly.
"If Lex or myself can get close enough, we could use our sensors to establish if we might be dealing with a being from another timeline or reality." Victor offered.
"I'll take you to him myself, Vic. I want to get a look at his soul." Harry explained.
%
It wouldn't be until night time that Harry and Victor made their covert visit. Victor needed to be unimpeded by magical effects to make full use of his cybernetic sensors. That meant waiting for Vandal to be asleep.
Clark had asked Diana to stick with Audrey, just in case there was another attack.
But first, Harry needed to have a long overdue talk with his youngest soul mate.
"Diana, do you remember the day we first me?" Harry asked as they stood atop the Astronomy Tower, looking over the peaceful town just a few miles away.
Diana scowled. She hated remembering that day. She remembered the fear of being subjected to men. The horror of seeing her mother die. The pain of feeling as though her goddess had betrayed her.
Now, she couldn't care less about her mother. Her views on men were slowly becoming more equalised with women. And she felt guilty for ever doubting her goddess.
"A terrible day, even though the outcome has been amazing." She said honestly.
"Do you remember what Aphrodite, Athena and Artemis told you about your creation?"
Diana turned slightly red and her demeanour became subdued. "I was made for you. A gift from the gods and Love.
"Are you going to take me now?" She asked quietly.
"Diana," Harry said softly. "We are soul bound. We will be together until the end of existence.
"You are very unique. I have many soul mates. But of all the ones alive, none of them are natural. I created the bonds myself. Yours was created by your goddess.
"All the women I am bound to are my lovers and wives. Logan is my brother.
"You are the first soul mate I have had, since Luna, who is my sister."
Diana frowned. "I- Have I failed in some way?"
"Absolutely not." Harry said firmly. "You are mine and I am yours. But I know how we feel about each other. When I first met you, I saw a young woman who needed guidance and someone to earn your trust.
"So, I treated you more like a student. More like I would treat Clark and Lana. But you were still family, still bound to my soul, and so that is how our bond developed. A familial bond."
"But… I was made to please you. Am I not beautiful enough?" She was confused and slightly hurt.
"Who is the most beautiful woman you know?"
"Aphrodite." She said, wondering if Harry was blind.
Harry just smiled. "Do you see me trying to bed her? Aphrodite is a close friend. Other than Odin of my world, she is the first to truly help me connect with other Aspects.
"Diana, at this point in time, I don't see you becoming 'Mrs. Potter'. But you are certainly a 'Miss Potter', I would be extremely proud for you to take my family name.
"But you don't feel that way about me. You certainly don't invite my touch beyond a simple, caring hug."
"I- I didn't mean to offend you." She bowed.
"Di! You're my sister! You don't bow to family. Not in my family at least. Clark never bows to me unless I am acting as Death and he as my Right Hand.
"Have you ever seen Xander or Logan bow to me? Ever?"
"I do not understand." She shook her head, her loose black hair flying. "All my life I was raised as a princess prepared to assume the throne if something happened to my mother. Then, I am told I was created by my goddess as a gift for the most powerful being in existence… who is also a man.
"But now… that man does not want me?"
"Bullshit." Harry snorted. "You are as precious to me as anyone in my family. Because you are precious, I am heavily vested in your happiness.
"And, after several million years' worth of human interaction, I have become quite adept at understanding humans. I know what you want."
Harry smirked at her. "Or rather… who."
%
"His quantum resonance doesn't match mine, Superman's or anyone else from our universe." Cyborg informed Harry quietly as they stood in the bedroom of Vandal Savage. "It doesn't match anyone else I've met or anything the Vision gave me."
"This is ridiculous." Harry scowled, his eyes never leaving the sleeping form. "This universe has enough to deal with, it doesn't need to borrow trouble from other universes."
"Is his soul bad?" The cybernetic hero asked. He was currently sporting his silver armour, one of his eyes glowed red.
"As dark as his counterparts. I'm going to ask Emma to rip his mind to shreds. I want every little thing he knows."
"And his disappearance?"
Harry shook his head. "I read enough of his mind to know his intentions. We will let him hang himself."
%
"This Savage arrived in our world several decades ago." Emma reported to the gathered heroes and support crew. "He remained hidden by choice when he learnt that there was already a version of himself here.
"His time machine malfunctioned and sent him here. He doesn't know what happened to his native counterpart, but he has initiated plans to assume his place now that he knows he is missing."
"Princess Audrey is back on the market… so to speak." Harry grimaced at the looks he got from the Amazons and moved on. "Diana and I had a little talk with the King of Kaznia and warned him about trying anything like that with his daughter again."
"The Cuckoos are currently in Cerebro. They are scanning the entire planet and listening for any mention of Vandal Savage or time travel." Scott said with a pointed look at Harry.
"What's the backlash gonna be?" Xander asked with a dark look.
"Backlash?" John Stewart asked.
"For my daughters-in-law." Xander responded. "They are listening to the billions of thoughts from around the world. Can you imagine the trauma they will hear, see, witness… experience?"
John looked a bit sick.
"They will make a report on anything relevant and then I wipe their memories back to about a week ago." Harry was not happy. "Then I kill them."
"Kill them?" Shayera asked in shock.
"You mean to have them reborn?" John asked for clarification. "Not erased or sent to the otherside?"
Harry gave him a soft appreciative smile. "Reborn. A time for them to cleanse and be innocent."
"If this is as bad as you are implying, then take them through the portal." Clark said. "At least there they won't have to worry about the nasty stuff we've got going here."
"Do it." Scott growled. These were his daughters. "Take Martha, Jonathan and Laura with you."
"And Scott, Jean and Emma." Xander added. He silenced any objections from the leader of the X-Men with a look.
"What about the farm, the school… everything?" Martha asked.
"Lex, Tess, are you up for subbing again?" Bruce asked his fellow billionaires with a smirk.
"We're in." Tess spoke for them.
"I've got the farm covered." Clark assured his mother. "You've still got the Amazons working there and they probably can handle it better than even I could."
"Clark, the only thing you are going to do, is sit in a chair and listen." Harry scoffed. "Whilst I'm away, you're in charge."
