FLORA POV

I quickly made my way out of my first class and began to look for Roxy. I walked outside to the courtyard and saw Roxy near the fence. She has her headphones on and I could tell she was in her zone working on her routine for her tryouts. I smiled and walked toward her.

"Roxy! Roxy!" I screamed as I got closer to her. She didn't react. When I got closer, I tapped her on the shoulder and she jumped. If looks could kill the glare she gave me when she turned around would have killed me on the spot.

"Aww c'mon you interrupted me right when I was in my zone," she said while sitting down on the grass and pouting. I giggled at her face and sat down with her. "Well I'm sorry for interrupting your "zone", but how was your first class." Roxy sighed and started pulling grass out of the ground.

"It was fine. We had to introduce ourselves and I didn't make a complete fool of myself, so I think it went well. Anyways, how was yours?" I smiled at her. " Well I got to see the green house, it's beautiful by the way, since my first class was botany."

We sat in a comfortable silence for a few minutes, until Roxy suddenly shot up from the ground. She looked at me with excitement in her eyes. "We have to go look at the boards for the tryout times." I got up from the ground and dusted off my skirt. "Let's go then."

"Are you sure the boards are this way, Roxy? We've been looking for like 10 minutes. Shouldn't they be at the front of the school?" Roxy stopped walking and sighed. "Where do you think I've been trying to get to for the past 10 minutes. Maybe we can find someone and ask them to help us."

We continued walking until we saw a small group of people who were sitting underneath one of the many stairwells in the school. As Roxy and I walked up to them, I stared into those familiar, yet mysterious, blue eyes. I froze. It's the guy from the airport. Oh God why did he have to go here of all places.

A flash of recognition flashed across Roxy's face as she stopped and looked at the boy. She turned to me and mouthed, "Isn't that boy you fell for at the airport?" I nodded and she grabbed my arm to make me walked again

Roxy stopped again once we reached them and smiled.

"Hi I'm Roxy." She said, as cheerful as ever, as if I wasn't about to have a panic attack. An asian girl with black hair looked up from the guitar she was fiddling with.

"We know," She stated rather flatly. "Everyone knows about you...the both of you." She nodded her head to acknowledge me. The rest of her group had started listening to Roxy and the black haired girl's exchange. Roxy groaned at the mention of our newfound stardom.

"Really? does everyone in this school know us?!" A black haired guy looked responded. "Yep." Roxy gave him a look. "Oh that was a rhetorical question, wasn't it." He nodded his head as if to agree with himself.

"Hey you know my name but I don't know your name." The black haired boy pointed to himself. "I'm Andy Lot, and these people behind me are my friends." He pointed to the two boys sitting closest to him. "These two are Rio and Mark," He pointed to the asian girl and my attention taker," This is Musa and Helia."

"And I'm Galatea,"Said a girl with platinum blonde hair. Roxy cleared her throat.

"Anyway, we came to ask if any of you knew the way to the entrance. We've been looking around for a little bit, but we can't seem to find it." Andy nodded his head. "I know the way, but im kinda busy with my guitar so, um, Helia can take you." Helia whipped his head up.

"Why do I have to take them? Why can't you just take them, Andy?" Helia said, annoyed. Andy rolled his eyes and guestered to his guitar that was on his lap.

"As I said like 20 seconds ago, I'm busy with my guitar. And everybody is doing stuff too," Andy said back. But helia wasn't done. "Well why can't someone else go?" It was at this statement that the black haired girl, Musa, sighed. "Helia, just go. I promise I'll get you some spicy peppers when we're allowed to go into the city." Helia glanced at us, looked at Musa, dropped his art things into his bag, and got up.

"Follow me," he said as he walked past us and down the hall. We watched him walk for a second before what he said registered to us.

Roxy and I quickly caught up to him and we walked in silence. Roxy awkwardly tried to start some small talk with Helia, but ultimately failed when he didn't answer back.

The only sound was our shoes squeaking across the floor. He walked with long strides that Roxy and I had a hard time keeping up with. We walked for a few minutes until Helia stopped. He turned around to look at us both for the first time in the last 10 minutes. "We're here. The boards are over there." And with that he left us.

When he was out of earshot, Roxy turned to me and sarcastically said," Well you fell in love with him." I slapped her playfully."I am not in love with him!" She giggled and walked to the notice boards."Let's see…..rhythmic gymnastics…." she ran her finger down the paper and stopped on the rhythmic gymnastics."Aha! I found it!'She said triumphantly. "Tryouts are today at 4:30 in the Solarian Gym." She clapped her hands together and turned to me.

"You're coming right?" I nodded and smiled back at her.

"Of course." I took my phone out of my pocket and looked at the time. "C'mon. Class starts at 15. Let's go grab our stuff and head to class." Roxy nodded and we walked back to the courtyard.

Hi! I'm back. I got writer's block after the year ended, that's why this chapter is so short.
