Tony: "Kim Possible and Ron Stoppable are going to stay in the field if I have anything to say about it."

Jim: "Must be thinking about something of your own."

Julia: "Ever since Larry and I divorced, she hasn't had a good role model in her life aside from myself."

Jim: "You want Kim to be a big sister figure to Rachel, right? Then I guess there is more riding than a simple interview, isn't there?"

Ron: "Rufus and I searched everywhere and nothing aside from Stark's job opening came up. Maybe it could be a sign or something that we are destined to join forces with Tony Stark."

Dr. Director's Secretary: "They are here to see you."

Dr. Director: "You care for your COO and your staff just as much as I care for my agents. Are you…?"

Tony: "I am Iron Man."

Dr. Director: "Get me Agents Possible and Stoppable at once!"

"KIM POSSIBLE" Theme Song

At the Middleton Mall, Kim and her best friend Monique were going about picking up last minute necessities before Kim would leave for Brown University. As Kim tried on some nice dresses, she thought of sharing the possibility of working for Tony Stark with Monique.

"Working for Tony Stark?" Monique remarked as Kim tried on a sleeveless white dress with flowers on it. "I mean, girl, it's an honor!"

"it certainly would be, Monique," Kim replied as she looked at herself in the mirror. "Just don't know if this would work with my college schedule and all. Plus, Ron's right about one thing. We can't retire just because we've graduated."

"Exactly!" exclaimed Monique as Kim stepped down off of the platform and went back into the dressing stall to change. "Working for Tony Stark means big bucks to pay off those loans, am I right?"

"You're right and you'll always be right," Kim chuckled as she tossed the dress she tried on over the door. "Which one do you want me to try on next?"

"How about the blue flower printed one?"

So Kim changed clothes and was back on the platform viewing herself in a short sleeved dress that went down to her ankles.

"Hmm, not too bad," Kim said. "This could work. Maybe something for interviews or important talks."

"Speaking of which," Monique remarked. "If you are being interviewed by Tony Stark, what are you planning to wear? The guy is a tough one to please."

Kim could only chuckle further at her friend's fashion concerns.

"Always thinking about my wardrobe plans, aren't you?" Kim asked. "I'm thinking that black suit I wore for my college interviews. The one with the long sleeved jacket and short sleeved dress?"

A smile from Monique's mouth gave Kim full confirmation. Just then, Kim heard the sounds of kimmunicator going off from the dressing room stall.

"Wonder who that could be?" Kim remarked as she went to her stall and picked up the kimmunicator. "What's the sitch?"

"Agent Possible?" she heard Dr. Director say on the other line. "This is Dr. Director."

Motioning Monique to leave the dressing room, Kim went into her stall to give herself some privacy with her boss.

"Are you still there, Agent Possible?"

"Yes, I'm still here. What's going on?"

Inside her office, Dr. Director looked up at Tony Stark, Julia Carpenter and Jim Rhodes as they stood in front of her desk.

"I happen to have Tony Stark in front of my desk at the moment."

Kim felt her stomach sink and her eyes widen upon hearing this.

"You're kidding me, aren't you?" Kim asked producing a suspicious look on her face.

"I am not kidding, Agent Possible," Dr. Director firmly replied. "He and his colleagues wish to interview you and Agent Stoppable."

"When?" Kim asked.

"At the next possible availability," Dr. Director answered.

For a moment, Kim sat in the stall trying to process the thought of being interviewed by Tony Stark. In her mind, she wouldn't be waiting a week or two weeks to be interviewed for this job. She and Ron would be interviewed at the next possible availability.

"Ask him if he's coming up here tonight," Kim said and Dr. Director turned to her important guests.

"Are you coming up to New England maybe tonight?" she asked.

"I have nothing else planned and neither do my colleagues here," Tony replied gesturing to Julia and Jim. "So yeah."

"He will come tonight, Agent Possible."

"If it's any compensation, I can come to her house."

Taking a nervous gulp, Dr. Director relayed Tony's message to Kim.

"He will come to your house, Agent Possible," Dr. Director answered. "Please be ready at…"

"8:00pm."

"8:00pm. And notify Agent Stoppable of this as well."

On the other line, Kim took her own nervous gulp over what just happened.

"Yes, of course, I will let him know at once. Thank you, Dr. Director."

Closing her Kimmunicator, Kim looked up at the ceiling and could only give herself enough time to prepare to potentially meeting her future employer and the man who would help her financially get through college. Changing back into her sleeveless blue dress, Kim emerged from the dressing room still with the shocked look plastered on her face.

"What's up, Kim?" Monique asked, noticing Kim's distressed look. "Is everything all right?"

"Everything's all right," Kim replied, looking at her girlfriend straight in the face. "Except Tony Stark wants to interview me and Ron…tonight!"

All Monique could do was offer her own wide eyed expression at what Kim revealed to her!

"Hold on, hold on, hold on!" Monique cried out, waving her arms in front of Kim. "You mean to tell me that the…Tony Stark…wants to interview you and Ron tonight?"

"I guess so," Kim said quietly, looking down at her kimmunicator before pacing back and forth. "But, there's so much to do…both mentally and physically."

"In that case, girl, we'd better get going!" Monique declared, grabbing Kim by the arm and dragging her away with their purchases.

Back at his house, Ron was also feeling the effects of being interviewed by Tony Stark.

"Interview me and Kim? Tonight?" Ron cried out in front of his parents and adopted baby sister as he paced back and forth in their kitchen. "Tony Stark wants to interview me tonight?"

"Ronald, I think you'd make a great bodyguard," said Mr. Stoppable, taking a sip of soda. "Besides, since you are going to be accompany Kim to Brown, you might as well do something productive."

"Dad, I think maybe Kim and I should rethink this. I mean, Mr. Stark's gotta learn the art of patience, am I right?"

"Ronald," said Mrs. Stoppable as she fed Hana with a bottle. "If there is a moment, you gotta take it. Getting a one on one interview with Tony Stark is a once in a lifetime opportunity that you don't want to pass up."

But Ron's panic was preventing him from taking in what his mother was saying to him.

"Easy for you to say!" Ron cried loudly, placing his hands on the kitchen counter. "Easy for you to say."

Getting up from the table, Mr. Stoppable sighed and walked over to his son, placing a hand on his shoulder.

"Ronald," he sighed, gesturing his son to look at him. "Do you remember the ending to Fiddler on the Roof?"

"Sort of," Ron replied, briefly looking away from his father. "Our people got forced out or something like that."

"It was what was said during that ending. That our forefathers had been forced out of many, many places at a moment's notice."

"So are we being forced out?" Ron asked in a panicked voice. "Or am I being forced out?"

"No, Ronald! No one is being forced out of anything. But the point I am trying to make is that in life, we have to prepare for anything at a moment's notice. We wear our hats because those things may happen in life."

"Okay, now you are channeling Topol, aren't you?" Ron asked.

"Well, he is your father's favorite actor," remarked Mrs. Stoppable.

After a briefly silent chuckle, Mr. Stoppable returned to coaching his son.

"And sometimes the things in life are for the greater good, Ronald," he said. "Take the chance and do it for yourself and for the love of your life."

Taking a deep breath, Ron stepped out of the kitchen without saying a word, leaving his parents and baby sister to contemplate what was aired.

"That was easy," said Mrs. Stoppable as her husband sat back down at the table. "I guess the mention of Kim's name did something inside of him."

"In what way?"

"Like maybe they indeed have a future together."

Going back into his room, Ron immediately changed out of his usual street clothes and stood in front of his mirror wearing a short sleeved blue dress shirt and red necktie. It was 6:45pm and the interview was almost in an hour.

"Doing it for the love of my life," Ron said as Rufus watched him change his clothes. "That's the whole purpose isn't it, Rufus?"

"Uh-huh," the Naked Mole Rat said with a sympathetic nod.

"It takes the mere mention of Kim's name to knock some sense into me," Ron replied as he pulled out a blue sport coat from his closet. "To make me give up being a boy and becoming a man with a stable job. Especially with her going to school and such…"

Going off of his bed, Rufus ran down and climbed up Ron's khakis and into his hand, looking up at him with supportive eyes.

"Okay, it's more than that," Ron remarked as he looked down at his naked mole rat. "This is the first step towards our future together and we need to treat it as such, right?"

Just then, Ron's cell phone rang and he went over to answer it immediately seeing Kim's name on the caller ID.

"What's up, Kim?" Ron asked.

"Ron, where are you?" Kim asked on the other with the sounds of running water in the background. "Our interview is in an hour!"

"Um, Kim…" Ron wondered as he tried to figure out the background noise. "Our interview is not till 8:00 and…are you taking…a shower?"

"So? I have you on speaker."

"I mean…never mind," Ron stammered, quickly correcting himself. "I take you are nervous."

"A little bit," Kim replied as the running water stopped. "It's so intimidating isn't it, having a job interview like this?"

Ron then began to remember the words his father told him about things happening at a moment's notice.

"At least we're doing it together, right?" Ron said in a reassuring voice, sitting back down on the edge of the bed. "You and me, being interviewed by Tony Stark? Wherever this interview takes place, we'll face it together."

"Listen, I gotta finish getting ready," Kim said. "I'm wearing the black suit I wore to my college interviews."

"The jacket and dress?" Ron asked.

"That's right," Kim replied. "And the pearls."

As Ron heard this, he felt his own anxiety slipping away. Just the thought of being with his beautiful girlfriend was more than satisfying even if they wouldn't get the job.

"Are you dolling up for me, or are you dolling up for Tony Stark?" he guessed, trying to diffuse the anxiety further.

"Both of you," Kim said. "See you in an hour? Love you!"

"Love you," Ron replied in a tender voice as the call came to an end.

A half hour later, Ron walked over to his girlfriend's house next door trying to stay composed and just focus on what was in front of him. Ringing the doorbell, he waited for whoever it was on the other side to answer and sure enough, James answered the door.

"Hello, Ronald," he said to the blonde haired young adult. "I trust you are here for the interview?"

"Is Kim ready?"

"She's just finishing up," he replied, gesturing Ron to step inside. "She'll be down in a minute. You know how women are."

"At least we're doing this together, right?" Ron said.

"I will admit that is one of the nice things about all of this," James replied as he and Ron walked into the living room. "Kim's going to need the money and with you going with her to Brown, it all works out."

"We're both going to need the money," Ron said. "Brown isn't really a cheap school."

"That's what I told her, Ronald," sighed James. "Back when she started applying for schools. I can't believe this."

"Believe what?"

"That you two are young adults now, going through something like this."

Just then, the sounds of heels were heard coming down the stairs and Ron immediately turned around to see his girlfriend enter the living room.

"Never thought I'd expect you to have your back turned to me," Kim said as Ron turned to see his girlfriend dressed in her black suit with nylon pantyhose on her legs, black high heels on her feet and her long red hair tied in a ponytail.

"Oh hey, Kim," Ron stammered nervously as he walked around the sofa and over to her. "You look…great."

"So do…you," Kim replied before realizing that things were about to become awkward. "We both look presentable for Tony Stark. Is my hair all right?"

"Yeah, you look beautiful," Ron remarked causing Kim to smile. "And professional, of course. You're gonna ace this."

"We're both gonna ace this," Kim reminded, playfully nudging Ron in the side.

Suddenly, the house began to vibrate wildly, causing pictures and knickknacks to begin moving around.

"Okay, what's going on here?" Kim asked in a slightly panicked voice as she ran outside with Ron right behind her.

"Kim, where are you going?" Ron cried as Kim stepped onto the front lawn and looked up to see a pair of robotic human figures landing in front of the Possible residence, the breezes from the exhausts in their feet blowing at them. "What's going…holy guacamole!"

Looking up at the sky, both Kim and Ron saw two robotic human figures land in front of them and couldn't believe what they were seeing.

"No way!" gasped Ron as James retreated back into the house, leaving Kim and Ron to be standing in the presence of the figures: one in red and gold, the other in pure silver. "Kim, do you see what I see?"

"Iron Man and War Machine!" Kim gasped and both her and Ron realized that their interview was about to begin!

Both Kim and Ron found themselves staring right in the faces of Stark Enterprises' two mascots. A few moments later, the armors opened up and out stepped Tony Stark himself of the Iron Man armor and Jim out of the War Machine armor.

"You guys Kim Possible and Ron Stoppable, agents of Global Justice?"

Taking an enormous gulp, Kim answered.

"Yeah?" she asked, her pantyhose clad legs shaking slightly.

"Name's Tony Stark, CEO of Stark Enterprises," Tony answered, extending his hand out to Kim and Ron. "Been looking forward to this."

"Um…nice to meet you," Ron stammered, nervously shaking Tony's hand. "Heard a lot of nice things about you and your company."

"Name's Jim Rhodes," Jim said, walking up to join his friend and colleague. "Stark's Senior Vice President and Head of Security."

"Nice to meet you both," Kim said. "I trust Dr. Director told you about us."

Saying nothing, Tony allowed for Kim and Ron to escort him and Jim into the Possible residence while at that moment, a taxi cab pulled up in front of the possible residence.

"Tony!" called a voice as Julia Carpenter ran up the driveway, catching up to them. "Good, you didn't start the interview without me."

"You took a big risk flying commercial, chuckles," Jim said, chuckling slightly to himself.

"I'm Chief Operating Officer, I take risks, you know that, Jim," Julia replied before turning to Kim and Ron. "And you must be Kim Possible?"

"I am Kim Possible," Kim replied looking right at Julia. "And you must be…"

"Julia Carpenter, Chief Operating Officer of Stark Enterprise."

"Shall we go in and do what needs to be done?" Tony asked, catching everyone's attention.

Stepping into the house, Kim and Ron led their potential bosses into the living room and sat down on the sofa, trying to sit up and look presentable to them.

"Um, why are you both looking like your sticks?" Tony asked. "Relax, be yourselves! I do it all the time!"

"Sorry, Mr. Stark!" stammered Ron, who could already feel the sweat coming down inside of him. "It's just that I get a little bit nervous when it comes to interviews such as this!"

"So do a majority of my interviewees," chuckled Tony as he, Julia and Jim stood before them. "Either way, you're both going to get the jobs."

Both Kim and Ron were astonished to hear this development.

"That was easy," Ron remarked as he started to get up only to be pulled back down by Kim. "What? They came here to say that…"

"That's not how it goes, Mr. Stoppable," Tony interrupted. "You see, we decided to have you as our personal bodyguards…for a few reasons."

Reaching into his suit jacket, Tony pulled out a small notebook and began to read off what was written on it.

"The biggest reason is because of our own personal safety and the safety and integrity of Stark Enterprises," Tony said. "A while back, one of my ex-girlfriends took Ms. Carpenter here hostage in Egypt and…"

"Tony, I don't think that they need to know that," Julia interrupted. "Or any of the icky details. All that matters is we need not only protection, but also good role models in our lives."

Immediately, Kim was taken to delight upon hearing what Julia had revealed.

"Kim," Julia said, walking over to Kim and sitting down next to her. "I have a daughter named Rachel who is in need of a good role model in her life."

Kim was amazed to hear this, but still needed to know more.

"How old is she?"

"She's 14, about to start her freshmen year of high school. I think if there is anyone who can look up to her…it's you."

Looking over at Kim, Julia could only wonder of the possibilities that her daughter was about to uncover.

"Ms. Carpenter…I'd…I'd be honored to be a good role model to Rachel," Kim said. "But, surely there is more than that."

"There is," Tony answered as he pulled out a cell phone and produced an interactive map of the world for all to see. "As you might guess, Stark Enterprises is a global company, specializing in science and technology. The products we put out are for the purpose of defending the globe from people that have their own goals for world domination."

As Tony spoke, both Kim and Ron were becoming aware of the true reason to why they were being recruited.

"You see," Tony continued. "Myself, Julia and Jim here used to be part of a group known as Force Works."

"Force Works?" Kim asked. "That organization of superheroes that Iron Man and War Machine were a part of?

"Yes," Tony answered. "But, because of my past mistakes that were meant for the good of our organization, we split up except for the two people standing here with me."

"You mean that there is more to this than just being bodyguards?" Kim asked, her suspicions becoming more and more clear. "Are you saying that…?"

"Yes," Tony said, turning the interactive map off. "Stark Enterprises is also committed to defending the world from any threat by any means necessary. One of our objectives is to bring Force Works back and you two…are going to be our first new members."

Both Kim and Ron were astounded by what they had just heard.

"What do you say?" Tony asked, extending his hand out to Kim and Ron. Without any hesitation, Kim and Ron rose to their feet and shook Tony's hand individually while Jim and Julia looked on. "Then I guess it's settled. Welcome to Stark Enterprises, Kim Possible and Ron Stoppable."

Kim and Ron's future was now set and before the night was over, the next chapter in their lives was about to begin!
