"That creature was eating a human...in front of me..."

" I was scared...It tore opened that person's stomach and...and.." Mai started sobbing again.

"it's okay Mai...shh... everything is alright now..." Naru patted her head gently.

Mai was still sobbing and everyone were trying to calm her down when they heard a knock on the door.

"Boss...Police is here again." Yasuhara told after talking to the nurse who knocked.

"Lin, take care it and Yasuhara San go with him."

"Okay, Noll."

"Yes Boss."

And both Lin and Yasuhara left.

After crying a load Mai had fallen asleep and the story remained incomplete until Naru asked the old monk about what he knew.

"I can't carry on from where oujosan left the story but I can tell you about the danger that creature carries."

The old monk started his part of story.

"I met or I should say collided with oujosan yesterday. She was running while wiping her tears. She threw a quick apology and started to run again. I would not have thought twice before going again on may path but when we collided her ID fell. I found it under my foot. I ran after her to return it but couldn't find her. I thought I'd visit her in the address but as I turned I saw her just in front of me, she was still crying, not normal tears but bloody tears. She saw me as a danger and tried to attack me." The old monk rested for a bit and then continued...

"I thought in an instant she was possessed. I threw a talisman at her, she didn't react to it but still came back to consciousness."

"I asked if she was alright and she said she was. But I knew something was off. I asked her to let me examine her a bit. She didn't resist."

"I couldn't understand the symptoms she was showing. The bloody tears had left their trails on her chicks. She was looking pale and weak. And in her neck was the symbol which I had never seen in my entire life. I needed to study more."

"And that's when I made the grave mistake. I should have taken her with me but I only warned her to stay at home and gave her a few talismans. I didn't even think about the danger of that symbol and this is what happened." The monk ended his story with a heavy sigh.

"So she is not possessed but cursed?" Naru said after a very long one minute.

"Well, she is both son. Normally when the person is cursed they show a symbol in the body somewhere which Mai san showed, but the cursed ones can't determine who are dangerous for themselves or the ones who cursed them. And as you know that Mai san even attacked me. It show she is both cursed and possessed which is extremely rare."

Naru checked Mai's neck gently and everyone gathered around him.

There was a big triangular symbol in which three snakes were knotted to create the triangle. In the middle of the triangle was an eye with the pupil of snake.

"So what is this creature and the symbol. You came here because you found out about the situation in your testaments I guess. How can we save her?" Naru asked. He looked somewhat impatient.

"The symbol denotes the monster created by poisonous and greedy, evil karma that can devour anything and everything but is constant hungry. It craves for human soul and flesh. And oujosan is cursed by the bearer of this symbol." These words put horror on everyone's face.

"And? What is this curse? Who is the bearer?"

"It's the rarest symbol but most powerful one. The symbol itself is the cusre. And also the possession of Mai san is because of the symbol on her neck. The symbol is not ordinary one it is the part of that creature itself. But it can only appear on someone's body if they permitted it. And unless oujosan gave her permission they couldn't curse her."

The news was shocking. Did Mai really give her permission. They were both, curious and worried.

"You still hadn't tell us who has cursed her?" Naru was at his witts end.

"It's Satan's son "Kuroyasha" that cursed her." The old monk answered with grim expression.
