So I figured that I'd do something for the new Netflix series. Since I already published my reunion I just figured that I'd do like drabble set of where all the girls would be in the year 2020. I'll start with Kristy and then work up to Abby. Some girls cameo in each others chapters and some don't. This is just for fun.

Enjoy and please review!

Kristin Amanda Patterson (formerly Thomas) or Kristy glanced at her watch counting down the minutes. Then out at the field around her. Students were running and jumping letting out their energy for the day. She brushed her dark hair out of her face and sighed. It was that time of year again that she dreaded but also kind of loved.

"Mrs. Patterson," said a young girl tugging at her dress. "What time is it?"

"Two-fifty," said Kristy smiling at her. "You have five minutes left until the end of the school year."

The girl had yelled woo before running across to her friends at the hopscotch squares.

Kristy never thought that she would be principal of the local elementary school but here she was. Too bad it wasn't her old elementary school but it was still in Stoneybrook and that's what mattered. She was principal of Stoneybrook Academy a private school near her end of town but she knew she could visit her old school. She walked around the playground taking in the last day until the next school year.

The final bell finally rang as children just raced around her to the classrooms to get their stuff and go to the buses. She made her way to her office and went to gather her stuff as well. Kristy would be back next year but somethings she had to take with her. Contrary to popular belief she did not have the whole summer off.

Her phone pinged her dress pocket and she looked down at it.

Congrats principal! Ready for summer?! The text from her best friend Mary Anne who was going to be in town this summer ready for them to hang out family to family. Quickly texting her back and talking with a few of the teachers did Kristy finally get ready to go home for the day.

Finally, she started her walk home since the school was so close and she could see everyone preparing for their summer. It was hard to believe that it was her second year as principal. Making sure that she was alone did Kristy do her end of school year cheer.

"Yeeess!" she shouted and raced home to change into shorts and a tee shirt.

Rushing home and dropping her back in her home office did she reach for an afternoon snack. Everyone but her husband was home for the afternoon already. All thanks to the fact that her teenager could now drive and bring everyone home. It was a perk of adopting an older kid out of the foster system, she teased her husband about one day.

"Hi mom," said her sixteen-year-old daughter Kylie. "Busy last day?"

"Just fine," she said getting stuff out for a peanut butter and jelly. Then kissed Jeremy, Conner, and Molly. Jeremy was her only natural child. Conner and Molly were adopted as well, making her family much fuller and she was happy to make them happy. They had all gotten home from school around the same time on the last day. This year had gone by fast and she was already thinking of next year too.

Kristy sat down among the kids watching them have a bubble blowing competition in their chocolate milk. The twins, Molly and Conner, were nine already and Jeremy was going to turn five coming up. Not ruining their fun, she just kept a paper towel ready to clean up when the bubbles would inevitably overflow onto the table.

"Hello family!" called her husband, Lucas, as he entered through the side door. "Everyone no piling on me at once."

Kristy just snorted as she laughed some, but the kids just kept going with their competition. Lucas pulled up a chair and sat down next to her also watching them. Hard to believe that this was her life now watching her children make bubbles in chocolate milk. Kylie was also watching them but also looking down at her phone texting a friend.

"I won!" shouted Jeremy giving them a wide grin and his chocolate milk pooling around the class. "Oops."

"I got it," said Kristy wiping it up for him. "How was everyone's last day of school?"

"Fine," said Kylie.

"I made this for you," said Jeremy passing them a large poster paper with the word's mommy and daddy at the top.

It was a simple picture of the family in front of a hour with a yellow sun and grass beneath their feet. You know the picture that nearly every kid makes but Kristy just smiled and hugged him anyway. Lucas had taken the picture and hung it on the fridge for everyone to see when they came over to visit. A cheery yellow magnet looked natural holding it up.

Proud of himself Jeremy and the rest of the kids finished their afternoon snack.

"Guess what I have," said Lucas. "Mets tickets for this weekend. What do you say we get pizza for dinner and then ice cream later?"

"You don't have to tell me twice," said Kristy putting away the snack stuff. "What do you say about our annual end up year Patterson baseball game today? I'll call everyone to meet up."

It was a tradition to have an end of the school year baseball game. They would call up their friends and family still in Stoneybrook and If they didn't play on the last day, they would play sometime that week. She was so happy that she raised her family to be sports enthusiasts just like her. Kylie even played girls baseball at Stoneybrook Day School. Conner swam for the Stoneybrook School of the Blind team. Molly didn't play anything, but she enjoyed watching with everyone in the stands and made all kinds of signs of support. Jeremy played tee ball with his kindergarten team.

"Score," shouted Kylie. "Can I bring Sophia?"

"I'll call everyone else," said Lucas.

Sighing Kristy just watched them run around and get ready, while she finished cleaning the kitchen up. This was her typical day it seemed like. She tied her hair into a ponytail and rushed to help pack up the car getting everyone organized. She would go over the check list in her mind then did Kristy stop and relax. Everyone was doing things and getting it done. Reaching for her phone she paused to text Mary Anne.

See you this summer?

She waited for a second and then a text back.

See you this summer.

With that she went to the car and checked the baseball equipment. She wouldn't be herself without being on top of everything. Then called her family to come, her team was so going to win.
