A/N: So this is kind of my first rodeo. I've had one other fic, but haven't posted it. I do have a couple of chapters already written ahead of this but am waiting to post them. As such, I will try to address things that are said in reviews, but it may not be the next chapter.

If you were to ask most people what kind of a person Midoriya Izuku was, they would tell you that he was nice and thoughtful, if a bit shy and quiet. He volunteered at the local hospital and went all around the city helping people.

What they didn't know was that Izuku was wracked with a major sense of guilt.

Growing up, most people don't know what "normal" is. Normal to them is what they are feeling. They aren't really aware of what other people experience until later, and even then they never truly experience it. People also don't know what their quirk is until it manifests, with the most obvious exceptions being mutant type quirks. But even that isn't a completely true statement because some people inherit characteristics from parents with mutant-type quirks, despite having different quirks.

Izuku had the misfortune of being one of those where the above two statements were connected. He never realized that the way he perceived and felt people was not how others did.

Izuku had always thought that he had gotten a combination of his parents' quirks. Ever since he was about three, he had been able to exert control over fire. Given that his parents' quirks were fire-breathing and a low-level telekinesis, pyrokinesis never seemed like something that should be made a big fuss about.

Izuku was 14 years old currently sitting in school while everyone else was making a big fuss.

"Yes yes, your quirks are all wonderful. But please refrain from using them during school. It is against the rules."

At this point, Katsuki spoke up.

"Sensei, don't lump me in with everyone else. You can't compare me and my quirk to all of these other losers."

"What? How dare you!?"

"Say that to my face you jerk!"

Over and over people were yelling at him for saying as such.

"Oh yea, Bakugo is applying to U.A., isn't he?"

"U.A.? You mean that national level school?"

"That's an incredibly difficult school to get into, even just the general studies."

"Isn't their acceptance rate only 0.2%?"

"Yea, I'm going to be the only one from this school to make it. I aced the mock test and am going to surpass even All Might and be the top hero!"

Izuku just wanted to lower his head. Just please don't say anything, please please-

"Oh yea, Midoriya also wanted to apply there, didn't he?"

At this, some murmuring broke out.

"Yea, he might be able to do it, couldn't he?"

"With his quirk, he just might be able to. I always forget that he has that quirk"

Katsuki just looked over at him and clicked his tongue, "Tch."

"Well, at least Midoriya doesn't use his quirk during class. Now, let's get back to the lesson."

The rest of the day passed by in a blur. Izuku only half paid attention, having learned to multitask by necessity. His quirk required it of him. It didn't help that he could sense everyone in the building, every movement and squirm drawing his attention.

When the bell rang, he picked up his bag.

"Oy, Izuku," Katsuki called out to him. While they weren't exactly friends, they couldn't be called just acquaintances either. Their mothers, having been friends in college, still kept in constant contact with each other. This translated to a certain closeness between the two teens. Hence the first names.

"What is it?"

"Don't give a bad showing. It would look bad on me too." With that Katsuki turned and started to walk away with his "friends".

Izuku just scoffed a little bit. He wasn't sure to be madder about what the blonde had said or the fact that Katsuki couldn't just push down his pride and say what he wanted. Ever since they were kids, Izuku was the only one to be able to keep the explosive teen in check. Having an extra year to learn how to control his quirk helped, but it also helped that explosions were still fire; being able to exert some control over the quirk helped with keeping the owner in check.

As Izuku was walking home he sensed someone moving. Quickly. What was even more concerning was two-fold: that someone else, someone very bright, was chasing after them about half a mile back and that they were both moving underground. In preparation, Izuku made sure no one else was around.

As he heard a gurgling, the sewer cap in the tunnel flew upwards and a mass of slime came out.

"Perfect, a medium-sized invisibility cloak. I would have preferred someone a bit bigger usually, but with him on me, the smaller and less eye-catching, the better. I wonder what quirk you have. Be sure to stay still for me kid."

With that, the slime villain rushed towards him, supposedly to wear his skin like a body-suit. Izuku brought his hand out of his pocket and splayed his fingers out.

With a giant splat, the slime villain crashed into an invisible barrier.

"What the hell? What is this?"

As the villain tried to back away, he found that he couldn't. In fact, the entire space seemed to be getting smaller.

"You think I would just let you go? You can stay right there until the hero that was chasing you can put you away," Izuku said tiredly. He always felt tired. But as more and more time passed, it was getting easier and easier to deal with. Izuku was broken from his short musings as he sensed the aforementioned hero approaching the scene.

"HAVE NO FEAR! Errrrr…"

When All Might came upon the villain he was chasing, this was not the scene he was expecting to see. The villain in question was trapped in an invisible cube about 3 feet to a side, suspended in the air. Next to him was a young green-haired teenager with freckles with one of his hands held out. His posture indicated that he had been confident with the villain—who in his position wouldn't be—but his eyes were telling a different story. They were full of amazement. But also something else….

"ALL MIGHT!" The boy's eyes were literally sparkling.

"Yes! It is I! Here young man, let me finish handling this." All Might strode forward while emptying a few soda bottles that he had bought at the convenience store. With the young man's assistance, the villain was successfully captured in the soda bottles.

"Now young man, while I am normally supposed to be lecturing you on illegal quirk usage, I'll let you off this time as it was clearly used only in self-defense and because it was my fault that the villain got to you at all.

"No no no All Might! It wasn't your fault. You can't be everywhere at once, despite how you try to make it seem like that. I know you're busy, but can you sign this notebook really quickly?" he asked, holding out a normal, if well-built, line-ruled notebook.

"Of course! Who should I address this to? My biggest fan?"

"You can just make it out to Midoriya Izuku."

With a quick scribble and flourish, the notebook was promptly signed and returned. "Well, I have to get this guy to the police station. Stay safe young man."

With that All Might jumped away into the city skyline. What he failed to realize was that the area he just left was now devoid of anyone.

He's not sure for what idiotic reason he decided to do this. Perhaps it was because he probably was All Might's biggest fan. Or if it was the question that had been boiling inside since he was 5. Or if it was All Might's quirk, one of the most beautiful things he had ever seen, a beautiful seamless coalescence of colors.

But in the end, he did something stupid and latched onto All Might's leg right as he jumped.

"Hey kid! You gotta let go! There's a limit to how much you can fanboy!"

"I know I'm sorry. I just kind of acted but if I let go now, I'll die." 'No you won't, but he doesn't know that.'

"Fine, you're right."

All Might quickly landed and looked over him.

"Now make sure you don't do something like that again."

"I know I'm sorry, But since we're both here, I need to ask y-?"

Izuku had been about to ask him a question but something was wrong. All Might looked like he was struggling, and there was something wrong with his quirk. It was flickering, almost like it was about to go out. But that couldn't be. His quirk was so strong and this was All Might they were talking about! Just to check, Izuku reached out with his quirk before he realized something: he couldn't feel All Might's quirk.

Before he could say anything, All Might's form was covered in a burst of steam and when it cleared, a much different person was standing in front of him.

"All, Might?"

"Yes this is me." The person that responded was a thin gaunt man with sunken eyes and shaggy blonde hair. But there was no mistaking it. It was the same quirk as earlier. He could still sense the power roiling underneath the man's skin. But it was just so different that Izuku just almost couldn't believe it.

"But how?"

"You know how everyone is sucking in their stomach at the pool and posturing to try to look good? It's essentially the same thing."

"But why do you need to do that?"

"Well, I suppose there is no harm now that you've already seen me like this."

All Might lifted his shirt to show the most grotesque injury that Izuku had ever seen. The scars from the injury itself and the surgeries left a patchwork of skin going across the hero's whole left side.

"Five years ago, I was involved in an incident that left me with this. Luckily, the villain that caused the injury was defeated but because of the injury and complications, well-"

"That's why your time in the public has been decreasing."

Izuku could see the hero's eyes widening.

"How did-"

"It was pretty easy to tell if you follow heroes as much as I do. I keep track of hero sightings and villain activity on a map. I make sure to log as much information as I can. And since you're one of my favorites, I pay special attention to you. And I noticed a big dip. Even being lenient with how much time you're in your "puffed up form" off camera, I estimate that right now, you can only do heroics work for maybe four or five hours?"

"Three."

Izuku hid a grimace.

"At first I thought it had just been age. Well I'm sorry, and you can be sure I won't tell anyone."

Izuku made to walk off, sure that All Might wouldn't want to talk anymore but stopped when the hero's voice called for him.

"Wait, it sounded like you had a question earlier."

Izuku had yet to turn around. Did he really want to hear All Might's answer? Izuku steeled himself, balling his fists up before turning around.

"Can anyone be a hero?"

"Of course. From what I've seen, you'll be an excellent hero. You did a fine job incapacitating the villain from earlier."

At that, both All Might and Izuku looked towards All Might's pockets to notice an alarming lack of soda bottles. Both of their eyes widened before their attention was grabbed by an explosion ringing in the distance.

Izuku threw his senses out, trying to confirm what the disturbance was. In the distance, he did indeed see the sludge villain. But it was who was in the villain's grasp that made his blood run cold.

He immediately started to run down the building, All Might right behind him. It seemed that even in this "deflated" form, All Might was still in quite good shape.

The area of the disturbance was quite far away and they were lucky that by the time they got there, the struggle was still ongoing.

"Whoa, what's going on?"

"Is this some big villain activity?"

"God dammit, late to work and now late going home. I need to get out of Musutafu."

Izuku didn't even have time to register the mutterings that were going on around him, the yells of the heroes talking but not acting, or All Might reaching for the back of his uniform. All he could see in front of him was his old friend whose eyes were crying for help.

"Kacchan!"

When they were little, Katsuki had loved his friend's quirk. It was so cool to watch him play with fire like that. He couldn't make too much of it himself, but if there was some sort of flame around to make it easier, Izuku wouldn't mind showing him the flames dancing around his palms (as long as there weren't any adults around).

That changed for the first time when Katsuki got his own quirk. He felt the small popping in his palms. Everyone was amazed, but there was something strange in his fiend's eyes when it first manifested. A trip to the doctor's later and his quirk was confirmed as Explosion. The name was a little bit simple, but he was 4 and his personality was already pretty strong.

When Katsuki found out that Izuku's quirk could limit his own, he started to cut himself off from his old friend. Not to the extent that he would ever bully the boy and cut him off completely, but enough that it was noticeable. He went so far as to tell Izuku to never mess with his own quirk less the boy regret it. He was scolded by his mother for that and Mitsuki had told Izuku to go ahead and limit his explosions should he ever start acting up. But Izuku never did.

But then when he was five, Izuku changed. Instead of Katsuki cutting himself off from Izuku, it was Izuku that started to cut himself off from everybody. He would no longer show off his quirk and became more and more taciturn. He was always somewhat out of it, disconnected from the rest of the world. But he never went against Katsuki's wishes and used his own quirk against Katsuki.

If Katsuki were to ever be honest with himself, he would admit that Izuku scared him. His ability to control his quirk made him feel powerless. He had such a powerful quirk, but because of the scope Izuku's own quirk it could be turned against him. But, if there was ever a time that he already felt powerless, it was now. So as he watched the idiot that was his oldest friend running towards him with panic in his face but fire in his eyes, he mustered the energy to yell.

"DO IT!"

And then an Explosion rang out.

"DO IT!"

Izuku knew what that meant and grit his teeth. He felt the beginnings of quirk activation happen in Katsuki and reached out towards him. As Explosion rang out, Izuku directed the blast back in the direction of its user. The resulting blast blew part of the sludge away.

"Ah, what the fuck!" The sludge villain was recoiling away from the explosion, half of him still attached to the explosive teen.

"Get off of him!"

Izuku took the fire raging around him and waved his arm, directing the flames towards the eye of the villain and the remaining tendrils of slime. With that, Katsuki was finally able to breathe and get out.

"GAH! You brat! I'll make sure to get you this time!"

"About damn time nerd."

"Shut up and give me another explosion."

As the villain approached them with a palpable intent to kill, the two teens prepared to fight back. Before they could however, a mass of muscle stood in front of them.

"I'm pathetic aren't I? Having to leave my mess to two teenagers. DEROIT SMASH!"

When All Might punched the villain, the resulting shockwave threatened to blow away all the bystanders, civilians and heroes alike. Izuku and Katsuki were shielded by the very source of the wind but still struggled to stay upright.

When the wind and noise cleared, the first thing Izuku noticed was the throbbing figure of All Might.

'Fuck, his time limit.' Before All Might noticed anything, Izuku discretely leaned against All Might as if he was struggling to keep his balance. After that contact though, Izuku didn't have to pretend anymore that he was losing his balance as he just lost a lot of energy.

After that, the second thing he noticed were the drops of rain that were falling.

"No way."

"He changed the weather with a single punch!?"

"OH MY GOD!"

"ALL MIGHT! HAVE MY BABIES!"

"ALL MIGHT! ALL MIGHT!"

The furor of the crowd behind them drowned out every other sound.

All Might stayed standing there while all of the other heroes surged forward to collect the remains of the villain and get him into custody.

The heroes berated him for getting involved when help was going to be on the way. At the same time, they did praise his quirk and let him go with a simple warning.

Izuku and Katsuki started to walk home together. Katsuki had his head down and was shuffling his feet.

"Thanks."

Izuku almost did a double take at hearing those words come out of his mouth.

"If it hadn't been for you, I don't know what would have happened. The heroes said that you should have waited for help, but who knows how long that would have taken? So thanks."

Izuku didn't know what to say, so said the only thing he could. "Your welcome."

"Don't think this means I owe you or anything, ok?"

Izuku just grinned before waving the boy off.

"I'll see you at school Katsuki."

The two split up and each went down their own paths. After about a minute, Izuku took a turn into a side street and came face to face with All Might.

"Ah, young Midoriya. You don't seem too surprised to see me." All Might was currently in his muscle form, smiling but obviously shaken at being caught on the back foot.

"Is there something you needed from me All Might?"

"Well, I just wanted to ask you a couple of questions."

"Go ahead," Izuku shrugged. At this point, Izuku couldn't care. This was the most excitement he's had in a little while, and being surrounded by so many quirks in action didn't really help with his energy levels. All Might prepared himself before deflating.

"I wanted to ask, why did you ask about becoming a hero? It seems to me that you are well on your way to becoming a hero! Your quirk is very versatile."

Izuku could only bite his lip. "Would you say the same if I told you I had a villainous quirk?"

All Might just smiled. "There is no such thing as a villainous quirk, only villainous people."

Izuku wanted to cry.

"But I fail to see how you have a villainous quirk. But on the subject of quirks, I In fact have one more question for you."

All Might looked into his eyes, looking into his soul.

"Would you like to inherit my quirk?"

Izuku's heart stopped. There was no way. There was no way that All Might could know. Izuku promptly vomited.

"Midoriya!"

"How-"

"How would I give you my quirk? Well it's simple."

"No, how did you know?"

"Know what?"

"Know what my quirk is?"

"Well, I just assumed from what I saw. You were able to draw those fires to yourself and captured the sludge villain despite it not being something that you were able to grasp."

'He has the wrong idea.'

"All Might, what do you think my quirk is?"

"Why telekinesis, is it not? Personally, I think it would go with One for All quite well. Ah, that is the name of my quirk."

'All those hours chasing interviews and only finding dodged questions, and this is how I find out the name of his quirk?'

"All Might, I cannot accept your quirk."

"And why not young man?"

"You said earlier that there are no villainous quirks, right?"

All Might, not seeing where this could be going answered, "Yes."

"Would you say the same about a quirk that could take other quirks?"

All Might choked and on reflex transformed into his muscled state. In his panic, he hadn't even realized that he started to protect his left side.

"Midoriya, what are you talking-"?

"Haven't you noticed how you don't hurt as much?"

"Haven't you noticed how you don't hurt as much?"

Toshinori was surprised at the question but then looked at himself. Even in his muscle form, it was harder to feel the constant throbbing of pain. In fact, he felt lighter than he had in years.

"What did you do? How?"

Izuku smiled, his face timid and regretful.

"I healed you a little with one of my quirks."

"One of my quirks."

"One of my quirks."

"One of my quirks."

It took all of Toshinori's will power to hold himself back. All he could do right now was to search the face of the boy for any hint of a lie but found none. He looked for any sign that this was a trick and finding none went on to next thing.

He looked for any sign of malicious intent. He tried to see if this was an old agent of All for One who had come to enact revenge for their deceased master. But found nothing. That wouldn't even make sense, seeing as the boy just stated that he healed him.

The young teen simply stood there with a rueful grin on their face.

"What do you mean one of your quirks Midoriya-kun?"

"I mean exactly that. Officially, my quirk is registered as Pyrokinesis, the ability to manipulate flames. What you saw earlier with the sludge villain in the tunnel was Barrier. And then I just used Touch and Go on you in the aftermath of your entrance and Detroit Smash. My true quirk I call Give and Take. As you can imagine, it gives me ability to both take and give quirks."

Toshinori was speechless. Someone had appeared with the same quirk as him. As All for One. He quickly rounded on the boy who was soon flinching back in fear.

"See, even you think it's a villainous quirk. I can sense your apprehension. Your heart is beating at least three times more quickly than it was earlier."

Toshinori scolded himself. There was no way that this boy had a connection to All for One. Otherwise, he would never have admitted to All Might, All for One's sworn enemy, what his quirk was. In addition, Toshinori liked to trust his gut, and he had at first chosen this boy to be his successor. Toshinori took on his regular form again before speaking to Midoriya again.

"Midoriya, why do you think you have a villainous quirk?"

"Because all it can do is take other's quirks! And obviously seeing as I have more than one, I've done exactly that."

Izuku could sense All Might's disappointment at having that spelled out. It's one thing to have more than one quirk, but to explicitly state that you have taken them...

"I just, I can't help it. I don't know if it's the quirk, the way my brain works and how it loves quirks, or a combination of both. But I'm drawn to quirks. In fact, that's how I learned what my quirk actually was. I pulled another quirk in that wasn't pyrokinesis. I hold myself back every day, but I have taken a few. Otherwise I might have gone insane."

All Might chose this moment to speak up.

"Is there any chance we can find these people to give them their quirks back?"

"No."

"Why not?"

"Because they're already dead."

All Might stiffened at that and Izuku had to backtrack a little bit.

"Ah, no it's not what you think! I didn't kill anyone! Once I figured out what my quirk was and connected the dots, I decided to volunteer in a hospital. Everyone who I've taken a quirk from was either dying or dead. I suppose there are a few people that I could track down who wanted their quirks taken away."

Izuku saw All Might relax a little bit.

"Then you're not a villain Midoriya. Would you mind breaking it down for me? How many quirks have you taken?"

"Well, out of the 63 quirks I've taken besides Give and Take, there is 1 that I've had since I can remember, Pyrokinesis. I don't know how I have that one. At first I thought that it was because my father's quirk was Fire Breathing and my mom's was Attraction of Small Objects. But that's besides that the point. I've gotten 10 of them without permission. The rest I've gotten with permission."

"I thought you got only a few of them from people who didn't want them? But-" All Might had to do the math in his head really quick "-you've taken 53 quirks from people who didn't want them? That's quite more than a few. All Might asked.

"Oh, my eleventh quirk and the last one I took without permission was a memory alternation quirk which I call Bliss."

All Might gave him a questioning look at the name.

"You know, because ignorance is bliss? Never mind. Anyway, I had had my eye on that one for a long time. It may seem macabre but I made sure to volunteer my time to Yamashita-san the most."

"Yamashita-san?"

"Oh, every single person I've taken a quirk from I have recorded in this notebook along with their past quirk. But yea, I volunteered my time with Yamashita-san so that from the moment they… passed, I could grab their quirk."

"You can take quirks from the dead?"

"Yes?" Izuku said questioningly. "I mean, quirks are just biological manifestations of our DNA. So it goes to reason that I can take them from both the living and dead. One way to think of it is like… an organ transplant. Of course, like with transplants I have a better chance the sooner after death I try. Because Yamashita-san's quirk was so important to me, I grabbed it as soon as possible. From then on, I asked for permission. If they agreed to let go it at that moment, I left their memories intact so they would know not to try and use it. Otherwise they might panic if they didn't have their quirk and couldn't remember why not. Everyone else, I erased their memory and, if they gave me permission, retrieved their quirk at the time they allowed, usually after their death. I just regret that I couldn't do the same for those first 10. But for those first ten, I waited until their death."

Izuku could feel the eyes of the hero in front of him searching his being.

"Young Midoriya."

Izuku looked up from his shoes to look into the electric blue eyes of All Might.

"I stand by what I said. I think that you'll make a wonderful hero. You've obviously put a lot of thought into how you use your quirk and when. It's clear that you've thought about the repercussions that your quirk would have on others and acted accordingly. There are many people and even heroes that don't do the same. Even if you think that you have a villainous quirk, I still think that there is no such thing. Yours is a heroic quirk, because you will be—no—because you are a hero."

Upon hearing All Might, the hero he looked up to the most, tell him that Izuku couldn't help himself and let the floodgates loose. He fell to his knees as All Might knelt down next to him with a hand on his shoulder.

"Th-thank you All Might. Thank you."

After watching Midoriya walk away Toshinori pulled out his phone. The first thing that he saw upon unlocking it was the message he had open from Mirai.

"There's someone that I want you to meet. I really think that he could be the one. You know as well as I do that your time is decreasing All Might. Please, at least talk to him and see what you think."

Toshinori's finger hovered over the button for a moment before he resolved himself and started the call. The person on the other end picked up after just one ring.

"All Might. I was wondering if you were going to call."

"Mirai, I've told you that you are more than welcome to call me Toshinori."

"Sorry A-Toshinori. I just wasn't sure if that was still the case. After all, we haven't spoken in years."

"This and that are different things. But I need to speak with you."

"Is this about my text? Yes, his name is Togata Mirio and-"

"This isn't about him Mirai. But it is about One for All."

"…Did you already pick out a successor Toshinori?"

"Well yes, but-"

"While I appreciate it, you didn't need to inform me. I was just putting forth someone that I thought matched your ideals. If you have someone else then-"

"MIRAI! Listen to me!"

Toshinori heard silence at the other end which was understandable. Even when they had been at odds before, even when they disagreed to the point of splitting up that day at the hospital, he had never yelled.

"This is also about All for One."

"He's dead."

"Mirai, you misunderstand. Now listen to me carefully because I need you to call a meeting with Tsukauchi and Gran Torino. This isn't about the supervillain All for One. This is about the quirk All for One. The person I chose refused to inherit my quirk. And he had it. He had All for One."

"…Meet me at my agency in 15 minutes."

End note: I wanted to preface the bit below. I wanted to introduce the quirks in a more, in depth way than simply mentioning them and seeing them get used. But I also didn't want to write out quirk descriptions for every single quirk listed in a chapter/the story. I made a list of the quirks that Izuku will have has or has given away and will be going through those in order and writing a kind of quirk entry like the OG Izuku might have (albeit probably less in depth and much shorter). By the time a quirk has an entry, it will probably have been used or at least mentioned before in the story (excluding quirks that have been given away). But it also may not have and you may not see the quirk for a while, despite it having an entry. Some may not be mentioned in the story at all. We'll have to see. I'm not the best at individualizing characters through writing (certain ways of speaking, etc). so if you see any issues on that front, let me know and I'll try to incorporate it. One thing I don't like to do is make Tall Might's words in bold, because I like to use bolding for other purposes. My typical usage:
"Writing some words" - normal speech
Note: Outside of speech, this is used for air quotes or sarcasm
'Writing some words' - typically used for quotations inside quotations
"Writing some words" - emphasis on italicized word by speaker
'Writing some words' - thoughts
"Writing some words" - memories
Writing some words - misc emphasis/differentiation from the norm (speech coming from a phone)

Quirk Entry 0: Give and Take

Give and Take is a villainous quirk that allows one to give and take quirks at will. The user of this quirk does not need physical contact in order to take quirks, but does require physical contact with the target in order to give quirks, whether that be to the original owner or not. Transformation and Emitter quirks are the easiest to transfer to and from the target as they have no noticeable side effects from being taken away or given. Mutant quirks on the other hand, whether heteromorphic or not, when taken away will be almost always be instantly noticed by the target at the very least. In addition, if it is a heteromorphic quirk, it can cause anywhere from mild to severe pain, depending on the level of changes that are occurring to the target's body.

The user of the quirk is granted a sort of extra sense that allows them to sense the location of people by way of their quirks. There seems to be a certain pattern among Quirk classes and even quirk types. Unfortunately, being able to recognize that would take much more time and also taking many quirks to familiarize the user with each quirk and its 'facets'.

In addition, there does not seem to be any limit to the number of quirks that can be held by the user. The most that has been held by the user at any one time is currently 47. There is however a limit on how many quirks can be held and used at once. So far, 8 Mutant Class quirks have been wielded at once, with no noticeable limit in sight. At the same time, only 6 Emitter and/or Transformation class quirks can be wielded at a given time.

Theory: Because Mutant class quirks are constantly active, the use of Mutant quirks by Give and Take is always activated and therefore exercised like a muscle. With how little Mutant class quirks are obtained, there is no noticeable limit. The limit probably does exist but is just constantly being increased slowly through constant use of Mutant quirks. Because the maximum number of Emitter/Transformation class quirks is not always wielded (usually about 3-4 at a time, and not constantly) that aspect of the quirk is not exercised as often and therefore would not have the same capacity for usage. More testing is required.

Quirk Entry 1: Pyrokinesis

My quirk My original quirk What was thought to be my original quirk. Grants the user the ability to both generate and manipulate flames, although the fire generation aspect of this quirk is lacking. Edit: This can be rectified through the use of Fire Spin (63).

A perfect mix of both my father's and mother's quirks Too perfect. A cover story? More information needed.

Pyrokinesis grants the user a base line level of heat and fire resistance. Even flames that are not generated by the user can be manipulated by the quirk. Flames that are generated can vary in temperature. Factors that affect the temperature include but are not limited to: ambient temperature, will of the user, emotions of the user, quirk overuse, temperature of the user, and more. One use of this can be to direct the force and flames of the quirk Explosion (Bakugo Katsuki).
