Unwanted Attention

Victoire Weasley stood stone still as she did her best not to allow her emotions to show. Her mind mentally ran though the various situation that might of happened if Lord Voldemort had not won. She was sure that if Voldemort had lost then she just knew that what was about to happen to her would be illegal.

"You should be honoured, just think how lucky you are to be getting married to me!" Scorpius Malfoy said as he blew his own horn while not picking up on his unwilling wife's facade. "It is a good thing that our Great Lord defeated Albus Dumbledore and Minerva McGonagall. If he had not then we would not be able to do this! How barbaric would that be?"

"Very," Victoire replied emotionlessly while mentally thinking the very opposite of what she had just said.

"It is so good to be getting married to someone who is a first generation pureblood," Scorpius said as he brushed himself down to get rid of the none existent dirt off of his clothes. "Can you picture me of all people getting married to a Mudblood or a Halfblood? It would be like mixing tweed and silk together in the same garment!"

"Quiet right," Victoire said in the same emotionless tone that she had been using all day. When she spoke next it took every bit of herself control not to let a sarcastic tone enter her voice. "We would not want to have your divine pure blood to become filthy."

"You are right! I like the way that you think, much better than I would of ever thought it might be," Scorpius said with a pleased expression on his face. "I was worried with you being of Weasley blood that your language, among other things, might of been destroyed by those animals that call themselves your family. When we have our children we need to make sure that we keep your family far away from them, we can't have them soiling all of our hard work."

At her future husbands words it took all of Victoire's will power not to punch him in the face. As she continued to stare straight ahead at the silk white curtains that separated the doorway between them and the very room they would be married in she found herself biting her inner check in masked glee as she the wonderful spell that she had found before she had been forced to leave her loving family.

'If Malfoy thinks that he can get children out of me on our wedding night then he can think again' Victoire thought with hidden glee. 'I would of never of thought that cousin Bellatrix of all people would of found and hidden a spell like this one. It is no wonder that she never had a child, sneaky woman. I think that she has officially become my new hero.'

"I cannot wait for our wedding night, I have made sure to know all of the tricks so I can make you happy in bed and your body will give me a strong son," Scorpius boasted proudly, totally unaware of the special type of revenge going though his forced wife's mind. "You are going to give me a son for the Malfoy family and a son for the all of our other families too."

"Yes, I will," Victoire replied as she did her best to prevent the smug feeling from showing too much. 'I wonder if this is how Bellatrix felt when she was going though the same situation as I am now? As soon as I get the chance to do so I am going to see if I can find a Time Turner. After all I have nothing to lose.'

"By the time we have had the minimum amount of children our family will be extremely large and powerful!" Scorpius said proudly, ignoring the small look of dread that his words brought to Victoire's face. "Maybe our children and grandchildren can become breeding stock!"

"Breeding stock?" Victoire parroted, suddenly she felt as if she was stepping into a much darker nightmare than she could of pictured.

Scorpius shot her a proud grin. "Of course, we will be setting a good example for future generations to follow. We will show everyone just what can be done with the proper guidance under the Dark Lord's rule and a good understanding of breeding stock."

As the sound of wedding music suddenly burst into life from the other words Scorpius' words mixed together with it and filled Victoire's head. Her mind and heart battled against one another as she tried to think up her next move only to find herself constantly coming up against a brick wall.

'I do not want any of my children becoming breeding stock' Victoire thought in horror as her hands turned into fists. 'I am as good as dead to my family and the stupid laws and Malfoy family has done that on purpose...and if they find out about the spell that I placed on myself...maybe my very last option would be for best. Though if I did go out with that then it would be best to do it...now.'

"Are you ready for our special day, dear wife of mine?" Scorpius asked finally as he shot a grin that told Victoire just who he had thought had won not only the battle but the war. "Ready to start the first day of the rest of your life?"

"No...I am not, I refuse," Victoire said softly though the steel like tone to it caught Scorpius' full attention. "I cannot believe how blind and stupid I was to even think about going though with this, let alone let it get this far."

"What are you talking about woman?" Scorpius snapped out angrily as he glared coldly at his future wife. "Stop talking just nonsense and-"

"Malfoy, there are things in this world that are more important to have than to have magic," Victoire said as she stared Scorpius straight in the eye. "And I have just found some of them. Goodbye, if we are lucky our paths will never cross again."

Not giving her now rejected husband a chance to react Victoire quickly apparate away. She knew that this act my be her last piece of magic but she could not find a reason to not do it.

End.
