Data enters the Medical Bay where Doctor Julian Bashir and Doctor Beverly Crusher sit with Tasha Yar.
"How are you, Tasha?" Data asks.
"Fine. They say I'm recovering fantastically. Right Doctors?" She asks.
"Right," The two chime in together.
"Were they able to discover how you entered into this universe?" Dr. Bashir asks.
"They are cross-referencing the findings from our ship with that of the shuttlecraft Worf flew during his parallel universe shifts, but I would say that the two instances are inherently different." Data expresses.
"What makes you say that?" Dr. Crusher asks.
"Worf was stuck in a relatively consistent shift in and out of various universes. We have not moved since our arrival. I will have to analyze the findings tomorrow for a better understanding." Data answers.
"You don't seem too bothered by being stuck here," Dr. Crusher continues.
"Our universe was completely destroyed by the Borg. All of our friends were killed. If we could stay in a world like this, where you all survived –that would be worth leaving the old universe behind," Tasha says with real sincerity to her voice. Data takes her hand and the others nod silently, understanding.
"We'll see in the morning. You two head to your quarters and get some rest." Doctor Bashir says.
"Yes, sir." The two leave.

In Counselor Deanna Troi's temporary quarters in Deep Space Nine, Deanna stands at the computer with a hot chocolate in her hands.
"Computer, put me through to Captain Riker of the starship, USS Titan." She says and the computer takes a few moments to compute her request.
"Patching you to the USS Titan," the computer finishes.
"Deanna?" Riker asks as he appears on screen.
"Will, you'll never believe what's happened…" Deanna starts.
