Ethan's POV:

Only yesterday was the day I found out that we were being forced to either kill people or die. All these people had some kind of supernatural power except for, like, 5. Including me. For Lena, I understood why they kidnapped her, but me? That made absolutely no sense. I don't have any supernatural power, and there's nothing special about me. Unless you count the fact that I have died before. I'm pretty sure I was here only because I was Lena's boyfriend. Well that sucks for me. Why did we have to kill all these people to survive? What had they ever done to these cruel humans other than help them as much as they can? Well the most logical solution in all of them available was to make as many allies as possible. That's how you last longer, or at least, in books it was. I told Lena this and she nodded toward Jason. Probably because he can create thunder too. As we got closer to him, he turned around, from talking with a boy with sea green eyes.

"You're the girl who created the thunder earlier, right?" he asked, "Are you a daughter of Jupiter? Or Zeus?"

At this, Lena looked confused. "Like the god? What is it with your group and the greek gods?" she answered.

"Wait, you're not a demigod? You created thunder!" he said, extremely confused. Honestly, I couldn't blame him. I feel like everyone here felt the same way.

"No..." Lena replied, "I'm a caster. A natural. I assumed you were one, too,"

"Caster?" Jason asked her.

"Kind of like a witch, like in books, I can do magic." she answered. At this, most people in their group turned around.

"Like Circe?" the guy Jason was talking to earlier said, sounding scared.

A blonde girl beside him snorted, "You made a cute guinea pig, and plus, I think she's a daughter of Hecate. She said she can do magic,"

"No. I'm not from any of your Greek mythology obsession. I'm a caster. I can do magic and my main power is controlling the weather. I don't do it intentionally. Sometimes it depends on my mood. But I'm a supernatural. I can do almost anything." Lena answered, impatiently, "And I assume you're all demigods?"

"Yeah, I didn't know there were other non mortals in the world," said one of the seven. He reminded me of a big teddy bear.

"We just call those humans." Lena said, then, turning to me, she added, "No offence," which in my opinion made it offensive.

The beautiful one, who was talking with the blonde girl before, turned to me, "And you? Are you a caster, too?" she asked, "I'm Piper by the way. This is Hazel and Annabeth." she said, introducing the blondie and brunette at her sides.

"No, I'm human. Completely human. I'm Ethan, and this is Lena, if you didn't already know that." I answered, introducing Lena and myself, then turned to Lena and quietly added, "Lena, how are we going to kill these people?"

Jace's POV:

This man might have been crueler than Valentine. Or at least tied. This was evil. Only one out of 24 innocent people, people who tried to make the world brighter and more peaceful everyday, could survive. All the people here were heroes. They helped that damn man, I refused to call him 'President' Snow, live. He didn't realize that without us, this world would be over-ridden with demons, monsters, dark casters, or to the people who didn't have any supernatural powers, they were an army. Their side were fighting for the good. Even with all these people here, all I could think was how much I wanted Clary to be the one survivor in the games. I, after all, was supposed to be dead a long time ago, and from what I've heard, so have Leo and Frank. I made a silent vow to the angels and to myself, that I would do everything in my power to make sure Clary survives.
