Golden brown eyes shift back and forth under a dark cloak as they search for anyone paying attention. Remus knew he could not be caught in this endeavor. Harmony could not continue with her wand the way it was. She would end up killed. Olivander would mention the issues to Dumbledore blindly trusting the man as they are old friends. He waits a moment longer before slipping through the entrance to Knockturn Alley while making sure the hood of his cloak stays up.

The werewolf quickly makes his way through the alley before seeing a tunnel that branches off. He ducks into it, swiftly coming to the other side. The other side shows a dead end with a single shop, named The Crystal Scepter. The shop is owned by a questionable wand maker that uses unconventional materials. If not for that, she would be allowed on Diagon.

Remus wasted no time entering the shop. When coming in, there are many options for materials ranging from woods, cores, and adornments. The items are hanging, on shelves, and put in glass cases. Then there are the premade wands in boxes in the back.

The man is looking around when a sharp older female voice interrupts him. "Yes, what do you want." Turning, he finds her appearing behind the counter that was empty on his entrance. Her dark brown hair was graying, and half-moon glasses perched on her slim nose did nothing to hide the sharp look her light blue eyes gave him. "I suppose you are here for an untraceable wand. Been selling many of those these days," she mumbles the last part to herself, but the man's heightened senses allow him to hear it.

"No, actually," he started, kindly surprising the woman. "I have a wand that has been tampered with. I was wondering if you can fix it." He holds it out, and she quickly snatches it up.

She closes her eyes for a moment focusing. "Yes, this is a serious problem. Anyone with this kind of restriction is a sitting duck." She looks up at him. "It is a good thing you came if anyone not familiar with wand work tried to remove this it would destroy the wand." She points the piece of wood at the werewolf. "Easy to apply for anyone with the basic understanding, though. If you would like, I can add an engraving that makes only I able to do alterations to it."

He thinks for a moment rubbing his chin. While Harmony has shown promise with wandless magick, she is more comfortable with her wand, so he would rather her be able to use it. "Yes, that sounds like a wonderful idea. How much and how long?"

"It should be done by the end of the day, as for the cost of four galleons to remove the charm, then one galleon and twelve sickles for the engraving." She states distractedly as she is already gathering items from below the counter for her work.

He takes a moment to think Sirius and him needed to go back to Grimwald's Place before anyone could show up. They had left items with magic embedded in them to make it seem like they were there the whole day. But the sooner they could get back, the better, and they would not leave Harmony alone without a wand. "I'll pay you a total of fifteen galleons if you can rush the order and keep it to yourself."

The older woman stops what she is doing to look up at Remus. He nearly tripled the price she told him. "Dddone," She stutters.

He tilts his head in acknowledgment. "I will be back with payment in" He pauses; it was still midmorning since they got Harmony so early. "Four hours" He swiftly stepped out of the shop and apparates to the other two.

Remus' walk up to the manor was a surprisingly peaceful one. He remembers being young and spending time with Sirius and James in the gardens he walks past. It is surprising how well the elves took care of it in comparison to the Black home. When he entered the foray, a small weary elf appeared before him. The elf is in the traditional Potter tea towel, clean, but seemingly tired.

"I'm Itty, one of the few remaining house-elves here at the Potter manor." It smiles at him.

"I'm looking for Harmony and Sirius." Replies the man, wanting to make sure they didn't have any problems.

"They are in the library." Remus nods and heads through the hallways like it hadn't been years since he had been here. When he pushes the doors, open the shook on his face can not be hidden. Harmony was sitting at the table in the middle of the room. A few books surround her. The one in her hand is open, and she is pointy at it as she speaks to Padfoot across from her. For his part, Sirius is leaned back in his chair but is the most sincere that his old friend has ever seen him, besides pranking and life or death situations.

"Well right here it says that when magic is performed by it traveling from one's core through conductors in the body. Once it has reached the desired location, it exits the body and does the caster's will." His cub reads from the book.

The man across from her pauses for a moment before answering. "Yes, that's true."

"It also states that the conductors are through the entire body. That the number and size are based on the strength of a person's magick."

"Where are you going with this cub?" The werewolf asks, walking over to the table.

The girl ducks her head for a moment then looks up at the man joining the two. "Just promise you wouldn't get mad at me for asking." She looks down at the book in front of her shyly while speaking.

Padfoot reaches across the table and holds her hand, gently rubbing his thumb on the back of her fingers. Her slight start at the touch doesn't go unnoticed by the two Marauders. "We would never be mad at you for asking questions. Why would you ever think that, pup?" She ducks her head more, pulling away from the hand, holding hers, and her shoulders curling in on her. It reminded them how they had found her this morning.

"The Dursleys didn't... encourage questions. Mrs. Weasley would always say it was never my concern, and Doubldore and most of the Professors would avoid it altogether." She states quietly. If she was honest, she didn't want to talk about it, but Harmony knew that if they were going to change things, she needed to open up to them.

Their anger spikes for a moment, how did they not notice? They were just as much to blame for not paying attention. Sirius is in the motion of cursing and yelling in his fury when the other man puts his hand on his shoulder. When the black-haired man looked at Remus, the werewolf shook his head. They couldn't scare her further into herself at the moment. It was essential to show her that she could talk to them about anything, to embolden her. Show her that they will support her and to allow her to pursue her thoughts and ideas. "It's okay cub, what is your question?"

"Well, with the things I pointed out, is it possible for you to use more things than your hand to perform wandless magic?" She asks quietly. The men pause for a moment in thought. They had never thought about it; wandless magic was so rare. They only knew how to create a shield and that anti-eavesdropper spell they had taught to her. She made a good point, though, why wouldn't you be able to?

"To be honest, we never thought about it, but there is merit in what you are saying. It is something you will have to play around with to figure out. But since it is wandless magick the Ministry will never notice." Remus answers. "By the way, what are you reading?"

"Oh, Sirius pulled some basic books he wants me to go over. This one is Magic and You."

Remus sucks in a breath, that was a book for children when they are first learning about their core and how it interacts with the body, typically around nine. Yet being so far behind Harmony thought of something that people who have been around magic all their life never thought of. He looks at the other books.

How Magic is Defined

Lords, Ladies, and Heirs

The Magical World: Britain

Holidays and Their Rituals

He raised his eyes at the last one. "That is substantial for two days."

Sirius sighed. "This is just to get her started." He leans back with his arms crossed. "I told her she must read Magic and You, and Potter History. She can skim most of the others, for now, told her what parts to focus on in each book." The wanted man runs his hands through his dark curly hair, frustrated. He felt like a failure. How did he not realize that his goddaughter was missing so much valuable information?

He let out a self despairing chuckle. Sirius, just like Remus, just like everyone else in the magical community, just assumed that Harmony knew everything. I mean she is the savior of the magical world, why would muggles be raising her. When he thought how she had been bumbling through their world, just barely keeping up, it made him growl. If he hadn't gone to Azkaban, she wouldn't have gone through all of this.

"Well, we got four hours until your wand is ready. Why don't we go through some things together? I will go collect it then me and Padfoot here will have to leave not cause suspicion. We will be back to accompany you to Gringotts, but you can use the mirror to ask any questions you have." The girl nods her head in agreeance.

"Oh, I need to borrow some money for the wand." The scared man rubs the back of his head in embarrassment.

Harmony didn't think anything of it, knowing the man couldn't get a job because of his werewolf status. Anything of value he owned would be taken by the Ministry as soon as it was revealed. They were lucky that no one tried to kill him for just walking down the magical alley. She pulls out the small pouch from her pocket that she had pulled from the vaults that morning. "Here, you can keep the extra. You need it more than me at the moment. Besides, I assume you put everything from the Lupin family in my name."

Remus blushes from being seen through so effortlessly. "Are you sure?" He asks, not wanting to take her money.

"I'm just going to be sitting here. The elves just get the food charged to the vaults" She shakes the pouch as she holds it, and the man takes it hesitantly.

The next few hours were some of the best the three had spent together, only ruined for a moment by Harmony's temper when she found out why her wand was being worked on.

Three days later, the trio found themselves back at the goblin's bank. It took longer than expected for the creatures to get everything documented quietly. The witch and wizards thought it was worth it, though. They were intently handed over a briefcase full of documents. The first folder was about the ritual that Sirius performed and what would have happened to him if he had betrayed the Potter's. Next was the documentation of all the transactions Dumbledore had used, not only the Potter but the Black's vaults as well. Most seem to be bribes. They were both ensured that most of the millions of galleons and family artifacts would be returned to them. It turns out Molly had a separate vault that some of the money had gone to. She had spent most of it, seemingly taking care of her kids, with how things are going she bet that their own money was spent on other things.

Harmony knows for a fact that Mr. Weasly, Fred, and George did not know about this. She feels terrible that they did not have much and struggled. If they had asked, most likely would have given them some of her money, and now that she thinks about it, she was always buying things for Ron and Ginny. That is until this past year when she got suspicious of them. That is no reason to steal from her, though. Now that it was all this new information was coming out, Harmony could see how they had been treating her. She didn't know how real friends act with one another, not having any before. But she knew this is not what you did to friends. The more she thought about it, the more she saw that majority of those in her life were welcoming to her when they got something out of it, or it was convenient.

The third folder was all land she owned because of her titles; this included businesses, but she had to go through them on her own. There was also a portfolio on each business. She happily told her godfather's that they would be handly the ones from their families. She had enough on her thank you very much.

Once they had already gone through all of that, it was already noon. The trio was already exhausted, Harmony especially considering she did not eat that morning. The elves had made her eat what they thought was a full meal the night before. They were tired of her nibbling here and there, not to mention worried. After not eating anything substantial for the past week and a half and her history with the Dursley's, she threw it all up.

"We have three more things to go through then we are done," said Adrat in a gruff tone. "Now first, there is a prophecy about you, but we are unable to get it. You must get that yourself. No one else will be able to get it."

Sirius pops up from his slouched position at this. "That is why James and Lily went into hiding. Although we never got to know what it said." Harmony paused in thought. That would be important. Sighing in frustration, she rubs her temples a moment. More information being kept from her.

"Next, there are two marriage contracts made with your name in them." while the goblin calmly sits holding up two stubby fingers, the others in the room jump into action.

Sirius falls out of his chair in shock. Remus growls as his eyes turn gold. Harmony jumps up to her feet, knocking over her chair. There is complete silence as Adrat tries to let the news sink in, not wanting them to lose it.

"The first is nothing to worry about. It is signed by Dumbledore." He holds up a folder that was not included in the briefcase. "It is illegal, first, because Harmony was not informed of it. Second, because Dumbledore illegally became Harmony's magical guardian." He slides the folder across the table for the girl to snatch it up. "Enclosed is the contract, and the proof of its illegality, including the bribes the skart made in obtaining guardianship."

Harmony wasn't even listening anymore. She hadn't gotten past the first page with the marriage contract. "Ron," she had a quite shocked voice.

"What about the git." Asked the black-haired man beside her.

"Ron was who they were trying to get me to marry. It says that he will be in control of everything that is owned by me, and there is an obedience clause." her voice is hollow as she stares at the parchment.

Remus quickly snatches it out of her hands. After a moment, he slams it down on the table and starts pacing. "He could make you do anything that he wanted. He could even tell you to kill yourself, and you would have no choice."

"It wasn't enough that he and Ginny were spying on me for the old coot, but he and his mother were planning to put me and everything that was mine under their control. Did they honestly think I would agree? Go from one prison to another, one I couldn't even fight. He is with Hermione. Why would he sign this?"

"That is not all," Sirius states while looking at the open folder on the table. "You would be the only one under the fidelity charm." His voice is eerily calm.

Her magick skyrocketed for a moment making everyone in the room statues where they are. Then she pulled it all back so quickly that it was similar to a vacuum, sucking all the air out of the room and their lungs.

She looks up from the room, a sinister smile placed on her captivating face. "They are all going to pay for everything that they have done. I'm done playing nice. Everything they wanted will burn in front of them."

A dark chuckle comes from the door, and everyone looks over to see a young man in his early twenties. The man was handsome, with chiseled cheekbones a strong jawline. His black hair was slightly curly, laying flawlessly on his head. Those dark cobalt eyes are shiny in mirth.

Harmony pauses in a brief heart attack as she stares at the man she would recognize in any form.

Tom Marvolo Riddle

Voldemort

A/N: Skart- a word I made up in goblin. There is no exact translation. It is a combination of bastard and idiot, someone who is unworthy in the eyes of goblins. They see most wizards and witches this way for the rude treatment they have been given for centuries.
