I held onto her hand and brought it up to my lips to kiss it. It was something that I loved to do when it came to Laura Hollis, the woman that had won me over with her kindness. I saw her blush and tried to hide it in such a cute way that only Laura could pull off.

It was time to finally leave the apartment or else I wouldn't be able to go on our date when Carmilla was using her charm on me this way. When she let go of my hand, I wanted her to touch me more. No way Hollis, you can't let her get to you this quickly!
"Come on, it's time to go," Carmilla said as she headed out the door and I followed her after locking up the apartment. I saw that she had ridden her sleek black motorcycle over to my apartment. I couldn't handle the way that Carmilla looked in those leather pants or the way she was leaning against it as she waited for me to come back to my senses.
"Hey Creampuff, you okay over there? Are you drooling?"
"What?"
"I think you have a little drool coming out the side of your mouth."
I wiped my lips just to make sure I got it but realized that she was just teasing me when she smirked.
"It's nice to know that I still have the same effect on you."
Carmilla sounded like she was purring and winked at me.
Damn her and her looks!

I was loving the effect that I was having on Laura and we hadn't even reached our destination yet. It was wonderful to know that at least those smoldering looks I gave her still got to her deep down inside.
I gave Laura her helmet and it felt right having her arms wrapped around my waist. I would prefer it without clothes, but you know, one has to take what they can get. To make sure Laura was safe, I adjusted her hands so they were pressing against my skin as close as possible.
I started up the motorcycle and it came to life like it was a living and breathing thing instead of a man-made machine. This was my baby when I wasn't with Laura and boy did I love it.

"I sometimes wonder if you love this motorcycle more than me," I said into the Bluetooth microphone and Carmilla laughed into hers.
"Hey, this is serious!"
"It is, is it?"
"Shut up and keep going."
"Whatever you say, Hollis."
We were going faster and faster, which caused me to hold onto Carmilla tighter.
I loved the way her skin felt under my hands and it made me imagine those intimate moments we shared in the past. The moment when I was trying to be casual with her.
I wanted to feel those hands in other places, not just around her waist.

I found a perfect parking spot to park my motorcycle and helped Laura down off of the back, but she wouldn't let go of my waist the entire time.
"Creampuff, you have to let go of me, you know we're done riding, right?"
"Y-Yeah I do." She released me quicker than I wanted her to.
As we walked up the steps of The Metropolitan Museum, I grabbed a pamphlet.
"I think we should go to About Time: Fashion and Duration, which takes place from 1870 to the present day. I could show you the fashion world that I grew up in and you'll understand why I prefer tight clothing."
~*Laura*~
"I don't see how you can pull off any type of clothing."
"I can look good in a trash bag, Sweetheart."
The weird thing was that Carmilla's statement was probably true. She looked better without anything on, which was what I was preferring right now.

"You're drooling again."
"Am not, leave me alone!"
I laughed even more as she ran ahead of me to the ticket booth. She paid for the tickets and grinned at me while going ahead of me to the exhibit. We had been here several times, so she knew where the exhibit was going to be. I bet she had planned this from the beginning despite suggesting it myself.

I loved hearing Carmilla's laughter and I haven't heard it in a long time. The memories of falling asleep at night alone had left me feeling lonely and aching for her to be there next to me in the apartment that we once shared.
"Hurry up!"
Carmilla rolled her eyes but followed me anyway.
This was more fun than I could've expected and there was no pressure whatsoever either.
I felt at home and safe with Carmilla.
