A/N: Welcome back! You all have been so helpful with ideas and I love reading your responses! Somebody suggested an idea that really stuck with me so I thought I would share it. They suggested that Jenny and Gibbs have twins and while they said boys I think if I did one girl and one boy it would be perfect. I really wanna see Gibbs as a girl dad especially with how sweet he is with Abby and Ziva. For the personality I have some ideas but as always leave comments. Also some people are saying that they enjoy longer chapters but would prefer me to update more. I feel as if I do longer chapters it will only be once a week updates but with shorter ones more common. I do not have a schedule but may make one in the future. Also I wanna apologize if my responses are sending multiple times, I don't know why but it keeps happening. Love you guys and thanks for all your help
NCIS Building:
Tim flinched as Ziva slammed down her bag onto her chair. She wore an angry look so Tim wisely kept his mouth shut. Tony however didn't look up from his computer so missed the look.
"Hey, Baby. Did Alex apologize?" He said smoothly focused on the task at hand.
Zivas nostrils flared at the word apologize. "No! Well yes he apologized nicely but that pig of a teacher did not deserve it!" she claimed.
Tim was now focused on the couple, work forgotten as he listened intently. Abby had told him what happened with Alex and to say the least he was surprised. His nephew barely had problems like that anymore and always felt badly after. Tim knew Alex was just a teenager and was moody but to hear that the child called his teacher a hag was slightly shocking and Tim knew the parents of the trouble maker didn't know exactly how to react. Ziva was always the stricter parent when it came to respect so Timmy guessed she was disappointed with Alex. Tuning back into the conversation, he heard Zi explain all the events at the school.
"What!" Tony was now too angry, "She called us bad parents? Somebody should teach her about respect!"
"Oh I did, I yelled at her and said that we would be having a conversation with the principal about her teaching methods."
Tony smirked as did Tim, hearing about how Ziva turned mama bear. That was one thing everybody knew about her, even Gibbs, DO. NOT. threaten her loved ones if you wanted to live. Just as she was finishing her rant, Gibbs appeared and so did Jenny.
Ziva quickly sat down in her seat while Tony shut off the game on his computer.
"What's up Gibbs? Do we have a case?" Tony asked looking for something to do.
"Marine murdered last at 6. Poison found." Everyone was grabbing there bags. Jenny stopped Ziva.
"Hey Zi, why don't you guys come over this weekend? Maybe it'll help with your stress?" Zivas almost surrogate mother asked, sensing the fact that the mother needed a break.
"That would be lovely, Jenny-"
"Ziver, today maybe?" Gibbs barked across the bullpen. And the team headed down to solve the case
Back at School:
Alex wore the grin all morning. Everyone was coming up to him and applauding him for his mom. No one liked the teacher so it was exciting to see her so shocked. That day, he was invited to sit over with the popular boys which was a chance he kept at. Alex had always had a complicated social life. He was athletic, cute and nice but at the same time still valued some other things like video games and same science. He especially liked bombs. His interests resulted in him having friends from many friend groups but not having a solid one. It didn't so much upset him as it made him annoyed. He had trouble picking who to hang out with. The popular kids were jerks but the others just weren't on Alex's level.
As he walked over to the cool table, he saw RJ wave to him from across the cafeteria. He sent a small smile to his cousin but didn't really make any other interactions. Alex hated to admit it but RJ embarrasses him at times. He was still into the nerdy stuff and was good at school which meant he was kinda a teachers pet. Plus it didn't help he took eighth grade maths which was the same class as Alex.
"Yo, Al!" Brett shouted, directing Alex over, "Dude your mom is like so cool. standing up to Phillips like that!"
Another boy with curly brown hair agreed, "Yeah bitch got what was coming to her."
The whole table laughed including Alex. "Yeah she is kinda cool I guess. I thought she was gonna murder her when she criticized mom. Did you see the look on her face? Priceless!" Alex never felt more liked he belonged then he did that lunch, laughing with the boys.
Near the end, Brett leaned over and told him. "So, how'd you like to hang out tomorrow?"
"For real? Sure, After school?" Alex was shocked.
"Nah man, you don't get it. During school."
"You mean like skip? I've never skipped. My parents would kill me." He begun to get nervous. He didn't wanna look like a wuss but at the same time didn't want trouble.
"Dude, are ya scared? Will mommy be mad?" Collin mocked causing more laughter.
"Of course not! I'll totally do it, I just didn't know if that's what you meant," Alex lied. Of course he was scared. You'd be crazy not to be scared of an angry Ziva.
Brett nodded, "Cool man, we'll meet near the flag poll tomorrow morning."
Alex nodded trying to appear confident but was really shaking at the thought. His parents were old school when it came to certain things. While he was grounded usually some things still warranted a more hands on approach. If it was dangerous, or if they deliberately disobeyed, a spanking would follow. And skipping school counted at both.
Meanwhile, Tali was sitting in her classroom working on her times tables. She was now on the eights but was struggling. As she went over all the tricks in her head she finally got an answer to the equation: 8 ✕ 5. She got 40. Excitedly she rose her hand. "Yes, Talia?" Her teacher sweetly called on her.
"I got 40 for number 3. Is that right?" She was hopeful that she had done it right but was still unsure. Especially when Marrissa called out, "Hmph, I finished number 3 ages ago. Im already on number 7. And of course its 40. How dumb are you?"
Tali was feeling hurt and was about to reply but the teacher beat her to it. "Miss Van Hawn, if you cannot be kind maybe you need to go sit in the hallway until your ready to apologize. At this school we do not accept bullying of any sort and you will do well to remember that. Now go!"
Marrissa looked angry. Why did Mrs. Jarvis have to say anything? Now it will be worse later Talia thought to herself. It wasnt Marrissa's fault she was mean. She was just unhappy. Ziva had taught her daughter that when Talia cried about a boy pushing her and Tali really tried to believe her. It was becoming harder now that Marrissa was getting physical. How could someone be that unhappy? Tali didn't understand. She was always happy! Even when Ellie threw the stuffed animal at her, Tali just placed it on her bed and moved on. When Penny called her a know-it-all, Tali took it as a compliment for being smart. She really didn't understand why people were mean but she was determined not to let it get to her.
After about 10 minutes, Marrissa came back, offered an apology that obviously meant nothing and just went back to glaring at Tali.
That day, Tony had picked the kids up as a surprise. Normally they walked home, but today the adults case was agreed on to continue tomorrow, so the father of three drove to the school. The first thing he noticed was that Alex wasnt with his sisters or even RJ but instead was with a big group of boys all talking about something. Alex glanced up and sent a one minute look over so Tony just waved and continued to wait for the girls. Ellie came running up to the car with the teacher not far behind to make sure she got there okay.
"Hi, Daddy! I didn't know you were coming!" The excited six year old said.
"Well thought I would surprise my favorite kids. Don't you want me hear?" Tony joked with fake sad eyes.
"Of course Daddy! Anything beats walking him with stupid Alex."
Tony replied with a, "Don't say that about him," before looking for Tali. When he couldnt spot her, he waved his oldest over.
"Hey, Dad sorry I was just talking." The teenager said opening the passenger seat.
"Its okay buddy but where is your sister?" the father inquired.
The cheeky boy replied, "Right behind you dad, lose your glasses?"
"I am being serious Alex. Where is Tali? She is never late. I want you to just go check he class quickly or the bathrooms."
Alex sighed hating the fact that once again some responsibility fell on him. He turned around and headed straight towards her class only to get run into. Staring down he saw his little sister who looked like shes been crying. "Hey, whats wrong, Tal? You hurt?"
She shakes her head, "No. I just bit my tongue." The lie just flowed out like many have lately.
"Alright," he said not truly believing her but not caring enough, "Lets go, Dad was worried."
The siblings walked to the car and buckled in. Tony saw the sad look on Talis face. "Whats wrong, sugarplum?"
"Nothing...sorry for being late" She continued to look out the window not even moving once.
Tony didn't believe her and decided that later he would talk to his wife about it. While Tali was all about her dad, Ziva related to her and was better with personal talks.
They drove home in almost silence except Ellie who occasionally commented.
A/N: Okay so in the next chapter I am thinking of starting with a heart to heart with Ziva and Tali. Then maybe going into the McGee household to finish off the day. Sorry I didn't include RJ and Penny that much but I will in later chapters. It is just easier for me to write Alex because I have him thought out more right now.
