"Really, already?" Ace wondered when he was told they'd be talking to Kurogiri the next day. Nighteye said they needed information, based on the close call just recently. They had been so close, and it invigorated the heroes to track them down as fast as possible. "Alright. We just hope we can help."

Mirio said there was no pressure. Shamage and Vantablack were still in the dark, and looking a little jealous that the three had instantly gotten good press. But, they weren't jealous of the twins' strength or talent, jealous over something the two couldn't control. It was a nice change. They went on patrols with Bubble Girl. Nighteye said he saw their interview, which aired that morning and would again that night. Plus, it was on Youtube. Their hero emails were full of messages, Mirio receiving many as well. There were so many that all three of them turned off the alerts for them.

They did a regular patrol again, and many people recognized them, even though they were in a completely different part of town, and asked for photos with them. It hindered their work a little bit, but they did find a near murder in an alleyway, with someone with blade fingers about to kill a woman, who was screaming and crying.

Mirio was there in an instant, punching the man away. Ace and Luffy took the distraught woman while Mirio contained the guy and cuffed him with zip ties so tight the blood stopped flowing to his hands, making the blades disappear. Ace called the police while Luffy tried to calm the woman.

They came, and the perpetrator was arrested, the woman questioned and then brought home, her purse returned to her. They weren't filmed this time, which was nice. It didn't get in the way of their job. It wasn't just them that caught criminals on their patrols, Shemade and Vantablack did as well.

It was a successful day, and Ace and Luffy went back happily. When they got back to the dorm, they did all of the homework and schoolwork they missed that day. The others brought them their school work when they were taking classes, as all of their schedules were different. The teachers supplied them with everything so their make up classes went smoothly.

The next day, they would be gone all day. And multiple cars would be escorting them to the prison where Kurogiri was held, having been caught by Gran Torino and others. He was completely contained with no way to get out.

When the twins and Nighteye walked through the high security prison, they felt many negative presences around, but could tell they were all well contained. This prison, Tatarus, was made for S-ranked villains. When they arrived in the room containing Kurogiri, it was only them going inside, but there were cameras and recorders that would listen and watch the whole time.

The two had a list of questions to ask. They were nervous, wondering if this would work on this type of nomu. If they were trained enough in their conqueror's haki to pull this off. They didn't let him say a word before Ace started the questioning.

"Kurogiri, answer every question we ask honestly," Ace said, both of them releasing a wave of haki. It looked like he was struggling before he turned limp. Ace looked down at the list and started with the first question. "What is your main objective?"

"To oversee the development of Shigaraki Tomura."

"Why?"

"It was a task given to me by All For One," it replied in a droning voice, though it looked like it was visibly struggling. It had a male voice, but it was still a nomu. Ace asked what the league of villains' objective was now. "To make Shigaraki Tomura the strongest."

"Why?"

"It is the will of All For One."

"Where are the smart nomu kept?" Ace demanded, his voice commanding and almost scary. "Where are they developed?"

"In a lab under a retirement facility. I am unaware of the location." Ace then asked who was in charge of making the nomus. "Taraika Kiskue."

Ace looked down at the list again. "What is the massive man that you were captured while looking after?"

"A creature meant to bend to Shigaraki Tomura's will," Kurogiri answered. He started to struggle. Luffy commanded it to continue to answer their questions. It stopped struggling. Ace asked what the long term goal of the League of Villains was. "To destroy everything."

The next couple of questions were marked as vague, and he was unable to answer any of them. All the answers were that he was not aware. After they stopped the questioning, it came back to itself. "What are you?" he asked, sounding angry but also shocked and just a bit afraid.

"Two future heroes in training," Ace answered coldly. Then they were let out, and were led to the leader. He said they'd gotten extremely helpful information and thanked them profusely. Ace waved it off and Luffy said that they wanted the League ended as soon as possible as well.

Nighteye drove them back, the cars guarding them once again, as they went directly back to school. They hadn't dressed in their costumes this time, and were put under immediate protection and were told to not relay that day's events to anybody, not even the teachers. The principal knew, but that was it.

Nobody wanted it to be found out that those two were the reason they might have found the location of the most dangerous nomus that should be eliminated as soon as possible. They were bummed they couldn't tell anyone, but understood the reasoning. Kurogiri had no way to contact anyone else out of Tartarus, so the questioning would not be leaked to anybody.

They went to Eri that day and watched another princess movie. The two hadn't ever seen these movies, either on the streets when they came out or just not interested. They watched Frozen. They didn't really like it, but Eri did. Much more than Tangled. She even asked to watch it again, acting like a little girl would. So they watched it, Ace bringing out some candy snacks they'd gotten.

It was a nice afternoon, a drastic change from what they did that morning. It was a strange day, but the last part was enjoyable. They also felt strong for commanding one of the strongest and most intelligent nomus. An all around success.

That night, they ordered some Frozen merchandise to surprise Eri with. Since students were limited to where they were allowed to go, ordering online was the only option. It would be inspected before being brought on campus, but it wasn't anything dangerous. Maybe strange, but no problem with it.

"It's up again," Ace said in annoyance, seeing the fangirl website with photos of their real faces on it was up and working again. "Should we hack it and find out who's doing it?"

Todoroki had said they might get in trouble for that. Hacking villains' computers was different from other students. "Besides, it'll be taken down soon, no doubt." The twins agreed with that, rather than getting in trouble for breach of privacy, even if they hadn't been scolded for what they'd done. They had done some make up classes that lasted until 7 and after dinner.

But, it was a load off, completing the classes they'd missed last week. The ones that they hadn't already done all the work for. Tonight, Sato decided he wanted to try making them home made pizza since it wasn't allowed to order any. It wasn't going well so far, and the smell of burnt food was in the room until Luffy blew the smell out of the open window with a gust of air. They were playing video games in the common area.

The next day would be another work study day, a week after they interrogated Kurogiri successfully. They wondered what would be done about the nomus that they knew the guy who was in charge. But they weren't stupid. If this guy was the one secretly making nomus, he must not be an idiot for not getting caught so far. They had no doubt he wouldn't be found easily, though the heroes did now know it had to do with some retirement facility. A strange place to do this, but nobody would expect that. Under a hospital, perhaps, but a retirement facility?

None of them knew the face of whoever this guy was, but it was a hint, a step in the right direction. And it wasn't like they could have Kurogiri draw him for them to search for. It wasn't that convenient.

Finally, there was a successful pizza, huge for half of the class before another one was made. They ate it at the tables, praising Sato for doing this. "Now we have another dish we can cook! Put it in the cookbook," Mineta said. Ace and Luffy had noticed that he didn't like them. Maybe because girls liked them for their personalities, and they had some stalker girl making a website. It was taken down by the next time Ace checked his phone.

He also didn't like the photos girls took with them during patrols, but many of them were little girls, not adults. Some teens, but they were smart enough to not interfere with their work. Adults were as well, though they'd sometimes get what seemed like junior high students. Luckily, they hadn't been in the news again. It was fizzling out, which was a bit of a relief.

The people that really mattered knew of the event, the hero society, not the general public. They could do their jobs better when they weren't under the spotlight. Mirio agreed with this as well. And the other two work study students had started to like them again once the popularity stabilized and wasn't over the top anymore.

The next day, they were on their way to work, on their slide, when they felt a familiar presence flying at them. "Fuck fuck fuck," Ace said, both of them standing up on a solid plate of air. "How'd they find us?" he hissed. The black thing flying towards them got closer. They both tossed their backpacks to the ground far below. They had to keep the fight away from the general public, they couldn't be the cause of others getting hurt.

Luffy made them a huge plate of haki hardened air and dropped down when the nomu tried swiping at them. "You two, you two know," it said, flying around them. "How do you know."

Ace and Luffy didn't reply, unafraid of it. "Stop flying!" Ace bellowed. It laughed, saying that wouldn't work on him. They were unafraid still. They were high in the air, and if there was a plate beneath them, the heat wouldn't reach the ground. Luffy created a box around them while they charged up.

"We're not afraid of you anymore," Luffy said in an angry voice. They grasped hands and closed their eyes. Their clothes would be burned away. Luffy got rid of the box and the nomu was just upon them when the first wave of heat ran into it. It made it back up a bit, but it wasn't fast enough to avoid the next one.

Their clothes burned away into nothing, leaving tatters. "We're not letting you fuckers terrorize us anymore! Don't take us lightly!" Ace shouted, both of them letting off another heat that was too hot and burnt the top of a building nearby. Luffy managed to make a wall around them besides the direction of the faltering nomu.

The next blast was too hard for it to handle, both of them starting to lose control of how hot it was. It was approaching lava hotness, and they were slipping, losing energy. But this last wave vaporized it. It didn't have a chance to make any noise before there weren't even ashes anymore.

The two started to fall, exhausted. Luffy couldn't let them fall or he'd die. They were too high up for him to survive a fall this hard. He managed to create a wall under them, turning into a slide that brought them down to the street. Cars had stopped below them, probably watching what was going on. Human curiosity was sometimes the most dangerous thing.

A couple of bystanders hurried to them, picking both of them up, and others retrieving their backpacks. If they had had anything fragile inside, it would be broken. "Are you okay?" a man holding Luffy asked. They were so exhausted, all Luffy managed to do was a thumbs up and a shaky smile.

"We… got it, don' worry," he said tiredly. "Call U.A. for us," he added. "My phone… in my pocket. 3345." He gave them his lock screen password and passed out.

The next thing they knew, they were on soft beds in the infirmary at school. Aizawa was there, and Ace woke up first. "Sensei," he said. "We got it, just a little tired." Aizawa told them not to move. "Why?"

Aizawa said they had been covered in light burns, their skin bright red. "It's a good thing you fell unconscious or you'd have been in immense pain. Looks like you two aren't invincible after all, huh?"

Ace groaned and said they never had been. He asked them what had happened. "On our way to Nighteye's. A smart nomu attacked. We vaporized it, but were so exhausted we passed out." He said he understood how. The building they were closest to was missing part of it's roof.

"There was no major damage and it can be fixed easily, but it still melted concrete and metal. You guys went too far this time. This was hotter than the one you'd done with All Might. Just not as devastatingly out of control. It's lucky you two have been practicing control over it. You were lucky bystanders saw you and helped you out. We got a call from someone saying two of our students were injured after a fight with a monster."

Ace looked to the side to see Luffy was still sleeping. "He had worse burns than you did, but not by too much more. Did this nomu say anything again? Like the last one?" Ace said it regarded something Nighteye had told them they couldn't spread, couldn't even tell the teachers. Aizawa didn't press, saying he understood. "You two get into trouble too much," he sighed.

The older twin said they didn't ask for that. "I know that, but it doesn't change the fact that you've been attacked three times from the League of Villains. Luffy's abduction, the previous nomu attack, and the most recent one."

Ace groaned and asked if they'd be on house arrest again. "I'm not sure. It's not up to me." Ace sighed and Luffy woke up. They were both dressed in sleep clothes. "Lu, we got in trouble again."

Luffy smiled tiredly. "We weren't afraid this time," he said happily. "We've gotten better." Ace grinned and nodded. Luffy lit up the situation, finding something good about it. Aizawa shook his head though not in a bad way. "Your regular faces have been exposed to the public. Of course people stopped to film it. We saw it. You almost got seriously hurt if you'd fallen from that height. Lucky Luffy was awake enough to catch both of you."

Ace said, "We should have haki to cover our skin, but that attack is so draining and needs concentration. We couldn't do both at the same time. Plus, Luffy was already creating air blocks to protect the others and keep us on a solid surface."

"Regardless, you were attacked from another advanced nomu again." The twins both sighed. "What did it say? Last time, it targeted you because your haki resisted Shigaraki's power." Ace told him that it said that they both "knew" but didn't specify what about. "You two seem like a serious thorn in the League's side."

Luffy frowned. "Are we safe in the forcefield?" Aizawa nodded for sure. The forcefield was as hot as you could get on the planet, but contained perfectly that only the surface of it was hot enough to burn away anything that touches it. "It's hotter than your attack was. So nothing is getting in through that. We might start putting it up during the day as well."

"We're sorry. For causing so many problems for the school," Ace said sincerely. Aizawa said it all started with All Might, and though they shouldn't blame him for it, they never did anything wrong. They protected their fellow classmates that first attack. "None of this is your fault. I promise, none of the teachers think that. We don't blame you two for anything like this."

It didn't really make them feel any better. Luffy's stomach rumbled. "Can we have food?" Aizawa nodded, and said he'd go get them something to eat. The twins looked at one another and held hands across the space between their beds. "The only way we'll ever be completely safe is if the league is defeated. I'll do all I can to help that come true. Even if it puts us in danger."

Luffy agreed, and tightened their grip. Then he said, "But this is annoying. How did it know about Kurogiri?"

"Maybe the heroes found the right place and we just don't know about it yet. Maybe that was an escaped nomu that came after us. I don't know how they knew. Maybe somebody let something slip if there was a battle. I don't think anyone who was at the interrogation would tell anybody else what had happened." Luffy said he didn't think so either.

"I guess it's a mystery for now," Luffy said with a sigh. "Nothing we can do about it besides protect ourselves, right? And others, if they need it." Ace nodded, and lamented that his own fire had harmed both of them. "We've never had it that concentrated. I made the bubble too small. It didn't disperse, but started cooking us inside."

Ace nodded, though he said Luffy didn't do anything wrong. "Now the villains know it was us who did that. The people filming it gave us away and might have endangered our safety. I am not happy." Luffy agreed, and soon food was brought in. They sat up and ate it greedily. It didn't take long before Nighteye and Nezu were there, asking for the full story. Aizawa left and the door was closed.

They told these two everything. That the nomu didn't react to their haki, and that it seemed to know that they knew things they shouldn't. "We're sorry we keep endangering people and ourselves."

Nezu gave them good news. "We won't be putting you on house arrest again. But you will no longer make your own way to Nighteye's agency. You will be escorted there and escorted back. We will put the forcefield up during the day as well. Sadly, everyone will know about this attack due to it being posted online everywhere."

Ace and Luffy hung their heads, though they knew that was the truth. "Did anything happen? With the things we found out from Kurogiri? How did this one know?"

Nighteye said, "It seems that we have found one of the right retirement homes, but have not found the suspect. We don't know what he looks like, and we can find no record of his birth. So, the suspect knew we had known somehow, and we didn't catch him. It is a disgrace that a nomu got past our safety net. We don't know how, but it's being investigated thoroughly. It is all we can do."

Ace looked down."Our haki didn't work on this one. We'd be no help even if anybody let us come." He sounded angry and ashamed. Luffy held his hand again, looking sad and concerned.

"That's not true. You know how the nomus feel, right?" Ace and Luffy nodded. "We're not hiding you anymore. Do you want us to?" They both shook their heads. "Remember how helpful you were for the Shie Hassaikai raid? Your conquering haki is not the only haki that can turn the tide."

"You mean our observation haki?" Nighteye nodded.

He confessed, "We have no idea where the right retirement home is right now, but it's clear we've come to the enemy's attention. They seem to be targeting you two, no matter where you go. Myself and many others think that the attacks won't stop until the League is gone for good. We could really use your powers for that."

Ace and Luffy shared an intense look and then nodded. "We'll help end them, no matter what. We want to live in peace without them interfering with our lives. We don't want anyone else to get hurt or to cause trouble for anybody else anymore."

"Very well. Once you're healed, we will go, hopefully the last mission where we'll see any nomus," Nighteye said firmly. Nezu looked like he wasn't fully on board, but recognized this was the only way for them to live in safety for the moment. To get rid of the nomus.

The two rested the next day, and once they knew they were both fine, they called Nighteye. None of the teachers or students knew of this or they'd protest vehemently, even if they could do nothing to stop it. But, in their room, Ace and Luffy left a note in case they didn't come back. It was a possibility, they knew that. They knew they could die. So they left a note thanking everyone for being friends with them, and that they had a fun time together. And a note for Gunhead expressing how thankful they were for him finding them and giving them a future.

That day was awful. Not because of finding anything terrible, but for seven hours they searched every single retirement home thoroughly. And it was hard to do so without scaring or concerning the elderly. They didn't even get half done by the time it was dark out. They were excused from all classes and classwork, which no doubt looked suspicious to everybody else.

They slept at Nighteye's agency on the couches in the living area that they didn't even know was there. And in the morning, they one again put the disguises on, not wearing the uniforms or costumes. They couldn't risk being recognized and swarmed by nomus if they found them. It was noon the next day that both of them froze outside the retirement home doors.

There were a handful of heroes, with the rest of the main force staying out of view, miles away. They were in a huge amount of cars, knowing this would be their best chance to act immediately. "It's here," Luffy said to Nighteye. "Below us. Underground in a very large hidden network of tunnels. There are dozens of high functioning nomus not moving. They don't seem alive, but we can sense them all the same.

Immediately, Nighteye called the heroes that were coming with them. They were there without twenty minutes, storming the building while simultaneously evacuating everybody. The old people did not take this well and many times they were brought out by force, being picked up or wheeled out. The helpers got personal belongings and soon the place was bare of the old folks and their treasured belongings.

They could have run into the traitor in hiding but didn't know it. Ace and Luffy were unrecognizable. They had make up on, covering the freckles and scar. It also made their face shape look different with contouring of the nose and cheeks.

When the make up was being put on, they felt ridiculous, but knew it was a necessary precaution to take. They also had wigs on. Luffy had a shaggy looking brown wig on. They even put makeup over their eyebrows to blend in and make them look correct with the hair. Ace had a man-bun on with a black wig. They also had colored contacts in.

They gave directions to everybody to where the lab was. It was huge, and had an entrance through the old boiler room that wasn't used anymore and had been replaces, in a wall that turned into a door. It would not have been discovered easily or at all if it weren't for Ace and Luffy's observation haki. The heroes ran down and entered the lab, kicking through the wall door. Ace and Luffy followed their progress with their haki.

Nighteye stayed with the brothers, the pro-hero having a walkie talkie to the main force invading the underground. "Nobody is here. No sign of the doctor or whoever this man is. There are dozens of nomus in tanks. We're not sure whether to break them or not."

"Ace and I can fry everything like we did before. If we get everyone out, we'll be able to get rid of them easily. It just won't be safe for the building. We already had trouble containing the power before and it hurt us. That power we used against the nomu, we used it against All Might in our exam. It vaporized the entire fake town we were fighting in. It will be like a huge bomb went off, and would destroy or at least damage the building beyond repair," Luffy said seriously. "We'd get rid of all of them instantly."

Nighteye nodded. This mission was more important than a retirement home that could be rebuilt. The sick elderly were already being moved to another nearby facility. "Can you contain the blast to only the hospital?" They nodded. "You both might die doing this," he pointed out seriously.

The twins looked at him. "This is the only way to give us a blanket of security. And it might give the upper hand against the League. It's always been the nomu to do most of the dirty work. Without Kurogiri they can't enter the school unless they do it from the outside, but there's the forcefield. We won't even need that anymore if the nomus were all gone," Ace pointed out.

Nighteye thought for a moment before he agreed, vice heavy with resignation, like they were for sure going to die. But they wouldn't. They hadn't graduated, they hadn't been adopted yet. There's no way they'd die before being Gunhead's legal sons. No way.

"Everyone, leave the lab. Arrest anybody suspicious who hasn't left," Nighteye ordered. The three of them hurried down to the morgue, to the destroyed wall into the huge lab that must have been here for a long time. The building had been a hospital 50 years ago and then converted once a bigger one was built nearby. Heroes were leaving in a hurry. Nighteye walked them in, and they were standing in a hall of nomus in glass tanks, full of water.

"Get out. We need to do this as soon as possible," Ace said, both of them not liking being surrounded by powerful nomus like this. Nighteye wished them luck and gave them the walkie talkie so he could say when it was safe to do it. He ran out, and they sensed all of the presence fleeing the hospital, including the mastermind that no one had identified.

"Love you, Lu," Ace said. Luffy smiled and nodded, saying they'd be fine. He'd make sure no debris crushed them. Ace nodded, and both of them covered themselves in armament haki. They put their hands together, and did what they'd done with All Might so long ago. They didn't hold back. Well, just a bit, but nothing compared to when they faced the most recent attack.

They took deep breaths before they counted to three, and let out as much heat and wind as they could. Swirling the scorching heat around them, dissolving the floor beneath them before the whole room was vaporized, destroying everything with a bright flash of light. It dissolved every nomu there, and everything this "doctor" seemed to have worked on for decades.

Ace passed out first, though he wasn't burnt. Luffy didn't have the pleasure of passing out, and encased them in a haki air box, any debris falling onto the box, burying it under dust and the remains of the top floors. Luffy grit his teeth and pushed up hard before cutting the top in half and pushing both flaps to the side to move the remains off of them.

He was no longer in armament haki. The entire building besides the very edges was gone. But they seemed to have been able to keep the blast to the hospital and didn't damage anything else. This retirement home would never be rebuilt in this location. There was a massive hole in the ground.

Luffy pulled Ace out of the box and through the wreckage. The walkie talkie, their clothes and wigs were all gone. Both of them were naked, the blast destroying everything that wasn't covered in haki. Smoke was everywhere, and the ground was hot and releasing heat. Mt. Lady was there, feet on top of cars so they didn't directly touch the scorching ground.

She had two hospital gowns they must have saved for this reason. She picked up both of them in her huge hands and told them good job in a kind voice. Both of them were limp, but neither were badly burned. Luffy had no doubt they would have died if they hadn't been covered in haki this time.

She put them on gurneys outside, but Luffy was conscious. He looked to the hole and saw there really was nothing left. No nomus at all. And another great thing was that it seemed their unknown suspect was found and arrested. He looked devastated at his hard work being destroyed, nothing left, no indication of his life's work. Ace and Luffy had gotten rid of everything.

He was glaring at them. "Should have not been sending nomus at us," Luffy said harshly, out of character for him. Ace woke up and sat up. He hugged Luffy, and both of them laughed, telling Nighteye that they had said they'd be fine. He was smiling at them warmly.

"I'm so proud of you both. Your bravery rivals many pro-heroes," he said.

Ace chuckled and said it could be recklessness and not bravery. "Now all we gotta do is find the League."

"How could you destroy all of my nomus! They were the only ones left," the criminal in hiding lamented.

"Oh, thanks for that piece of information!" Luffy said brightly. The old man looked horrified before he apologized to All For One for failing him so badly. Gang Orca told him he'd be joining that man and Kurogiri in prison for life.

"That is your future for being a villain. You've caused all of us a lot of trouble," the pro-hero said in an angry growl. The criminal continued to lament his life's work, all gone in the literal blink of an eye. Ace and Luffy were tired and wanted regular clothes. And underwear. Which were brought to them not too long after they were picked up.

They changed behind a van, wearing shorts and tank tops. They fit alright, doable. There were no news media vans or helicopters, so Ace and Luffy weren't seen by the public for using that devastating power. The retirement home was gone, but the hero society vowed to rebuild a better one either on that plot of land or somewhere near there.

It was worth destroying the entire building to end the nomus production there. Especially before all of the smart ones got out to wreak havoc and terror in the streets or to go after Ace and Luffy again.

The villain was taken in another car to go to Tartarus, where anyone related to All For One would be going. Ace and Luffy were taken to see Gunhead at his house since Ace and Luffy knew he was off on this day at this time. They had plenty of protection to go see their father. They banged on the front door, and when it opened both of them hugged him.

He saw there were both covered in soot, and asked what on earth happened. Then he saw all of the other heroes, who were smiling at him. The three went inside, the two boys going to their room for the first time in months. Then they sat in the training room, wishing to stay so bad. Wishing to go back to normal, how things had been before.

"What on earth happened?" Gunhead asked, sitting across from them, he wiped the soot off of Luffy's face.

They explained everything, everything about the nomus and the attack they just went on, how they'd finally gotten rid of all of the nomus, the biggest threat. They also talked about their time hacking the League of Villains. They were told they weren't allowed to say that anywhere that could be wire tapped. It would be dangerous for them.

Gunhead was shocked but said he was proud of their strength. "Not only your physical strength, but the mental, to endure everything that happened in the last few months."

"I want to come home. We're gonna bring down the League of Villains so we can come back home. We miss you, and our cramped room, and the dojo and the backyard. We want to live normally, we don't want to be trapped on campus anymore," Luffy said in tears. "We want this to be over."

Gunhead put a hand on both of their heads and drew them to his chest. "You'll return home, I have no doubt. I don't know when, but you'll come back and we'll be a family again. But I don't want you to do anything reckless about the League. They've already lost a lot of their edge from losing their supply of the nomus." Then he laughed. "I can't believe you hacked into a villain's computer and were able to find out where they were. It's too bad they didn't act sooner."

The teens both nodded. They stayed there for three hours, catching up and retsing in their tiny room. It was more cozy than anywhere in their dorm building. It was nice to be able to hang out with their friends, but they didn't need to live with them. They'd rather come home everyday and only see them during school.

Once it started to get dark, they went outside to the patiently waiting heroes and said goodbye to Gunhead and their home. "We'll come back soon," Ace said in a sure voice. Gunhead smiled and gave them hugs before they left to go back to campus, watching their street disappear sadly. They were holding hands in the backseat of the car.
