Episode 12: Pokemon Tech
In a foggy forest, Hana and her friends decide to stop to have something to eat before continuing. Even though it's foggy outside, it's good for them to have a little break.
Akira holds what looks like a portable coffee maker, "Ah! There's nothing as satisfying as a cup of 100 percent coffee."
"Coffee? In the middle of the afternoon?" Chase says.
"Of course," Akira says.
Then turns to the kids, "You kids are too young for this stuff, but it's really quite good."
"The rest of us can have some tea. I actually bought a Pokemon Tea Set from home," Daian says.
Then Chase says, "And I just happen to have a generous supply of sparkling, delicious Mount Moon Pure Spring Water!
"Well. Um, I still have plenty of berries in my bag, especially plenty for the Pokemon," Hana says.
"They'll go great with some Crepes," Akira says.
Diana happily gasps, "I love French things! They're so romantic, aren't they?"
Then drifts off to Fantasy land. Hana giggles while Chase rolls his eyes.
Chase then says, "But we need to get some firewood. One of us is gonna have to go into the forest and bring some back."
"Pikachu and I can handle this while you all start working on the snack," Hana says.
"Pika," (You bet) Pikachu says.
Not long, Hana and Pikachu are looking around for some firewood. They already collected some of them. Hana is carrying some in her hands, that looks a bit like a lot.
Hana looks at the wood, "I think we're doing good here. I think we just need a few more and then we'll head back."
Before Hana can say anything, Pikachu, "Pika Pi! Pikachu!" (Hey Hana, looks like we're not the only ones here.)
"Huh?" Haan says, confused.
The two look straight ahead to see a large ball of light.
"What is that? It looks like fire?" Hana says, confused.
Hana and Pikachu decide to see what this is all about. When they walk closer, they see a young boy that is running on a running machine. He looks a bit tired. He is also being surrounded by a group of boys and each is holding a candle. All the boys including the one on the machine are wearing the same uniform.
"Alright, what's the name of this one?" One boy asks, holding a card.
The boy on the machine answers, "Is it a Zubat?"
"Listen, just because it's foggy out here doesn't mean your brain has to be in a fog," One of the boys says.
The boy on the machine says, "It's a Pidgey!"
"Nice guess. You just got lucky," A boy holding a candle says.
Another boy asks, "Okay, now tell us what its special attack is."
"Pidgey's attack is Gust. At level 5, Sand Attack. At level 12," The boy on the machine says.
"Everybody knows that. Now, can you just tell me at what level Pidgey evolves? And what's the name of Pidgey's advanced stage?" The boy with the candle says.
"Um," The boy on the machine tries to think.
Another boy sternly says, "You better come up with answers quickly, or you'll have to run faster."
The boy who is running stops and feels very tired. He groans in pain and says, "I'm sorry, I forgot."
The boys around him sigh.
"You forgot," One of the boys says.
He scoffs and says, "And you call yourself a Pokemon Tech student? Well, we don't want to study with the likes of you."
"I'm sorry," The tired boy replies.
That's when Hana steps in holding the firewood in her hands, "Hey, leave that kid alone!"
"Pika!" (That's right!) Pikachu angrily says.
Then Hana sternly asks, "What's going on here?"
"There's nothing going on here. Mind your own business, this is a private training session," The boy, holding the cards says.
Then a boy with green hair says, "There's no room at our Pokemon school for losers who don't even know Pidgey's evolved stage. We have to maintain standards."
Hana puts the wood on the ground and helps the young boy up.
She then angrily says, "I don't know about this school of yours, but if it's turning out students like you, I'd say that the standards are pretty low!"
Suddenly, Diana appears, "That's right, guys! You tell em, Hana!"
Haan turns her head to see Diana, "Diana!"
"You boys better stop bullying that kid or you'll have to answer to us! Right, Hana?" Diana angrily says.
"That's right. I don't want to pick a fight with you boys, but what you're doing is wrong." Hana says.
"We don't fight," The spiky haired boy says.
Then the green haired boy says, "Fighting is for cavemen. This isn't the stone age, you know."
"And if we wasted our time having a fight with a couple of little insects like you, it'd just make Pokemon Tech look really bad," The boy with the long hair says.
The green haired boy walks up to them, "We'll see you back at the Tech, Joe."
"Okay," The boy, Joe sadly says.
Then the boys leave the scene
Hana crosses her arms, "Who do those guys think they are?"
Suddenly, Chase walks over as he whisk the ingredients in a bowl, "So those are the infamous tech students?"
"Tech students?" Hana says, confused.
"Pokemon Tech. I think it's short for Pokemon Technical. A school of Pokemon trainers," Diana says
Then looks in her pocket, "I know I have a flyer here somewhere."
Then takes the paper out, "Yeah, here it is."
Akira looks at the paper and reads it, "Pokemon Technical Institute, a boarding school for serious Pokemon trainer preparation. All students guaranteed to enter Pokemon League upon graduation. Pokemon Technical is the educational facility for exceptional students who want to be Pokemon trainers in a very short time, without having to travel on difficult badge collecting journeys."
"Getting into the Pokemon League without badges is too easy," Hana says.
Akira then says, "Wait, there's more. Student entrance fees and tuition are in keeping with the high standards set by Pokemon Technical."
"You know what that means, don't you? It's one of those snobby, private schools that only millionaire's kids go to," Diana says.
"That sounds like a bunch of phooey. Where is this school anyway?" Haan replies.
The boy Joe points out, "It's right over there!"
The fog clears to reveal a large school and it's as clear as day.
Just then, the P.A announcer on the speaker, "Today's special class, fog battle techniques, is now ending. Tomorrow's lesson will be snow competition secrets."
"Oh well. I guess tomorrow they'll make me into a snowman again," Joe sadly says.
Hana turns to Joe, "Do they treat you like that all the time?"
"My friends are just trying to help me," Joe answers.
"Those mean boys. Sorry kid, but those boys are anything but friends," Hana says.
Akira says, "With friends like that, who needs enemies?"
But they helped me learn that Pidgey evolves into Pidgeotto at level 18, it learns Whirlwind at level 21, Wing Attack at level 31, and then as its level rises, it learns various tricks. After evolving to Pidgeot, it can fly at twelve-hundred meters at speeds of up to mach two!" Joe says.
I don't get it. If you know everything about Pidgey, why didn't you just answer them before?" Hana asks.
Joe explains, "Sometimes I make-believe that I don't know all the answers, because if I do, they make the questions that much harder But I have to stay here at Pokemon Tech. My mother and father worked hard and saved money so they could pay to send me to school here.
He then turns his head, "You see that guy over there?"
The group turns their heads to see a man reading under a tree.
"That guy? What about him?" Diana asks.
"He's an upper classmate, but the classes are so hard here, some students are held back for many years! Everyone's too ashamed to go home without getting a diploma. That guy, he's in the beginner's class with me," Joe says.
"You're a beginner?" Hana asks.
A beginner has the same qualifications as someone with two badges. The intermediate class has the qualifications of four, and the advanced students have the same as six. If you graduate, you can enter the Pokemon League without traveling around to collect the badges. That guy is a beginner, but he's so much older than everybody in the class, the kids don't bother to help him like they help me," Joe says.
"What do the teachers say about that kind of help?" Chase asks.
"They don't even know about it. Or if they do, they pretend not to," Joe says.
"Well, I for one think that this is a violation of students' rights that must stop immediately if not sooner! I want to meet the student in charge of this system and I'll see that it's stopped!" Hana angrily says.
Joe then holds out a photo, "Here's a picture."
The group looks at the photo to see a light skin girl with long brown hair, "Her name is Giselle."
"Huh? It's a girl?" Diana says, confused.
"You're right about that," Akira says
"How can someone make a system like that?" Hana asks.
"Well you know the old saying, even a rose has its thorns," Akira says.
Then Diana asks, "If she's making your life miserable, then why are you holding her picture?
"I hate the way she treats us, but I like the way she looks," Joe says.
Hana sternly says, "I think we should have a talk with this girl about your system."
The group then begins to head to the school. Unknown to them, they are being spied on by Team Rocket.
"That place brings back memories James," Jessie says.
"It certainly does, Jessie. And all of them are awful," James replies.
Then Meowth says, "Tell me your tale of failure again."
"We studied for the big test," Jessie says.
Then James says, "Sure we would beat all the rest."
"And here's the part I like the best!" Meowth replies.
Then Jessie says, "We frolicked that night, for our future seemed bright."
"But things weren't right," James replies.
Then they both say in tears, "We got the lowest scores in the history of the school!"
Mewoth speaks up, "You should look on the bright side."
"What's the bright side?" Jessie and James ask.
"At least you guys were the top of the bottom," Meowth answers.
Then they both hug him and give him compliments.
Meowth says in thought, "These two are worse off then I thought! I liked it better when they were nasty."
Meanwhile, Joe escorts the group of friends inside a room full of computers.
"Giselle always practices here by herself. Even if you beat her in a fight, it won't matter to her. At the Tech, it's your skill as a Pokemon trainer that counts more than winning in any one battle."
"Well there's more to battling than just, skill or battling. They're both what it takes to be a great trainer, but the most important is to be one with your Pokemon," Hana says.
She then holds out her badges, "To me, these badges aren't just proof that I won their matches, but how well me and my Pokemon worked together. To me, they're memories."
"But Giselle is the top beginner here at the Tech. That's better than even having three badges. Even though I'm at the bottom of my class, I'm still more powerful than someone with two badges," Joe says.
"Aren't you being a little too arrogant? Hana and Pikachu did very well at the Cerulean Gym," Diana says.
"Oh, Cerulean City. Water Pokemon," Joe says, getting on a computer.
"How'd you know?" Akira asks.
"I always beat them on the simulator. See?" Joe says.
The group looks at the screen to see a Starmie on one side and a Weepinbell on the other. Joe plays Weepinbell and wins the game in seconds.
"In a game? That's different from a real Pokemon battle. Hana was almost defeated by Brock the Pewter City Gymleader that used Rock times, and she had Oddish before it evolved," Akira says.
"I hate to say it, but he's right. A simulation or this school can only take you so far. It's important to gain experience through your battle," Hana says.
Diana then holds her Pokeball, "How about you battle with a real water type Pokemon."
"You'll be sorry," Joe says.
Diana and Joe are at the battlefield in the room. Team Rocket climbs on the tree and pies on them.
Hana calls out, "You can do it, Diana! You can win this."
"Alright. Go Corsola!" Diana says, throwing her Pokeball.
Corsola then comes out of its Pokeball.
"Too bad your water Pokemon won't be able to defeat my plant! Alright, Weepinbell, let's go!" Joe says, and throws his Pokeball.
Weepinbell comes out of it.
Diana holds out her Pokedex and Dexter says, "Weepinbell, the Flycatcher Pokemon, and the evolved form of Bellsprout. Weepinbell often uses its body to camouflage itself in the forest in order to lure and trap prey by spraying it with Poison Powder to immobilize it before melting it with internal acids."
"Alright Corsola! Use Aqua Ring!" Diana calls out.
The Corsola uses Aqua Ring.
Then Diana calls out, "Now use Bubble Beam!"
The Bubble Beam joins with the Aqua Ring making them into rings of bubbles. They hit Weepinbell and it's an instant knockout.
"Talk about instant K.O," Chase says.
"Corsola did great. Combining Aqua Ring and Bubble Beam makes them beautiful," Hana says.
"Thanks," Diana says.
Joe asks, "But how? But Weepinbell is strong against water Pokemon!"
Before Diana can explain, someone steps in and says, "True, but there's one thing you didn't know. Your opponent's a Pokemon Coordinator judging the way her moves show the representation of the Pokemon. Her Pokemon has had much more experience battling and in Contest. You should have known that. You're an embarrassment to the whole school."
The group turns to see the girl and it's the same one from the picture Joe shows them.
"But Giselle," Joe says.
"I'm assuming you're Giselle?" Akira asks.
Giselle says, "That's me. I'm the top student in the beginning class of the most exclusive prep school in the world, Pokemon Tech. It's sad that others aren't blessed with my beauty, my talents, my humble attitude. People call me a star, but, I'm just Giselle."
Outside, Jessie turns to James, "I think she's more conceited than we are."
"Yes, but she's awfully cute, isn't she?" James replies.
Then Meowth jumps in, "Not as cute as Meowth!"
The next moment, Jessie and James punch Meowth and send him flying.
"You're in the way!" Jessie angrily says.
James angrily adds, "Stop bothering us!"
Meowth is being sent so high up that the star twinkles to where he flies.
In the school, Hana and the others are still with Joe while Giselle and some of the other students are there.
The next thing Giselle says, really upset them, ""I want to continue to help my classmates be the very best they can be. To teach each other, respect each other, and ensure the Pokemon of tomorrow. But you're a weakling!"
Joe gasps in shock.
"You'd better get stronger fast or before you know it, your fellow students will turn their backs on you. For good!" Giselle says with a huff and about to walk away.
Hana steps in and angrily says, "Not so fast! A true friend wouldn't walk away from someone who needs help. You may look beautiful, but you remind me of an old saying of how beauty is only skin deep."
"Jealousy's not very pretty either, is it?" Giselle says with a smirk.
"Why do I have to be jealous, especially to someone who is as arrogant as you," Hana says.
"Arrogant you say? Giselle asks with a smirk.
She then says, "How about we take this battle outside?"
"Fine by me," Hana says.
The group then steps outside and is at the pool.
Giselle says, "Pokemon are only as strong as the trainer that raises them. A Pokemon that's weaker but better trained can still win. It depends on the trainer. I hope you're learning something from this, Joe. A Pokemon's level of training is just as important to factor as a Pokemon's type when deciding a match. A first class Pokemon trainer can calculate that."
"There's more to Pokemon training than calculating levels!" Hana says.
"Well see, but before we get started, how about an introduction and how many badges you have," Giselle says.
"Very well, I'm Hana of Pallet Town. And you already see my Pikachu. As for badges, I got two badges,"
"In other words, you're a beginner. And how long have you two been trying to become a Pokemon trainer?"
"Just over a month. My friends and I have also been traveling so Diana can compete in Pokemon Contests, and that gives us all enough time to train," Hana says.
Giselle gasps, "Over a whole month and you let one of your Pikachu walk around freely?"
"Pika?" (Huh?) Pikachu says, confused.
Hana thinks, "If she knows that Pikachu hates being in his Pokeball, she'll never ask about it."
"Maybe the Pokemon are training you," Giselle says.
"I don't want to tame Pikachu! Pikachu's my friend and so are Gloom, Little Brother, Little Sister, Winter, Luxray, Cascoon, and Sandshrew!" Hana angrily says.
"Interesting group," Giselle says.
True, but every one of my Pokemon has the power of two!" Hana says.
"I wonder, with two months of Pokemon experience for both Ash and Liam, that Pikachu for yours should be at least at level 25, but its probably not there yet, is it?" Giselle says.
Hana and Pikachu are not pleased with Giselle at all.
Then Giselle says, "I suppose you didn't know much about Pokemon if you picked a Pikachu as your first one. Pikachu tend to be hard to handle. It says so in any beginning Pokemon manual."
She gasps and says, "You really didn't know? And you still got two badges? How funny!"
Then says, "A Pikachu evolves into an electric Pokemon called Riachu, it gets to be about 2 feet, 7 inches tall. Pikachu can shock you, but otherwise its pretty cute, don't you think? So if you don't let them evolve, they make great pets, especially for little girls. But I'm sure you knew that, didn't you? Really? You didn't? And you have two badges?"
Hana angrily shouts, "Knock it off! I just have enough of you insulting my friends! What's more, I just have enough of you estimating Pokemon like that! There's more to Pokemon than what your books and computers you allow to believe ! Let's make this a double battle!"
Pikachu then hops into the battlefield.
She then takes out her Pokeballs and says. "Little Brother! Little Sister! Winter! Go!"
Hana then throws her Pokeballs to reveal the two Ralts and the Alolan Vulpix. The students, including Giselle and Joe are shocked to see the two Ralts of different colors and a Vulpix of a different fur color.
"Two Ralts. I have read about them, but I never thought you have both of different colors," Giselle says.
"And what is that Vulpix. It's not like any one I've seen," Joe adds.
"My Vulpix, Winter is an Alolan Vulpix which is an ice type. It's understandable that you don't know too much about them. They can only be found at Mount Lanakila in the Alola Region. But I won't be battling with Winter on the count that she's still too young," Hana says.
Hana kneels to Pikachu, "Pikachu, I'll let Little Brother and Little Sister deal with them. You stay with Winter."
"Pika pi," (You got it.) Piakchu says.
Pikachu then walks and stays with Winter. Little Brother and Little Sister stand in front of Hana for the battle.
Giselle then brings out two Pokeballs, "Hmm, Ralts are psychic type Pokemon and evolve into Kirlia at level 20. They could either evolve to Garevoir when they reach level 30 or if they're male they use a Dawn Stone to evolve into Gallade. But it seems that your Ralts are still the same, which should be easy to take you both down."
"I wouldn't underestimate either of them if I were you," Hana says.
"We'll see about that. Magnemite! Ghastly, go!" Giselle says and throws the Pokeballs.
With that, a Cubone, a small dinosaur Pokemon wearing a skull as a helmet, holding a bon. As for a Ghastly, it's a round black ball with a face and purple gas around it.
"These two Pokemon are my little brother and sister. They're different from any other Ralts," Hana says.
Hana then calls out, "Little Brother, use psybeam! Little sister, use shadow ball!"
Both of the Pokemon use their attacks. Just then, both Giselle's Pokemon dodge the attack.
"That won't stop us, "Ghastly, use Confuse Ray!" Giselle says.
Ghastly's Confuse Ray hits them and makes them both confused.
"Magnemite, use Flash Cannon!" Giselle says.
Magnimite hits them with the attack, and the two have fallen. Luckily, they easily snap out of the Confuse ray.
Hana kneels to them," Are you both alright?"
"Ralts," (I'm alright.) Little brother says.
"Ralts," (I'm okay.) Little sister replies.
"Hang in there you two. I know we can beat them if we just work together. We can give it our best shot," Hana says.
"Well see about that. Ghastly, use Dark Pulse!" Giselle says.
Ghastly then performs both attacks and strikes both of the Pokemon to the ground. The two Ralts struggle to get up.
"Little brother! Little sister!" Hana says, stunned.
Diana says worriedly, "I don't know if they can handle it."
"Think Hana can actually beat them," Chase asks.
"I'm not sure, but I think Hana's battle is about to make a turn around, "Akira says.
Diana, Chase, and Alistair become confused.
Hana calls out to her Ralts, "Little Brother. Little Sister. I know that we can do it. It doesn't just take skill and power to win a battle. It takes more than that."
Just then, Giselle says, "Really. Your two Ralts are no match against Ghastly and Magnemite. How you both got two badges, I'm not sure. Your Ralts are weak and you are too. You don't have the intelligence and the skill to be a great trainer. I happened to be the top of my class and a great trainer, you don't stand a chance against my skill and the type of Pokemon you use in the match. With that kind of talk, you'll never succeed. You're just weak."
"You're wrong!" Hana angrily says.
Giselle and the students become confused.
Hana then says, "My Pokemon and I are strong, you're the ones who's weak. All you've been doing is battle Pokemon based on power and skill. It takes more than calculations or judging Pokemon based on type. You need to become one with your Pokemon. You can't base Pokemon based on Calculations, because you'll be meeting up with trainers that are more powerful. That's why you have to work hard with Pokemon so that both you and your Pokemon can be strong. I learned much during my travels that Pokemon training takes hard work because you'll be countering many trainers with different styles, skills, and potential. That's why you need to work on skill, knowledge, determination, and most of all synchronizes your heart with your Pokemon. With that kind of study and attitude you're doing, you will never succeed in the Pokemon League."
Just then, the two Ralts stand up and are still ready to battle much to Giselle and the students' shock.
Hana turns to her brother and sister, "Winning a battle isn't worth it, without my Pokemon to share it with. Ready Little Brother. Ready Little Sister."
"Ralts!" Both Ralts cry, as they start to glow.
Everyone becomes surprised to see the light.
Giselle gasps, "Uh oh!"
"The two Ralts," Diana says.
"They're evolving," Akira says.
Soon, both of the Ralts change their shapes. Soon the light disappears to reveal they both become humanoid Pokémon that appear to be wearing a tutu. Most of its body is white, and there are three ruffles on each hip. Beneath the ruffles, it has skinny green legs with long, pointed feet. Its arms are also thin with two digits each. It has green hair that covers most of its face and reaches its shoulders on either side, resembling two ponytails. Large, red eyes are visible on either side of the hair that covers its face. On each side of its head is a flat, red horn that resembles a hairpin.
"Kirlias," Haan replies and brings out her Pokedex.
Dexter says, "Kirlia, the Emotion Pokémon and the evolved form of Ralts. Kirlia uses the horns on its head to amplify its Psychic powers, and when this occurs, reality becomes warped, and future events can be seen."
"Great. Alright, let's finish this battle," Hana says.
"Well see it. Magmemite, use Flash Cannon," Giselle says.
Magnemite performs the attack, but both Ralts dodge the attack.
Hana calls out, "Little sister, use Dazzling Gleam!"
Little Sister who is a Kirlia fires a Dazzling Gleam that hits Ghastly and Magnemite. The Pokemon Tech students are shocked to see that Kirlia knows a Fairy Type move.
"Now Little Brother use Fire Punch," Hana says.
Little Brother speeds to the two Pokemon and smack them both.
Hana then calls out, "And now. Double Psybeam!"
Both the Kirlias fire the Psybeam and strike both of the Pokemona and are knocked out.
Giselle gasps, "Ghastly! Magnemite!"
Giselle slumps on her knees, "I lost."
"Ghastly. Magnemite, good try. Come on back," Giselle says. Then calls her Pokemon back in the Pokeballs.
"You'll be okay now," Giselle says, looking at her Pokeball.
Then turns to Hana, "None of the textbooks ever mention a Ralts winning by anything other than psychic., not to mention one that evolved in the middle of the match."
"That was a once in a lifetime battle," Joe says.
Hana says, blushing, "Y-you think so?
Joe smiles and says, "I know so. You all did great. I guess seeing the battle shows how much you all work together as a team."
"Thank you," Hana says.
Unknown to them Jessie and James are spying on them.
Jessie turns to James, "There's another way to win that's not in the textbooks too. Isn't there, James?"
"Let's show em," James says.
Still devastated, Giselle says, "I can't believe I lost a match..."
Suddenly, smoke and fog begins to surround the area,
"Oh no, not them," Hana says.
Just then, James and Jessie appear from the fog.
Jessie and James:
Allow us to reintroduce ourselves.
Jessie:
To protect the world from devastation.
James:
To unite all peoples within our nation.
Jessie:
To denounce the evils of truth and love.
James:
To extend our reach to the stars above.
Jessie:
Jessie.
James:
James.
Jessie:
Team Rocket, blast off at the speed of light.
James:
Surrender now, or prepare to fight.
Meowth:
MEEEEEOOOOOOOWTH!
Meowth then falls down from the sky and dives into the pool.
He then comes out and lands on his feet, "I love a splashy entrance."
"I've heard of Team Rocket. You're the ones who got the worst grades ever on the entrance exams," Giselle says.
Chase turns to Giselle, "You know them? And they tried to get in here?"
"Why am I not surprised," Akira says.
Hana then says, "Enough talk, let's show these jerks what we're made of."
"I agree," Giselle says to Hana.
Then turns to Team Rocket, "How about your team versus our team?"
Soon, Hana and her friends including all the students hold out their Pokeballs. Pikachu, Alistair, Winter, and the Kirlias are ready to fight.
That makes Team Rocket frightened.
"The two of us against all of them?!" Jessie exclaims.
"But the rules say one on one!" James panics.
Hana and Giselle say, "Bad guys don't play by the rules."
Then they both throw their Pokeballs as Giselle calls out, "Get 'em!"
Soon everyone throws their Pokeballs at them at once and Team Rocket is getting hurt by them and they have to retreat.
"Too many Pokeballs!" Jessie panics.
"From now on, we play by the rules!" James panics.
Meowth screams, "At least for a little while!"
Then both of the Kirlias fire their Psybeam at Team Rocket sending them flying.
Team Rocket screams, "Looks like Team Rocket's blasting off again!"
Later in the evening at sunset, Giselle is sitting by the pool.
She then says, "There are some things you just can't learn in school, and that's a good lesson."
Joe then walks to Giselle, I'm going back home to start from scratch with my first Pokemon, just like Hana did."
Then turns to Giselle, "Hey, Giselle. Maybe we'll meet someday in the Pokemon League."
"I hope so. I'll try my hardest to be a worthy opponent if we do," Giselle says.
"Alright if I keep your picture with me?" Joe asks.
Giselle nods her head, "Sure. I have pictures of my friends, too."
"Huh? Do you have mine?" Joe says, confused.
"We're friends now, aren't we?" Giselle says, and stands up.
She then presents her hand, "Good luck, Joe."
"You too, Giselle," Joe says, doing the same.
They both shake hands and wish them luck.
Giselle then walks to Hana and her friends, "So, maybe we'll battle again someday."
"I sure hope so," Diana says.
"Me too," Hana replies.
Hana and her friends leave Pokemon Tech and continue on their journey. Hana's little brother and sister evolve and are getting stronger as they get older, and win the Pokemon match. Turns out, everyone is able to learn from the school, especially the students of the school. They continue to travel to the next part of their adventure. As the Journey Continues.
