A/N: And in this chapter, I thought it fitting to include a certain song from "The Essential Elmer Bernstein Collection" that is fitting for a certain occasion, lasting from this chapter to the next. I think you'll find it necessary once you listen to the song listed for this very moment. Enjoy. :)
Alvin and the Chipmunks Meet the Wolfman
Chapter 13: Full Moon Fever
Meanwhile, at school, more people were coming for the play with Mr. Rochelle arriving by motorcycle before getting off and walking in before soon, the auditorium was packed as meanwhile, Eleanor was pacing back and forth nervously.
"Oh, Theodore, I'm so nervous. I can't remember any of my lines.", Eleanor spoke in fear.
"Don't sweat it. They'll be lookin' at me.", Theodore responded with a smirk, affronting Eleanor.
"Oh, gag. Did you and Alvin switch bodies or something?", Eleanor asked.
"Ha! He wishes!", Theodore responded, annoying her even more before she stormed off in a huff.
Meanwhile, Pierre knocked at the door at Talbot's front porch before he went over to the door and opened it to see him, which made him gasp.
"It's you...!", Talbot spoke.
"That is right, Monsieur Talbot. I am Pierre Van Helsing, monster hunter and I have reason to believe that there is a werewolf in this neighborhood.", Pierre responded.
"A werewolf, you say? Who or what gave you that idea?", Talbot asked.
"Perhaps that inhuman howling noise every night may have something to do with it, no?", Pierre responded with a smirk.
Just then, Dave spoke up and walked in.
"Excuse me. Hi, I don't mean to be rude, but is he your friend?", Dave asked.
"Not...exactly. But I do know him. Mr. Seville, this is monster hunter Pierre Van Helsing.", Talbot introduced.
"A pleasure to make your acquaintance.", Pierre greeted, not knowing that Amy was peeping from the wall and gasped quietly at the sight of him before moving back, briefly catching his attention before he then turned back to Dave.
"Nice to meet you. Although, I'm not exactly sure why you'd need a monster hunter here.", Dave responded.
"Believe me, Mr. Seville, I'm not sure either.", Talbot responded.
"Just a few minutes of your time is all I need, I assure you.", Pierre spoke before Talbot sighed.
"All right. But not a minute more.", Talbot responded.
"Very well.", Pierre responded as he went in.
"Anyway, Mr. Seville. I had a matter to discuss with you before he showed up.", Talbot responded.
"And what matter is that?", Dave asked.
"Do you realize that this cane is a family heirloom?", Talbot asked.
"Well, I'm not surprised.", Dave responded.
"You aren't?", Amy puzzled.
"Well, I can tell from looking at it. The workmanship is really exqui...", Dave began before Talbot interrupted.
"This handle was made from the silver bullets fired at my grandfather by angry villagers.", Talbot responded, taking Dave aback.
"Oh! I-I mean...that is special.", Dave responded.
"Yes. Just as special as that flower on your niece.", Talbot responded.
"Thanks.", Amy grinned.
"Uh, what, uh..., what did he do to make them so angry? I-If you don't mind my asking?", Dave asked.
"Oui. What, indeed?", Pierre concurred.
"Not at all. Perhaps, in a few minutes, I'll show you. But first, suppose you tell me what happened.", Talbot responded as he raised his hand toward the moon with the mark glowing on his right hand before lowering it.
Meanwhile, Mr. Rochelle was trying to get through the curtains.
"Oh, for the love of... Tell me that Ziegfeld started...", Mr. Rochelle spoke as he tried to get out of the curtain before finally getting out in front and speaking to everyone in the auditorium.
"Hello. Ladies and gentlemen, Madame et monsieurs. On behalf of the drama department of Clyde C. Crashcup Elementary, I welcome you to our little play.", Mr. Rochelle spoke.
"Yes. A packed house.", Alvin whispered.
"Hey, bro! The moon's our early tonight!", Theodore spoke as he pulled the pants off Alvin and laughed before then running off, passing Simon.
"Out of my way!", Theodore spoke as he ran up the stairs with the full moon in view by the actual windows.
"A-Alvin, he's right!", Simon spoke to Alvin urgently.
"So, sit back, relax, and prepare to be terrified as we present...", Mr. Rochelle began as Simon went over to Alvin.
"Alvin, we can't let Theodore out of our sight.", Simon urged as a rope came down with Theodore coming down before he pulled Simon's pants down next and scampered off.
"Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde!", Mr. Rochelle shouted before the curtains went up to show both Alvin and Simon from behind with their pants down, worrying Mr. Rochelle rather quickly as he exclaimed before Alvin and Simon turned around with the former clearing his throat before both lifted their pants back up.
"All righty.", Alvin spoke before he and Simon then left with blushes.

Back at Talbot's house, he couldn't believe his ears.
"Giant gophers?", Talbot asked.
"Well, Giant is a relative term. They probably look bigger to a chipmunk than...a...big fella like you.", Dave explained.
"Really?", Pierre puzzled as Talbot turned around toward the window.
"I can certainly understand your anger. For the record, though, Alvin is very sorry.", Dave assured, not knowing that Talbot and Amy were already starting to transform.
In fact, Amy started to grow pointy ears, claws, a wolf nose, and fangs as well as a dog-like muzzle this time while also growing hairier, but instead of her clothes tearing off, she was actually shrinking!
"What on earth...?!", Amy puzzled as her voice started to sound higher as she shrunk.
As for Talbot, his left hand even grew hairier as he growled with his right hand on his face as they both grew hairier with his right hand growing claws and his face getting hairier while also growing pointy ears as Dave continued.
"As a matter of fact, he was too scared to come over tonight, but I told him you are a civilized, reasonable guy.", Dave continued before werewolf Talbot roared at the moon as he stood up, making him gasp.
"Oh, no!", the werepup worried as she popped out from the top of her shirt before the Wolfman then tossed his cane aside with a snarl, making Dave exclaim as Talbot's broken cane hit the chest and landed on the floor.
"Of course, I...could be wrong. Now, listen, Talbot...", Dave began before turning to notice his own niece now a small werepuppy with a gasp with Pierre noticing as well.
"Q'est qe ce?", Pierre puzzled.
"A-Amy?! What happened to you?!", Dave exclaimed.
"Well, you wouldn't believe me if I told you.", Amy giggled nervously while wiggling her pointy ears.
"Wait a minute. If you changed into a werewolf, then that means that Talbot is actually a...!", Dave began before Talbot gave another loud snarl with Dave then turning around and gasping in fright.
"He's a...", Dave began before stammering in fear as Pierre began chuckling all the way up to excited, maniacal laughter.
"Wer...", Dave spoke in fright as Talbot growled and stepped closer toward Dave.
Meanwhile, Simon was rehearsing his line at the play.
"No one must learn my horrible secret: that I, kind, beloved Dr. Henry Jekyll have perfected a formula which can turn me into the evil, cruel Mr. Hyde!", Simon shouted as Theodore prepared for his cue only to suddenly convulse a bit woozily before then becoming a werewolf with Simon then licking up the concoction and drinking it as "lightning" struck and "thunder" sounded before Simon gagged.
"I'm changing!", Simon spoke as he went behind the chest and looked out only to hear growling and turned to see Werewolf Theodore before gasping with Werewolf Theodore growling as he then stood up and then swept the chemicals and beakers away with a push, breaking them as he snarled, making the audience gasp before then clapping while Mr. Rochelle and Ms. Milliken grew puzzled.
Back at Talbot's house, Dave was holding onto the part of the cane with a silver handle as he and Amy were backing up from the Wolfman.
"Mr. Talbot, I know you're in there! You don't need to do this!", Amy assured.
Pierre, however, was not very faithful as he instead got out a rifle with silver bullets and smirked.
"Come here, pesky little doggy.", Pierre spoke as he took aim from the other side of him before Dave then took the opportunity to keep him at bay.
"Stay back! This thing's silver! I've seen all those movies! You hate silver!", Dave spoke before the Wolfman backed away only to trip toward the autumn, landing on top of Pierre in the process, buying Dave and Amy enough time to escape, but not before the latter spoke to him.
"We'll find a way to help you, Talbot!", Amy shouted before taking off.
"How annoying...", Pierre spoke.
Meanwhile, Dave and Amy ran out the house.
"I can't take much more of this!", Amy spoke as she ran on all fours.
"We've got to get to the school and...warn the kids!", Dave urged.
"I've got an idea.", Amy assured before Talbot jumped out the front door and howled before lunging forward with a jump with Pierre following after him.
"Agh! That doggy is quite the Houdini...", Pierre spoke.
