I hope the OCs are good enough so far. Other than that, here is chapter five.

Chapter Five - Bonds of Friendship.

I suddenly jolted awake, finding myself on a brown couch in the living room of a house. The architectural layout was similar to my own home, but I can still tell this was obviously not my house. As I faced the doorway since my feet was closer to the door, I finally sat up straight. The walls of this house was not purple, but rather light blue color. To my right was the flat screen TV, which read 2:55 PM. This must mean that I was only knocked out for about twenty minutes or so. To my left was the wall, and on that wall was a picture of Kyle with his dad, mom, and Ike. At least I know exactly where I am now.

Butters and Token both came from the kitchen, walking over to me. "Oh good, you're finally awake, m'lord," Butters said.

Token knelt down beside me. His right hand glowed with holy light as he swept it over my body without actually touching me. "Fortunately, Butters and I have managed to repair all of your injuries." He retracted his hand and stood up as his hand stopped glowing. "You should be good to go now. Just try not to get beat up so bad again."

I smiled at both of them. "Thank you, you guys." I glanced over to the kitchen, and through the doorway to the backyard, I could spot some other kids, but I couldn't exactly make out their details yet. "Wait, where's my other friends? You know, I was with seven other people."

"Oh they're outside at the base, m'lord," Butters replied. "They're all waiting for you."

"Can you stand?" Token backed away towards the TV to give me room.

I stood up off the couch. My skin felt fine, and my bones weren't aching. I waved my arms and legs around for a few moments, and there was no pain nor any signs of bruises. "I think I'm fine. Thanks." Butters and Token nodded before moving back into the kitchen. I followed them. They then opened the door the the backyard. Butters stepped out first, and then I followed suit. Token was last, and then he closed the door behind us. I looked around, taking in all my surroundings of Kyle's backyard.

This backyard, once the base for the Drow Elves, was transformed into the base for our Grand Alliance. Towards the back was a wooden stage with a wooden throne, although no one was sitting down on the throne. The giant tree towards the back left had a multitude of wooden stairs, platforms with tents, and wooden boards used as makeshift ladders. The left side had ropes formed into a circle, establishing some sort of dueling grounds. The right side was a yellow tent with a wooden counter, a board above labeled as "shop". In the middle was a wooden table with two benches attached to each long side.

As for the people, it was most of the boys in my class (minus Cartman and Douchebag), plus my party, along with Kelly Nelson (the girl from the Getting Gay With Kids music group), Red, Melissa, and Hannah. There was also Kyle's brother Ike as well as a few students between Kindergarten and Third Grade interspersed into the mix. Craig and Clyde were both managing the shop together. Tweek was a the very top of the reinforced tree, looking out with a telescope. The girls were chatting near the stage.

As for my party, they were all at the table. Tyler and Ellen were at the front, both kneeling down on the grass petting Ellen's wolf. Chris and Kathy were sitting together on the backside bench of the table, Kathy cutting up apple bunnies from a red apple in her hands with her dagger and sitting them down on a plate while Chris was taking the apple bunnies from the plate and eating them. Bebe and Kyle sat next to Kathy, both laughing and drinking bottles of water. Wendy was sitting on the table in front of Kyle, smiling at the two.

Wendy was the first to notice my arrival. She beamed with delight as she beckoned me over to the table. "Stan!" Just then, the rest of my party turned their heads towards me and smiled warmly as well.

I lifted my right hand up to wave at the others. "Hey guys."

I walked forward to the table, but then Wendy got up and ran in to hug me. She tackled me, almost made me lose my balance and making me fall to the ground. "Stan, you're okay."

"Yeah...yeah, I am," was all I could manage to mutter.

But then Kyle and Bebe joined in on the group hug. Then Kathy and Ellen joined as well. Neither Chris nor Tyler joined in, though they were both smirking at me. As for me, due to so many arms around me, I felt myself suffocating. With this many people hugging me at once, I felt my lungs contract and so I tried to scream for help but it was too much. Finally I fell to the ground and they let me go.

As the rest dispersed, Chris folded his arms. "Wow, you guys really did a number on Stan, huh?"

Kevin Stoley was watching from nearby. "I'm confused, what's this all about?"

"Oh nothing, Kevin, we just went through some odd stuff today, that's all," Wendy replied.

"I'M BAAAAAAAAAAACK!"

The glass sliding door opened up from behind me. I quickly got up off the ground and turned, recognizing that nasal voice. It was the nerdy kid with the brown "Jewfro", oversized glasses, and slight weight issues. He wore a brown leather vest on top of his pink jacket and olive green pants. Yes, it's this kid again.

"Oh no, not my cousin." Kyle Broflovski groaned as he walked back to the table.

As the rest of our party walked back to the table, the rest of the Alliance kids immediately dropped what they were doing and turned their attention towards the one who joined us, the one who stood out. "Aunt Sheila said I can play fantasy dragon slaying with you, Kyle! I'm gonna be a shaman just like you, Kyle!" This is not at all what we are playing, but I'm not even going to bother pointing that fact out.

Kyle Broflovski muttered something under his breath, so softly I couldn't hear, though he's most likely muttering obscenities. "You really gotta copy everything I do, don't you Kyle? First it's Human Kite and now this."

"Yes, I am now a s-soldier of the Grand Alliance, ready to help out." Kyle Schwartz placed his hands on his hips briefly before taking them off his hips. "But - but I have no weapons. Cousin Kyle, you have two axes, can I have one of them?"

"No," Kyle Broflovski said flatly.

"But - but - but Aunt Sheila said you gotta share, and you have two axes, and you only need one of them!" Kyle Schwartz was stomping rapidly on the grass, as if he was a five-year-old throwing a mock temper tantrum.

"Look, if you need a weapon, go over there." Kyle Broflovski pointed in Craig's and Clyde's general direction, who were at the shop staring at Kyle Schwartz and snickering wildly.

"Fine then." As Kyle Schwartz moved over to the aforementioned two, the rest of my party sat down at the bench (me sitting at the end next to Wendy), and we, along with everyone else in the backyard, just stared at the interaction to come.

"This is ridiculous," Kyle Broflovski fiercely whispered to the rest of my party. "He's a complete buzzkill to everything I ever want to do."

Before anyone in our party could respond, Clyde's voice took my attention away towards him. "Hello, weary Kyle. Would you like to see my wares? Perhaps hear tips and rumors for twelve dollars?"

"Last time, Clyde only charged two dollars for tips and rumors," Chris whispered.

"That's - that's a little bit pricey for just tips and rumors, but A-okay." Kyle Schwartz reached into his own pocket to pull out twelve dollars and hand them over to Clyde. While doing so, Craig was covering his mouth, resisting the urge to blow up in laughter.

As Clyde took the money, he said the certain words that would ignite conflict. "Don't waste your money on tips and rumors."

"Now that's a scam if I've ever seen one," Bebe whispered.

Predictably, Kyle Schwartz ignited. Yes, he's nerdy and awkward, but he's not that stupid. "Oh my gosh, how could you scam me like that?! Giv-give me my money back!" Kyle Schwartz tried to reach towards Clyde for his money.

Craig then stepped between the two, taking out his daggers. "Hey, no harassing the shopkeep."

"Thank you, Craig." Clyde shook his head. "Buyer beware, dude. You wanted tips and rumors, you got your tips and rumors."

"I'm going to tell Aunt Sheila on you!" Kyle Schwartz threatened.

That was when Kyle Broflovski got up from the bench and came over to the conflict. "Alright, Kyle, alright, we don't need getting my mom involved again." He turned to the other two. "Just give him something like a dagger or whatever."

"Fine." Begrudgingly, Clyde went to the counter to pick up a small switchblade. As Craig got out of the way, Clyde handed the switchblade to Kyle Schwartz. "Just shut up, okay?"

Kyle Schwartz took the switchblade. "Oh my gosh, is this a switchblade? It's very sharp, and I could accidentally cut myself if it activates in my pocket. Plus these things are dangerous and somebody could get severely hurt with this."

Kyle Broflovski just groaned as he walked back towards our party, sitting down next to Bebe. "This is exactly why I hate hanging out with him, he always does this shit every time." The rest of the kids in the backyard returned to their duties.

"Why don't you tell your parents the truth?" Ellen asked. "Like how you don't want to hang out with him?"

Bebe narrowed her eyes at Ellen. "That is probably one of the worst pieces of advice I've heard from you." Ellen frowned at that comment.

Kyle Broflovski shook his head. "No, Bebe's right. If I tell her, she's going to flip, then she's going to make me spend even more time with my cousin."

"Not like that matters when we're ditching school and this town anyways," Tyler scoffed. "He'll just slow us down."

Tyler's words made me open my eyes. We still needed to discuss what to do with Principal Victoria's consequences and the plan going forward. "Look, you guys don't have to do this."

"What do you mean?" Kathy asked.

I sighed. "I did originally want to do this because I was worried for Douchebag, less so for Cartman. But now given what I've learned..." I paused for a moment before continuing. "Only a Dragonborn - A.K.A. Douchebag - can bring the Stick of Truth back, which gives us great power. And he did that, and this happened while he went missing, when he was hanging out with Cartman."

"Are you suggesting he was blackmailed?" Kathy asked.

Wendy nodded. "Yes, I definitely think so. I'm pretty sure Douchebag has no real incentive as to bring back the Stick of Truth. But Cartman on the other hand..."

"He tried to bring endless Christmas among South Park," Kyle reminded. I remember that, when he had his hand puppet named Mitch Connor. "He probably wants another way to start another Holocaust so I wouldn't be surprised."

"The point is," I continued, "Principal Victoria is right: what I'm about to do is dangerous and stupid, and will probably get me suspended. On the other hand, Cartman with the Stick of Truth...he must be up to no good. So yeah, I guess I'll give you this one chance: if you don't want to get suspended or probably hurt, I suggest you back out now." The entire table was silent for a few moments. Therefore I concluded, "I guess that means I'm alone then?"

Kyle shook his head. "No way, dude. You're my best friend, and we've been through some really shitty stuff over the past year. And every time we prevail. There's no way I'm leaving you."

"Yeah," Wendy added. "If there's anything I've learned in the past few adventures I've had with you, it's strength in numbers. I'm not leaving my boyfriend to face what's coming alone."

"I'm in too!" Bebe nodded. "I don't care if I'll get suspended, I've done worse before." That is true - she did pull a gun on Wendy one time over a list. "I just wanna help find Douchebag and see what that fat fuck is really up to with the Stick."

So far, three of them agreed. I glanced to the other four, and they have yet to say anything. "What about you guys?"

"Honestly, I've heard of the adventures you guys have been in, and I gotta say, yeah I can't say I'm too keen on meeting Cartman again, but I think it will be worth it." Kathy smiled at us. "I'm in."

Ellen nodded as well. "It's a pretty dangerous and risky thing you guys want to do...but honestly, when hasn't something bad happen in South Park? And it's honorable to see a friend like Douchebag okay. I'm in."

Chris looked over at me. "You guys have been good to me, so I'll return the favor," he spoke softly.

I glanced over at Tyler now. "Tyler?"

Tyler shrugged and sighed. "Fine, I'll join you. But it's not like I like you guys or anything, I'm just bored, 'tis all."

Wendy shot Tyler a smirk. "Is that really how you feel, or do you care about us deep down?"

"Pft...whatever, losers." Tyler rolled his eyes. As we all laughed in response, I could see Tyler trying hard not to smile, but barely failing to do so. It was there, just very subtle.

I sniffled. I almost wanted to cry. Here, I told people that I would head off to find Douchebag and Cartman and expected nothing from them, yet they were still willing to help me. Sure they have varying personalities, but at the end of the day, they want to help me on this, so I cannot deny them. "You guys...you guys man..."

"Cousin Kyle, cousin Kyle!"

Needless to say, we all jolted in surprise. Predictably, Kyle Broflovski was not pleased at this rude interruption. "What the fuck do you want?! Can't you see we're busy with something?!" He practically yelled out at everyone, even though his anger was focused entirely on his cousin.

"Yeah, seriously, you're being a dick," Tyler added.

"B-but I just wanted to know who the enemies are, your friend Craig said we have enemies," Kyle Schwartz replied.

Before Kyle Broflovski could blow up again, I quickly intervened. "Well I gotta make a speech real soon." It's true; going forward, I do plan to explain what the Alliance will do next, who will lead while Douchebag is still gone, and how we can deal with our enemies to come. "But I'll explain real quick: basically we're fighting against the New Conglomerate, which is basically Orcs and Trolls, the Zaron Federation, which is mostly Gnomes and Goblins, Pirates, and Girls, who are Amazons."

"Actually," Red stepped in. "I've received word just now that the Pirates are pirates no more and instead are rebranding to become the Vikings, which are mostly Dwarves." She then backed away.

I looked back at Kyle Schwartz. "Well there you go. Four enemy factions."

"But that's too chaotic," Kyle Schwartz said. "And why is there a girls faction when you have girls in this group, I don't think that makes very much sense that-"

"You're just gonna have to accept this and move on," Wendy cut in.

Before Kyle Schwartz tried to say anything, I quickly stood up and called out to everyone, "Everyone, gather around near the throne, I need to talk to you all about something!"

"But - but - but you didn't let me finish."

I ignored Kyle Schwartz's request as I made my way to the the stage in front of the throne, but I did not sit down, instead choosing to remain standing. With all of the Alliance standing at attention, and my party at the front, I lifted my chin up high as I prepared to speak. "Um, thank you. I know I never said there would be a speech today, so this is sort of a last-minute thing, and I promise this won't be long. Anyways, first thing I would like to say is that according to Red, the Pirates are officially rebranding to becoming Vikings, in which they will be dominated by Dwarves, but do not be afraid, as we can still take them. Now any questions about this?" Kyle Schwartz was the only one who raised his hand, and I ignored him intentionally.

"Thank you. Next, with King Douchebag still missing, we need someone to take over his place for the time being. Therefore, the House of Nobles have unanimously agreed to place Princess Kenny in charge of the Grand Alliance for the time being until King Douchebag's imminent return. Are there any objections to this?" Once again, Kyle Schwartz was the only one who raised his hand, and once again, I ignored him.

"Alright. Um...lastly I would like to say that you saw me asking around for a request over a journey to find Douchebag and Cartman earlier at school today. Now I have already gathered a team to assist me in this quest. Now, for those of you that declined, just know that I'm not holding anything against you guys, as it's understandable that you guys don't want to see Cartman. However, I've done a bit of...research today, if you will, and I just want to say that in the coming days, just be extra careful, as indeed the Stick of Truth is back and likely in Cartman's clutches."

There were furious whispers among the crowd, and I could see the fear and dread in most of the kids' eyes. "Now let's all calm ourselves. I can assure you that even though Cartman may or may not have the Stick, we are still the Grand Alliance, and one fatass will not overthrow the kingdom that we built together. For we are Humans, Elves, and Girls, united as one, and we will stand strong against whatever darkness Zaron throws at us. So yeah, for the time being Princess will lead, and my group will head on over to Middle Park for answers of the whereabouts of Douchebag and Cartman. Any questions?" Once again, Kyle Schwartz was the only one who raised his hand, and once again, I ignored him. "If that is all, then we are adjourned. For the Alliance!"

"For the Alliance!" The rest of the children yelled.

"Anyways, my team...and Butters, you're coming with me to U-Haul. The rest, return to your duties, or whatever." I lept off the stage and returned to my party.

"Gotta say, that was a good speech," Wendy said.

"Thanks," I replied.

"I liked the part where you completely ignored Kyle's cousin," Bebe giggled.

"Oh come on," Kathy rolled her eyes. "You'd most definitely do the same if you were up there."

Butters then joined us. "It was a really good speech! Anyways, I'm off to U-Haul, so whenever you guys are ready, we can go!"

I looked over at the rest of my party. "You guys all ready?" When they nodded, I turned back to Butters. "Looks like we are. Let's get going."

It wasn't a long walk, and we did not run into any hostile kids along the way, so we got to the local U-Haul facilities by 3:15 PM. Aside from the single security booth that was unmanned, the place was rather deserted today, so getting inside was easy. We began to walk along the storage garages, making our way towards the correct one.

"So why do you need to be here, Butters?" Kyle inquired.

"Thanks to you guys as well as some other kids at school today, I can finally pay the last of my debts to the Mexicans, yippee!" When isn't Butter optimistic about something? It's fine, I'm just worried that with his attitude about life, people will take advantage of him in the future, which is why I think he'll be in debt at least several more times.

"How far is the van?" Tyler asked.

"I assure you, the place isn't much further." Butters then suddenly stopped in place. "Wait." He turned to the garage door that was just to our left. "It's this compartment, right here fellas." Butters took out a remove and pressed the button, opening the garage door to reveal what's inside.

What we saw next came as a shock. When the van was fully revealed, I was left blown away and speechless. The van itself faced outward, so no need to go into reverse gear to get out of the garage. We walked around the van to examine it. It was a bit beat up with dents on its front side and scratches in multiple areas, and the back side is windowless. We opened the back door and it was basically empty cargo space. After closing it, we looked over at the front. Thankfully, the engine is an automatic, so I can drive it easily.

"Wow, that's uh..." Wendy tried to say, but wasn't sure what else to say.

Bebe narrowed her eyes at Butters. "This...looks like a rape van."

"It's quite creepy," Kathy concluded. "But we could hide well in it.

"It's all I got for you, fellas." Butters only shrugged his shoulders. "Sorry."

"No need to be sorry," I said. "You got us what we needed. I appreciate it."

"Well, you guys got the keys so yeah, when you're ready, I'll shut the garage door behind you." Butters then stepped outside and off to the side.

"This is it, I guess," Ellen said.

We moved over to the back side once again. "Welp, let's come on in." Kyle, Bebe, Chris, Kathy, Tyler, Ellen, her wolf, and Wendy's demon went inside the back compartment of the van. It was rather big, so all of them could fit very easily. Wendy and I then shut the door, and we went over to the front. Wendy took the passenger seat while I took the driver side. I put the key in the ignition and started the car. It started effortlessly; it seems that despite the exterior damage, the interior is still perfectly in tact.

"So let me get this straight, Stan: you are driving?" Tyler asked.

"I mean yeah, I've driven before." I swear I am not lying, I swear this is the absolute truth.

"This...so many things can go wrong with this," Chris said.

"He has outran the cops before." Wendy was right, it was during the time when Terrorblade was taking the Stick of Truth.

"I don't know if I should be impressed or worried," Ellen said.

"The cops are dumbasses anyways," Kathy replied. "We'll be fine."

I managed to drive the car out of the garage and Butters remotely closed the garage door. He waved at me and I rolled down the driver window. "Good luck on your journey, fellas!"

"Thanks!" We all said. "Goodbye!"

After driving the van out of the U-Haul facilities, from there, we got onto the road and headed north. The next destination would be Middle Park, and I'm certain we would all be prepared for the challenges that the future would behold.

So yeah, shorter chapter than the ones I've done previously. Hopefully this fic has been good so far. Don't be afraid to drop a review or two. Until next time.
