A/N: Hey! Thank you to the people who favorited this already and those who have read chapter 1 and are sticking with it! You guys can call me DT, I'm the actual author of this. We plan to update every three days (not including weekends) at least until I run out of backup material but as of right now I have 12 and a half chapters written, so that shouldn't happen anytime soon. Anyway, enjoy!

~DT

Editors Note: I'm glad to just be a part of this. Here's the second chapter, please R ! Thank you!

Disclaimer: I own none of the recognizable characters ~ Marvel owns them, and I don'ttake credit for this story or the two OC's, they belong to my friend.

Tony stopped the girls before they entered the HQ, "A few rules. One, no weapons."

"Does that include screwdrivers?" Cora asked sincerely.

"Depends, how much could you harm someone with it?"

"Hm," she picked one up out of a box, "well it wouldn't be very difficult to sharpen it to use it as a knife, or a dagger, seeing as those are two completly different weapons. Or you could stab someone's eye with it, sharpened or not. The handle itself could be used very easily to knock someone out if you hit them in the head hard enough. Do you need any more examples?"

He sighed and looked at Axelia, "Can she do this with any object?"

"More or less, she figured out how to theoretically kill someone with a spoon without sharpening it."

"So she's just always like this, nothing to really worry about?" She shrugged, "Good enough for me. Rule two, don't interrupt me when I'm working.

Cora interrupted him, "What if I notice you're doing something inefficiently?"

He ignored her, "Rule three, don't annoy me at any point in time."

Cora grinned, "Don't annoy me, I won't annoy you, can we go in now?"

He sighed, "Yes, just, please don't break anything."

"I'll try my best Mr. Stark sir," Axelia said, holding one of Cora's backpacks.

Steve quickly caught up to her, "I can take that for you."

She blushed, then looked away so he couldn't see, "I, no, I'm good."

Cora smiled, "She lives on a farm, I helped her one day, regretted it the next, I'm sure she's fine."

"Oh, okay, if you ever do need help, just let me know, okay?" He smiled at her.

She shyly smiled back, "I will."

"If you want to help, can you please start by opening the doors?"

Someone opened the door from inside, "Don't worry Steve, I got it." He held the door open for everyone then quickly caught up to Cora, just as Steve had to Axelia, "Do you want help with those?" he motioned to the game councils in her arms.

"Nope."

"But I insist."

"And I insist that I am perfectly capable of bringing these to…actually, where am I bringing this?"

He grinned,"Exactly, now will you accept my help?"

"If that help is showing me to my room, then yes, if you still want to carry the box you can get fucked."

He sighed, "Follow me, you girls don't mind sharing a room, do you?"

They looked at each other and spoke at the same time, "Nope."

"Good because for some reason Stark thinks that you both need a roommate to keep on you and of course us boys are off limits in that sense," they stopped in front of a door and he handed each of them a key, "Here we are, don't immediately lose these, no one wants to deal with an angry Stark.

Cora stared at his hand, it was metal. He noticed and instantly put it in his pockets, "So if you guys need help with anything, I'll be in the room next door."

Axelia entered their room and Cora reluctantly followed. "I saw the way you looked at him."

Cora almost dropped her consoles, "What are you talking about?"

"You like him!"

"What, no, I might be interested in that mechanical hand of his, but no. Speaking of which, I'm going to go head over to check it out."

"More like go say hi to your future make-out buddy."

Cora put everything on the ground, next to the bed she was quietly claiming and threw a flashlight from her pocket at Axelia, "Shut it before I sew your lips together."

"I'd really like to see you try."

Cora ran towards her, and pinned her to the other bed. She pulled a sewing kit out of her pocket and waved it in front of Axelia's face, "Is that a challenge?"

Axelia smirked, "Do it, you won't," completely ignoring the sound of their door opening.

"What the hell is going on? I came to formally introduce myself and see this."

Cora put the sewing kit back in her pocket and sat on Axelia. She looked over to the door and saw that it was the person that showed them to their room, "Oh, hi, I was just about to come see you. Axe told me I wouldn't sew her mouth and I was about to prove her wrong."

He chuckled, "Seems pretty reasonable to me."

"Am I just supposed to lay here until you move?"

Cora looked down at Axelia, "Yes."

Axelia pushed her off, "Frick off, go have fun with your little boyfriend over there," she whispered the last part so that he wouldn't hear her.

Cora blushed and stood up, walking over to him. He held his hand out, "James Barnes, but please, call me Bucky."

She shook his hand and smiled, "Cora Snow and that mess over there," she motioned to Axelia, "Is Axelia Amana or Axe for short."

He nodded, "So, why are you guys here?"

"Axe is here because I wouldn't come without her, but she's also an amazing shot. And I'm not entirely sure why I'm here, other than the fact that I'm good with computers and machinery.Speaking of which."

He quickly backed away, "No."

"I didn't even ask anything yet?"

"I'm sorry, it's a long story, I just don't really trust people."

"Hey look at that, something we have in common, maybe I'll be able to change that?"

He smiled, "Good luck, darlin'."

"Darling?" Axelia asked, stifling her laughter.

His eyes met Cora's, as if pleading for her to understand, then turned to the ground, "It's a long story."

Cora crossed her arms, "It seems everything about you is a long story Mr. Barnes."

"Hey, Buck, let the girls know that it's time for supper," Steve's voice came from the watch that Bucky was wearing.

He smiled, "Roger that, Cap."

Steve's laughter came over the radio in the watch, "This isn't 1945 anymore, soldier." The girls looked at each other, confused.

Bucky went pale and whispered into the watch, "The girls heard you."

"Oh, well looks like we have a bit of explaining to do over supper then, don't we?"

Cora pushed past Bucky, "Yes, yes you do."
