Adrien didn't stop pulling Marinette after him until they finally reached her parents bakery. Even when they arrived, he didn't let go of her hand. He wanted to keep her close to him, to protect her and to keep himself from hurting anyone, because at the moment he was seething with anger.

How could their classmates be so oblivious? Shouldn't it be obvious that Marinette would never do the things Lila accused her of? Marinette is the most selfless person there is, she would never corner anyone and threaten them to isolate them. That just wasn't who she was. Marinette was kindhearted and sweet and wonderful and he just realized that maybe she wasn't just a friend to him after all.

"Em... Adrien, not that I hate it or anything, p-please don't take this the wrong way, because I really like it, but how long exactly are you planning on holding my hand? I mean you can keep holding me...IT, holding my HAND if you want to but if you'd rather let go I absolutely understand...I am going to shut up now..." Marinette rambled, turning a darker shade of red the longer she talked. Adrien thought she was adorable.

"I'm sorry Marinette, I didn't want to make you uncomfortable, I just needed to hold on to you so I wouldn't try to hurt our stupid, naivé classmates. I'm just really mad right now and holding your hand calms me. I really like the feel of your small hand in mine... It feels right, kind of, ah haha..." he explained uncomfortably, rubbing his neck with his hand.

"It's okay A-Adrien!" Marinette exclaimed with a smile.

"So, Marinette I was thinking... It's time to take Lila down. She can't keep hurting you and I just realized what stupid advice I gave you. We shouldn't take the high road with someone like her. She does this because she thinks its fun and her right and I've had enough of watching her destroy our friends futures just so she wouldn't get akumatized. All bets are off, we're going after her. But we can't do it alone, we need back up, friends that know what's going on and can help us prove her wrong... Do you have any idea whom we could ask?"

Marinette was shocked. She had decided to take the "high road" because of Adrien, and now he was the one telling her that he was wrong?

"Are you sure about this Adrien? What if she does something to you? Or goes to your father and tells him some outrageous story so he will punish you, or even worse, take you out of school! I can't imagine going to school without you!" Marinette exclaimed, worried because she didn't know how long she would last if he wasn't there with her.

"I'm sure Marinette. We can't let this go on for any longer. She went too far, accusing you of threatening her and all of those mean lies she spread about you around school. Lies can hurt people and I'm done watching you get hurt. So, do you have anyone who could help us? I was thinking of calling it the Liarmination Squad. What do you think? Are you in, everyday Ladybug?" he asked her, smiling and holding up his fist, awaiting her answer and hoping for a fistbump. She looked at him for a moment before a smile slowly spread across her whole face.

"I'm in, let's take the bitch down!" Marinette exclaimed, bumping her fist against his.

"And I know just the person to call in for help. He was one of the people she first lied about, and I'm sure that he would love to spread some chaos." Marinette fake whispered the last part with a cheeky smile on her lips.

The first person to join the Liarmination squad was none other than Jagged Stone.
