After pulling himself together, Raven returned to the mess hall to finish eating. Nobody said a single word to him, partly out of respect, partly out of fear.

After finishing, went to see Enterprise in her quarters. He knocked at her door and was greeted with a "come in."

"Hi there, Raven. How are you?"

"To be honest, not so good. I keep having these dreams and visions, having to do with the Sirens. And my anger. I can feel it spreading, like a cancer."

"I understand exactly what you're going through," the Gray Ghost said. "I was tormented by these dreams as well. In my case, it was my fear of the sea. The Sirens use our fears and inner turmoil to power and fuel their control."

She placed her hands on Raven's shoulders.

"What are you afraid of, Raven?"

"Myself."

"Hmm. Well, in my case, I learned to embrace and accept the ocean as a part of myself. But for you, I'm afraid I cannot help you. All of us are different, and that means only you can resolve this personal conflict. But, I have confidence you'll find the resolve and answers you seek."

Closing his eyes, Raven took a deep breath. "Thank you, Commander. I won't let you down."

Enterprise nodded.

"Also, can I ask you a favor?"

"Sure, Raven."

"Please gather all the girls in the auditorium."

"Why?"

"I may have a plan to defeat the Sirens once and for all, but I'm going to need everyone's help for it."

An hour later, the last of the girls were taking their seats in the auditorium. The leaders of each faction sat on the stage. This was going to be no ordinary conference.

Raven then appeared behind the curtain.

"Thank you, everyone, for coming. I understand this was rather sudden and unexpected, but it will be worth your time, I promise. I believe I have come up with a strategy to liberate ourselves permanently of the Sirens."

The room filled with whispers and quiet talk.

"How so?" Oklahoma asked from the back.

"Glad you asked."

Raven brought out a whiteboard. He pointed a map at the center.

"According to my calculations, I predict that the Siren's main base is somewhere in this area." He pointed to a large island across the ocean from Azur Lane's base.

"What happens when we do find it?" Atago questioned.

"Then we'll launch what I'm calling Operation Longshot."

"Oooh. Cool name," Yukikaze commented, standing up and giving a thumbs-up. Raven gave one to her back.

"This plan entails utilizing our biggest planes to deliver the most deadly weapon in history to the Sirens' doorstep."

"What weapon would that be?" Ark Royal asked.

"This."

Raven turned a projector on. The projector played a recording of a large bomb being dropped from a Siren plane. It was black, with red outlines and a red skull on the sides.

It fell. And fell. Until its bright white explosion engulfed everything around it.

"This bomb destroyed a city from my world, called Gunther Bay. Our space elevator, which stood at 100,000 kilometers tall, was snapped like a twig."

True to Raven's word, the aftermath footage shocked the room. Not even rubble remained. Just flat land that was burnt black. The sea was gray, polluted with ash and dust. Smoke choked the air, turning the sky from day to night.

"If the Sirens can travel from between our worlds, then I strongly suspect them of having a stockpile of these bombs. The beauty of Operation Longshot lies in the fact that we are going to let the Sirens give this weapon to us. We're gonna give them a taste of their own medicine. We will infiltrate this island…" Raven pointed to a small atoll not too far from Azur Lane's.

"…And take these bombs. Once we do so, we'll have our heaviest bombers, the B-29s, take off from the carriers and drop them on top of the Sirens."

"So, why do you need all of us?" Bunker Hill wondered. "Don't you need just us carriers?"

"The submarines will scout for the base, the destroyers will infiltrate and steal the bombs, the cruisers and battleships will provide fire support and of course, the carriers will launch our B-29s."

"Now, I ask our leaders. Do we have the green light on this op?"

All the heads agreed.

"This is indeed bold. Bold but clever," Queen Elizabeth stated.

"Using their own weapons against them? Delicious," Bismarck commented.

"Remember, we'll have to be careful with Siren weaponry," Nagato warned. "Remember what happened with Project Orochi."

"Don't worry, Raven. Whatever you need, we have your back," Enterprise assured.

All eyes turned back to Raven.

"Very well, then. Longshot is a go. We have one shot to end this, ladies. Let's show them one shot is all we need."

The girls applauded and began to leave the briefing. As the girls began to leave, Vestal walked towards the stage.

"Come with me," Vestal ordered. Together, they walked to the port.

"I have something for you. I finished it earlier today." She walked over to a table, where something was covered with a sheet.

"Ta-da!" Removing the sheet revealed a brand new metal prosthetic arm for Raven.

Sunlight reflected off its shiny steel finish. On the forearm were the insignias of each faction, along with the sketch of a black bird.

"Wow! How did you make it so quickly?"

"You're lucky we had just enough resources for me to do so. Go ahead, put it on."

When Raven equipped the arm, he felt an electric jolt. As he moved it around, he felt that the arm was surprisingly light, yet strong and powerful.

"Try placing your fingers together," Vestal said. Raven did so, and they fused together to form a sharp blade.

"Awesome," Raven said as he swung his arm around.

"How good are your Siren-cutting skills?"

Raven responded with "RAGHHH!" and sliced a pile of wooden pallets clean in half.

"Okay, now release your fingers and make a fist, then tuck your thumb under your fingers."

Raven's fingers separated, converting back to a regular hand. As he made a fist and tucked his thumb like he was told to, his fingers folded and retracted within his arm. What appeared to be a gun or cannon barrel took their place. It then began to glow blue.

"This is what I call the PLSL, or Pulse Laser. Here, I set up some target practice for you. Try it out."

Vestal pointed to three target cutouts. Raven fired and incinerated them.

"Most impressive," he said, inspecting his arm. "I owe you big time. Thanks, Vestal."

"You can thank me by not doing anything stupid anymore." Crossing her arms, she shot a glare at Raven.

Raven chuckled nervously. "I can only do so much, but I'll try."

Extending his wings, he flew and left the docks.
