"Raven." A voice echoed in his head.

It was her. It was Amagi.

"Ah, wonderful," Observer exclaimed. "Let's begin." She clapped and two other Sirens entered.

"These two are going to scan and extract every last file of data. All of that is in the mental cube in your skull. Don't fight them, they don't take kindly to resistance."

Observer nodded to the pair. "Open him up."

"Hold on, Raven. I'll remove your memories and I'll hold onto them," Amagi said.

"Wait, what?" Raven thought.

"I am now linked to your A.I. Therefore, everything in that cube is also with me. I'm deleting your drives so that the Sirens will retrieve nothing. You will experience amnesia. But don't worry, when the time comes, I will return your memory to you."

Without hesitating, Raven told her, "Do it."

In a split second, Raven blacked out. When he regained consciousness, he saw Observer holding the mental cube from his head. But it wasn't shining or glowing. It was dark, empty and lifeless.

Furious, she shouted and threw the cube against the wall, creating a loud clang.

"What did you do?!" she shouted, grabbing the collar of Raven's jacket.

Raven stared blankly. "Who are you?"

Observer appeared confused.

"Stop screwing around, Raven."

"Raven? That's my name? Odd. I don't seem to remember."

Seeing this as an opportunity, Observer played along.

"Oh, yes. You are Raven, a feared warrior of the Siren race. Unfortunately, you seem to be suffering from some type of memory loss."

"What? Why?"

"Well, Raven, to be truthful, we are waging a violent and righteous war against the scourge of humankind. They are horrific, preferring to sacrifice anything they can to save their skins. They say they strive for peace, yet wage pointless conflicts amongst one another, like bickering children."

Raven clutched his fist.

"Sounds like trash to me," he angrily snarled.

"Precisely. We're trying to help them by controlling and eradicating them. That way, they won't continue their battles that destroy and kill. But their arrogance and ignorance cloud their judgments. So, like a strict parent teaching discipline, we must strike them, no matter how painful it may be."

"They won't receive any pity from me," Raven said.

"Good. Because they don't deserve any."

Observer floated over to behind Raven.

"A particular troublesome of ships stand in our way. They defend humanity with their lives. An alliance known as Azur Lane."

Observer inspected Raven's arm and wing, grasping them with her tentacles.

"They did this to you, you know. They massacred you, leaving you for dead. They were the ones who also destroyed your home. They wiped out your family, friends, everyone and everything you once knew. So, we took you in. You are one of us now."

Raven gritted his teeth, hungry for revenge.

Observer placed her hand on the back of Raven's head. Suddenly, his snow-white hair grew, from swept to the side of his head all the way down to his knees.

"You're one of us, Raven," she whispered. "Gotta look the part."

She backed away and floated back in front of him.

"Raven. I, Observer, order you to wipe Azur Lane off the face of this planet. All of them. No prisoners or survivors."

Raven pulled his aviators out and put them on. "Yes, mistress."

Raven spread his wings and flew down the hallway, crashing through a window. The fragments sliced holes in his cape.

Once gaining enough altitude, he transformed and flew in the direction of the Azur Lane base.

His increased speed allowed him to reach the island within minutes. Noticing the air patrol of ten fighters, he destroyed them all with an ADMM barrage.

That got the attention of everyone on base. They already planned that they would attempt to capture Raven, not kill him. Hopefully, they could convert him to their side once more.

Raven cut through Baltimore and San Diego's hulls with his railgun, as they were docked furthest from the island. He then fired his PLSL and gatling gun at Choukai and Z1, setting their decks ablaze.

Releasing Hugin and Munin, he whispered, "You know what to do." The UAVs beeped and split in two directions, beginning strafing runs of their own.

"Raven! Stop this!" Belfast shouted from below.

"Stop? Did you stop after destroying my home? After mangling my body? After wiping my memory? No! So why should I stop?!"

"I see. Now, he's been corrupted by the Sirens, both literally and metaphorically," Hiryuu said, Soryuu walking alongside.

Belfast nodded. "However, he is still essential to our success. We need him alive and back with us."

The sisters nodded and launched their Zeroes after Raven, careful to aim for certain areas, like his engines and wings, to slow him down.

"Let us help," Zuikaku and Shoukaku both announced. They too launched their fighters. Together, all four carriers' planes swarmed and trailed Raven like angry wasps.

Raven sighed in annoyance. "So irritating."

He fired his ADMM again, destroying the Sakura planes.

Diving down, Raven transformed and landed on the docks. Even though he was being bombarded by constant shells, he walked without a care in the world.

Takao charged towards him.

"Because of you, my sister is fighting for her life! She will live, but you must die!"

"And you must get out of my way," Raven replied softly. When Takao got close enough, he simply raised his leg and kicked her down, before proceeding to repeatedly stomp on her.

"Worm."

Takao tightly held her stomach, gasping to breathe, lying on the floor. Meanwhile, Raven walked by her, continuing his path.

Admiral Hipper and Z23 ambushed Raven from atop a nearby building. Their weapons had no effect. Hugin and Munin flew by and shot at the building's foundation, causing it to collapse, burying the two Iron Blood vessels. Raven paid no attention and kept walking along, his two drones returning to him.

The next to challenge him was Hammann. But she didn't fight. As soon as Raven caught a glimpse of her, she began running out to sea.

"This could be a trap. But oh well, what can they do?" Raven said to himself.

He decided to give chase, propelling himself upwards with his wings.

"Where is your little Gray Ghost?" he teased while firing his gatling gun.

Hammann was barely able to dodge the bullet storm.

"Right here, Raven," a voice said from behind.

Turning around, Raven saw Enterprise riding one of her Wildcats. Forgetting about Hammann, Raven turned around.

Enterprise's Wildcat fired, but Raven blocked its bullets. He then tackled Enterprise herself, knocking her down and both were in freefall. Raven tried to fire his PLSL, but she was quick on the draw, and fired her bow before he realized it.

The arrow pierced Raven's chest, creating a hole in his abdomen. Both of them crashed into the water.

Enterprise got up first. She lowered her bow and offered her hand. By now, the other ships gathered around.

"Come home. Let us help you."

Raven looked up. The right lens of his sunglasses was missing, showing his fiery yellow eye. He then slapped her hand away.

"In what universe would I ever join murderous butchers like you?"

Using his thrusters, Raven dashed backwards and vanished into a portal.
