It wasn't the first time Rey had been locked up in an Interrogation Chamber, though she had hoped that the last time would be her last. Unfortunately, the fates weren't on her side. Once again, after at least seventeen years, she was locked to an uncomfortable interrogation chair.

But she had broken out of one of these before and she knew she could do it again.

Suddenly the door opened behind her and she heard hushed voices. Both unfamiliar. One was a woman's and the other a male. The male spoke in a muddy language though she understood him fluently.

"Are you sure about this Aisha? These Jedi are clever with their mind tricks." He gargled.

The woman's voice replied in english. "She can't affect me. I'll be fine."

There were footsteps and the doors slid shut behind the woman, so that it was only the two of them in the room. Rey's ears pricked at the sound of her steps as she circled the chair until she was staring straight at Rey. The woman was dark skinned with odd clear blue and a black swirl tattoo on her sleek neck.

Two tiny deer horns poked out from just above her ears. Her red hair was tied elegantly behind her head and she was dressed in light grey fighting gear. Attached to her belt was a blaster and a set of long, curved daggers. The blade of the daggers were made of beskar iron. A metal known for being impenitrable against lightsabers.

Rey suddenly got the sense that the woman, Aisha, was no simple threat. There was a powerful and angry energy around her that made the Jedi uncomfortable. Aisha twirled one of her daggers between her fingers in one hand and in the other hand she held an acid green fruit.

"So." She began, using the blade to skin the fruit, creating large ribbons of green peel that fell to the floor. "You're the famous Master Rey, who took down the entire Final Order. I was expecting someone more..." She titled her head in thought. "Well... more."

Rey watched her, forcing a composed expression onto her face. "What do you want from me?" She wasn't afraid, it took a lot more to get her scared.

Aisha took a bite of the fruit and juice ran down her chin. "I thought you'd already know that." She spoke with a full mouth. "You are a mind reader aren't you? One of the many gifts bestowed upon you Force-users."

"I tend to stay out of other peoples' heads." Rey responded coldly.

Aisha glanced up at her from under her long eyelashes. "We're looking for Kylo Ren- or as you call him, Ben Solo. Oh, and if you could tell us where the rest of your kind are that would be much appreciated." She took another giant bite and tossed it aside. She waited for a response but Rey never gave her one. "Look, I'm trying to make things easier for both of us. So either you tell me where they all are or I will be forced to make things, difficult."

When Rey turned her head away and sealed her mouth shut, Aisha reached forward, grabbing Rey's shoulder roughly. A bolt of electricity escaped her palm and fingertips and Rey cried in shock. "See." Aisha took a step back. "I didn't want to do that, but you gave me no choice. So, are you ready to negotiate now?"

"But where is she?" Han repeated again, exiting the Falcon which he had just search thoroughly for the third time. He stood in the doorframe, scanning the snowy terrian around them. The blizzard had stopped and Han understood why his father had chosen this place to hide. There was no one in sight except for a few snowy creatures that disappeared into the white landscape. It was peaceful and serene.

The perfect place for a reformed man to live.

"Are we sure it's her ship?" Cam asked, looking at the X-Wing parked beside the Falcon. "It could be someone elses."

"Who else knew we'd be here, Cam? Besides I spotted the same ship when she found us at Jido's." Han said, shoving his freezing fingers into his pockets. The memory wasn't a happy one and he began to regret his actions, especially now that she might be in serious danger.

"You saw Jido?" Ben looked up. There was an ashamed and guilty look in his eyes, which Han guessed had been there for a while. "How was he?"

"He's good. He helped me find you... He misses you, Dad." It felt so nice for him to the say that word. Dad. He'd dreamed about saying it to his father instead of mumbling it to an old photograph. "She must've gone off to find me."

"Us." Cam corrected as if feeling left out.

Han was too cold to roll his eyes. "Yes, us."

"She must've gone out during the blizzard too. Her tracks are completely gone." Ben sighed, standing a little closer to Han.

Cam watched the man guardedly. It was odd to him how calm he was. He'd heard many stories about Supreme Leader, Kylo Ren and how he was known for being a ticking time bomb just waiting to exploded at any moment and had done so many times.

But Ben Solo was calm, though Cam could see the nervousness in his dark eyes.

The Padawan jumped, his coat, which Han's father had proved both of them with, rustled loudly. The Loth-Cat was brushing up against his leg, purring. Cam bent down to scratch its head. "Hey cutie." He whispered. "He's so fluffy."

"He's a she." Ben said without a smile though his voice was kind. "Her name's Lofty."

"Hey Lofty." Cam grinned, stroking her forehead gently.

Han silently stared out into the distance. Nothing but snow for miles.

"We have to find her. She could be-" But he didn't finish his sentence. At first Cam thought it was because he couldn't bring himself to imagine what might have happened to his mother, but then he noticed he was staring at something.

Across the flat, untouched sheets of snow a small figure had popped up on the horizon. The figure, whoever it was, seemed to have spotted them too and didn't move. "Is that her?" Cam's breath fogged the air in front of him.

"It must be!" Han shouted, colour returning to his pale cheeks. Then he ran, away from the Falcon and towards the figure in the distance. His feet moved quickly despite the deep snow.

"Han!" Ben called out after his son, feeling a tinge of something strange in saying the name. It was a name he hadn't spoken in years. Images flashed through his head of his father falling, then of the last time he saw his son. After they had defeated Palpatine, back when he was only a year old. He watched after the boy's shape as he ran further and further away.

He'd grown so much. The only picture of him that Ben had, had over the years was the mere memory of him.

He ran after the boy and heard Han's friend running behind him.

Han's heart was racing and not just because the effort to run was tiring. But once he reached the figure, who still hadn't move, his heart sank into the dark depths of his stomach. It wasn't his mother. The person was taller and had broad shoulders, he wasn't sleek like Rey. And he wasn't a person at all. It was a droid.

Han felt half inclined to return to the Falcon. He wanted to find his mother, he wanted to apologise. For yelling, for throwing her, for everything. But now she was missing and for all he knew... she could be dead. And it would be his fault!

Still, Han stood still, waiting for cam and his father to catch up. As he did so, Han scanned the droid quickly. He could see all the little cogs and wires that made the machine tick. It was only the droid's face that was covered with a large grey mask with no eyeholes and a single swirling pattern, shaped like a twirling vortex, painted on it. His metalic body was draped with a single, large grey cloak.

Cam glanced at the others and from Ben Solo's surprised look, he guessed that the robot wasn't from these parts. "Dad?" Han mumbled and Ben held his hand. From this action both boys knew exactly what he was instructing them to do.

"Hello." The droid said in a cheery tone as if bumping into people on an unmapped planet that's population had been (until recently) one, was a usual occurance. "I am DN-51."

"Hi," Ben greeted though disappointment was plain in his facial features. He'd wished it had been Rey just as much as Han. "I'm Benjamin Walker." He held out his hand and shook the droid's robot one. "And these are my sons."

Han forced a smile, but Cam was glaring at the robot with an untrusting look. Not that the robot noticed. "Hi I'm-"

"Chuck!" Han interrupted. "He was named after our great, great uncle twice removed."

"Yes," Cam said through gritted teeth. "And this is Hector, though we just call him Hecky."

"Excellent meeting you both, Chuck and Hecky Walker." He shook both their hands. "I'm surprised to find you all out here."

"So were we." Cam muttered and grunted when Han dug his elbow into his side.

"Actually, DN-51, we were looking for someone. You wouldn't happen to have seen a woman in these parts?" Han asked but quietened when Ben gave him a sideways glance. The droid was silently, staring at them all. He was silent, for a little too long to be normal. "I did see a woman here earlier. If you come with me I can take you to her."

Without waiting for a response the droid turned as if expecting everyone to follow.

"Dad?"

"Follow the droid." Was all he said.
