Looking over the setting sun, Raven was conflicted. He was glad that Enterprise was not too angry with his betrayal, but he wished she was, because he would have rather gone through that than be barred from the front lines.

"The sea is beautiful, at this time of day, isn't it?" Amagi said, appearing next to Raven.

"Yeah, it never gets old," Raven smiled. The golden waves rippled in the wind.

Amagi changed the subject in a heartbeat. "Well, it's no secret that you want to fight."

Sighing, Raven said, "I do. But I also don't want to piss off the girls anymore by disobeying them. I've put them through enough as is."

A shimmering light caught Raven's attention. It was coming from the HQ building. That meant there was a briefing going on.

"Hmm… Do you know what I'm thinking?" Raven asked Amagi.

"Uh… I do. I'm in your head, after all," she said.

Raven launched Hugin and Munin. The two unmanned aircraft soared in the air and circled above the HQ building. Raven could see and hear everything his two drones picked up.

Tapping into the audio feed, Raven heard what the leaders were talking about.

"If we can get close to the portal, we can use the last bomb," Nagato suggested.

Raven was thinking for a second, then remembered. Azur Lane must've found the last of the Siren's bombs, the one he cast aside the day he joined them.

"It's too dangerous. We wouldn't be able to escape the blast in time," Queen Elizabeth argued.

"And we don't have any aircraft large enough to carry it. What a predicament," Belfast noted.

"You're correct, Belfast. The only one who'd be able to carry that bomb and get away quick enough is Raven, but he's out of commission for now," Enterprise said.

"But it would be foolish if we were to skip out on this brief window," Bismarck jumped in. "It's an excellent opportunity to inflict some real damage." Raven heard the Iron Blood leader crack her knuckles.

"Here's what we'll do," Enterprise stated. "We'll rest and recover for as long as possible, then launch another offensive without Raven."

"We barely succeeded last time. Might I suggest utilizing the assistance of the other factions?" Belfast asked.

"Don't worry," Enterprise assured. "I have that taken care of. We just need to keep it quiet for now, in case of prying eyes and ears."

Enterprise seemed to stare at Raven through Hugin and Munin's cameras through the window. It's like she knew he was spying on this conference.

"What if we require Raven's presence?" Prince of Wales questioned.

"If all goes to plan, if we strike quickly and effectively, then hopefully, we won't need him."

"I can sense you're hiding something, Enterprise," Queen Elizabeth said. "You don't just wish for Raven's rapid recovery, do you? There's something else at play here."

"No. I'm fine." But the tone of the Gray Ghost's voice said otherwise. Out of respect, though, nobody pushed her for more answers.

"Prepare yourselves, ladies, for tomorrow will be our finest hour. For now, however, rest, have fun, and enjoy yourselves."

Enterprise stood up and looked out the window behind her.

"It may be the last time you do so. Dismissed."

Raven immediately recalled Hugin and Munin. Thinking about the meeting he overheard, he turned to Amagi.

"When it comes to your well-being and health, what could Enterprise be thinking of?" Amagi wondered.

"Well, she glanced at Hugin and Munin while mentioning 'prying eyes and ears.' Perhaps she's concerned that the Sirens could use you to spy on her? Or that they could control us again."

All Raven could manage was a sigh.

"And what are these reinforcements? Do you know?" Raven questioned.

Amagi simply shrugged.

The next day, Raven watched as all Azur Lane ships once again set sail to attack the Siren homeland.

A couple hours passed. The island was quiet. Ghostly. Just Raven, Amagi and the manjuu remained.

Raven paced the HQ room, while Amagi sat on Enterprise's vacant desk.

"Just spill it out," Amagi finally said.

"Why should I have to? You should already know, being in my head and all."

"Well, you should go," she suggested.

"But I don't wanna make Enterprise mad."

"Then don't go."

And be useless on the sidelines? I don't think so."

Suddenly, the phone rang. Raven dashed over to pick it up. He put the receiver to his ear.

The frantic voice of Hornet was on the other end.

"Hello?! Anyone?! Come in! We're under attack and need immediate support! Someone, get Raven! Please! We don't know how much time we have lef-"

The line cut dead. Raven tossed the phone onto the table.

"Well, I guess my decision has been made for me."

Raven remembered the reinforcements Enterprise mentioned the day before.

"I just need to make a few calls."

On the battlefield, the ships were helpless, damaged, bloodied and battered by the relentless Siren attacks. Even with their combined firepower, they barely made a dent in the Siren defenses. Now, not one could get on their feet.

"Damn it… Is this the end, sis?" Hornet weakly asked to Enterprise.

Enterprise grunted. "No. We must pray for our reinforcements to arrive in time."

Observer appeared and floated over Enterprise. She proceeded to stomp her foot on the Eagle Union carrier's head, rubbing her heel into her skull.

"Oh, what a shame. Azur Lane's era was grand, but now it has reached its end, along with humanity."

The sky flashed red. A bolt of lightning shot across the sky. Above was Raven, wings spread out, like an angel descending from heaven.

"Oh? What an unexpected surprise," Observer said, lifting her foot off of Enterprise. "Foolish of you to come alone, Raven."

"Foolish of you to assume I did," Raven retorted with crossed arms.

Using his remaining Siren power, Raven raised his arm, and dozens of portals opened. Out came mass-produced Sirens, under his control.

"What is this?" Observer looked around.

"Your downfall," Raven fired an intense glare.

But that was not all. Behind him, numerous ships stretched across the horizon.

"May I introduce… The Dragon Empery, Sardegna Empire, Northern Parliament, Iris Libre and Vichya Dominion."

At the head of the formation were three ships that stood out, larger than the rest. At the middle was an aircraft carrier and flanking her on either side were huge battleships.

It was Eagle Union carrier Midway, along with Sakura Empire's juggernauts: Yamato and Musashi.

"The whole gang's here!" Cleveland said.

The Sirens gathered into a battle formation, like soldiers at attention. There were thousands of all types, all ready for war.

Observer growled. "Damn it, Raven. I'm going to tear your wings off, crush you and send you to the bottom of the ocean."

"Tell me, Observer. Is that any way to talk to a king?"

"A king? I'm the leader of the Sirens, their goddess. What's a king to a god?"

"What's a god… to a non-believer?"
