Hazel's POV.
Hello everybody its Hazel here. we have just come out of Greek class, so I'm just going to speak like this isn't a recording.
I walked into class and sat down. Our teacher, Miss Thomas, was writing on the board about an upcoming group project about homosexuality and the
LGBTQ+ community in Ancient Greece. She called out our groups and told us to sit with our partners for the project. Frank and Leo were mine. I do hope
everything is okay with me Leo and Frank. Leo seems to be avoiding us lately and when he is with us, he acts strangely. Oh well, its probably nothing
anyway. I'm probably just over-reacting. Besides, Leo has other friends outside of us demigods. I just miss him.
"Hey guys" Frank said, snapping me out of my reverie.
Leo smiled tiredly and waved.
" So, what do you guys think the ancient Greeks were like about the LGBTQ+ community?" I asked, eager to get started." Or, better yet, what do you guys think about LGBTQ+ people?"
Leo stiffened. He looked scared, I wonder why.
" I mean... I'm fine with them, you can't control who you love or who you feel like you are. Everyone is human, or at least part human." Frank added with a
smirk.
Leo said nothing but he nodded in agreement.
"Yeah, same here" I replied.
"how about we do it about Apollo and Hyacinthus and people's reaction to that, because people were shocked that a male god could fall in love with
a male mortal." Leo suggested quietly.
"That's a really good idea , Leo, thanks" Frank said.
Leo blushed and looked down.
And, with that we got to work.
AN: Hello lovelies! the issue with chapter 3 should be fixed by now so, please review and tell me if it isn't.
I am a lesbian and therefore part of the LGBTQ+ community, but I am not all knowing, so please tell me if I have been disrespectful or offended anyone. Also, I am British and white, and I am not educated on Latino and Hispanic culture and language grammar, so please correct me if I am wrong in the next chapter, I used Google Translate. Also, I noticed there are many people who have read this story are not from Britain, so forgive me if I use phrases, grammar or spelling you don't understand, just private message me or review and I will be happy to explain. Bye lovelies xx
