"Now.. now.. now.. The two demigods in Gryffindor. You five will make a fine bunch." He continued, "Why don't you all head down to dorms and get settled. You will need new clothes, you should be setting out for your quest as soon as possible. Come tomorrow night, I will bid the five of you off. You shall leave then."
Harry nodded following with the rest of the group agreeing.
They all walked in silence down the halls. Annabeth walked in between Harry and Hermione while Percy walked with Ron.
There was a slight whisper that echoed down the long narrow pathways. Percy stopped dead in his tracks, his stomach did a little flip. He looked around him and noticed that he knew this hall. Although it looked much like all the other halls, there was something strange and different about this one.
"Are you coming?" Harry questioned, he followed Percy's gaze and looked down the hall. "Come on, there's nothing there. We had better catch up with the girls."
It was only then that Percy noticed it was only Harry, Ron, and himself. Annabeth and Hermione had kept walking not noticing they stopped. They were deeply entangled sharing thoughts on the topic of realms.
"Why had you stopped?" Questioned Ron.
"I heard something strange," Percy replied.
"There are lots of strange things that happen here," he admitted.
Harry elbowed him, "Don't spook the poor kid," Ron rubbed his ribs where had been elbowed.
"No need to worry about that, I have seen some very strange things before,"
"So about this place you come from, Camp of the gods and stuff? What is that place for."
"It's called Camp Half-Blood. It's where the children of the gods go to be safe from monsters. See, we apparently are very appetising and monsters enjoy snacking on us."
"When you say monsters…" Ron quivered.
"When I say monsters I mean beasts of all sorts. One of the first quests I went on, we ran into Medusa,"
"No way…" Ron had a look on his face that looked as though he were about to be sick.
"I thought that was just a myth, the whole Medusa thing." Said Harry
"Yeah well Annabeth and I thought that wizards were just a myth until now. But after seeing a school for wizards, and a camp for children of the gods. I'm pretty sure unicorns exist, y'know like the unicorns you see on the lucky charms boxes."
"They are real," Harry and Ron said in unison.
"That's it… I don't believe in myths anymore."
All three of them laughed.
Annabeth and Hermione had waited at the houses for them.
"You guys were slacking behind, so we thought we would wait here for you and say goodnight." Hermione uncrossed her arms.
Annabeth walked up to Percy and wrapped her arms tightly around him.
"I'll see you tomorrow Seaweed Brain, try not to get into too much trouble without me tonight."
"Don't worry," Percy chuckled, "I wouldn't even dream of it Wise Girl."
