General Loirak stands, head held proud, at the front of the line.

The soldier now brought the doctor before him.

"Our stranger." stated the lead captor, a hand being held out in the doctor's direction.

Loirak eyed the doctor up and down in contempt. "So, now, you're the one whose driven up some importance?"

"I don't know what you believe, sir, but it isn't like that… it isn't like that at all... know that I am a traveller… just a traveller.' stated the doctor. 'I know little of your planet or your customs!" she ended.

"But yet you wish to speak with the Reunet; known as our enemy!" were the words of the captor's leader, casting a side glance to Loirak.

The general is seen nodding. "And so truly finding yourself in the thick of things." addressed Loirak, not believing the stranger's words.

"A war of power, sir, will never help anyone!"

At hearing this from the doctor, Loirak was about to raise his hand to strike down the doctor, but felt better of it. "You will regret that, stranger… our king, our ruler has led us all well… we will gain victory… we will gain the bounty of plenty!" were the general's words as he turned his back on the doctor and called for the city gates to be open.

.

Once the gates to the entrance were fully raised, the Kay'lah general stepped forward. "Take this lot to the tower…' pointing on ahead. 'our leader will cast judgement upon them all!" Loirak chose, at this time, not to look back upon the stranger. 'Oh there will be judgement for you too, stranger, my lord will surely take so much pleasure in casting it upon you.' were his thoughts, now only looking to end this.

.

And once his orders were given the group marched on, the Kay'lak thrusting their weapons again into a few prisoner's sides to show their power.

The doctor also found herself being forced to walk on; as she was hit in her side, the doctor under the pain winced, and was left by the blow to hold her side.

.

All were now being led in the direction of Bournew's main central tower, and to their core leader.

The town was of red clay, grey stone and orange sand, there was no fresh smell, all the colour had long been warn away by the Kay'lah.

The mud people of Bornew came out to gather in the streets, most standing ready to cheer for their brave returning soldiers, and as they heard their race cheer for them the soldier's heads were held higher and their stance was strengthened.

On witnessing this sight it sent a clear shiver down the spine of the doctor. 'Are they all too far gone… is peace a too distant memory?' But as the doctor's sight was blinded, driven for a second to see hate, she did miss, if only from just a few Kay'lak, actually looked away in true disgust; as neither one couldn't watch how much their race had fallen into battle and war, forgetting the peace and history of the two races.

.

Once inside the chamber of the royal throne, General Loirak stepped before his leader. "Mosrak, I come with further Reunet's." The general showed his full respect for his leader by lowering his head.

"You have done well, general." answered the leader, Mosrak.

"Why thank you my lord." stated Loirak, swift off the mark, fully taking all credit for the recent Reunet captors.

The group's leader is seen, only by those who were looking for it, to be holding back a scowl for the general.

"There is more, Mosrak."

"Go on?" stated the ruler, allowing his true general to speak.

"It appears a stranger has travelled to Pii'wan." He steps here to one side and casts a hand to the doctor.

Mosrak leans forward on his throne.

"We…' the general here quickly stopped, to correct himself, as he wished to take all the praise, all the glory of showing this stranger to his leader. 'ere, I believe she's here to turn the balance in the Reunet's favour!"

"Mmmm,' sounded of Mosrak, a hand to his chin in thought, 'is that so… this will not do… this will not do at all…"

Mosrak's reaction to the news of the stranger was a true welcome by Loirak.

"Now bring her to me, Loirak… this shall not do… as all must answer to me!"

.

General Loirak obeyed his leader, and walked back over to where the doctor stood in line next to other captive Reunets. "You shall come with me!"

"Why?' she instantly asked of the general, as he took her firmly by her restraints that had long since cut into her skin. 'you capture me, put me in these rough restraints… treat me badly… but still… but still I have no answers… no true explanation why!"

"You soon will… now do as you are told, that is, if you know what is good for you!" stated the general in response, with a firm strike to the back of the doctor with his staffed weapon. The doctor looked back at the male Kay'lah, she straightened up a hand rubbing her back.

"None shall question a general's orders not when they come from their leader."

'Their leader… ok; now we are moving along…' she thought to her self. "Ok… ok, I'll come, general… I'll gladly speak to your leader… anything, general, to put an end to this whole mess and swiftly." The doctor here stepped away from the gained Reunet prisoners, and walked forward with purpose not letting the general use his force as he wished to.

.

Mosrak's eyes opened wide in true shock and astonishment, as there before him was a lady of no drop of mud nor trace of feather.

.

Standing now in front of the leader of the Kay'lah, the doctor wasn't worried nor deterred, as in her whole existence the doctor had met many foes like him before. The doctor's mind casting back on her dealings with the Master; her once closest friend, moving on to her deadly exchanges with the war machines of their creator Davos, the Daleks, then on to her encounters with the silver cased droid soldiers, the Cybermen, her crossing with those of stone and death, the Weeping Angels, the meeting in her lives with the beings known as the Sontarans; who were known to eat, sleep and breathe war, combat and death, thoughts of her crossings with the Silurians, the advanced race of reptilian humanoids, and the many passing consultations her past self had had with ice cold, deadly war driven, Ice Warriors; and here she hoped that this encounter here with this driven leader would end with the same outcome or one where she could change the leaders mind and put a rest to this war this needless battle.

.

"So now you must be the grand and magnificent, Mosrak… I presume?"

To this Mosrak was about to answer.

The doctor even saw the Kay'lah's mouth open, but the doctor silenced him. "Huh, no need to confirm it, as leaders are always the ones sitting high on the big throne or standing centre stage, while their men do all their dirty work." The doctor being up front and slightly daring.

Mosrak didn't take kindly to being cut off, a tongue licking over his upper teeth inside his mouth, but when he found the second he was straight in. "And who are you?" asked Mosrak, showing that he wasn't going to be deterred by the one before him.

"A traveller… someone who's just passing through." answered the doctor, choosing not to give much again in her answer.

"Then heed my warning stranger and continue on!" was the leaders warning, here Mosrak casting a hand before him a finger to the doors to his chamber for the traveller to leave.

"I can no longer do that, I'm afraid, sir…' she saw the scowl on the leader's face. 'for one, you hold me captive… and two, it appears to me as if you hold innocent people captive... and that... and that will not do!"

Mosrak turned his head to look across at the chained Reunet. "They are my enemy… and as such, they should be no concern of yours, traveller!"

"Why… why are you doing this, what did the Reunet's ever do to you, Mosrak?" the doctor asked of the Kay'lah leader."

For the power and reign of my kin… my race…' was Mosrak's response, he truly did believe that, as there was no doubt nor falter in his words. 'So then traveller, cross me and know that you'll pay a heavy price." was his further warning here.

.

Here the doctor had come to learn of Mosrak's main motivations, which are split between ambition, greed, control and survival. Seeing this and only wanting to keep the peace, the doctor spoke about a possible solution, "Please, you must see that I'm only here to help… and with my help things can be better... Know that power can be shared... power can lead to peace... and with peace, Mosrak, all will have an equal standing on Pii'wan... as it once was, as it should be!"

However, Mosrak wasn't going to allow himself to listen to any of this, surely wasn't just about to lay down and let this far off traveller help; and so was ready to shut her down. "Allow you to help, allow you march on in and take over... Ah, do you take me for a fool, miss…' he wasn't about to let her answer. 'Whatever you game... no doubt you're overall mission here on Pii'wan is to stop me… And know this traveller I shall not let that happen... none shall stop me now!"

.

Then, out of the blue, there came the sound of explosions around the castle.
