The doctor, Yaz, Ryan and Graham could hear shouting coming nearer and nearer to them. They hoped it was who they thought it was. With no metal clanking it meant it probably wasn't the cybermen coming back. Plus they would probably be shouting Delete! The Doctor then heard a familiar voice above all the others.

"Kate?" The Doctor shouted.

She couldn't hear an answer over all of the shouting. She soon saw UNIT soldiers darting around to deal with other casualties. Kate's face then came into view and the doctor was very glad to see her.

"You finally got here then!" The Doctor smirked with the low energy she had left.

"Be glad we got here. Any injuries?" Kate looked at the ground mostly focusing on Watson laying on the ground not moving.

"A few cuts and bruises. Watson… I don't know… Moriaty has done something to him." The Doctor shook her head.

"Team get them out of here." Kate pointed her team towards the doctor and her companions.

"What about Watson?" Yaz asked, being helped by one of the soldiers.

"I'll look after him. Just get outside and someone will come to care for you." Kate urged the doctor.

The Doctor looked down at Watson. She hadn't seen Kate in a long time but she knew she could trust her. She nodded and went outside with the other people who had been rescued by UNIT. Kate was surprised by how many people there actually were missing. She then turned her attention back towards Watson.

"John? John can you hear me?" Kate picked up Watson's head in her hands.

Watson didn't respond. His throat had red marks over it and his head had a large gash on the side of it. His body by the looks of it also had bruises over it from some beating obviously from the cybermen.

"Medic! We need a medic over here right now!" Kate called out.

"Yes Ma'am." One of the soldiers shouted.

Kate waited with Watson until help arrived. If this was one of Sherlock's friends then she had to do all she could to help him. Mrs Hudson came running to help. A medic was right behind her as someone had obviously told her Watson had been injured. The medic quickly got about caring for Watson. Mrs Hudson moved Kate away.

"How is he?" Mrs Hudson asked.

"He's unresponsive. The doctor didn't look hopeful." Kate shook her head with tears coming to her eyes.

"Hey. Don't cry." Mrs Hudson chuckled.

"I can't help it. It's all of this."

"Come here." Mrs Hudson took Kate in her arms.

Kate took the hug, still focused on Watson and the medic looking after him. The medic soon called for a gurney and took Watson out to an ambulance waiting outside. Kate made sure no one else was left and then made her way outside with Mrs Hudson.

Mycroft finally made his way to the roof. He wasn't going to leave Sherlock and whoever the other body was to Moraity. He looked around the roof but couldn't find them.

"Mycroft look out!" Sherlock's voice called.

Mycroft didn't react in time. He was punched sideways by the cyberman. He finally came to a stop on the other side of the roof. At least he knew Sherlock wasn't unconscious anymore.

"Mycroft Holmes." Moriaty's annoying voice said.

Mycroft lifted his head. Moriaty was holding a squirming Sherlock in his grip. The cyberman had another body which looked oddly familiar hostage tied to a piece of wood.

"Need cybermen to do your dirty work now?" Mycroft chuckled.

"I don't need anyone to do my work. It just helps to have some helping hands." Moriaty outstretched his arms.

"It's over Moriaty. We have this place surrounded and all of your work will be destroyed." Mycroft stood.

Moriaty looked down at the ground. UNIT soldiers and guns pointed at every entrance waiting for him. Mycroft was right. He was surrounded but he had gotten out of worse situations.

"You think that's going to stop me?!" Moriaty chuckled.

Mycroft winced. His side and his head were aching. Note to self never go up against a cyberman without the doctor in tow.

"Mycroft!" A familiar voice came from below.

"Mrs Hudson." Mycroft called down.

"Are you alright?" Kate called.

"As much as I can be."

Anderson looked around. There was one person he was very worried about. Lestrade had been missing quite a few days now and it was getting more and more worrying where he was. Anderson had guessed he was here but obviously not.

"Something wrong?" Kate asked, looking at him. She thought he would be more happy that they had succeeded.

"Someone's missing. Someone important to me." Anderson kept looking.

Kate looked to the roof.

"There was someone else with Sherlock. The cyberman was carrying someone." Kate thought.

"Inspector Lestrade. That's his name. Do you think it'll be him?" Anderson asked hopefully.

"I don't know. I didn't see his face." Kate shrugged.

"I think he's saying something." Mrs Hudson called Kate back to the roof.

"What's the matter Mycroft?" Kate called.

000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000

"Yes what is the matter Mycroft?" Moriaty crossed his arms.

"Let Sherlock go." Mycroft tried to bargain.

"Or what? What are you going to do?"

Mycroft looked down. Any bargain up here was very dangerous. He would have to be very careful. Especially with Moriaty. He looked back to face Moriaty.

"No one messes with my family and gets away with it." Mycroft snarled.

"So what do you offer?" Moriaty sounded more interested.

"Myself. Myself for my brother." Mycroft tried to bargain.

"Mycroft no!" Sherlock pleaded.

Moriaty looked down at Sherlock. He then tossed Sherlock forward. Sherlock fell to his knees. Moriaty pointed the gun at Sherlock's head and motioned over to Mycroft to come nearer.

"Mycroft…" Sherlock tried to say.

Mycroft silenced him however. As he got nearer the other hostage he saw the face of Lestrade. He wasn't going to let Lestrade get injured either. He took a step back.

"Him too. Let the inspector go." Mycroft said.

Moriaty looked over to the injured detective. He then turned back to Mycroft with a face Mycroft knew all too well.

"Can't do that I'm afraid." Moriaty shrugged.

"Why not? Scared I'm not going to keep up the deal?" Mycroft tutted.

"One person per job. Do another one and you'll get lestrade." Moriaty cried.

"Mycroft…" Sherlock tried to say again.

"Go Sherlock. I can handle this." Mycroft urged his brother.

"But…"

"GO!" Mycroft cried.

Sherlock winced as he got to his feet. He checked on his brother once more and then ran down the stairs as much as he could without falling over. He fell into Kate's arms once he got there.

"We've got you Sherlock. It's okay." Kate comforted him.

Medics rushed around Sherlock taking him into an ambulance much to Sherlocks protests! Kate really wanted to go to the roof but didn't want to escalate the situation further. If only she knew what was going on up there.

Mycroft took a gulp and then questioned Moriaty further.

"What do you want me to do?" Mycroft asked.

"Get out your phone." Moriaty pointed towards Mycroft's pocket.

Mycroft did what Moriaty wanted. He didn't usually give into bullies but with Lestrade's life on the line he couldn't take any chances. He cared for Lestrade not in a love kind of way but still cared for him.

"Now what?" Mycroft asked further.

"Call your bank. Ask them to take out money from your account. With the amount of money you earn I can get out of the country." Moriaty smiled evilly.

"Why would you want to do that? I thought you'd liked to be in the papers." Mycroft bought his time typing in the number.

"I want to lay low for a while." Moriaty rolled his eyes.

Mycroft couldn't fault that logic. Some people just didn't want to be in the papers all of the time. He continued to type in his bank number. He then answered the phone and did what Moriaty told him to do.

"Done. Now release the inspector." Mycroft put his phone away.

"Ummm no." Moriaty changed his mind.

"We had a deal." Mycroft shuddered.

"You should know from your brother that I don't keep my deals." Moriaty said.

Mycroft looked over to Lestrade. He knew whatever Moriaty had in store for them next wasn't going to be a good thing.
