Here's chapter 8! Thanks a lot for sticking with me all this time and following along on this chaotic journey. I hope you all are enjoying the fic in its re-written glory.

Rodrick hadn't thought he would ever be in this type of situation. This had to be one of the best plans he ever had, being able to have Greg kiss him like this. Rodrick knew he was sick, who would make up a rule for their brother to have to kiss him. But he didn't care, Rodrick didn't care because he liked it. Rodrick liked having Greg all to himself, even if it was under pretenses. The fact was that Greg went in for a second kiss, and despite how suspicious he was, he wasn't about to turn his brother away when kissing those lips was all he kept thinking about for months. Rodrick did like his food to have a spine.

Rodrick had his hand threaded through Gregory's soft hair, ushering his little brother's head closer to his own as their lips pressed. The hunger Rodrick was feeling was different-he wanted Greg, even if his little brother didn't want him. He felt his fingers clench in Greg's hair, eliciting a small groan of pain from the younger sibling.

Rodrick felt his dick twitch at the sound; how he wished he could hear Greg make more of those sounds, feel his naked body pressed up against his own as he took him over and over again. Rodrick would have what he wanted, no matter how long it took. He would win Greg over one way or another; he vowed that to himself.

The prospect of a kiss every day, and anytime he wanted, making his pants feel tighter with want, bodies flushed against one another, Rodrick not holding onto Greg to keep himself upright. Rodrick felt Greg stiffen against him as the younger boy became aware of the bulge pressing up against his lower body.

He licked his little brother's bottom lips, silently asking for entrance yet denied. There couldn't be any of that, oh no. He pulled at Greg's hair once more, earning himself a small gasp of pain; in that quick moment in time, Rodrick's tongue plunged into the depths of Greg's mouth once more, feeling his way across every crevasse that his brother's mouth had to offer. The kiss wasn't sweet or soft; it was harsh and yearning. Rodrick had wanted this for so long, and he finally had it, damn him if he wouldn't enjoy every single second of it.

Greg started pulling away; the strength seems to have returned as the push was able to dislodge their lips and draw him back. Rodrick nibbled at Greg's lips before trailing kisses down his neck, licking his tongue against the junction of his neck and shoulder before biting down, sucking, yearning to leave a mark. He knew this wasn't a part of the deal, best to leave any marks not visible.

Greg was panting at this point, clinging, all of this was new to his little brother, and Rodrick knew that, using it to his advantage. Greg was never touched this way, never felt the body of another holding him, never kissed. Rodrick would be a lot of his firsts, embracing it with a smile; Rodrick let his fingers trail out of Greg's hair and down the back of his neck, watching Greg's face heat up red and embarrassed. Or shame. Whichever it was, it was a color he enjoyed seeing because he caused it.

"Now, was that so bad." He uttered as he softly stroked his brother's face with his thumb, rubbing a stray tear away. Greg turned himself away now that Rodrick was holding him by the hair anymore, holding his arms around himself as he tried to hideaway. His tears had dried up a while ago, but he still felt how puffy his eyes had gotten. Rodrick's fingers tried going to Greg's face once more, but his little brother recoiled, the adrenaline seems to have worn off. He had lost his claws. Rodrick huffed before rubbing at the corner of Greg's eyes, trying to soothe away the redness from his cheeks.

"You should wait a few minutes before heading back, don't want people wondering why your eyes are so red," Rodrick said, petting Greg's hair and taking the chance to pull a few stray twigs from those brown locks. Taking his hand back when he finished, stuffing them once again into the pockets of his hood as he slowly drew away, and walking back towards the campfire to not cause suspicion, making sure to pick up a stick along the way.

Greg was at a loss for words, the way Rodrick jumped around from treating him like shit, humiliating him, to suddenly trying to comfort him. It felt like a roller coaster, and he was starting to feel like he just made a deal to go on a nonstop ride. Greg wound his fingers through his hair, tugging at the soft brown locks in exasperation. He felt like he was thoroughly losing his mind. Greg felt like a mess; heartbeat ringing in his ears as the blood rushed in his veins. Following Rodrick like he always did, but this time, it was different. He knew Rodrick was just playing him, trying to get a reaction out of him for his fun.

Greg felt lost and alone more than ever, Rodrick's attempt had failed, considering he was the one that made him feel like shit. He felt trapped, but he also felt angry. Brothers weren't supposed to do this; He wasn't supposed to kiss his brother.

Rodrick had enjoyed it, thriving in it with the way Greg had felt him rub up against him. He might have been new to everything, but he wasn't stupid. He knew how sex worked and he knew how people got to that point. Greg had thought that given a chance, Rodrick would have just had his way with him if they hadn't needed to be back at the campfire soon.

Shit. The campfire. How long had Greg been out here?

"Calm down, calm down, calm down." He whispered to himself, repeating the words like a broken mantra. His heart started to slow itself, chest no longer squeezing and feeling like he was losing breathe. Greg could feel finally relaxing, his heart returning to a regular beat and his breathing becoming soft puffs of air in the summer night breeze. He felt his gaze move towards the burning fire, seen casting a shine through the otherwise dark forest.

Greg felt it was about time for him to go back and face the music, in this case, face seeing Rodrick after that whole fiasco. He gulped absentmindedly, touching his lips, eyes closed shut before he started taking a few steps back, picking up a long stick. It'd be weird if he returned without even picking anything, what would everyone think. He didn't want to be questioned. Frankly, Greg just wanted to go back home.

Greg stopped and thought to himself and the kisses if Holly found out she would be mortified, disgusted with him even. Brothers, kissing. Holly would probably stop being his friend, or worse, tell everyone about it. Rodrick was right; there was no way he could tell anyone about this, even without being threatened. There was no out; Greg had gotten caught before he had even started the game? He rubbed his hand over his face; his eyes felt less stingy as the redness had shrunk. Face feeling itchier than anything else. He could finally hear their laughter as they chatted about something around the fire. As he finally made his way from the forest, he could feel some eyes on him, no doubt wondering why he had taken so long

"Sorry, my foot got stuck in a hole." Running his hand through his hair in a show of embarrassment for what happened. It felt like lying was starting to become second nature to him. Sneaking around like this with Rodrick was changing him as a person. He wasn't sure he liked it.

"You should have yelled for me to come and help you then. Or did you not want to be seen stuck in a hole?" Rodrick laughed along with everyone else. Greg laughed together with them, though strained, it still seemed natural. Walking back to his chair, he sat down where Holly gave him the bag, smiling softly at him before going back to Rodrick.

Once he received the small globs of white sugar, he stuck one on his branch rather forcefully before setting it over the flame, being careful not to let it burn. Greg was lost in his thoughts when he felt a slight pressure on his stick, being pushed deeper into the forest. He softly squeaked as he drew his treat out of the flame, inwardly groaning when he saw the marshmallow on fire, blowing at it even though it had been ruined. The edges a stark black of charcoal. Glaring at Rodrick, he threw the snack into the fire before sticking one more on and making sure to keep his eyes on the other so it wouldn't happen again.

Greg glanced at everyone surrounding the fire: Sarah was still wrapped in her blanket, munching softly away on chips. Jake and Eric had both burnt theirs, but they seemed to enjoy it that way as they ate theirs in one mouthful. Krissi and Holly were talking to themselves and giggling. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves, everyone except for himself. The night had grown much darker, Greg not knowing how long they were around that fire, he felt weightless.

From the corner of his eyes, he could see Rodrick started getting up, stretching his body slightly.

"Are you heading out already, Rodrick?" Holly asked with a pout on her lips. Greg felt his hand clench around the branch in turn. What was so good about Rodrick? Why did Holly like his brother so much and not him? His fingers kept clenching around his stick, hearing a small crack.

"Yeah, I'm feeling a bit tired. It was a big day today, what with setting up and everything. I think it's time that the shrimp and I headed off back home." He gestured towards Greg and himself. Greg let out a sigh as he wasn't unusually tired, and he wasn't looking forward to sharing a bed with Rodrick.

Oh god, he was sharing a bed with Rodrick! He could feel a headache come along with that forgotten realization; the thought of what Rodrick might do to him while he was sleeping scared that hell out of him. Palms sweating in on themselves as a sudden chill ran up his spine.

"That's understandable. Either way, it was really fun to have you and Greg here with us. We should all do this again!" Holly exclaimed happily. The others nodded their agreements, laughing as they did so. Rodrick politely smiled, but Greg was starting to feel like Rodrick wouldn't be spending much time around Holly if the agreement was anything to follow.

"Sure, that would be fun. It was great meeting all of you." He waved as he started heading out. Greg got up and smiled at everyone before turning to Holly.

"Thanks for having us Holly, it was great meeting everyone and spending time with you." Holly beamed and gave Greg a hug, saying that it was great having him there. Greg felt himself hugging back and melting in her arms. He really did like Holly, she was a great person, despite the way she ignored him a lot. It wasn't her fault, though, Rodrick was just able to make people drawn to him. Once the hug finished, he smiled softly before turning around and following Rodrick, who was looking at him with a hooded gaze. Expressionless. Greg was confused, and his face spoke that to Rodrick. Rodrick sighed out dejectedly and turned around, expecting Greg to follow him, which he did.

Once the two of them were out of the backyard and walking down a barely lit road, Rodrick grabbed hold of Greg's hand, interlocking their fingers together. Greg jumped in surprise, about ready to tear his hand out when Rodrick spoke.

"Remember our deal." Rodrick stood in the middle of the road, fully turned towards him as the words were gritted out, frustrated. Greg, taken aback, wondering what had made Rodrick so mad.

"Are you mad at me because I hugged Holly?" Rodrick snorted, but deep down, Greg felt like that was precisely the reason. The way Rodrick answered him back only reaffirmed that belief ten folds. Rodrick had been jealous? Why.

"Rule number 3, no hugging Holly." Greg just stared at him, surprised by the obscurity of it all. It was idiotic, this was not what they had agreed on when they made the deal. Rodrick was already going back on his word!

"What! You can't just make up rules, that wasn't a part of the deal! She's my friend; I can't just say no when she wants to hug me. Is this because you like her or something? Do you actually like Holly?" Greg looked at Rodrick, chest tightening as his older brother stared at him. Rodrick growled in the back of his throat, frustrated, annoyed. Greg's head snapped in surprise at the sound when he was yanked forcefully against Rodrick, no time to even utter a single word before lips were upon his. Hands flailed before grasping onto Rodrick's person for support, feeling lifted off his feet and fingers dug into his skin, arching them together in a heated kiss that left Greg breathless.

'What the hell is going on?' Greg felt his older brother let go of him, hands trailing down his side, fingers intertwining with his own once more. The kiss had muddled his head. Greg, having no idea what to do apart from being dragged along by Rodrick.

"Don't ask stupid questions," Rodrick whispered, words uttered so softly that Greg barely heard it. He felt hot all over, tingles running up his arms back towards his lips, finding feelings in the places that Rodrick had touched. Confusion swam through his thoughts, caking his mind with information he just was not able to handle or comprehend at the moment. Day two had felt like the longest day in his withstanding life.

Frankly, he had no idea how he ever thought he'd be able to survive four weeks of this.
